Abstract

To optimize the performance of the Satpol PP it is necessary to build Satpol PPInstitutions that are able to support the realization of peaceful, orderly and orderly regionalconditions. The institutional arrangement of the Satpol PP does not only consider the criteria forpopulation density in an area, but also the burden of duties and responsibilities carried out as well asthe risk of the safety of the civil servise police. For this reason, the importance of the duties andfunctions of the daily freelancers at the Satpol PP in security and law enforment in the coming timeswill be even more severe, as seen from their ability to work and motivation in their work and arrogantattitudes of daily workers Satpol PP which has work disicipline which according to the community isoften shown when carrying out its role.The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the influence of work ability, work motivation,and work disicipline on the performance of freelance daily workers in the manado city Satpol PPOffice. The type of research used is a survey research method with a quantitative sampling so that thedata used are primary data through questionnaires with a sample of 82 daily freelancers processedwith a likert scale. The analytical tool used in this study uses SPSS21.For the results of the study at a significant lefel of 0,01% which indicaties that the results of the F testindicate there is a positive effect of work ability, work motivation, and work disicipline simultaneouslyon the performance of casual daily workers. For the t-test that has been known from the results of theanalysis that the work ability has a positive and significant effect on the performance of freelance dailyworkers in the Manado City Satpol PP Office.Based on the results of research that has been known and analyzed, it can be concluded thatwork ability has a positive and significant effect while work motivation and work discipline haveapositive and not significant coefficient of determination of work ability, work motivation and workdisicipline in explaning variable variantions in daily freelance performance are very limited. For thisreason, advice has been given to the existing institutions in the Regional Office of the Satpol PP inManado so that they must pay attention to their work ability, work motivation, and discipline byencouraging or encouraging work by providing work, work colleagues pleasant working conditions inorder to improve the performance of freelance daily workers in the Manado City Satpol PP Office.Keyword : Ability, Motivation, Discipline

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of Ombudsman Republic of Indonesia representative of NorthSulawesi Province in the completion of public reports. The authors use the theory of Agus Dwiyanto aboutmeasuring organizational performance based on 3 of the 5 indicators, namely productivity,responsiveness, and responsibility. This study used a descriptive with a qualitative approach. Primary datafrom this study came from interviews, and the secondary data is document tracking. Data collectiontechniques are interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction,data presentation, conclusion and verification. The technique of checking the validity of data usingtriangulation. The result of this study showed that the performance of Ombudsman Republic of Indonesiarepresentative of North Sulawesi Province from the productivity indicator has been running optimallyseen from the achievement of the target of completion of the public report even though not supported byadecuate resource. Performance from the responsiveness indicator in terms of increasing publicparticipation by forming networks called “Kawanua Ombudsman” has not gone well, while in respondingto public reports it has been going well. Performance from the responsibility indicator has been runningoptimally by following step by step in according to the existing rules.Keywords : Organizational Performance, Ombudsman

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of (1) competence on employee performance at PT Bank PapuaBranch Wamena, (2) organizational commitment to employee performance at PT Bank Branch Wamenaand (3) competence and organizational commitment to employee performance at PT Bank Papua BranchWamena . This research is a quantitative research using questionnaire assistance as an instrument ofresearch. The population used in this study is PT Bank Papua Branch Wamena, and the sample is anemployee of PT Bank Papua Branch Wamena. 39 respondents were taken using the Slovin formula andwill use the purposive sampling method in distributing questionnaires. This study will use multiple linearregression analysis with the help of MSS. The results of the study show that the 3 hypotheses in this studywere accepted.Keywords: Competence, Organizational Commitment and Employee Performance

Abstract

Tunjangan Kinerja merupakan tambahan penghasilan yang diberikan kepada Aparatur Sipil Negara dalamhal ini tenaga kependidikan yang besarannya didasarkan pada kelas jabatan dengan memperhatikankehadiran, capaian sasaran kerja pegawai dan integritas. Tunjangan kinerja diberikan denganmemperhatikan penilaian prestasi kerja setiap bulannya. Tunjangan kinerja sebagai bentuk penghargaanterhadap kinerja yang dihasilkan. Diharapkan dapat memberikan motivasi dalam meningkatkan kinerjaguna pencapaian tujuan organisasi.Dengan menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimanaefektivitas tunjangan kinerja bagi tenaga kependidikan Fakultas Ilmu Budaya Universitas Sam Ratulangi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tunjangan kinerja sudah efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja tenagakependidikan berdasarkan pada produktivitas, kemampuan menyesuaikan diri, dan kepuasan.Kata kunci: Efektivitas, Tunjangan Kinerja, Tenaga Kependidikan

Abstract

Service and satisfaction are two things that cannot be separated, because with satisfaction,the relevant parties can correct each other until the services provided are better or worse. It is very influencedby every officer in providing services, in other words, services that can be satisfying are services carried outbased on applicable provisions and can understand what is being asked by the community from thedepartment of service itself. Patient satisfaction is a major challenge in the provision of health servicestoday. In general, plenary health services are health services that include promotive (health improvement),preventive (prevention), curative (treatment), and rehabilitative (recovery). (Law No. 44 of 2009 concerningHospitals). Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are small scale economic activities of the people with business sectors which, in the majority are small business activities, the existence of this business in the midst of society has great and good benefits for the community for social welfare and reducing poverty but also as a driver of development benefits economy of the country. Community Empowerment is an effort to empower community communities through the realization of their potential manifestations. The goal to be achieved from community empowerment is to form individuals and communities to be independent, independence includes independence of thinking, acting, and controlling what is needed by a process. Through the learning process, the community will gradually acquire the ability or power from time to time. This study uses qualitative methods that are descriptive, namely to know or describe and explain the reality of the events studied or research on independent variables or one variable, that is without making comparisons or connecting with other variables. The results showed that the community of Umkm trading group in Sagerat Weru I Village in order to develop, the community and the government needed to actively work together to continue to provide guidance and entrepreneurship training and technical training to increase the skills of business people using small and medium micro business assistance. . In order for the Umkm merchant community, Sagerat Weru I Village to be able to empower all their businesses in terms of human resources, products, basic necessities and infrastructure to be reorganized so that buyers feel satisfied.Keywords: Community Empowerment,Trading Business.

Abstract

Based on the government regulation of the republic of Indonesia no 72 of 2005 concerning article 15, thevillage government is obliged to manage village potential in order to achieve the objectives of layingauthority in the implementation of village autonomy, these objectives include improving people’s welfare,equity and justice, democracy and respect for culture local, paying attention to the potential and diversity ofthe region. Abstract

Leadership style is a pattern of behavior and strategies that are liked and often applied by leaders, by unitingorganizational goals with individual or employee goals, in order to achieve goals or objectives that havebecome joint commitments. The Village Head is a local government tool and village government tool tocarry out village governance, carry out village development, and foster village community development, andempower village communities. Village development as a process with the efforts of the village communityconcerned is integrated with the authority of the government to improve the economic, social and culturalconditions of the community and the possibility of them being given a full contribution to national progress.Based on this study, the village head's leadership style still had problems in realizing the implementation ofvillage development, among others the leadership of the village head was still less open, a vision that wasnot maximized for future orientation, lack of managerial abilities, leaders did not always evaluate the tasksgiven to subordinates. The research objective is to measure how much influence the village head'sleadership style has on the implementation of the development program in Mala Timur Village, MelonguaneDistrict. By using quantitative research methods. The sample of this study amounted to 44 people. Theinstruments used were the Likert scale and interview guidelines to get a score of the leadership style of thevillage head and the implementation of the development program. The test used in this study is the validityand reliability test and the techniques used are simple linear regression analysis and product momentcorrelation analysis techniques.Keywords: Leadership, Village Head, Development

Abstract

The communication of the Soatobaru village government in the implementation of development wasimportant among all parties involved in the village development effort, especially between the villagegovernment and the community. Dissemination of development information that has been carried out untilnow is carried out through communication media from communicators to communicants, both thosehandled by the village government and the media. In the concept of communication, a communicator hereplays a very important role, why? Because a Communicator must have good communication skills so that acommunicant can capture messages quickly and accurately. In implementing village development forvillage-scale local authority, the village government needs to carry out development stages which include;Planning, Budgeting, Implementation, Reporting, Monitoring and Monitoring. Reliable indicators areknowledgeable communicators. Abstract

Today's technological development increasingly demands the importance of information for everyorganization, both government and private, because basically the whole part of the organization requirestraining as a supporting process of administrative work and the implementation of management functions,and planning, determining the realization of organizational goals. The objective cannot be realized withoutan active role and the accuracy of work or effectiveness of employees, even though the tools owned by theagency are so sophisticated, the sophisticated tools owned by the agency have no benefit to the agency, if therole is not included. Managing employees is difficult and complex, because they have heterogeneousthoughts, feelings, status, and background that are under the organization. The purpose of this study is tofind out the Work Effectiveness of employees at the Regional Library and Archives Service Office of theTalaud Islands Regency. The theory used is Work Effectiveness. The research method used is a qualitativeresearch method to find answers to questions related to Employee Work Effectiveness. These questionsrequire answers that are descriptive in nature that describe the facts about the problems being investigatedas there are rational interpretations of various findings in the field while analyzing all the conditions in thelocation of the study. Based on the results of the study, the work effectiveness of employees at the Libraryand Archives Office of the Talaud Islands Regency, is still experiencing problems such as employees whoare still less consistent in managing time, as well as facilities that are still lacking and human resources arestill poor, so the work is still not fully effective and efficient.Keywords: Effectiveness, Work, Employees
