Komunikasi dan Dakwah merupakan isu yang saban hari semakin "panas". Komunikasi selalu menjadi panas karena isu-isu besar hari-hari ini muncul karena ulah. Komunikasi baik media, komunikator maupun konten komunikasi itu sendiri. Manakala dakwah merupakan "program agama" yang tidak mungkin lepas dari komunikasi maka tak berlebihan, jika komunikasi dan dakwah ibarat dua sisi mata uang yang berdampingan. Atas alasan inilah, Prodi Komunikasi Penyiaran Islam Fakultas Agama Islam Universitas Muhammadiyah Mataram merasa perlu menghadirkan Al-I'lam sebagai media untuk mengkaji dan menganalisa segala tetek bengek yang berkaitan dengan dua isu besar tersebut.

Abstract

Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali representasi perempuan bercadar dengan membaca pesan-pesan atau memberikan makna melalui tanda-tanda verbal maupun nonverbal berdasarkan audio-visual yang terkandung di dalam teks akun sosial media Instagram pribadinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptip dengan unit analisis berupa unggahan foto, video, dn narasi caption dari akun @unialfi. Dalam hal analisis penelitian ini menggunakan model semiotika Charles Sanders Pierce. Hasik menunjukkan bahwa representasi perempuan bercadar di media sosial melalui tiga hal, yaitu: pertama: pada tingkat tanda atau ground menunjukkan bahwa instagrama sebagai media sosial mampu menjadi media komunikasi alternatif yang telah dijadikan wahana oleh para perempuan bercadar untuk membagikan segala aktivitas keseharian mereka tanpa Batasan. Kedua, Kedua, pada tingkat obyek, temuan lain menunjukkan bahwa perempuan becadar turut terlibat dalam berbagai kegiatan tanpa membatasi ruang gerak untuk menjadi perempuan produktif. Ketiga, tingkat interpretan memberikan gambaran secara keseluruhan bahwa representasi perempuan bercadar yang memiliki latar belakang identitas dalam mengenakan pakaian sebagai latar belakang agama yang diintegrasikan dengan sifat-sifat fundamental.Abstract: This study aims to explore the representation of veiled women by reading messages or giving meaning through verbal and nonverbal signs based on audio-visual content contained in the text of their personal Instagram social media accounts. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with units of analysis in the form of uploaded photos, videos, and narrative captions from the @unialfi account. In terms of analysis, this study uses Charles Sanders Pierce's semiotic model. The results show that the representation of veiled women on social media is through three things, namely: first: at the sign or ground level it shows that Instagram as social media is capable of becoming an alternative communication medium that has been used as a vehicle for veiled women to share all their daily activities without any limitations. Second, Second, at the object level, other findings show that veiled women are also involved in various activities without limiting their space to become productive women. Third, the interpretant level provides an overall picture that the representation of veiled women who have an identity background in wearing clothes as a religious background is integrated with fundamental characteristics.

Abstract

Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat bahwa pentingnya menyiarkan ajaran-ajaran Islam melalui lembaga- lembaga pariwisata. Dimana pariwisata saat ini sangat berkembang pesat di Indonesia secara umum dan khusunya di Lombok nusa tenggara barat, sehingga ajaran-ajaran Islam dapat diterima oleh wisatawan mancanegara maupun wisatawan nusantara. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan triangulasi yakni pengunggabungan dari teknik pengumpulan data dan sumber data yang telah ada. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yakni analisis interaktif melalui empat tahap, pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk validitas data digunakan yakni melalui uji kreadibilitas data dengan cara triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa di era sekarang ini dakwah dilakukan dengan berbagai metode dan menyesuaikan dengan situasi saat ini. Sehingga ajaran-ajaran Islam dapat diterima oleh mad’u. maraknya wisata di Lombok nusa tenggara barat yang dapat memberikan nutrisi ajaran-ajaran Islam dimana Lombok dijuluki dengan pulau seribu masjid. Abstract:This study aims to provide communities an understanding about the importance of spreading the Islamic teachings through tourism sites. Given tourism is currently growing rapidly in Indonesia, especially in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara, this allows Islamic teachings can be accepted by both foreign and domestic tourists. The data were collected through triangulation which was the combination of data collection techniques and existing data sources. The data were analyzed through interactive analysis consisting of four stages; data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions drawing. Validity of the data was done through data credibility test by means of triangulation of sources and techniques. The results of this study indicated that in the current era, da'wah is carried out through various methods and adapted to the current situation so that Islamic teachings can be accepted by mad'u. Also, the rise of Lombok tourism, well known as the island of a thousand mosques, has provided chances for teaching Islamic values.

Abstract

Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui eksistensi komunitas bederma, optimalisasi komunikasi para penderma dan melihat strategi komunikasi yang dilakukan guna peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui Yayasan Baitul Maal PLN Unit Induk Wilayah NTB. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan triangulasi yang menggabungkan teknik pengumpulan data dan sumber data yang telah ada. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yakni analisis interaktif melalui empat tahap, di antaranya proses pengumpulan data, proses reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Untuk validitas data yang digunakan yakni melalui uji kredibilitas data dengan cara triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Yayasan Baitul Maal PLN Unit Induk Wilayah NTB berupaya mengoptimalkan peran strategis dengan melakukan komunikasi interaktif dan edukatif, melalui tiga teknik yaitu sosialisasi, koordinasi dan optimalisasi penyaluran.Abstract: This study aims to establish the presence of the charity communities, increase donor communication, and examine the communication tactics used by Baitul Maal PLN Foundation of NTB Regional Main Unit, to enhance community welfare. Triangulation is a method of data collection that combines data collection methods with already-existing data sources. The four stages of the interactive data analysis technique are the data collecting process, the data reduction process, the data presentation process, and the conclusion-drawing process. Interview, observation, and documenting procedures are used in the data collection process for the reliability of the data used, specifically through source triangulation and engineering triangulation data credibility checks. The findings of this research demonstrate that Baitul Maal PLN Foundation of NTB Regional Main Unit, aims to maximize its strategic role by conducting interactive and educational communication, through three techniques, namely socialization, coordination and optimization of distribution.

Abstract

Abstrak:Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan Model komunikasi antar ormas Islam melalui pendidikan multikulturan dalam menjalin kerukunan di Lombok Timur. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif.. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Model komunikasi antar ormas Islam dalam menjalin kerukunan melalui pendidikan multikulturan di Lombok Timur dilakukan dengan dua cara, yaitu: (a) Model Komunikasi Verbal; berupa musyawarah dalam menyelesaikan semua konfik dan dalam penetapan jadwal pengisi kajian mingguan, jadwal imam shalat, jadwal khatib dan lain sebagainya. (b) Model Komunikasi Non-Verbal berupa partisipasi masyarakat multicultural dalam kegiatan-kegiatan sosial kemasyarakatan berupa: gotong royong, membangun kebersamaan dan lain sebagainya. (2) Model Proses penyelesaian konflik berbasis multicultural dilakukan dengan sistem kekeluargaan, dengan dialog-dialog bersama antar ormas islam, bersama pemerintah desa sebagai mediatornya. Sementara untuk mengatasi perbedaan pandangan, langkah pertamanya adalah di setiap kajian mingguan setiap ormas yang memiliki pandangan berbeda menjelaskan pandangan mereka beserta dalilnya. Penjelasan tersebut juga disertai dengan penjelasan bahwa pandangan mereka mengambil pandangan itu bukan berarti pandangan yang lain adalah salah. Langkah selanjutnya adalah memperkuat doktrinan internal ormas agar tidak saling mengganggu satu sama lain ketika berbeda pandangan.Abstract: The purpose of this research is to describe the communication model between Islamic organizations through multicultural education in establishing harmony in East Lombok. This research is a qualitative research. The results of this research are: (1) The model of communication between Islamic organizations in establishing harmony through multicultural education in East Lombok is done in two ways, namely: (a) Verbal Communication Model; in the form of deliberations in resolving all conflicts and in determining the schedule for filling out weekly studies, the schedule for the priest for prayer, the schedule for preachers and so on. (b) Non-Verbal Communication Models in the form of multicultural community participation in social activities in the form of: mutual cooperation, building togetherness and so on . (2) Model The multicultural-based conflict resolution process is carried out with a family system, with joint dialogues between Islamic organizations, with the village government as the mediator. Meanwhile, to overcome differences in views, the first step is in every weekly review of each mass organization that has different views explaining their views and their arguments. This explanation is also accompanied by an explanation that their view of taking that view does not mean that other views are wrong. The next step is to strengthen the internal doctrine of mass organizations so that they do not interfere with each other when they have different views

Abstract

Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan penerapan digital marketing yang dilakukan Apple Green Hotel dalam upaya mempromosikan produknya pasca mengalami krisis penurunan penjualan secara signifikan imbas mewabahnya Covid-19. Saluran utama digital marketing yang digunakan adalah social media marketing instagram dan tiktok. Jenis penelitian termasuk penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sementara key informan diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa aspek yang dipertimbangkan dalam mendesain konten instagram dan tiktok di antaranya melalui visualiasi menarik dengan caption informatif dan persuasif. Tujuan yang diharapkan adalah agar audiens mudah memahami isi pesan yang disampaikan. Apple Green Hotel juga memperhatikan tiga elemen konsep dari digital marketing yaitu traffic, conversion, dan engagement.Abstract: The purpose of this research to describe the aplication of digital marketing by Apple Green Hotel in an effort to promote its products after experiencing a crisis in the form of a decrease in sales due to the Covid-19 outbreak. The main channel of digital marketing is used namely social media marketing instagram and tiktok. This type of research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Key Informants were obtained using purposive sampling technique. The result of the research shows that there are some aspects that need to be considered in designing Instagram and Tik Tok content. One of it is attracting visualization with informative and persuasive caption. The expected aim is the audiences understand easily the message content. Abstract

Abstrak:Urgensi kebijakan penyiaran digital yang menjadi kesepakatan negara-negara di dunia melalui perkumpulan Internasional Telecommucation Union (ITU) sepertinya agak bertolak belakang dengan apa yang terjadi di Indonesia. Hingga 1 November 2022 Indonesia menjadi negara yang tertinggal dalam penerapan migrasi siaran TV analog ke TV digital dibandingkan negara ASEAN lainnya. Pembahasan draf revisi UU Penyiaran No 32 Tahun 2002 didalamnya membahas tentang migrasi analog ke digital oleh Komisi I Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Republik Indonesia (DPR RI) telah dilakukan lebih dari dua periode keanggotaan DPR RI, namun tidak menghasilkan sebuah kebijakan yang pasti. Adanya intervensi kepentingan konglemerasi media karena tidak merestui kebijakan penyiaran digital menjadi faktor lambatnya pembahasan kebijakan tersebut. Penerapan kebijakan analog switch off (ASO) yang dimulai pada Kamis 3 November 2022 pukul 00.00 WIB ternyata tidak didukung oleh seluruh insdutri penyiaran di Indonesia, terbukti masih ditemukan beberapa televisi swasta yang tetap bersiaran dengan analog artinya tidak mengikuti kebijakan pemerintah. Kekuatan industri media berusaha menciptakan serangkaian hambatan yang menutup peluang bagi pendatang baru pada dunia penyiaran. Artikel ini akan menguraikan bagaimana kepentingan kebijakan penyiaran digital di Indonesia diwarnai oleh kepentingan kelompok konglemerasi media yang pada akhirnya mengorbankan kepentingan publik dan negara yang lebih besar.Abstract: The necessity of a digital broadcasting policy, which has been adopted globally by nations under the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), appears to run counter to what is taking place in Indonesia. In comparison to other ASEAN nations, Indonesia is lagging behind in the conversion of analog TV broadcasts to digital TV till November 1, 2022. The Republic of Indonesia House of Representatives (DPR RI) Commission I has been debating the draft modification of Broadcasting Law No. 32 of 2002, which addresses the analog to digital migration, for more than two terms, but has not yet resulted in a clear policy. The media conglomerate's participation on behalf of their interests because they disapproved of the digital broadcasting strategy slowed down the discussion of the policy. It has been established that not all broadcasting industries in Indonesia supported the implementation of the analog switch off (ASO) policy, which went into effect on Thursday, November 3, 2022, at 00.00 WIB. Several private television stations are still using analog broadcasting, which means they do not abide by government regulations. The media industry's influence is attempting to erect a number of obstacles that will reduce chances for new entrants into the broadcasting business. This article will outline how media conglomerate interests influence Indonesia's digital broadcasting rules, which eventually put the needs of the general public and the government at risk.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the emergence of many public complaints in public services provided by local governments, so researchers are interested in seeing how the strategy and management carried out by Diskominfo as a service provider. This study aims to analyze how Diskominfo's strategy in providing public services through the Laporbup application. This research is a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection techniques in this study are: interviews, observation, and documentation. The complaint handling strategy used by Diskominfo East Lombok Regency in providing public services is to provide channels or media that are easily accessible to the community so that the services provided are easier, effective, right on target in solving problems in the community. In addition, providing a polite response is a form of interaction that can give a good impression to the reporter. The government that provides services to the community is required to provide services that are easy and fast or straightforward, because the community will get its own satisfaction with the services provided by the government, especially Diskominfo Lombok Timur. In the complaint handling strategy carried out by Diskominfo, there is a comprehensive approach that is carried out by socializing to the community and related parties, especially to provide satisfaction to users. Furthermore, supported by good technology is one of the strategies to provide easy access to the community such as sms channels with the use of phone numbers that are easy to memorize and also websites that are easily accessed by the community.

Abstract

This study relates the history of perangtopat (the rice cake war) which is a cultural ritual of the Muslims and Hindus in Lombok Island, Indonesia. Through a literature study, in depth interviews and observation this research has revealed that the history of the perangtopat ritual cannot be seperated from the life story of DatuMilir, an Islamic Leader who was an Islamic Missionary and who is credited with the emergence of a spring which is now known as Kemaliq. The perangtopat ritual which is centered at Kemaliq began as an expression of pleasure by the people of Lingsar Village at the emergence of the spring. They showed their pleasure by throwing food at each other. The ritual is still maintained until now even though it has undergone slight modifications; such as the change of sacrificial animal from a cow to a water buffalo at the request of King Karangasem (Hindu) who ruled Lombok until 1759. In this modern era the perangtopat ritual has experienced further modification to include artistic and entertainment aspects. These changes that have been incorporated reflect a sense of tolerance by the Muslims in Lingsar District, West Lombok Regency, Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstrak:Banyaknya pemuda yang yang kecanduan game online, judi online. Dari latar belakang ini peneliti tertarik untuk melihat apakah ada pengaruh antara mengakses dakwah di Instagram dan Komunikasi dakwah di lingkungan keluarga terhadap moralitas remaja di Desa Baru Semerah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif eksplanatori. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 85 orang yang mempunyai kriteria : 1). Remaja yang berdomisili di Desa Baru Semerah. Kategori remaja adalah individu berumur 12-18 Tahun. 2). Mempunyai akun Instagram; 3).Pernah mengakses akun dakwah di Instagram. Analisis penelitian menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linear Sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menemukan Intensitas Mengakses Dakwah di Instagram (X) berpengaruh positif terhadap Moralitas Remaja di Desa Baru Semerah (Y)Abstract: Youths who are addicted to online games, online gambling. From this background, researchers are interested in seeing whether there is an influence between accessing da'wah on Instagram and da'wah communication in the family environment on the morality of adolescents in Baru Semerah Village. The research method used is explanatory quantitative research. The sample in this study were 85 people who had the following criteria: 1). Teenagers who live in Baru Semerah Village. The youth category is individuals aged 12-18 years. 2). Have an Instagram account; 3). Ever accessed a da'wah account on Instagram. The research analysis uses Simple Linear Regression Analysis with the help of SPSS. The results of the study found that the intensity of accessing Da'wah on Instagram (X) had a positive effect on Adolescent Morality in Baru Semerah Village (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to find out the role of public relations as a communication facilitator on Instagram @unj_official social media for information dissemination. In this case, public relations had an important role to be able to convey information so that it can be well received and fulfill the information needed by the public about the organization. Is based on one of the roles of public relations, namely as a communication facilitator for the organization and its public. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method because the author wants to provide an overview to be able to explain what happened. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study are that the Public Relations of the Universitas Negeri Jakarta had a role in providing communication facilities between the Universitas Negeri Jakarta and the public through social media, but it is not optimal in answering questions from followers of the Instagram account @unj_official
