Abstract

This research was conducted to obtain an overview of teacher planning, implementation and reporting in the assessment of performance in thematic learning in elementary schools. This reseach uses descriptive qualitative method. The subjects in this strudy were the principal, elementary school coordinator teacher, and teachers grade I – VI. The techniques used in data collection are interviews, observation, and documentation. This study will obtain complete data, namely primary data and secondary data, where primary data is obtained through observations and interviews, while secondary data is obtained through documents, photographs and videos related to performance work. Data were analyzed through steps of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion concluded. The results of this study show three conclusions. First, planning decides the performance assessment to complete the objectives to be achieved, chooses activities that are suitable for students, determines assessment criteria and compiles a performance rubric. Second, approve the performance assessment, complete the discussion of the availability of tools and materials, provide and submit the rubric of the performance, conduct question and answer and discussion about the rubric, monitor the process of carrying out the performance tasks, conduct research according to the rubric, improve it and improve it. Third, reporting the performance assessment is presented in the form of numbers and descriptions that are delivered to students, fellow teachers, school management teams and participants at PTC (Parent Teacher Conference). Performance appraisal encourages comprehensive, teachers apply performance appraisal in applying the knowledge and attitudes that students relate to performance skills. Carrying out performance tasks is hampered by time, solutions that can be done provide students with understanding material before carrying out performance tasks.

Abstract

The Merdeka Curriculum is a curriculum design designed by the government as a strategy in dealing with learning loss due to the co-19 pandemic. The implementation of this independent curriculum strives for the learning process to adjust to the interests and character of students. This is a new challenge for teachers and prospective teachers to innovate in their learning. The teacher must act as a balancer, a link between curriculum goals and the interests and characteristics of students. The existence of a new paradigm shift and an increase in human resources including competent teachers must always be pursued, including by increasing teacher skills to be able to innovate in learning. This study aims to describe the use of the Canva application by educators as a creative, innovative and collaborative learning media in learning in the independent curriculum. This research uses the type of action research (action research). The results of the study after comparing the results of the survey at the beginning and at the end of learning as well as learning outcomes with several cycles, show that the use of the Canva application shows better creative results after being given treatment to PGMI students in making several types of learning media and learning tools such as making posters , infographics, video learning materials, modules, audio-visual media, visual media, presentations, and learning microsites. The results that show changes in creativity are of course very significant as a provision to become basic education teachers who are ready to adapt to the independent curriculum.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the problems of fourth grade teachers in implementing the 2013 curriculum at SDN 081 Panyabungan. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection and processing techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. The procedure for collecting and processing data passes through 3 stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the final stage. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data display/data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the data obtained from the results of the lesson plans and the assessment of teaching practice in implementing the 2013 curriculum at SDN 081 Panyabungan are included in the good category. With a total average value for the results of the RPP assessment is 87.75 and the assessment of teaching practice is 86.37. l From these data it can be said that the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in grade IV elementary schools is in the good category

Abstract

In general, the popularity of madrasas, especially private madrasas, is declining due to the variety of school options that are considered more modern.  The issue of madrasas as terrorist schools and the influence of zoning policies in Indonesia have also decreased their popularity. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah is required to be able to compete with other equivalent schools in the midst of zoning policies, so it must adjust to existing changes through diverse strategies. The strategy carried out by each madrasa is certainly different and sometimes brings out unique sides. This study aims to explain how the strategy of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta (MIS) Nurul Huda, Sleman that can continue to exist today even though school competition is increasingly competitive due to zoning policies and tends to be associated with religiously sensitive issues. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods and case study types. Data collection techniques through direct observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews. The source of data obtained from the informants were: a principal, 4 class teachers, and 2 parents. Data validity using triangulation techniques, and data is analyzed using interactive steps of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification or drawing conclusions.  The results of the study revealed that in general, this madrasa has a unique strategy to stay afloat. The hereditary position of the principal turns out to make the leadership aspect more mature because the school leadership understands the condition of the school very well. The motivation of the teachers in educating is very high because they have a "sense of belonging" towards MI, this is because it turns out that the majority of school residents are family, relatives, and neighbors around MI. The marketing strategy that was formed was not planned by MI, namely the mouth of word method, the social aspect of the community that is thick with one of the Islamic religious groups in Indonesia (Nahdatul Ulama) makes this MI still has its fans,  And the last is the factor of the location of schools that have few options, making parents tend to choose elementary schools that are relatively close to home.

Abstract

Self regulated learning merupakan salah satu aspek afektif yang diharapkan dimiliki oleh setiap siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui self regulated learning atau kemandirian belajar matematika siswa ketika diberikan pembelajaran e-learning. Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman dan e-learning sudah semakin dikenal masyarakat luas, bahkan penggunaannya pun tidak hanya pada sekolah menengah, namun sekolah dasar. Penggunaan e-learning perlu kesadaran yang tinggi oleh siswa untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran. Maka pada artikel ini peneliti membuat website yang dirancang untuk anak pelajari dan mengaksesnya. Sehingga peneliti akan tahu anak yang mengakses pembelajaran dan tidak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mix method (Kuntitatif dan kualitatif), dengan desain yang digunakan adalah pre test-post test control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa sekolah dasar yang berada di wilayah Jakarta, sedangkan yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dua kelas dari keseluruhan populasi yang dipilih. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa “Self regulated learning siswa yang menggunakan e-learning lebih baik dari pada siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan media power point”. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dengan nilai sig (2-tiled) sebesar 0,000, lebih kecil dari 0,05. Artinya jika nilai sig < 0,05 maka hipotesis H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran e-learning berpengaruh terhadap Self regulated learning matematika siswa sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Online games that are overgrowing and a favorite of children have had positive and negative impacts. The existence of the media causes many problems. If parents are negligent in supervising children, it will undoubtedly result in game addiction. Children who are already addicted to online games will experience several accompanying effects. These effects affect children's motivation, learning achievement, and social skills. Even though these things should exist in children in their current development period, this study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between the intensity of online games and parents' attention to the social skills of elementary school children. This type of research is quantitative research with a survey method. The subjects of this study were 246 elementary school students spread across the city of Yogyakarta. Sampling from the study population was carried out using a proportional random sampling technique, namely the method of taking samples from members of the people using random methods without regard to strata in the population. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis technique using Regression statistical techniques. The study's results stated that the relationship between online games and social skills, parental attention and social skills, and the relationship between the two towards social skills were fragile.

Abstract

Mathematics is an educational content that has a high impact and can be applied in everyday life. Learning takes place at all levels of education, from elementary school to university. Problems in learning mathematics, especially in elementary schools, are caused by passive student activity and low learning outcomes. The purpose of this study is to examine solving problems in learning mathematics using innovative learning implementations. The process of data analysis with the process of reviewing the literature of several journals concludes that learning mathematics using the Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) cooperative model can improve student learning outcomes and student activity. The Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) learning model students are able to overcome learning problems that are individualistic and students lack self-confidence in conveying the information they know, so that afterwards students are able to be more confident and able to help other students get rid of fear of mathematics and lead to increased achievement of results student learning is better and more effective compared to other learning models, especially by maximizing the three aspects of learning outcomes, namely cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects.

Abstract

Management of infrastructure facilities plays an important role in supporting the success of the learning process, and every teacher should try to do it well. Especially if learning is not only directed in the context to mastering the material, but also as a means of internalisasing character in students. The research seeks to describe the management of infrastructure in supporting the learning process by the teacher in 1st grade at MI Darul Hikmah. Data collecting uses interview, observation and documentation. The results showed that the efforts made by the teacher included: first, taking an inventory of the facilities and infrastructure in the classroom. Second, arrange the infrastructure in the classroom, including the position of student desks and chairs. Third, linking the management of infrastructure facilities with the learning process to support character instilling in students, both in the planning, implementation and closing stages. And this gives a real impact in the learning process that is carried out

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keadaan siswa sekolah dasar yang menunjukan rendahnya kemampuan shooting second penalty, khususnya akurasi shooting jarak 10 meter. Sehingga tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui efektivitas metode drill dalam meningkatkan kemampuan akurasi shooting second pinalty siswa sekolah dasar. Pendekatan kuantitatif ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode kuasi eksperimen pada siswa SDN Sindangsari 06 sebanyak 28 siswa dengan one group pre test-post test design. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu lembar pengamatan kemampuan akiurasi shooting second penalty pada saat pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes praktek siswa sekolah dasar. Adapun teknik pengolahan data pada penelitian ini yaitu pengolahan data skor tes dan perhitungan skor gain. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa nilai rata-rata kemampuan akurasi shooting second penalty siswa yang menggunakan metode drill mengalami peningkatan sebesar 38,36 dengan skor n gain 0,69 yang termasuk kedalam kategori sedang. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode drill efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan akurasi shooting second penality siswa sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena penggunaan media sosial yang berlebih yang membuat implikasi terhadap perilaku narsis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implikasi media sosial terhadap perilaku narsis masyarakat dan mencegah perilaku narsis menjadi suatu kelainan kepribadian masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskripstif. Penelitian ini berlokasi di Kota Padangsidimpuan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa di Sekolah Dasar Kota Padangsidimpuan dengan rentang umur 12 tahun yang menggunakan media sosial. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan penyebaran kuisoner/angket secara langsung dengan total 400 informan. Berdasarkan hasil dan analisis yang dilakukan pada data yang diperoleh, maka penelitian ini memperoleh hasil bahwa tidak terdapat implikasi media sosial terhadap perilaku narsis di Kota Padangsidimpuan. Hal ini dapat terlihat pada 5 pernyataan yang diminta untuk dijawab oleh responden. Dimana setiap  pertanyaan yang diajukan merupakan 5 diantara 9 indikator perilaku narsis yang dikemukakan oleh Sigmund Freud. Terdapat tiga faktor yang menyebabkan tidak adanya implikasi media sosial terhadap perilaku narsis di Kota Padangsidimpuan yaitu faktor sarana, faktor orangtua, dan faktor Kebijikan Sekolah.
