Abstract

In early 2020 with the emergence of the corona virus which originated in China, became a threat to every country because it caused many victims to die. The massive spread of the corona virus globally throughout the world has an impact on every country in various sectors, be it social, political, economic, tourism, or domestic and global trade sectors. This is because many countries have issued policies restricting access to the country not only for the public, but also for certain products originating from other countries with the aim of minimizing the growing circulation of the corona virus. Of the many countries, including Indonesia, felt the impact of this case, especially in the global trade sector because it caused delays in various types of products that should have been exported to various countries due to restrictions on the acceptance of imported goods by certain countries through policies issued supported by the World Trade Organization's record stating that During the Covid-19 pandemic, there were many countries that implemented global trade restrictions.

Abstract

Indonesia is an equatorial country that has abundant natural wealth from the seabed to the top of the mountains, the beauty of the country of Indonesia also lies in the mountains that it has in various provinces, for example in the province of West Nusa Tenggara known for its beautiful mountain, namely Rinjani. The increase in outdoor activities has attracted many people to open outdoor shops in the West Nusa Tenggara region. Sales transaction data in outdoor stores can be processed into information that can be profitable for the store itself. Using a market basket analysis method to see the association (rules) between a number of sales attributes. The purpose of this study is to determine the pattern of relationships in the transactions that occur. The data used is the transaction data of outdoor goods. The analysis used is the Association Rules with the Apriori algorithm and the frequent pattern growth (FP-growth) algorithm. The results of this study are formed 10 rules in the Apriori algorithm and 4 rules in the FP-Growth algorithm. The relationship pattern or association rule that is formed is in the item "if a consumer buys a portable stove, it is possible that portable gas will also be purchased" at the strength level of the rules with a minimum support of 0.296 and confidence 0.774 at Apriori and 0.296 and 0.750 at FP-Growth.

Abstract

This present study is for achieve improving the process of education and information provided to patients, patients' families, and meeting the hospital accreditation standards, it is necessary to increase the ability and skills of hospital staff regarding effective verbal and non-verbal communication between doctors, nurses, patients, and patients' families in RSKJ Soeprapto Bengkulu Province Indonesia. Effective communication training that has been carried out before has not covered all staff who have been given education, where the requirements for health workers according to accreditation must take part in effective communication training and the rights obligations of family patients (HPK) and be certified. The purpose of this activity is to provide theoretical and practical knowledge to educators on how to establish effective communication between doctors, nurses, patients, and patients' families at RSKJ Soeprapto Bengkulu Jakarta. The method of implementing this activities are carried out in 2 (two) stages, the first stage is 80 people in July 2019 and the second stage is 58 people in June 2020, with 4 (four) sessions: 1) Pre-test by giving questionnaires to participants regarding effective communication, 2) Delivery of effective verbal and non-verbal communication materials, 3) Effective communication exercises and HPK (Role Plays and Simulations), and 4) Post-test by giving questionnaires to the audience according to the related training materials. The results of pre and post test data processing: healthcare management, workers, and educators of RSKJ Soeprapto Bengkulu understand and are expected to be able to provide health education and communicate well, precisely, clearly, completely, accurately, and can be understood by the recipient (communicant) in this case the patient and his family. In the future, it is expected hospital to reduce errors and improve health service improvements for the hospital management, patients, families and among hospital staff by knowing and having the same perception in the application of their rights and obligations in hospitals also the effective communication.

Abstract

The research aims to study about the design of the institutional governance of domestic waste water, case study of regional water company Tirtawening city Bandung. The approach of research used in this study is using a qualitative descriptive approach, the Technique of data collection is done through observation, interview, document study to gather information related to the management of domestic waste water in the regional water company Tirtawening city Bandung. The results of research on the institutional design of the governance of domestic waste water regional water company Tirtawening city Bandung current needs to be done strengthening institutional governance is better again, so that the strategy adopted is through the institutional arrangement in the form of restructuring the organization to pay attention to organizational culture, leadership and structure of a slender, flexible, responsive, and efficient.

Abstract

Multiple crises in aspects of life have occurred due to Covid-19. The infodemic on social media has resulted in government agencies needing to carry out optimal management of government communication media, especially social media. Diskominfo Depok has a communication strategy to deal with Covid-19 information on Instagram. Qualitative research methods with a case study approach, Mc.Luhan's Media Ecological Theory and S.W.O.T Analysis in public relations.The results showed that the implementation of persuasive and contributive communication strategies by Diskominfo on Instagram @pemkotdepok to achieve good public communication and realize the vision and mission of Diskominfo as government public relations. The progress of social media Instagram @pemkotdepok is intensively developed as concrete evidence of Mc. Luhan's assumption in Media Ecology Theory "the medium is the message" and technological progress is very attached to human life. Shows the development of Diskominfo as a communication facilitator. The S.W.O.T analysis used aims to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats for Diskominfo in carrying out communication strategies on Instagram social media caused by Diskomifo's internal and external factors during the pandemic.

Abstract

Assistant General Administration is the organizational structure under the district secretary in charge of assisting the district Secretary in the implementation of local government. One way to realize the implementation of optimal governance is to demonstrate the performance of its employees. Performance is influenced by several factors including organizational culture, work discipline, leadership style, etc. Research aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, work discipline and leadership style as a partial or simultaneous to the performance of assistant officers of the public administration of the District secretariat of the North Paser district. The sample in this study was 160 employees who were civil servants (PNS) at the assistant to the General administration of the regional secretariat of the North Paser district office as respondents.English translation. Using multiple linear regression analysis method.  The research shows that organizational culture, working discipline and simultaneous leadership style have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The test results of partial significance from analysis and research studies show that organizational culture, work discipline and leadership style have a positive and significant influence on employee performance and organizational culture has influence the dominant performance of the three factors investigated.

Abstract

The importance of motivation is because motivation is the cause and supporter of human behavior so that they are willing to work hard and enthusiastically to achieve optimal results. Motivation is increasingly important in an organization or company because the leader distributes work to his staff to be done well and integrated to achieve the desired goals.The method used in this study refers to the " associative or relationship research method, namely research methods that aim to determine the relationship between two or more variables. The source of data in this study is primary data, namely from distributing questionnaires directly to respondents who became the research sample, namely employees of telecommunications companies in Indonesia, totaling 30 people. To find out what factors dominantly affect work motivation and employee performance. The analysis technique or data processing uses frequency distribution and comparison of the average number of each motivational factor to determine what factors are the most dominant on employee motivation and performance. Based on the results of research that has been carried out through questionnaires and calculated based on the average value of each factor, it is obtained that the dominant factor of work motivation and performance is a harmonious relationship between fellow staff in the company.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has acted as a catalyst for change in a variety of areas of life, including education. Education, which was previously conducted solely in the classroom, has evolved into technology-based distance learning, posing challenges for students at all levels of the educational process, including students. This study aims to analyze Islamic Religious Education students' knowledge, problems, and efforts to improve course understanding. A semi-structured questionnaire and the probability snowball sampling approach were used to conduct an online survey. The responders were from the second semester of eight classes, and a total of 180 statements were accepted. Distance learning expertise During distant learning, 63.71 percent stated they comprehended the process, and 42 percent said they felt their parents' attention. Students cited slow learning, excessive costs, and not ideal as problems in this survey, with 51.2 percent, 63 percent, and 63.3 percent, respectively, expressing their dissatisfaction. 74.4 percent of students reported that they were making significant efforts to improve their comprehension of studying and listening courses, with 43 percent of students attempting to ask questions and 90.6 seeking for references in order to better their understanding of the course.

Abstract

This study aimed to reveal and explain the implementation of school-based management (SBM) in realizing principles of child-friendly schools (CFSs) in the era of the Covid-19 Pandemic in Public Junior High School (SMPN) 1 Bandar Lampung, Lampung Province. This research used qualitative approach with a case study method. In collecting data, the researchers used the triangulation method (indepth interviews, observation, and documentstudy). This study found that implementing SBM in realizing CFS in the Covid-19 Pandemic Era was carried out by 1) school management for the purpose of contributing to achieving transparent and efficient school management and not to discouraging children’s participation in decision making, 2) active, creative, effective and fun learning, namely teaching and learning activities and positive interactions between teachers and students in schools and 3) community participation, namely direct involvement of parents and the community in improving the quality of education and increasing understanding and commitment to children’s rights.

Abstract

The function of the principal of madrasah as supervisor included some activities related to the awakening of the spirit, cooperation of teachers, the fulfillment of madrasah tools, the equipment for smooth learning, the development of the knowledge and some skills of teachers’ cooperation between madrasahs and the community. The aimed were to enhancing the quality of education and teaching the students. Therefore, in order to improving the effectiveness and efficiency in learning, the madrasah principal had double responsibility, those were: a) the madrasah administration, it created an enjoyable of learning situation, and b) doing the supervision. So, he could do a well job, it was guiding the students’ growth.
