Abstract

Alfred Schutz with his phenomenology introduced the concept of multiple reality. For Schutz, the reality in this world is not only in the reality of social life, but also includes fantasy reality, dream reality, etc. Therefore, the aim of this research is to analyze and describe how the concepts, characteristics, methods and examples of the use of the phenomenological approach in Alfred Schutz's perspective qualitative research methodology. The results of the study explain that the phenomenological approach pioneered by Edmund Husserl has a watchword: zuruck zu den sachen selbst (back to things themselves) that a method for explain phenomena in their purity, where these phenomena are anything that in some way appears in human consciousness . Abstract

This research discusses the supervision and law enforcement on the transportation system, which will be applied to the smart transportation system. With this system, the police and local governments will be able to monitor the transportation system in a city, especially law enforcement on roads. The method used in this study is to use a literature review which is the basis for this research, by using a literature review it will be able to deepen a research, and be able to understand previous studies in order to create new research. The problem raised in this research is how to apply law enforcement on the highway to land transportation, both public vehicles and private vehicles that are on the highway every day, with strict law enforcement it will reduce crime on the road and can reduce accidents on the road Highway. This research will produce a proposed system, which can be used by the police and local governments in enforcing the law on public or private vehicles on the road.

Abstract

The validity and reliability of the test is very important before the test is used to measure student achievement. This study aims to analyze the validity and reliability of the summative English test for fifth grade public elementary schools 058238 Bukit Rata in the academic year 2019/2020, and to investigate the quality level of the summative test of English in elementary schools. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The subjects in this study were students of grade V public elementary school 058238 Bukit Rata in the academic year 2019/2020. The data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis by testing the validity, reliability, level of difficulty, distinguishing power, and tricking effectiveness. The data obtained were analyzed using the ANATES version 4 program and manual calculations using Microsoft Excel. The results showed that, the level of validity of the English test in grade 5 elementary school before the revision based on material aspects, construct aspects and language aspects obtained a percentage of 73% with a good category. After being revised, based on material aspects, construct aspects and language aspects obtained a percentage of 90% with a good category. The reliability test was carried out twice, namely the questions before expert validation and after expert validation. The results of the reliability test on the first question were the value of -0.084 in the unreliable category because the value was ≤ 0.700. Furthermore, the second test of English test reliability was carried out. The results of the second test reliability test, namely the KR 20 formula with the help of the Excel program obtained a value of 0.413 in the sufficient category. The level of validity and reliability of the English test in grade 5 elementary schools. Before the revision, the number of valid questions was 4 valid questions or 16% of the total questions. Furthermore, the number of questions that can be accepted is 17 questions, but 13 questions are not valid. So it is necessary to improve the overall problem. After the revision was made, the number of valid questions was 16 valid questions or 64% of the total questions. Furthermore, the number of questions that can be used is 15 questions, because one significant question has a low difference power, so the question is not used. The validity and reliability of the English test in fifth grade public elementary school 058238 Bukit Rata should be revised becausereliability is used as an indicator in believing the value of a test because it has consistency. While the test must be valid because it is used as a development and evaluation of a test. In addition, validity is also needed to determine the feasibility of items.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of circuit learning on improving the physical fitness of elementary school students. This research was conducted at SDN 135 Sajoanging Wajo Regency of South Sulawesi Province, with a sample of 20 people. The method used in this study is to use asi experiments. The data analysis technique used in this study is to use descriptive analysis and inference analysis, descriptive analysis is used to describe the results of this study while inference analysis uses uji_t with a significant degree α=0.05 analysis used with the help of SPSS version 20.0. The results of this study found that circuit learning had a significant influence on improving the physical fitness of elementary school students. Thus, it can be concluded that circuit learning is one of the alternatives to improving the physical fitness of school students.

Abstract

The background of this research is how to determine the best choice in determining a major in higher education, with various existing majors, students must be able to choose the right department for themselves, with the right majors, the lectures will be maximized and the student will not experience difficulties. in entering lectures. The method used in this study is to use quantitative methods, based on literature reviews, with literature review methods, it will refer to previous research that has produced something for the wider community, with the development of previous research, this research will become the latest research. . There are several studies that use the AHP method, for example in the field of decision support systems in the field of psychology, the recruitment department of new employees, using the AHP method can determine which employee is the best for a position in a company, this method will help HRD in determining acceptable employees in a company. This research will show how an AHP method can provide the best solution in choosing a department in a college, which is carried out on prospective new students at a university.

Abstract

This article aims to get an overview of how basic concepts of economics ofeducation at the level of the supra-structure and infra-political structure inIndonesia. In that state of supra structure that includes the legislative, executive,judicial, and other state institutions, the government of Indonesia has made apolicy in writing that stated in the mandate of the constitution the Constitutionof 1945 of the State's obligation in financing education in Indonesia. Educationfunding is contained in Article 31 paragraph (4) of the 1945 Constitution thatthe State prioritize the education budget by 20% from APBN/APBD. If seen in astate of infra-structure that covers the center of the political power of thepeople, contained in elements of social organization, political figures,community leaders, the tools of political communication, and especially apolitical organization or political party is able to affect the workings of theapparatus of the public to express, distribute, translate, convert demands,support and the specific problems associated with the public interest, especiallyin this case the education sector, the government has given freedom inexpressing their opinions. It is proved that the Indonesian State has beenattempted in the give attention to education for its citizens. Because with aquality education will be able to improve economic growth and development ina Country. However, the education budget by 20% is considered not able tomaximize the improvement of the quality of education in Indonesia, so the needfor a new policy in increasing the percentage of the budget for education.

Abstract

Abstract.The purpose of this research is to develop learning management on Schoologybasedbadminton courses. The results are expected to know the validity,effectiveness, and response of students to the management of the learning. Theresearch was conducted in the FKIP UMS Sports Education Study Program. Thesubject of the study is a seventh-semester student in 2020. Research methods used byADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The resultsshowed that the study of material experts obtained a score of 44 with a percentageof 81.43% with a very valid category. Media experts with a score of 85 with apercentage of 79% are included in the Valid criteria. Effectiveness of learningmanagement of 1.12 including Strong Effect. Students' responses to learningmanagement used scored an average of 80, 96%. This research concludes that thedevelopment of schoology-based learning management can be applied in badmintonlearning in universities.Keywords: management development, Schoology, badminton.

Abstract

Wardah is a brand of cosmetics in under the auspices of PT. Paragon Technology and Innovation. Wardah present as one of the brands of cosmetics the largest in Indonesia , products Wardah first time launched in the year 1995. PT. Paragon Technology and Innovation is always on top of market growth every year . Even Throughout the year 2020 Wardah has succeeded in exporting 22.9 billion worth to Malaysia. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the purchase interest of Wardah beauty products . The author will meniliti 4 factors such as Beauty Vlogger, Quality Products , Image Brand And price product it itself . The population in this study is the Consumer Products Beauty Wardah are domiciled in Soloraya include Boyolali , Karanganyar , Surakarta, Sukoharjo , Klaten , Sragen and Wonogiri . Research is using the technique of taking samples with a short a tan purposive sampling with the total respondents as many as 102 respondents . While for Technical analysis of the data using analysis regression linear multiple , Test T ( Partial ), Test F ( Simultaneous ) and Test Koefiesien of determination (R2). Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that this research according to the results of the partial T test, the variable that dominates the interest in purchasing wardah beauty products is the variable quality of the product where the product quality has a percentage value of 51.46% which is greater than the percentage value for the Beauty Vlogger variable. , Brand Image and Price.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine that the decision to save in Islamic cooperatives is influenced by several factors such as promotion, service quality and products. Variables used in this study are as follows promotion (X1), service quality (X2), product (X3) and decision to save (Y). This research was conducted with a quantitative approach which is one of the methods used to assess a particular population or sample by using a purposive sampling technique using a solvin count so that 88 respondents who are already members of BMT Surya Dana Makmur can be taken. Data collection techniques are by distributing questionnaires online to members using a Likert scale to make it easier for respondents to fill out. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. Researchers used a tool called SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) to see the results of the data obtained. The results of this study promotion have a positive and insignificant effect on the decision to save in Islamic cooperatives. Then the quality of service and products has a positive and significant effect on the decision to save in Islamic cooperatives.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the physical fitness profile of water ski athletes in the DKI Jakarta slalom number. This type of research is quantitative using descriptive methods. This study was conducted in Lake Sunter Jakarta, with a sample number of 41 male athletes slalom number. The instruments used in this study used physical fitness tests from the American Association for Health, Physical Education and Recreation (AAHPER) tests for sons while data analysis used descriptive frequency analysis. The results showed that the physical fitness of water skiers slalom numbers in the category of good or by 70.73%. Thus it can be concluded that the physical fitness of water skiers in the category is well-reviewed from the strength and endurance of the muscles of the arms and shoulders; endurance of the abdominal muscles; agility; power limbs; running speed; endurance of the heart.
