Abstract

This research aims to find out how much leadership impact on employee performance in PT. Win Acces Telecommunication Palembang with the satisfaction of working as a variable intervening. This research uses primary and secondary data. The population of the research is all employees of PT. Win Acces Telecommunication Palembang, sampling techniques using census samples with a sample number of 46 respondents. Data analysis techniques are quantitative by using linear regression and pathway analysis. The results showed that the leadership and work satisfaction of a partial and simultaneous effect on performance with the significance of 0.000. In a direct, leadership impact on performance is 41% while the impact of leadership on performance through the work of the intervening variable is 13%. The research also proves that job satisfaction is not proven as an intervening variable.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to identify the effect of the tourism 4A components is tourist attraction, acsssibilities, amenities and ancillary service at the Bayt Al-Qur’an Al-Akbar tourist destination in the city of Palembang. This research used a quantitative descriptive approach. This research used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.. The sampling technique used in this research is non probability sampling with incidental sampling approach. The sample in this research were the visitors of Bayt Al-Qur’an Al-Akbar tourist destination in Palembang city with 100 respondents. Based on the T test results, it has known that tourist attractions and aminities have positive and significant effect towards interest to revisit in Bayt Al-Qur’an Al-Akbar, while accesibilities and ancillary service have no significant effect on the tourists' revisiting interest. Based on research result that tourist attraction has the most dominant influence on the interest in revisiting tourist. The better a tourist attraction have, the bigger tourists' revisiting interest will be at Bayt Al-Qur’an Al-Akbar Palembang.

Abstract

The relationship between entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation, learning orientation, competitive advantage and business performance especially food processing small businesses is interesting to study. Food processing small businesses in Palembang are the object of research with a sample of 179 people. Path analysis is used in this study to measure the amount of influence between variables. The findings of the study show that the entrepreneurial orientation variable has a significant effect on competitive advantage. Market orientation variable has no significant effect on competitive advantage. The learning orientation variable has a significant effect on competitive advantage. The competitive advantage variable has a significant effect on business performance. The results of this study can contribute to small businesses in improving business excellence and performance.

Abstract

This research aims to study the management and financial performance of the Government of South Sumatra in 2014-2018. This research is quantitative descriptive. The research used secondary data from the financial report of South Sumatra for 2014-2018 and other supporting data sourced from the Regional Financial Management Agency (BPKD) of the South Sumatra Government. The analysis technique used in this study is to calculate and analyze the financial ratios to the APBD that have been implemented. Based on the results of data processing and discussion of the results of the study, the South Sumatra Government's financial year for 2014-2018 was good enough. While the average independence ratio is 39.06% included in the consultative relationship pattern, the average efficiency ratio of 92.38% is included in the effective criteria, the average acquisition ratio is 74.87% included in the efficient criteria. Furthermore, the average ratio of operating expenditure activities was 79.62% and the average ratio of capital expenditure activities was 19.43%. When viewed from the activity ratio, the Government of South Sumatra prioritizes operating expenses over capital expenditure. In addition, the growth ratio from 2014-2018 showed fluctuating results.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the significance of Electronic Word of Mouth both partially and simultaneously on tourists decision to visit at Puncak Mas Lampung. The research methods used descriptive method with quantitative approach. Total population drawn from the data one years back as many as 210.000 people. The sample technique used is convenience sampling as many as 100 respondent.  Techniques of collecting data through questionnaires, documentation and literature studies. Analysis data was procesed by using the SPSS program version 24 with analysis tecnique used is multiple regression. The result of this research show that partially concern for other has not positive and significant impact on tourists decision to visit. But expressing positive feelings, helping the company and platform assiatance has positive and significant impact on tourists decision to visit. Concern for other, expressing positive feelings, helping the company and platform assistance simultaneously have positive and significant impact on tourists decision to visit.

Abstract

Engagement of employee is an interesting concept to study in relation to other concepts that support the success of an organization. This study is based on a quantitative method approach using path analysis to illustrate the relationships between concepts. The research sample is a travel agency employee in Palembang by determining the sample using a purposive sampling technique. The study explained that the relationship between employee involvement with employee satisfaction was stated to have no significant effect. The relationship between employee involvement with employee performance is stated to have no significant effect. Then, the relationship between employee satisfaction with employee performance is stated to have a significant effect. Study outcomes are expected to contribute to the management of travel agents in managing employees.

Abstract

This research was motivated by questions regarding the comparison of the financial performance of state-owned banks and the national private. In this study, the object of the case study was PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk, owned by the Government which has an asset value of 1,017 trillion Rupiah, with PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk, owned by the National Private Company with an asset value of 783 trillion Rupiah. After calculating the overall results, both PT BCA Tbk Bank, and PT BRI (Persero) Tbk bank could be categorized as healthy banks, even though the LDR, NPL, ROE and BOPO values were from PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk, greater than PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk, and the ROA and CAR values of PT BCA, Tbk were higher than that of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk.

Abstract

The development of technology makes the internet a medium that is not only used as a medium of communication, but also a shopping medium. The purpose of this paper is to see how the effect of lifestyle and ease of use on college student interest in shopping online. This research is a descriptive and parametric study. The data used are primary data, processing using data with ANOVA (analysis of variance) test. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total sample of 205. The results showed that lifestyle and ease of use affect the buying interest of college students in shopping online. From the economic side, online shopping can reduce the activity/ sacrifice that is considered as expenditure.

Abstract

This research raises the problem: a) What is the role and competence of lecturers at the Sriwijaya State Polytechnic in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 ?, b) How to improve the quality of the education system at Sriwijaya State Polytechnic in facing the era of industrial revolution 4.0 ?. The model used for this research is to use a percentage of the respondents' answers. To see the percentage of respondents' answers to the questions on the questionnaire, the Score Index formula (Is) is used. Data analysis used in this research is by collecting data which is then processed using quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. Research results: 1) Lecturer Competence Variable in the Educational Revolution Era 4. 0 on the Information and communication technology literacy indicator occupies the highest average IS with a score of = 85.91%, while the Creativity and innovative skills indicator has the lowest score with an average IS = 82.19%. 2) Educational System Variables: the human literacy indicator occupies the highest average IS with a score = 87.65%, while the digital literacy indicator occupies the lowest score with an average IS = 84.58%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi online dan lokasi terhadap volume penjualan. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah explanatory research atau penelitian penjelasan dengan menggunakan uji hipotesis dan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah 214 orang konsumen Kimi ‘Collection’ Kota Pagar Alam yang berbelanja selama bulan Mei 2020. Data yang digunakan adalah hasil jawaban dari kuisioner yang disebarkan kepada sampel penelitian yang berjumlah 68 orang melalui perhitungan rumus Slovin. Teknik analisa yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial yang dapat dilihat dari hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel promosi online mempunyai tingkat signifikansi 0,773>0,05, sedangkan variabel lokasi mempunyai tingkat signifikansi 0,000<0,05. Berdasarkan perhitungan tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial variabel promosi online tidak berpengaruh terhadap volume penjualan, sedangkan variabel lokasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap volume penjualan. Secara simultan promosi online dan lokasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap volume penjualan, kedua faktor ini merupakan faktor yang sangat penting dalam menentukan minat konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian terutama variabel lokasi yang mempunyai pengaruh signifikan. Oleh karena itu, Kimi ‘Collection’ perlu meningkatkan upaya promosi online dan lebih memperhatikan lokasi usahanya untuk dapat meningkatkan volume penjualan.
