The aims of this research aretested the significant difference in understanding bullying between the experimental group students who participated in the information service usingcooperative learning approach with jigsaw techniquewith control group students who participated in information services using lecture and question and answer methods. The research method used is a quantitative research method. The total sample of this study was 32 students with 16 students in the experimental group and 16 students in the control group. The results showed that there was a significant difference in understanding of bullying between experimental group students who are given information services using a cooperative learning approach with jigsaw techniques and control group students who are given information services using lecture and question and answer methods. Thus, the information service uses a cooperative learning approach with an effective jigsaw technique to increase students' understanding of bullying.

Students’ activities in class are very diverse when participating in the learning process, sometimes students do not dare to argue or are passive in class. This is indicated by the low activeness of students in responding when learning activities take place. The aims of this research are: (1) to produce a guidance and counseling module to improve students' skills in responding to valid ones, (2) to produce a guidance and counseling module to improve students' skills in responding which are practical to use, and (3) to produce modules guidance and counseling module to improve students' skills in responding effectively. The research method used is development research by following the development steps of ADDIE model. The subjects of the research trial consisted of three experts to test the module validity, four GC  teachers or counselors to test the module practicality and 35 students to test the module effectiveness. The research data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and nonparametric statistics. The results showed that: (1) the guidance and counseling module to improve students' responding skills was in the valid category, (2) the practical level of the guidance and counseling module to improve students' responding skills which was developed was in the very high category, (3) the guidance and counseling module to improve students' skills in responding effectively to improve students' responding skills. Thus, the guidance and counseling module developed is valid, practical and effective and can be used by GC teachers or counselors to improve students' skills in responding

Abstract

Today the world of education has changed from offline to online so that students cannot escape the crush that causes students to procrastinate a lot of assignments, be late in collecting assignments, cannot manage study time, do not dare to ask questions when they have difficulty understanding the subject matter, have difficulty understanding teacher instructions, students must provide quota packages, this causes students to like to complain, be confused, despair and give up easily, students are anxious, worried about missing lessons, and feel bored, this condition shows problems that come from resilience. Various crushes experienced by students in the new normal era have not been effective by being given group guidance to overcome it. Therefore, this study aims to (1) analyze differences in student resilience before being compared after taking group guidance using cognitive restructuring techniques, (2) analyzing differences before compared to after taking group guidance without special treatment, (3) analyzing differences in student resilience after attending group guidance using cognitive restructuring techniques compared to those following group guidance without special treatment. The research method used is quantitative research. This type of research is a Quasi Experiment Design with a pretest posttest control group design. The population in this study was 192 students, and 20 students were taken which were divided into 10 students for the experimental group and 10 students for the control group. Sampling used simple random sampling. The research instrument used was a Likert Scale model. The results showed that (1) there was a significant difference in student resilience before and after taking group guidance using cognitive restructuring techniques, (2) there was a significant difference in student resilience before and after taking group guidance without special treatment, (3) there was a significant difference resilience of students who follow group guidance using cognitive restructuring techniques and follow group guidance without special treatment. Therefore, group guidance on cognitive restructuring techniques is effective in increasing student resilience in the era new normal.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effectiveness of the jigsaw cooperative learning model content mastery service to improve students' interpersonal communication skills. This research design uses a quasi-experimental quantitative approach with the non-equivalent control group design. This type of sampling uses non-random sampling, with the sampling technique using purposive sampling. The sample in this study was 64 students who were divided into two classes who had interpersonal communication skills in the low category. Statistical analysis of the data used in this study is non-parametric statistics. This research instrument uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale data analysis technique that has met the requirements of the research instrument, then the data is analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test and Kolmogorov Smirnov 2 Independent Samples. The results showed that: 1) There were significant differences in the interpersonal communication skills of the experimental group students, before (pretest) and after (posttest) following the content mastery service with the jigsaw type cooperative learning model. The findings of this study, firstly, there is a significant difference in the interpersonal communication skills of experimental group students before and after participating in content mastery services with the jigsaw type cooperative learning model with a probability number below alpha 0.05 (0.000 <0.05). Second, there are differences in interpersonal communication skills of control group students before and after participating in content mastery services with probability numbers below alpha 0.05 (0.000 <0.05). Third, there are differences in students' interpersonal communication skills between the experimental group students who were given content mastery services with a jigsaw type cooperative learning model and the control group which was only given content mastery services. The experimental group and control group students' interpersonal communication skills were 0.000, or the probability was below 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05.

The population of this study were all adolescents from the Budi Luhur Orphanage with an age range of 15 to 18 years, totalling 86 people, using a total sampling technique. This research instrument uses a Likert scale model about the contribution of entrepreneurial knowledge, self-confidence conformity and entrepreneurial interest in orphanage youth. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques, then simple linear and multiple linear regression analyses. The research findings show that, in general, the entrepreneurial knowledge of the Orphanage youth is in the high category, the self-confidence of the Orphanage youth is in the high category, and the interest in entrepreneurship of the Budi Luhur Orphanage youth is in the very high category.
