Abstract

Rumah sakit dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan perlu ditunjang oleh pelayanan non medik, salah satunya instalasi laundry. Survei awal di RS Permata Hati Duri menggambarkan bangunan instalasi laundry Rumah Sakit tidak memenuhi standar serta jumlah linen yang belum mencukupi. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis manajemen pengelolaan linen di laundry RS Permata Hati Duri Kecamatan Mandau Kabupaten Bengkalis Tahun 2020. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif yaitu secara khusus membuat gambaran berdasakan hasil wawancara dan observasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Permata Hati selama satu bulan, mulai tanggal 31 April sampai dengan 30 Mei tahun 2020. Informan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling (non probability) yaitu kepala ruangan instalasi laundry, kepala bagian K3 RS dan umum, kepala bagian keperawatan, staf laundry, staf keperawatan. Analisis data menggunakan triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian yaitu SDM di instalasi laundry RS Permata Hati terdiri dari 4 orang staf pelaksana dan 1 orang kepala ruangan. Staf belum mendapatkan pelatihan. Sarana peralatan di instalasi laundry RS Permata Hati telah tersedia, namun prasarana seperti ruangan belum sesuai dengan standar serta belum ada sekat pemisah antara tiap kegiatan pengelolaan linen. SPO di instalasi laundry RS Permata Hati telah tersedia, disosialisasikan dan ada di ruangan serta terdapat reward dan punishment bagi petugas yang tidak menjalankan SPO. Namun evaluasi yang dijalankan belum maksimal.Diperlukan penambahan tenaga staf pelaksana di instalasi laundry RS Permata Hati serta pelatihan kepada para staf agar tidak terjadi kendala dalam pengelolaan dan pendistribusian linen.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia yang ada di Instalasi Radiologi Rumah Sakit Lancang kuning Pekanbaru masih belum memadai,pendidikan dan pelatihan yang masih jarang dilakukan serta kurangnya motivasi yang diberikan kepada petugas dan SOP yang belum dilaksanakan secara maksimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk diketahuinya Analisis Kinerja Petugas DiInstalasi Radiologi Rumah Sakit Lancang Kuning Pekanbaru Tahun 2020. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan metode kualitatif. Informan penelitian berjumlah 4 orang yaitu Informan Utama terdiri dari Kepala Ruangan Radiologi dan Petugas Radiologi dan Informan Penunjang yaitu Direktur Rumah Sakit dan Kepala Bidang Pelayanan Medik atau Penunjang Medik.  Hasil penelitian diketahui jumlah SDM yang ada masih belum memadai dan perlu adanya penambahan lagi, pendidikan dan pelatihan hanya berupa seminar-seminar saja karna tidak adanya dana dari rumah sakit untuk melaksanakan pelatihan, motivasi yang diberikan atasan hanya berupa arahan saja tidak diberikan bonus, reward atau insentif kepada petugas, SOP di Instalasi Radiologi sudah ada dan sudah berjalan walaupun belum 100% karena masih terdapat kendala pada alatnya. Diharapakan SDM di Instalasi Radiologi ditambah dan diberikan pelatihan dan pendidikan sesuai kebutuhan, serta peningkatan motivasi kepada petugas.   The existing human resources in the Radiology Installation of LancangKuning Hospital in Pekanbaru are still inadequate, education and training are still rarely done as well as the lack of motivation given to officers and Standar Operasional Prosedur  that have not been carried out to the fullest. The purpose of this research is to know the Performance Analysis of Radiology Installation Officer at LancangKuning Hospital Pekanbaru in 2020. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative method approach. There were 4 research informants, namely the Main Informant consisting of the Head of the Radiology Room and Radiology Officers and Supporting Informants, namely the Hospital Director and the Head of Medical Services or Medical Support. The results of the study revealed that the number of existing human resources was still inadequate and there was a need for more additions, education and training were only in the form of seminars because there was no funding from the hospital to carry out training, motivation given by superiors was only in the form of directives, not given bonuses, rewards or incentives to officers, Standar operasional prosedur in Radiology Installation already exists and is already running even though it is not yet 100% because there are still problems with the equipment. It is expected that HR in the Radiology Installation will be added and given training and education as needed, as well as increased motivation for officers.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Hipertensi disebut juga penyakit tekanan darah tinggi merupakan salah satu penyakit yang paling sering muncul di negara berkembang seperti Indonesia. Nilai tekanan darah sistolik ? 140 mmHg atau diastolik ? 90 mmHg. Prevalensi untuk lansia penderita hipertensi lebih dari 60 tahun diestimasikan lebih dari 60%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan tekanan darah sistole dan diastole lansia penderta hipertensi dengan pemberian pisang ambon di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Harapan Raya. Penelitian ini ekperimen dengan jenis penelitian Quasy Experiment dan menggunakan Nonrandomized Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada kelompok kontrol 16 orang dan kelompok perlakuan 16 orang. Kelompok kontrol tidak diberikan pisang ambon dan hanya dilakukan pengukuran tekanan darah dan kelompok perlakuan diberikan pisang ambon dan dilakukan pengukuran tekanan darah selama 7 hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan rata-rata tekanan darah sebelum dan sesudah pemberian pisang ambon. Dari hasil uji efektifitas dengan mann whitney dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian pisang ambon kepada lansia efektif terhadap penurunan tekanan darah (tekanan darah sistole p value 0,000 dan tekanan darah diastole p value 0,006). ABSTRACT Hypertension, also known as high blood pressure, is one of the most common diseases in developing countries like Indonesia. Systolic blood pressure values ??? 140 mmHg or diastolic ? 90 mmHg. The prevalence for elderly people with hypertension more than 60 years is estimated to be more than 60%. This study aims to determine the differences in systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the elderly with hypertension with the provision of Ambon banana in the work area of ??the Harapan Raya Community Health Center.This research is an experiment with Quasy Experiment and uses the Nonrandomized Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. This research was conducted in a control group of 16 people and a treatment group of 16 people. The control group was not given Ambon banana and only measured blood pressure and the treatment group was given Ambon banana and measured blood pressure for 7 days. The results showed that there were differences in the average blood pressure before and after giving Ambon banana. From the results of the effectiveness test with Mann Whitney, it can be concluded that giving Ambon banana to the elderly is effective in reducing blood pressure (systolic blood pressure p value 0.000 and diastolic blood pressure p value 0.006).

Abstract

Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) merupakan salah satu jenis penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh virus dengue yang ditularkan melalui gigitan nyamuk Aedes Aegypti. Penyakit DBD dapat muncul sepanjang tahun dan dapat menyerang seluruh kelompok umur. Puskesmas Karya Wanita merupakan daerah yang endemis yaitu daerah yang mudah terjangkit penyakit dalam jumlah besar salah satunya penyakit DBD. Upaya dari pemerintah untuk mengatasi penularan penyakit DBD dengan melakukan program pengendalian DBD. Program pengendalian ini berupa pemberantasan sarang nyamuk, penyelidikan epidemiologi dan penggulangan fokus. Kegiatan ini mempunyai tujuan utama diantaranya untuk menurunkan angka kesakitan, menurunkan angka kematian, dan mencegah terjadinya KLB penyakit DBD. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan program pengendalian DBD di Puskesmas Karya Wanita Kota Pekanbaru tahun 2020. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari 1 informan kunci yaitu Kepala Puskesmas, 2 informan utama yaitu Pemegang Program DBD, Petugas Promosi Kesehatan, dan 2 informan pendukung yaitu Kader dan Masyarakat. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara mendalam dengan menggunakan bantuan pedoman wawancara serta analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dan disajikan dalam bentuk narasi . Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program pengendalian DBD belum optimal, hal ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya dana untuk melaksanakan program ini, dan juga masih kurangnya partisipasi masyarakat dalam melakukan program Pemberantasan Sarang Nyamuk (PSN). Diharapkan kepada pihak puskesmas agar dapat bekerjasama dengan pihak terkait seperti Dinas Kesehatan Kota/Provinsi dan lintas sektor dalam pendanaan untuk semua kegiatan pengendalian DBD dan lebih memotivasi masyarakat agar ikut serta dalam proses pengendalian DBD. Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is a type of infectious disease caused by the dengue virus which is transmitted through the bite of the Aedes Aegypti mosquito. DHF can appear throughout the year and can affect all age groups. Karya Wanita Public Health Center is an endemic area, namely an area that is easily infected by large numbers of diseases, one of which is DHF. Efforts from the government to overcome the transmission of dengue disease by implementing a dengue control program. This control program takes the form of eradicating mosquito nests, epidemiological investigations and focus repetition. This activity has the main objective of reducing morbidity, reducing mortality, and preventing outbreaks of dengue fever. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of the DHF control program at  Karya Wanita Public health center Pekanbaru City in 2020. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach. The subjects of this study consisted of 1 key informant, namely the Head of the Puskesmas, 2 main informants, namely the DBD Program Holder, a Health Promotion Officer, and 2 supporting informants namely Cadres and the Community. The technique used in this research is in-depth interviews using interview guides and data analysis is done descriptively and presented in narrative form. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the DHF control program is not optimal, this is due to the lack of funds to implement this program, and also the lack of community participation in carrying out the Mosquito Nest Eradication (PSN) program. It is hoped that the public health center will be able to collaborate with related parties such as the City / Provincial Health Office in funding for all DHF control activities and to further motivate the community to participate in the DHF control process

Abstract

ABSTRACT Work fatigue is a mental or physical fatigue that reduces a person's ability to do a job safely and effectively. At this time, health and nutrition are important factors that affect the quality of human resources (HR). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between nutritional status, energy intake and physical activity on fatigue in nutrition installation employees at Awal Bros Hospital Pekanbaru 2020. This type of research is quantitative analytic with cross sectional design. The population of this study were all Nutrition Installation employees at Awal Bros Hospital in Pekanbaru were 50 people. The sampling technique used was total sampling. Types of data are primary and secondary data. Data analysis was performed univariate and bivariate using chi square. Based on the results of the study, it is known that most of them have abnormal nutritional status as many as 35 people (70%) and most of them have bad energy intake as many as 31 people (62%). Most of the respondents had bad physical activity as many as 27 people (54%). Most of the respondents felt tired as many as 32 people (64%). The conclusion of this research is there is a relationship between nutritional status (p value = 0.008), energy intake (p value = 0.005) and physical activity (p value = 0.002) with fatigue at Awal Bros Hospital, Pekanbaru 2020. Advice to workers to pay more attention to nutritional status and energy intake so as not to cause excessive work fatigue. Regarding physical activity factors, hospitals need to pay attention to rest periods, workplace conditions, burdens and assistive devices used so that fatigue does not lead to workplace accidents.

Abstract

Asma merupakan peradangan yang kronis yang pada umumnya terjadi pada saluran napas yang ditandai dengan gejala yang bervariasi. Berdasarkan data di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sungai Sembilan penderita asma pada tahun 2018 sebanyak 68 orang, dan tahun 2019 meningkat menjadi 97 orang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu diketahuinya hubungan antara faktor genetik, paparan asap rokok, hewan peliharaan dan paparan debu terhadap kejadian asma pada masyarakat di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sungai Sembilan Tahun 2019. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian Case Control.Analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan uji chi square.Populasi penelitian berjumlah 130 orang dengan sampel kasus 65 orang dan kontrol 65 orang.Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara faktor genetik p value = 0,0001 dengan OR (95% CI) = 14,897 (5,291-41,941) dan  hewan peliharaan p value= 0,028 dengan OR (95% CI) = 2,420 (1,158-5,059) sedangkan yang tidak berhubungan paparan asap rokok p value 0,359 dan paparan debu p value 0,420 dengan kejadian asma pada masyarakat di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sungai Sembilan Tahun 2019. Disarankan ke Puskesmas Sungai Sembilan untuk melakukan surveilans penyakit asma dan melakukan penyuluhan dengan berbagai media komunikasi seperti; brosur, leaflet, booklet dan lainnya. Based on data in the Sungai Sembilan Community Health Center Work Area there were 68 people with asthma in 2018, and in 2019 it increased to 97 people. The purpose of this study is to know the relationship between genetic factors, exposure to cigarette smoke, pets and dust exposure to the incidence of asthma in the community in the Sungai Sembilan Health Center Work Area in 2019. This type of research is quantitative with a Case Control research design. The analysis used was univariate and bivariate analysis with the chi square test. The study population numbered 130 people with a sample of 65 cases and 65 controls. The sampling technique used simple random sampling. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between genetic factors P value = 0.0001 with OR (95% CI) = 14.897 (5,291-41,941) and pets P value = 0.028 with OR (95% CI) = 2.420 (1,158- 5.059) while those that are not related to cigarette smoke exposure are P value 0.359 and dust exposure P value 0.420 with the incidence of asthma in the community in the Sungai Sembilan Community Health Center Work Area in 2019. It is suggested to Sungai Sembilan Public Health Center to carry out surveillance of asthma and conduct counseling with various communication media such as; brochures, leaflets, booklets and others.

Abstract

Sanitasi Dasar di Indonesia masih belum sepenuhnya diterapkan oleh masyarakat. Apalagi jika melihat masih adanya masyarkat yang belum memiliki pemikiran akan pentingnya sanitasi dasar bagi hidupnya, sehingga masih tinggi angka kesakitan akibat sanitasi dasar yang buruk dan masih banyaknya masyarakat yang belum memiliki fasilitas sanitasi dasar yang sesuai dengan kriteria dan syarat yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah Kelurahan Meranti pandak merupakan suatu daerah yang berada di Kecamatan Rumbai Pesisir Kota Pekanbaru yang berada di daerah pinggir sungai siak dimana masih kurangnya penerapan STBM di kelurahan Meranti Pandak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kondisi sanitasi lingkungan di Kelurahan Meranti Pandak Kecamatan Rumbai Pesisir Kota Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Deskriptif Kuantitatif. Tempat Penelitian ini di Kelurahan Meranti Pandak Kecamatan Rumbai Pesisir Kota Pekanbaru. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan April 2020. Penggumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposif Sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah diketahui sumber air bersih di Kelurahan Meranti pandak rata-rata 2.49 menggunakan air bor, kondisi jamban dengan rata-rata 2.24 berbau, rata-rata tersedianya tempat pembuangan sampah 0.67, dan rata-rata 1.21 keadaan SPAL terbuka dan berbau. Dengan penelitian ini diharapkan masyarakat bisa merubah perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat supaya terciptanya lingkungan yang bersih dan terhindar dari penyakit Meranti Pandak Village is an area located in the Rumbai Pesisir District, Pekanbaru City, which is on the edge of the Siak River where there is still a lack of STBM application in Meranti Pandak Village. The purpose of this study was to determine the condition of environmental sanitation in Meranti Pandak Village, Rumbai Pesisir District, Pekanbaru City. This research is a descriptive quantitative research conducted by using the observation method. The place of this research is in Meranti Pandak Village, Rumbai Pesisir District, Pekanbaru City. The results of this study show that the average source of clean water in Meranti Pandak is 2.49 using drilled water, the condition of the latrine with an average smell of 2.24, the average availability of landfills is 0.67, and an average of 1.21 SPAL is open and smelly. It can be concluded that it meets the requirements for clean water sources, does not meet the requirements for latrine conditions, meets the requirements for landfills and does not qualify for SPAL. With this research, it is hoped that the community can change their behavior in a clean and healthy life in order to create a clean environment and avoid disease.

Abstract

The effort to implements 3R is an effort made to manage plastic waste produced by the community so that the plastic waste they produce every day. In addition, the people in the village, even though the result of the combustion are dangerous for health. The purpose of this study was the determine the efforts to apply 3R and public knowledge of plastic waste management in Beringin village teluk kuantan in 2020. This research is a descriptive quantitative study with a cross sectional approach. Conducted by distributing questionnaires and field observation to 88 respondents by purposive sampling. Research location in the Beringin village teluk kuantan in may 2020. The results showed that the p-value > ? (0.05) with the p-value application of reduce variable (0.009), the p-value application of reuse (0.007), application of recycle p-value (0.010) and knowledge p-value (0.002). From the results of the study it can be concluded that all variabels have a relationship between the application of reuse, reduce, recycle dan public knowledge of plastic waste management in Beringin village teluk kuantan in 2020. And researchers suggest that government should invite the public to manage plastic waste in particular so that it can be used as an item that produces economic value.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Keberhasilan suatu rumah sakit dipengaruhi oleh tenaga kesehatan atau sumber daya manusia yang disiplin, yang mencerminkan kesadaran dan kesediaan mentaati semua peraturan perusahaan dan norma-norma sosial yang berlaku. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi disiplin  kerja diantaranya ketepatan waktu, pemanfaatan sarana, balas jasa, tanggung jawab dan ketaatan terhadap aturan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan disiplin kerja karyawan non medis di Rumah Sakit Pekanbaru Medical Center. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain analitik Cross Sectional study.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh tenaga non medis di Rumah Sakit Pekanbaru Medical Center (PMC) yang berjumlah 70 orang . Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik total sampling. Analisis Univariat dilakukan untuk mendeskripsikan karakter masing-masing variabel yang diteliti, sedangkan analisis Bivariat dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan kedua variabel independen dan dependen. teladan pemipin P value 0.016, balas jasa P value 0.000, keadilan P value 0.000, pengawasan melekat P value 0.011, sanksi hukuman P value 0.008 dengan disiplin kerja. Ada hubungan antara teladan pemipin, balas jasa, keadilan, sanksi hukuman. Di sarankan agar Rumah Sakit Pekanbaru Medical Center (PMC) dapat meningkatkan penerapan prinsip keadilan dalam lingkungan kerjanya untuk dapat meningkatkan disiplin kerja karyawan ABSTRACT The success of a hospital is influenced by health workers or human resources who are disciplined, which reflects the awareness and willingness to obey all company regulations and applicable social norms. Factors affecting work discipline include timeliness, utilization of facilities, remuneration, responsibility and adherence to rules. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to the work discipline of non-medical employees at Pekanbaru Medical Center Hospital. This type of quantitative research is analytic cross sectional study design. The population in this study is all non-medical staff at Pekanbaru Medical Center Hospital, amounting to 70 people. The sampling technique used was total sampling technique. Univariate analysis was carried out to describe the character of each variable under study, while Bivariate analysis was carried out to see the relationship between the two independent and dependent variables. leadership models P value 0.016, reward P value 0.000, fairness P value 0.000, supervision attached P value 0,11, sanctions P value 0.008. There is a relationship between leadership models, reward, fairness, supervision attached, sanctions. it is recommended that Pekanbaru Medical Center Hospital to increase the implementation of fairness principle in the work environment in order to improve employee’s discipline Pekanbaru Medical Center Hospital
