Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has impacted face-to-face restrictions, which from a financial perspective reduces cash transactions. Payment with a cashless payment method is currently the leading choice of the community. Digital transactions are one way to anticipate the spread of viruses. This article aims to find out the behavior of the public towards the Cashless Payment method in financial transactions. The study uses a qualitative phenomenological approach. Through qualitative approaches, it is found that people's behavior in digital transactions is more due to humanitarian reasons. The community considers that the Covid-19 pandemic is a shared responsibility for that there needs to be mutual care. New Normal in the view of society is a form of learning in the form of increasing concern for self, society, and God. The follow-up of the results of this study encourages authors to conduct further research using quantitative approaches through multiple regression analysis. Further investigation showed that the use of Cashless Payment affects increasing spending, where simultaneously the increase in expenditure is directly proportional to the rise in bills, consumerism of food via online, shopping for drugs and vitamins, and sharing behaviors (Jogo Tongo).

Abstract

Tarekat naqsyabadiyah khalidiyah di baitul malik mengalami perkembangan yang sangat pesat, tetapi terdapat persoalan yang muncul dalam praktek keagamaan tarekat naqsyabadiyah khalidiyah di baitul malik antara lain : 1) Anggota yang mengikuti suluk ramadhan 1441 H hanya sebagian kecil dari jumlah keseluruhan jama’ahnya; 2) Pengikut tarekat naqsyabadiyah khalidiyah sebagian besar adalah usia paruh baya (35-50 tahun). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami strategi dakwah yang digunakan oleh jama’ah tarekat naqsyabandiyah khalidiyah untuk mewujudkan akhlakul karimah. Sebagai informan adalah jama’ah tarekat naqsyabandiyah khalidiyah yang sedang melaksanakan kegiatan suluk di baitul malik sawangan. Metode penelitian dengan observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi dakwah tazkiyah terbukti efektif dalam mewujudkan akhlakul karimah bagi pengamalnya. Strategi ini lebih memfokuskan pada jiwa mad’u untuk menyucikan jiwa manusia melalui dialog, metode aplikatif dan keteladanan.

Abstract

Shalawat wahidiyah is a number of many teachings or practices that are based on Islamic sharia. This researcheraims to explain theimplementation of mujahadah shalawat wahidiyah as well as the benefits of wahidiyah shalawat for its practitioners. This research is qualitative research with a takaan or normative approach. Data collection techniques through library studies. The results showed that wahidiyah shalawat is a practical guidance born in carrying out the guidance of the Prophet, which includes sharia, essence, faith, Islam, ihsan, and moral / moral. Shalawat wahidiyah emphasizes on the side of human awareness of the presence of Allah and His Messenger. This awareness is what further makes the practitioner realize his condition and position before Allah as a creature full of sins and errors, and then say a prayer of supplication (forgiveness of sins, shafa'at of the Prophet, and others). It is self-awareness and confession that ultimately makes the practitioner feel the peace of heart and mind.

Abstract

Virtual money is a product of specific cryptocurrency algorithms, where no particular institution or authority controls the circulation of this digital money or underlying assets for which there is no basis for pricing and consumer protection. By ceding the money system into the market, Cryptocurrencies require legality considerations. This research aims to explain cryptocurrency as a means of payment from the perspective of Islamic Law. This research uses a literature review or normative approach. The results showed that a Legal Vacuum or the empty laws governing Cryptocurrencies could potentially negatively impact. This is because there is the principle of haram li ghairihi, where something contains an element of uncertainty. In the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) perspective through Fatwa No. 116/DSN/-MUI/IX/2017, cryptocurrency is included in the concept of sharia maqashid due to uncertainty of containing element maysir (gambling).

Abstract

The issue of radicalism in the name of religion in Indonesia is very worrying. It happened after the reformation that took place in 1998 until Indonesia became the world's spotlight. This research aims to master the extent to which Islamic moderation can reduce religious radicalism in Indonesia. Research procedures use library research. Sources of information come from various readings, especially those related to religious descriptions that can give birth to terrorism. The literature studied, among others, links to sacred texts that serve as justifications in radical movements, which have implications for revolutionary movement actors. The research results show that to reduce radicalism in Indonesia, Islamic Moderation as a middle path is needed, which is compatible with the core teachings of Islam and human nature. Moderate Islam prioritizes the reasonable principle (washatiah) in preaching, which takes the middle path between 2 opposite extreme poles. This Islamic moderation is a method of da'wah that emphasizes the values of Islam rahmatan Lil Alamin. Da'wah is friendly to tradition so that it can grow in a multicultural and multi-religious society.

Abstract

Pancasila subjects that will be applied in the 2022/2023 school year have gone through a long journey in education, especially the learning process. Historically, the world of education has known PMP (Pancasila Moral Education) and PPKn (Pancasila and Citizenship Education). Since the year of reform, the subject that discusses Pancasila has undergone many changes, both in terms of material and the basic foundation of the curriculum in education itself. This is a result of one of them is the amendment of the 1945 Constitution. This paper aims to determine the implementation of Pancasila subjects that will be applied as a substitute for PPKn subjects. Research is a type of normative or literature research. Data collection through literature review is related to the focus of research in the form of literature review, theory, and documents. Meanwhile, data analysis is carried out descriptively by triangulation. Hasilresearch shows that the Ministry of Education and Culture early 2022 issued guidelines for implementing the curriculum to recover learning after the Covid-19 pandemic. It contains Pancasila subjects that replace PPKn subjects. Its implementation is carried out by considering 2 (two) aspects, namely: intracurricular allocation per year; and the allocation ofPancasila student profile projects. Abstract

            The driving school program is one of the ways the government has tried to implement a new curriculum during the Covid-19 pandemic. This program emphasizes the output of students with the character through the profile of Pancasila students. One of the critical points in this curriculum is an operational curriculum option, where educational institutions can develop their curriculum to be implemented. This study aims to explain the implementation of the curriculum structure in the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Corner for the 2022/2023 Academic Year. The research was conducted at madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Pojok Walikukun Widodaren Ngawi East Java. This research is qualitative research with a field approach (field research). Primary data sources are obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation—data analysis using triangulation to collect data; data reduction process; presentation; and drawing conclusions. The results showed that in the 2022/2023 school year, madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Pojok Walikukun implemented a curriculum structure in line with PP No. 57 of 2021 concerning the National Education System, and the Ministry of Education and Culture, No. 371/ M/ 2021 concerning School Programs. The RPP applied by itself is directed at project-based learning, with the output of strengthening the profile of Pancasila students.   Abstrak Program sekolah penggerak merupakan salah satu cara pemerintah dalam uji coba menerapkan kurikulum baru di masa pandemi Covid-19. Program ini menekankan pada luaran peserta didik yang berkarakter melalui profil pelajar pancasila. Salah satu poin penting dalam kurikulum ini adalah adanya opsi kurikulum operasional, dimana lembaga pendidikan dapat mengembangkan sendiri kurikulum yang akan diberlakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan implementasi struktur kurikulum dalam Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Pojok Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023. Penelitian dilakukan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Pojok Walikukun Widodaren Ngawi Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan lapangan (field research). Sumber data primer diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dengan menggunakan triangulasi untuk mengumpulkan data; proses reduksi data; penyajian; serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada tahun ajaran 2022/2023 ini Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Pojok Walikukun menerapkan struktur kurikulum yang selaras dengan PP No 57 Tahun 2021 Tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional, dan Kemendikbudristek No 371/M/2021 Tentang Program Sekolah Penggerak. RPP yang diterapkan sendiri diarahkan pada pembelajaran berbasis proyek, dengan output penguatan profil pelajar pancasila.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The new curriculum  is needed as a way out of the  learning process that is in line with the demands of the times and pandemic conditions, where changes in regulations and the learning process can occur at any time. This paper aims to explain the concept of the Prototype Curriculum at the PAUD level which is implemented in PAUD Mutiara Yogyakarta for the 2022/2023 Academic Year. This research uses a normative or literature approach, with primary data sources in the form of documents related to the research  focus.  The results  showed that through the Driving  School Program, a new curriculum concept called the Prototype Curriculum was obtained. At the PAUD level, the learning process is directed at 3 (three) Learning Outcomes (CP), namely: religious values and ethics; identity; the basis of STEAM literacy (science, technology, engineering, art, mathematics).  Learning Outcomes themselves have been previously known through the 2013 Curriculum with the terms Basic Competencies (KD) and Core Competencies (KI).   Abstrak Kurikulum baru ini diperlukan sebagai jalan keluar dari proses pembelajaran yang sejalan dengan tuntutan zaman dan kondisi pandemi, dimana perubahan regulasi dan proses pembelajaran dapat terjadi sewaktu-waktu. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan konsep Kurikulum Prototipe di tingkat PAUD yang diterapkan di PAUD Mutiara Yogyakarta untuk Tahun Akademik 2022/2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan normatif atau literatur, dengan sumber data primer berupa dokumen yang berkaitan dengan fokus penelitian.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui Program Driving School diperoleh konsep kurikulum baru yang disebut Kurikulum Prototipe. Pada tingkat PAUD, proses pembelajaran diarahkan pada 3 (tiga) Capaian Pembelajaran (CP), yaitu: nilai-nilai agama dan etika; identitas; dasar literasi STEAM (sains, teknologi, teknik, seni, matematika).  Capaian Pembelajaran sendiri sebelumnya telah dikenal melalui Kurikulum 2013 dengan istilah Kompetensi Dasar (KD) dan Kompetensi Inti (KI).

Abstract

Pesantren in the annals of history plays an important role in the world of education, economics and politics. The economy of pesantren has fundamentally prepared itself as an organizational independence in maintaining its existence. The MORA regulation hints at the independence of pesantren with a roadmap of independence as the main guideline. Meanwhile, the Pesantren Law has not specifically mentioned this. This paper seeks to explain the implementation of the independence of pesantren and the need for reconstruction of the Pesantren Law in the perspective of the pesantren m andirian. This research uses a literature approach. The results of the study show the need for a discourse on the reconstruction of articles in the Pesantren Law in line with the pesantren independence program and the programs or technical implementations under it, starting from the funding of pesantren, the roadmap for pesantren independence, to technical guidelines for pesantren business assistance.   Abstrak Pesantren dalam catatan sejarah memainkan peran penting dalam dunia pendidikan, ekonomi dan politik. Ekonomi pesantren pada dasarnya telah mempersiapkan diri sebagai independensi organisasi dalam mempertahankan eksistensinya. Peraturan Kemenag mengisyaratkan independensi pesantren dengan roadmap kemerdekaan sebagai pedoman utama. Sementara itu, UU Pesantren belum secara spesifik menyebutkan hal tersebut. Tulisan ini berupaya menjelaskan pelaksanaan independensi pesantren dan perlunya rekonstruksi UU Pesantren dalam perspektif pesantren m andirian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perlunya wacana rekonstruksi pasal-pasal dalam UU Pesantren sejalan dengan program kemandirian pesantren dan program atau teknis pelaksanaan di bawahnya, mulai dari pendanaan pesantren, roadmap kemandirian pesantren, hingga petunjuk teknis bantuan usaha pesantren

Abstract

Hyperactivity is an abnormal behavior disorder caused by nervous dysfunction with the main symptoms of not being able to concentrate attention. Hyperactivity is often called Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD), where sufferers have the potential to have problems communicating, especially pragmatically. This study aims to describe the language development of hyperactive children. Research is a type of normative or literature research. Data collection through literature review is related to research focus, literature review, and theory. The results showed that pragmatic language development contains 3 (three) things that need to be studied as an initial identification effort and 7 (seven) practical communication factors. Initial identification is required as a means of strengthening observation results. At the same time, introducing pragmatic language is needed to minimize the limitations of communication patterns of people with ADHD.   ABSTRAK Hiperaktif pada dasarnya merupakan gangguan tingkah laku yang tidak normal yang disebabkan disfungsi saraf dengan gejala utama tidak mampu memusatkan perhatian. Hiperaktif sering disebut Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD), dimana penderitanya berpotensi mempunyai kendala dalam berkomunikasi, khususnya secara pragmatis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perkembangan bahasa untuk anak hiperaktif. Penelitian merupakan jenis penelitian normatif atau kepustakaan. Pengumpulan data melalui kajian pustaka terkait dengan fokus penelitian, berupa kajian pustaka, dan teori. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan bahasa pragmatik memuat ada 3 (tiga) hal yang perlu dikaji sebagai upaya identiikasi awal, dan 7 (tujuh) faktor komunikasi pragmatik. Identifikasi awal diperlukan sebagai sarana penguatan hasil observasi, sedangkan pengenalan terhadap bahasa pragmatik diperlukan sebagai upaya meminimalisir keterbatasan pola komunikasi penderita ADHD.
