Abstract

Leadership is something that is felt to be quite important in the sustainability of an organization or group. A good leadership pattern will produce effective and efficient organizational or group dynamics. Likewise in the scope of education, good and structured leadership will make the achievement of the goals of education itself. Leadership management applied in education needs to be done as well as possible by looking at various considerations. In international school-based education, educational leadership needs to take diversity and culture into consideration. If focused on Islamic education, leadership management in international schools needs to be focused on achieving the vision and mission that has been prepared with various considerations. The visionary, innovative, and varied international school-based characteristics make the need for leadership management in Islamic education that is able to place Islamic education as a handle on the various dynamics that occur.

Abstract

School management is one of the processes to achieve a school atmosphere so that teaching and learning activities can take place effectively and efficiently. Good school management will increase the motivation of educators, but problems will occur if this is seen from the room arrangements and school conditions that are not so good. In the world of education, the notion of quality in the context of educational outcomes refers to the achievements of school students. The achievements achieved by students are non-academic and academic achievements. This research is a literature study research technique where the results of the discussion are the results of references to books, journals, articles that are appropriate or related to this discussion. Looking for various information from books, journals, articles and realities of problems that fit the discussion into one, then reviewed again with grammar and ways to become interesting information. In this article, we will discuss the management of educator achievements in junior high schools, management of junior high school students in Indonesia, the influence of management for junior high school students on learning achievement.

Abstract

This Classroom Action Research is entitled "Improving PAI Learning Outcomes Through the Application of the Index Card Match Method with Zakat Materials for Class VI SDN 4 Tenggeles". The purpose of this study was to improve student learning outcomes with the Index Card Match method in Islamic Islamic Education learning with Zakat material. The research was conducted at SD Negeri 4 Tenggeles for 1 week, in November on 20 grade VI students. Data collection tools in this study were using student worksheets and tests for data on student learning outcomes. Data collection techniques using observation and test methods. The result of the analysis showed that for pre-cycle was 5%, the average and in the first cycle was 100%. From the results obtained, it is concluded that the application of the Index Card Match method can improve student learning outcomes in PAI learning the meaning of the final day in class VI SDN 4 Tenggeles is very satisfying.

Abstract

The curriculum with a multicultural approach has a very positive impact on the education system in Indonesia, which has many cultures. This curriculum is structured by looking at many differences so that this curriculum can be used by all students, not just one religion, ethnicity or race. Because a good curriculum is a curriculum designed with a multicultural system. This writing aims to determine the role of Islamic education curriculum development with a multicultural approach, using research methods, namely qualitative methods. The results of the research from the authors indicate that the multicultural education curriculum is a series and regulations regarding the content, objectives, and implementation processes of learning with a cultural approach that respects differences to achieve these educational goals.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of facilities and infrastructure in improving student achievement and how the invisible relationship between the management of facilities and infrastructure with student achievement. Facilities and infrastructure are one of the supporting factors so that students' academic and non-academic achievements in schools can increase, through good management of facilities and infrastructure that can meet the needs of students, teachers, staff, and school employees. Student achievement can increase if the management of facilities and infrastructure can be carried out effectively and efficiently. Facilities and infrastructure are not only carried out by maintaining them but facilities must be managed through planning, procurement, management, maintenance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve the ability to understand multiplication story problems for third grade students of SDN 1 Ketileng using the RME (Realistic Mathematics Education) approach. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting. The subjects of this study were teachers and third grade students of SDN 1 Ketileng, Todanan District, Blora Regency. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, tests, and observations. Based on the results of the study, it showed that the students' multiplication ability had increased which could be seen from the results of each cycle. This can be seen from the percentage of students' complete scores who reach > 65 (KKM). In the pre-cycle the number of students who completed there were 45%. In the first cycle the number of students who completed there were 65% an increase of 18%. In Cycle I to Cycle II to 82% an increase of 19%. It can be seen from the results of Cycle II, the number of students who obtained a complete score > 65 at least 80% has been achieved.

Abstract

Indonesia has cultural and even religious diversity. One of the religions that is widely practiced by the Indonesian people is Islam. It is Islamic religious education that relies on the Qur'an and hadith, of course, is a very strong and correct source in solving problems. The teachings of Islam itself certainly have explained a lot about the differences that exist in life. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method. The approach used is aapproach library research or library method. Islamic religious education is a conscious effort that teaches students to better appreciate, believe, fear, and practice the teachings of the Islamic religion which are sourced from the Qur'an & Hadith. According to James Banks, the notion of multicultural education is education for people of color. Basically the strategy in learning management is very connected with the strategy of organizing or combining in the delivery of learning. Religious teaching with a multicultural approach is closely related, even highly recommended to be applied in the world of education in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study, which is to know what obstacles a teacher is facing in doing learning to aphasia and dycalculia children, what factors are a teacher's impediment to doing learning to aphasia and dykalculia children, what solutions can be made to overcoming the learning factors to aphasia and dykalculia children, If there is a difference between a specific need for children and a common child at the same time, then there is a method of learning that occurs at the meeting of the two special-needs children and general children, then the method used in this study is a defined method, which is to describe sata in accordance with the purpose and research questions. Children with special needs are those who have difficulty following the learning process because of physical, emotional, mental, social, or intellectual potential. Education inclusion is a system of education that provides opportunities for all learners who have disabilities and have the potential intelligence and special talent to pursue education or learning in the education environment together with the participants in general. Schools also need to prepare a curriculum that can be applied to learning that is acceptable to both normal students and special needs children. Based on those limits, inclusive education is intended asa system of induction services that includes children with children of their own learning ata regular school nearby.

Abstract

This research was conducted to describe the Analysis of Fortofolio Based Assessment in Grade 3 Thematic Learning as an assessment and evaluation tool for the learning process of students. One of the advantages of portfolio assessment is that it provides opportunities for students to be more involved, and students themselves can more easily control the extent to which the development of abilities they acquire. In the world of education, teachers can use portfolios to see the progress of students from time to time based on a collection of work as evidence of a learning activity. This Portfolio Assessment was carried out using a descriptive method to obtain a detailed description of the portfolio-based assessment. Data collection techniques used are documentary studies, observations and interviews. The research subjects were principals, teachers and students. The research data reveals that a portfolio-based assessment on thematic learning has been carried out in one of the SD Negeri Batu Jaya, Batu Ceper District. The results showed that the planning stage had been prepared by the teacher since the beginning of the thematic learning stage. Implementation of the assessment makes teachers improve their professionalism in compiling and recording student learning achievements. Portfolio assessment reporting enables learners to be more active and creative in assigned work. The obstacle encountered was the difficulty of teachers in managing the portfolio assessment process sequentially, due to a lack of understanding of the practicality of portfolio assessment. In conclusion, the application of portfolio assessment to thematic learning provides a change in the way teachers record student achievement, and allows them to increase their creativity in giving assignments.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain information on reading comprehension skills of students who are taught by drill and practice methods and those taught conventionally, as well as obtain information on differences in reading comprehension skills of students taught by drill and practice methods and those taught conventionally. This type of research itself is a quasi-experimental type of quantitative research, in this study the sampling technique was carried out using a saturated sampling technique, namely the overall sampling technique. In this study, the sample used was all fifth grade students at SDI Assalam Pasir Randu using a test. Based on calculations using the t-test at the time of the pretest, the value of tcount> ttable (-3.0 > 2.021), while at the time of the protest was obtained the value of tcount> ttable (3.1 > 2.021) with a significant level of = 0.05. The average value of the experimental class using the drill and practice method is 78.2 and the average control class using the conventional method is 69.58. So the use of the drill and practice method is better than the conventional method.
