Abstract

Office buildings listed into universal facilities buildings are one type of construction projects thatrequire a good project management to design, organize, perform and organize the construction project itself. Toachieve the success of the project needs to create a planning agenda that matches the wishes to be achieved. Ingeneral, project scheduling makes use of waku estimates of course. But the reality in the field of various obstaclesoccurred during the implementation of the project. therefore, researchers are trying to rescheduling theimplementation time of the Mess Building Renovation Project as well as supporting facilities of the BaliAgricultural Technology Assessment Office to recognize the maximum time of completion of the project. ProjectEvaluation and Review Technique (PERT) is one of the management tools in ensuring the scheduling of a projectby estimating the level of success. The pert procedure estimates 3 times is optimistic time, pessimistic time andvery maximum time. The level of accuracy estimated at the time of completion of the project is determined by thelevel of accuracy estimated the duration of each activity in the project. In analyzing calculations with the PERTmethod, an application-shaped tool, Microsoft Project, is used to manage projects. This application generallymakes it easier for users to create a work plan so that the implementation of the project can take place accordingto the agenda, mastering the influence of possible changes that occur, which can have an effect in the process ofproject implementation, financial scheduling and to unite businesses through communication and reporting ofproject data. Based on the results of the research that has been done, obtained optimistic project plan age of 128working days, the expected project plan age of 140 working days, the age of the pessimistic project plan of 153working days, and the optimum plan age (Te) of 141 working days.

Abstract

Beams and plates are the dominant structural elements that receive unidirectional loads, so it is possible to use a system of prestress compared to columns. In this study, the analysis and design of prestressed beams were carried out in a building that functions as a hospital and previously analyzed using ordinary reinforced concrete. Beams and plates use a composite system and a prestressive system. The beam and plate are analyzed in two stages, the production stage and the composite stage after being installed on site. At the production stage, the beam height is reduced by the plate thickness and the load is calculated only for the prestress force and the lifting process. While the composite stage or after being assembled into one with columns and plates, all forces are calculated based on all the working loads. The concrete compressive strength and the yield strength of reinforcement used are 35 MPa and 360 MPa, respectively, while the yield strength of prestressed cables is 1860 MPa. The total loss of pre-stress force is taken as 25% of the total pre-stress force. Three types of beams have a span of 8 m, namely 40 x 60 cm, 35 x 55 cm and 30 x 50 cm after the composite, while the plate thickness is 15 cm after the composite and 10 cm during production. The analysis results show that the stress that occurs in the concrete beam and slab during production and when the composite with a prestressed system does not exceed the allowable stress in accordance with regulatory provisions. So that the prestressed beams and plates with the prestressed system can be applied in a composite system to the building structure and do not exceed the allowable stress limit for receiving loads.

Abstract

Increased population, directly proportional to the increase in clean water needs. It also affects the availability of clean water both for current needs and for future time. To ensure that the availability of clean water can meet the needs of 2030, a study is needed to find out how much availability of clean water in 2030 and what needs are needed. To find out, a proper calculation method is needed. In this study, the availability of clean water in 2030 was calculated using the geometry method. Before calculating it, data on clean water availability was needed in the previous few years to find out the average growth of water availability which subsequently using geometry methods can be known to the availability of water by 2030. The results of the calculation showed that the availability of clean water in 2030 was 336.62 liters/second. Meanwhile, to calculate the need for clean water calculated using data on average clean water requirements today was then analyzed by the estimated population in 2030. The result was, the need for clean water in 2030 with the level of population at that time was 668,7756 liters/second. It can be concluded, the need for clean water in 2030 is greater than the availability of clean water. Therefore, looking for other important clean water sources is planned as early as possible so that water needs by 2030 are still fulfilled.

Abstract

Reinforced concrete beams in this study are designed precast in site or cast before being installed in position. This beam is made only by casting the beam reduced by the thickness of the plate and without the top reinforcement, while the lower reinforcement and shear reinforcement is still installed as required from the analysis. The goal is to shorten the working time and get better concrete quality. This beam is part of the structural elements of a building that has been designed and analyzed in advance with a computer program based on structural analysis, SAP2000 v.16. Dimensions and reinforcement requirements from the results of the structural analysis are used as references to analyze precast in site beams. Main beam dimensions resulting from building structure analysis are B1, B2, and B3 with dimensions of 300x500 mm, but with different amounts of reinforcement requirements. Meanwhile, the joist (BA) has dimensions of 250x400 mm. Then the precast in site beams B1, B2, and B3 have dimensions of 300x350 mm and joists (BA) have dimensions of 250x250 mm after deducting the plate thickness of 150 mm. After being cast and dried at the planned age, the beam is then lifted and positioned on the column provided, after which the upper reinforcement and slab reinforcement are installed and cast again. Analysis of lifting or erection is also carried out to ensure that the working load does not exceed its capacity. The analysis results show that the precast beam is able to carry all the working loads and the precast in site system can be applied safely.

Abstract

The need for concrete as a construction material to support infrastructure development is still very large, this is because concrete is still believed to be a reliable material for building construction. The availability of concrete mixtures in nature is running low because it continues to be taken for development. Realizing this, it is necessary to innovate in the future to find materials as a substitute for sand and coral, which are decreasing in number. This research tried to use the tile fragments of Banjar Tegal, Darmasaba, as a substitute for some of the coarse aggregate needed in the concrete mixture. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the Banjar Tegal tile fragments qualify as a concrete mixture according to the grading requirements, and how much compressive strength occurs. Tile fraction samples were taken in Banjar Tegal, Darmasaba, Abiansemal, Badung, while the research was carried out at the Concrete Laboratory, Faculty of Engineering, Unmas Denpasar. Tests were carried out using cylindrical specimens of size 15 x 30 cm, the mixture was made in five treatments with 8 pieces of each treatment, and testing was carried out on 28 days old concrete. The results show that the Banjar Tegal tile fragments can meet the requirements of aggregate gradation as a concrete mixture, and according to the laboratory test results the compressive strength of the concrete still meets the requirements in accordance with the concrete plan, but a slight decrease is proportional to the percentage of replacement made. The complete results are P0 = 237.74 Kg / Cm²; P1 = 234.63 Kg / Cm²; P2 = 232.05 Kg / Cm².; P3 = 229.22 Kg / Cm²; P4 = 225.27 Kg / Cm². Thus, the tile fragments of Banjar Tegal, Darmasaba can be used as a substitute for some of the coarse aggregate in the concrete mixture.

Abstract

Ngaben ceremony is included in Pitra Yadnya ceremony. Pitra Yadnya is a sacred offering or sacrifice shown to the ancestors sincerely based on the payment of debts to parents or ancestors. The customary system that has not been able to be carried out to the maximum, especially the people who are busy working, the community uses pitra yadnya ceremony at the Crematorium. The establishment of crematorium in Bedha Traditional Village named Santha Graha Crematorium is accommodating crematorium place that does not exist in West Bali area. The purpose of this research is to find out the investment feasibility of Santha Graha Tunon Crematorium Desa Adat Bedha is feasible or not from the financial aspect. The data collection technique in this analysis is to visit the location of Santha Graha Crematorium in Bedha Traditional Village, meet with the Chief Manager of Santha Graha Desa Adat Bedha Crematorium and staff to obtain the necessary data such as cost capital, crematorium service rates, ambulance rates, banten (upakara) tariffs, operational costs, and maintenance costs. Investment feasibility analysis reviewed in the form of financial aspects with NPV, IRR, Net B/C and Payback Period analysis. In the research at The Crematorium Santha Graha Tunon Desa Adat Bedha obtained the results of net present value (NPV) investment criteria of Rp. 12,627,720,181.95 > 0, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) 51.66 % > 16.8 % Net B/C 5.97 > 1, Payback period (PBP) within 3 years 2 months < 15 years. Of the four methods of investment criteria in the Crematorium Santha Graha Tunon Desa Adat Bedha is declared very feasible to be implemented because all are already eligible.

Abstract

Transportation is very necessary to meet the main needs of society in general in Denpasar, such as the need for education, health, economy, and social. Currently, there are various choices of vehicles or modes of transportation that you want to use to reach your destination, be it online transportation (Go-Car) or conventional transportation (Sarbagita). The choice of transportation modes in Denpasar City aims to find out the factors that influence the community in choosing the online mode of transportation (Go - Car) and conventional transportation (Sarbagita). The questionnaire in this study was in the form of google form and then distributed via online media to respondents and processed using a multiple linear regression analysis approach with the help of the SPSS V25 program. The results of the study of 100 respondents were 94 respondents who chose the online mode of transportation (Go-Car) and 6 respondents who chose the conventional mode of transportation (Sarbagita). From the results of the data analysis shows that the variable transportation cost variation (x1) affects the community in choosing the transportation mode in Denpasar City by 21% with the choice of conventional transportation mode (Sarbagita), variations in waiting time (x2) affect the community in choosing the mode of transportation in Denpasar City. 58.5% with the choice of online transportation mode (Go-Car), variations in the level of comfort (x3) affecting the community in Denpasar City by 17.3% with the choice of online transportation mode (Go-Car).

Abstract

The problem of parking is very important to be studied more deeply, because almost all activities in open spaces require parking facilities. The required parking space must be provided adequately. On street parking is parking that takes place along the body of the road. This has a negative impact on the smooth flow of traffic, because it causes a reduction in the width of the road that is traversed. The aim of this research is to determine the characteristics of motorized vehicle parking and the shape of the parking angle pattern by considering the incidence of side friction factors. The vehicle parking area at Saraswati 1 Denpasar Senior High School has not received a touch of planning and arrangement, so this condition causes vehicle chaos and difficulty parking for users to get out and enter the parking location. By making a parking arrangement plan at the school, it is hoped that it will be able to accommodate the number of parked vehicles and facilitate access in and out of the vehicles themselves.

Abstract

Semua konstruksi bangunan sipil akan ditopang oleh tanah, termasuk gedung-gedung, jembatan, jalan dan berbagai bangunan air seperti bendungan dan saluran-saluran irigasi. Oleh karena itu kondisi tanah dasar sangat mempengaruhi kestabilan dan keamanan konstruksi bangunan diatasnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh nilai daya dukung tanah untuk kasus yang sama berdasarkan metode-metode Terzaghi, Meyerhof, Vesic, Hansen. Serta mendapatkan perbandingan besaran nilai daya dukung tanah dari beberapa metode tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil penyelidikan tanah yang dilakukan pada Proyek Gedung Kuliah Di Universitas Hindu Indonesia dan analisis pengujian sondir, dapat diketahui daya dukung tanah untuk kisaran kedalaman 4-5 meter termasuk katagori tanah keras, Nilai daya dukung tanah yang diperoleh menggunakan metode Terzaghi, Meyerhof, Hansen dan Vesic diperoleh nilai yang berbeda jauh yaitu : pada titik S-1 kedalaman 5 m metode Meyerhof = 107,96 kN/m2, Terzaghi =139,6 kN/m2, Hansen =144,43 kN/m2, Vesic =164,63 kN/m2, pada titik S-2 kedalaman 4 m metode Meyerhof = 107,96 kN/m2, Terzaghi =139,6 kN/m2, Hansen =144,43 kN/m2, Vesic =164,63 kN/m2, Dari hasil anilisis perhitungan daya dukung tanah dengan menggunakan 4 (empat) metode, diketahui daya dukung tanahnya memiliki nilai yang berbeda pada titk sondir-1, Meyerhof = 107,96 kN/m2, Terzaghi =139,6 kN/m2, Hansen =144,43 kN/m2, Vesic =164,63 kN/m2 sedangkan untuk sondir-2, Meyerhof = 107,96 kN/m2, Terzaghi =139,6 kN/m2, Hansen =144,43 kN/m2, Vesic =164,63 kN/m2 dari ke empat metode yang digunakan Terzaghi selalu memiliki nilai daya dukung yang paling kecil dan Vesic memiliki nilai daya dukung paling besar.

Abstract

Evaluasi pelelangan proyek konstruksi dengan aplikasi metode fuzzy set adalah suatu metode evaluasi pemilihan penyedia jasa untuk melaksanakan proyek konstruksi dengan menerapkan metode fuzzy set dalam proses evaluasi potensi kinerja penyedia jasa. Sehingga mendapatkan penyedia jasa yang mempunyai kinerja sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditetapkan.Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh tingkat pentingnya preferensi kriteria dari penilaian panitia pelelangan terhadap preferensi kriteria harga penawaran menurut mereka lebih penting dari preferensi kriteria kemampuan teknis, sedangkan kontribusi potensi harga penawaran terhadap seluruh kriteria penilaian sebesar 0,3723 dan kontribusi potensi kinerja teknis terhadap seluruh kriteria penilaian sebesar 0,1277. Urutan rangking masing-masing penyedia jasa pada pelelangan tersebut sebagai berikut: penyedia jasa alternatif A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, A9, A10, dengan skor akhir masing-masing penyedia jasa berturut-turut: 0,5771., 0,5696., 0,5329., 0,5202., 0,5055., 0,4974., 0,4898., 0,4835., 0,4826., 0,4745.
