Abstract

The research is conducted to analyze the influence of Celebrity Endorser Agnes Monica towards Perception and Interest to Buy on Honda Vario in Pekanbaru. There are five variables in this research suchas Credibility (X1), Compatibility (X2), Attractiveness (X3), Perception (Y1) and Interest to Buy (Y2). There are 90 respondents in this study which are with by purposive sampling from all Pekanbaru’s people who do not use Honda Vario yetas total population. Meanwhile qulitatif and quantitative methods are chosen for data analysis by SPSS version 20. The result of this research shows that the variables of Credibility, Compatibility, Attractiveness affect both positively and significantly towards Perception and Interest to Buy on Honda Vario in Pekanbaru. Variables of Credibility, Compability, Attractiveness affect more strength influence towards Interest to Buy on Honda Vario in Pekanbaru after using Moderating Variable, that is Perception Variable.Keywords :Celebrity Endorser, Perception, Interest to Buying.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the management of distribution channels that include market coverage, cost, and control in increasing the sales volume of lubricating oil Enduro at PT. Arjuna Lumas Dwiguna Pekanbaru. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis.Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that the management of distribution channels used by PT. Arjuna Lumas Dwiguna Pekanbaru is not optimal. In terms of market coverage PT. Arjuna Lumas Dwiguna Pekanbaru has marketed its products in five districts/cities located in Riau Province. PT. Arjuna Lumas Dwiguna Pekanbaru managed to increase sales of lubricating oil by Enduro innovations, promotions, and even provide training for agents/sales force there. PT. Arjuna Lumas Dwiguna Pekanbaru always evaluating the Enduro lubricating oil revenues so that distribution channel strategy which is seen well maintained and even enhanced marketing strategies that is deemed unfavorable updated in order to increase sales. The availability of the fleet itself as a means of transportation can reduce operating costs there by increasing revenue for PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine how the variables influence organizational culture and Spirit of work simultaneously or partially on employee productivity BPR Bank Rokan Hulu in Rokan Hulu. The In this study, the population is BPR Bank employees Rokan Hulu in Rokan Hulu district, amounting to59 people.The sampling method used is census means all populations sampled in this study because the number of population is small . Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, but it is also a quantitative analysis that is using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 20.00. From the results of the testing that has been done , simultaneous regression test ( F-test ) showed that organizational culture and spirirt of work simultaneously significant effect on productivity. Partial Test Results (t test ) showed that the variables of organizational culture and \spirit of work partially significant effect on productivity. Based on the results of the analysis conducted should further enhance the organization's employees to the workings of employee productivity can be increased again. Organizations must also consider its employee culture within the organization so that employees have a sense of care for the job. And employee spirit of work should also be enhanced, so that employees are eager to finish the job .Keywords : Organizational Culture, Spirit of work and Productivity.

Abstract

The research was conducted on Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Pegawai Kabupaten Bengkalis in order to determine the influences of Work Motivation and Work Dicipline either simultaneously or partially on Employee Performance in Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Pegawai Kabupaten Bengkalis. The methodology in this study is: Work Motivation and Work Dicipline significant influence on employee performance in Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Pegawai Kabupaten Bengkalis and the dominant factor affecting the performance of employees is Work Dicipline. While the population in this study is the employees on Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Pegawai Kabupaten Bengkalis which amounted to 32 people, with a total sample of 32 respondents. Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method by using SPSS version 17. Simultaneous regression (F test) showed that the independent variables studied (Work Motivation and Work Dicipline) together (simultaneously) have a significant influence on the dependent variable (employee performance). The magnitude of the influence that (R2) by the two independent variables together against the dependent variable, while the remaining is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the testing that has been done, the partial regression test (t test) showed that each of the independent variables studied (Work Motivation and Work Dicipline) has a significant influence on Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Pegawai Kabupaten Bengkalis the dependent variable (employee performance). Dominant variables affecting employee performance in Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Pegawai Kabupaten Bengkalis is Work Dicipline where the value of t-counted highest compared with other independent variables.Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Dicipline and Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to find out the level of passenger satisfaction for the quality of service which includes tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, andempathy on the CV. Indah Travel route of Tembilahan - Pekanbaru. This study uses Importance - Performance Analysis with Cartesian diagram. In this study, the populations were all passengers of CV. Indah Travel route of Tembilahan - Pekanbaru, which made 100 respondents who were sampled by Purposive Sampling Method that is taking samples to passengers with a minimum of 3 timeshave used the services of CV. Indah Travel. From the research and discussion of the analysis of satisfaction,then gained the value of variablefrom passenger satisfaction over the quality of the service -dimensional tangible / physical evidence amounted equal to 77.98 %, the dimensions of reliability of 66.41 %, dimensions responsiveness of 76.97 %, the dimension of assurance of 65 , 97 % and dimensions of empathy of 77.19 % . From the results of Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA), can be seen that the total average of all indicators of the five (5) service dimensions is 3.25 < 4.46 (P < E). It means the passengers are not satisfied with the service provided which is expectation exceed the performance.Keywords: Quality of Service and Passenger Satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the effects of institutional ownership, capital structure, and firm size on firm value in trading company in jakarta stock exchange for 2009 until 2012. Purposive sampling method is used to get our sampling form thirty firm population, we acquired twenty companies. For the analyse our data, we used multiple regresion analyse. Testing while t-test, f-test and coefficient determinasi (R2) are used to examine our hypotesis. The result that capital structure variable negative and significantly on firm value. moreover firm size effect positively and significantly on firm value. whereas, institutional ownership has no effect on firm value.Keywords: Enterprise Value, Institutional Ownership, Capital Structure and Firm Size.

Abstract

This study aims to look at consumer attitudes on advertising creativity, attraction advertising and quality of the advertising message on Sony Xperia Z in Pekanbaru city. The population in this study are the people who use and watch Sony Xperia Z’s ad in Pekanbaru city. While the sample in this study using purposive sampling method with criteria people who live in Pekanbaru city with the age of 15-30 years who using and watching Sony Xperia Z’s ad. The data obtained will be processed by Fishbein analysis. After the test, the results is consumer attitudes toward advertising creativity is very good, this is evidenced by the performance of advertising creativity has reached what is perceived by the respondents. Consumer attitudes toward attraction advertising is very good, this is evidenced by the performance of the attraction of advertising has reached what is perceived by the respondents. And consumer attitudes toward quality of the advertising message is also very good, this is evidenced by the performance of quality of the advertising message has reached from what is perceived by the respondents.Keywords: advertising creativity, attractiveness and quality of advertising message.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how much raw material requirements needed in the future, by using several methods of forecasting time series model (time series), which will be selected the most effective method for forecasting the need for raw materials. In addition, this study also discusses the factors that influence the procurement of raw materials to the PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Bukit Selasih. The data were obtained by direct observation keperusahaan the research object, namely, PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Bukit Selasih and interviews with the parties the company is with the leadership and some of the workers. Based on the results of the research method of time series model (time series) performed least squares trend and the trend of the moment. Both methods have the results and the same value of MAD, then it can be inferred from that of some existing methods in forecasting time series model, it has the same result but with a different way of working. It was concluded that the right forecasting method to forecast the need for raw materials bokar at. PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Bukit Selasih is the method of least squares trend and the trend of the moment method for calculation of the results of these two methods have the forecasting results and the same value of MAD.Keywords: Planning, time series models (time series).

Abstract

The aims of the research are to analyze the influence of control, labordiscipline, and education and training on customer service job performance. Population and sample 38 respondent. Data collecting is conducted by filling out some questionaire. Questionaire was structured in the from of likert scale. While the analysis tool use is descriptive analysis ang multiple linear regression analysis. There are two group of variable in this research. Those are independent variable which are control, labor discipline and education and training, and the other is dependent variable which is customer service job performance. This research result shown that partially variable of control, labor discipline and education and training have significant effect on performance, labor discipline is the most powerful variable affect job performance at PT. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of methods of forecasting the demand for the product at Arara Abadi. The data were obtained by direct observation company the research object, namely PT. Arara Abadi and interviews with the parties that the leadership of the company and some of the workers. Based on the results of forecasting method moving average (moving average) single moving average is done within 3 months and 5 months. Forecasting using a single 3-month moving average forecasting results did not correspond to reality. It is also the case with forecasting using a single 3-month moving average also does not correspond to reality. Forecasting results using weighted moving average (weighted moving average) is known demand for wood logs and chip was highest in August 2012. Through the method of forecasting with exponential smoothing (exponential smoothing) is performed with α = 0.1 and 0.5 are known forecasting results are not in accordance with reality and there are still errors. Exponential smoothing method of forecasting the trend (exponential smoothing with trend) known to forecast the results do not match with reality and there are still errors. Concluded that the appropriate forecasting method for forecasting the demand for wood logs and chips at PT. Arara Abadi is a method of moving average (moving average) , especially single 5 monthly moving average for forecasting is done by the moving average method has the smallest absolute error than the method of forecasting other.Keywords:Effectiveness, Single Moving Average
