Abstract

   This research is concerned with the dissemination of information about healthy lifestyle trends that have been popular in Indonesia through Food Combining as a process of diffusion of innovation in health communication. By applying the diet Food Combining is expected that the human body will grow healthier, full of energy, and free from disease. Problems to be studied are about: 1) What motivates the perpetrators of diet combining diet in applying a healthy lifestyle? and 2) What channels of communication are used to find information related to diet combining? as well as 3) How to interact with the community of other food combining actors across Indonesia?This research uses qualitative methodology, with the object of research is various media information (print media, social media, and electronic media) along with all communication channel used by food combiner (member or community) Food Combining Indonesia with approach of Innovation Diffusion Theory.The results concluded that food combining is a new trend of healthy lifestyle of today that is motivated physiological needs which is the hierarchy of the most basic human needs to survive, including keeping the body fit and healthy and free from all kinds of diseases. While the communication channels in the process of diffusion of innovation in order to disseminate information and knowledge about healthy food lifestyle trends is done through social media with two-stage communication method which is a combination between the use of mass media channels and interpersonal channels by interacting through: personal contact, chatting applications, social media group, and gathering. Keywords: communication channels, innovation diffusion, health communication, healthy lifestyle, food combining

The COVID-19 pandemic has deeply impacted Indonesia, leaving lasting effects on both public health and societal norms. Beyond mere statistics, the transformation touches every aspect of life, altering how Indonesians work, live, and connect with the world. Accelerated digital adoption, increased health consciousness, and a shift in priorities have significantly reshaped the consumer landscape. E-commerce platforms have boomed, serving as virtual marketplaces for various needs. A holistic approach to well-being emerged, with a focus on organic foods, fitness, and mindfulness. Environmental concerns spurred a demand for sustainable products. The allure of material possessions diminished, replaced by a desire for meaningful experiences and personal growth. This intricate tapestry reveals a post-pandemic Indonesia emphasizing technology, health, sustainability, and a redefined pursuit of happiness. Businesses and policymakers must comprehend these shifts to adapt strategies for the evolving consumer, fostering responsible consumption and contributing to a better Indonesia.

Abstract

This scientific article delves deeply into the analysis of Public Relations (PR) strategies employed by PT Pos Indonesia (Persero), with a critical focus on strengthening corporate image. In the dynamic business landscape, a positive image is crucial for organizational success. The research adopts a comprehensive approach with descriptive qualitative analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) PR initiatives. The study highlights the alignment of PR strategies with organizational goals, assessing their impact on shaping public opinion, and strengthening relationships with stakeholders. Exploration of the integration of traditional and digital communication channels is conducted to assess PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) adaptability in the evolving media landscape. Furthermore, the research tests crisis communication protocols to evaluate the organization's readiness in facing reputational risks. Drawing on theoretical frameworks and industry best practices, this article aims to provide insights into the strategic nuances of maintaining a positive corporate image. It offers practical recommendations for PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) and similar organizations. This research not only contributes to the scholarly understanding of PR strategies in the corporate realm but also serves as a valuable resource for practitioners and decision-makers striving to refine their communication tactics for sustained positive public perception.

Abstract

This study delves into analyzing the utilization of the hashtag #SAMBO in computer-mediated communication on Instagram. In contemporary digital communication, hashtags are pivotal tools, shaping online discourse and facilitating content discovery. Focusing on the hashtag #SAMBO, this research investigates its prevalence, purpose, and impact within Instagram's Computer-Mediated Communication (CMC). Through a meticulous content analysis approach, this study explores the patterns, trends, and underlying themes associated with using #SAMBO across various Instagram posts. The research meticulously examines the contextual nuances in which #SAMBO is employed, shedding light on its diverse roles in shaping conversations, user engagement, and community building. Furthermore, this study explores the hashtag's relevance in specific social, cultural, or political contexts, unveiling its potential to influence public opinion and societal attitudes. By scrutinizing the content and user interactions associated with #SAMBO, this research provides valuable insights into the dynamics of contemporary digital communication. The findings of this study offer a comprehensive understanding of the hashtag's multifaceted functions within Instagram's CMC framework. This research contributes to the broader discourse on social media communication by unraveling the complexities of hashtag usage and bridging the gap between digital rhetoric and user behavior. Ultimately, this analysis enhances our comprehension of the evolving digital language, shedding light on how hashtags shape online narratives, foster community identity, and influence public discourse on social media platforms.

Abstract

The Digital Talent Scholarship (DTS) program by the BPSDM (Center for Human Resources Development and Research) Kominfo aims to enhance the skills and competencies of Indonesian human resources in the digital field. One such program is the Digital Entrepreneurship Academy (DEA) program, which trains individuals to accelerate the growth of digital technology in entrepreneurship. This study aims to understand the DEA Program training in Pamekasan Regency, conducted by BPSDMP Kominfo Surabaya, and its benefits. The qualitative research method used is interviews, observation, documentation, and literature studies. Results show that almost 100% of participants in the DEA program experienced success in business development through networking both offline and online. The study concludes that progress has been significant in the DEA Program training, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic, which has shifted many activities from conventional to digital, including entrepreneurial activities. Monitoring is necessary to ensure the program's resources, expected outputs, and constraints. The research aims to provide an overview and study of digital entrepreneurship by the government to the community.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the importance of digital literacy in increasing the market competitiveness of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Sidoarjo Food and Beverage Association (ASMAMINDA). Using qualitative methods and case studies, this research provides insight into how to overcome obstacles that hinder sustainable economic growth and the long-term survival of MSMEs in the digital era. The results show that although digital opportunities exist, the adoption of digital skills among ASMAMINDA MSMEs is still low. The results demonstrate that digital literacy is not only a vital skill set enabling MSME participants to proficiently navigate the digital marketplace, but also a potent instrument for leveraging technological advancements to drive economic growth and sustainability in Sidoarjo District, renowned for its diverse economic activities and entrepreneurial vitality. This research offers a new perspective in the discussion on digital literacy and the application of digital technology in the local scope of MSMEs.

Abstract

Teknologi digital yang berkembang membuat masyarakat dapat melakukan berbagai macam kegiatan melalui dunia maya. Dari kegiatan sosial sampai bekerja, masyarakat dapat melakukannya secara digital karena adanya internet. Game online juga menjadi suatu hal yang banyak dimainkan oleh masyarakat seiring dengan berkembangnya teknologi internet. Mereka dapat bersenang-senang, bersosialisasi, dan mencari teman baru melaluinya. Namun dalam berinteraksi melalui game online, masyarakat tidak luput dari tindakan cyberbullying yakni trash-talking, yaitu penggunaan kata-kata kasar dalam berkomunikasi dengan pemain lainnya. Itu merupakan salah satu budaya yang kerap terjadi dalam dunia game online, di mana para pemain mengolok-olok satu sama lain dengan berbagai motif Super Sus merupakan salah satu game online yang memungkinkan pemainnya untuk berinteraksi satu sama lain dalam mencari pemain yang berperan sebagai penyusup. Sehingga penelitian itu bertujuan untuk mencari tahu penyebab trash-talking dalam game tersebut serta mencari tahu bagaimana menghindari dan menanggulanginya. Berdasarkan informan yang diwawancarai, motif melakukan trash-talking beragam, seperti terpengaruh oleh pemain lain, membela dirinya, serta hanya ingin bersenang-senang. Oleh karena itu, adanya peran baik dari lingkungan sosial serta pengembang game dalam menanggulanginya. Selain itu, pengendalian emosi perlu dilakukan ketika bermain game online, dikarenakan trash-talking sebenarnya sulit untuk dihindari karena telah menjadi budaya game online.

Abstract

Abstract.Determination technology has changed the face of the world in all sectors. Especially industrial sectors and trade that the impact is very large. A technological revolution that touches all economic and social environments strongly forces all business people to switch from conventional to digital technology. Despite a necessity, this internet technology revolution is not necessarily able to push over control. It is still to be considered how the condition of economic community readiness of Small and Medium Enterprises in implementing this digital technology. This article is a series of research results and services to the public on how to get around the marketing communications communication from conventional analog-communication technology and manual industry technology. Some of the focus that will be discussed include the trick of increasing the competitiveness of UMKM Production Center of Aneka Keripik through the implementation of marketing communication technology transfer through modern technology transfer. The direct target is to increase the productivity of the business resulting from the potential cultivation of the plantation sector. The research object base is focused on communication synergy between institutions related to marketing of MSMEs in Tuwiri village, Merakurak sub-district, Tuban regency of East Java, and implementation of marketing communication system conducted by UMKM business actors including assessment of marketing communication mode and product distribution pattern through online and delivery system order.Keywords: Technology transfer, Marketing Communications, SME, Online System Marketing, Delivery Order, Tuwiri Tuban  Abstrak.Determinasi teknologi sudah mengubah wajah dunia di segala sektor. Terutama sector industri dan perdagangan yang imbasnya sangat besar. Revolusi teknologi yang menyentuh segala sendi ekonomi dan sosial sangat memaksa semua pelaku bisnis untuk beralih dari yang konvensional-manual menuju teknologi digital. Kendati suatu keharusan, revolusi teknologi internet ini tidak serta merta bisa merangsek alih kendali. Masih dipertimbangkan bagaimana kondisi kesiapan masyarakat ekonomi Usaha Kecil dan Menengah dalam mengimplementasikan teknologi digital ini.Artikel ini merupakan serangkaian hasil riset dan pelayanan kepada masyarakat mengenai bagaimana menyiasati perubahan komunikasi pemasaran dari teknologi komunikasi analog-konvensional dan teknologi industri yang manual. Beberapa fokus yang akan dibahas antara lainmeliputi trik peningkatan daya saing UMKM Sentra Produksi Aneka Keripik melalui  penerapanalih teknologi komunikasi pemasaran melalui transfer teknologi modern. Sasaran langsung ialah pada peningkatan produktifitas usaha hasil budidaya potensi daerah sektor perkebunan. Adapun basis obyek penelitian difokuskan pada sinergitas komunikasi antar lembaga yang berkaitan dengan pemasaran UMKM di desa Tuwiri kecamatan Merakurak Kabupaten Tuban Jawa Timurdan penerapan system komunikasi pemasaran yang dilakukan para pelaku bisnis UMKM ini termasuk penjajagan tatacara komunikasi pemasaran dan pola distribusi produk melalui sistem online dan delivery order.Kata kunci :Alih teknologi, Komunikasi Pemasaran, UKM, Online System Marketing, Delivery Order, Tuwiri Tuban

Abstract

This research investigates the complex dynamics that shape the sustainability of start-ups in Indonesia, focusing on the influence of government policies, networks, capital structure, entrepreneurial ecosystem, and business incubators. Using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares, this study analyzes data collected from 315 sample start-ups across various sectors. The results show significant relationships among the factors studied. Government policy emerges as a critical determinant, impacting business incubators and the broader entrepreneurial ecosystem. Networks and capital structures also play an essential role, in influencing business incubators and the entrepreneurial landscape. This study highlights the interconnectedness of these elements and underscores the importance of a holistic approach to foster sustainable start-ups. Theoretical implications suggest integrating factors in entrepreneurship models, emphasizing the role of policy-driven ecosystem development, network-centric approaches, and consideration of financial dynamics. Practical implications guide policy makers, entrepreneurs, investors, and business incubator managers in shaping a supportive and dynamic start-up ecosystem. While acknowledging limitations, this study contributes valuable insights into entrepreneurship and offers a foundation for future investigations into the sustainability of start-ups in various contexts.
