Abstract

Abstrak: Berdasarkan observasi awal, hasil belajar mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Otomotif pada mata kuliah Listrik dan Elektronika Otomotif belum memuaskan kemungkinan karena adanya factor yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar itu sendiri baik secara internal maupun eksternal dari mahasiswa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pen motivasi mengajar dosen terhadap hasil belajar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Subjek yang digunakan adalah mahasiswa jurusan teknik Otomotif yang sedang mengambil mata kuliah Listrik dan Elektronika Otomotif. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknis analisis data deskriptif yaitu dengan mendeskripsikan kevalidan, dan reabilitas angket untuk memastikan angket yang digunakan valid dan realiabel dan uji regresi linier ganda untuk melihat bagaimana perngaruh motivasi mengajar dosen terhadap hasil belajar. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh antara motivasi mengajar dosen terhadap hasil belajar yang ditunjukkan dengan hasil SPSS dari regresi linier ganda dengan nilai sig, 0,005<0,05. sehingga Ha diterima, Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada penelitian ini subjek motivasi mengajar dosen mempengaruhi hasil belajar mahasiswa.Abstract: Based on preliminary observations, the learning outcomes of students of the Automotive Engineering Department in the Electrical and Electronics Electronics course have not been satisfactory possibly because of the factors that influence the learning outcomes themselves both internally and externally from students. The purpose of this study was to determine the motivation of teaching lecturers on learning outcomes. This type of research used is quantitative research. The subjects used were students majoring in Automotive engineering who were taking Electrical and Electronics Electronics courses. The data analysis technique used is descriptive data analysis technique, namely by describing the validity and reliability of the questionnaire to ensure the questionnaire used is valid and realiable and multiple linear regression tests to see how the teaching motivation influences lecturers' learning outcomes. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between the teaching motivation of lecturers on learning outcomes as indicated by the SPSS results from multiple linear regression with a sig value of 0.005 <0.05. so Ha is accepted, then it can be concluded that in this study the subject of lecturer teaching motivation affects student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an E-jobsheet based on a mobile pocket book in the form of a digital pocket book on algorithms and basic programming courses. This research is a Research & Development (R&D) research with the Borg & Gall development model which consists of 10 stages, but in this research, the researcher limits it to producing an initial product in the form of an initial product or to the 5th stage, namely main product revision. The research instrument in collecting data used validation questionnaires, response questionnaires, and unstructured interviews to users during small-scale trials. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive data analysis with a quantitative approach. Based on the validation results from the media and material aspects, the overall product validity level is 85.46% with a valid category, the student response rate in a small-scale trial of the E-jobsheet is 86% with a very good category. So, it can be stated that the E-jobsheet based on the mobile pocket book that was developed is valid and suitable for further use on a wider scale.

Abstract

When student learning styles are known, teaching can be designed according to student interests through teaching strategies, teaching methods and techniques, and selecting and applying the necessary teaching tools. This research aims to describe vocational students' learning styles using Forster learning styles and investigate the relationship between these learning styles and mathematics learning achievement. Researchers analyzed vocational students' mathematics learning styles using the "How Do I Learn?" developed by Forster. By using a screening model and quantitative research methods, data collected. The collected data from the instrument containing questions related to the student's mathematics learning style are then processed using SPSS, analyzed using descriptive statistics and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). Descriptive statistics were applied to view participant demographics and an overview of each learning style score, while one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) was conducted to assess differences in mathematics learning styles among students based on mathematics scores. The results showed no relationship found between reflective, curious, diligent, and user learning styles using the questionnaire developed by Foster and the students' mathematics scores.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the use of cooperative learning model Assisted Individualuization Teams (TAI) can improve student learning outcomes on the subjects of class X Pictures of Automotive Engineering Department of Automotive Light Vehicle SMK Negeri 1 Padang. This type of research is the study design Quasi Experiment, Experiment Quasi design used is Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Overall that experimental class is better than the control class with a percentage of 5.2% influence. Thus it can be concluded that there is the effect of the use of TAI learning model to increase the results of class X student on subjects Picture of Automotive Engineering at SMK Negeri 1 Padang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Teams Assisted Individualuization (TAI) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Gambar Teknik Otomotif kelas X Jurusan Teknik Kendaraan Ringan Otomotif SMK Negeri 1 Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dengan desain Quasi Experiment, desain Quasi Experiment yang digunakan adalah Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Secara keseluruhan diperoleh hasil bahwa kelas ekperimen lebih baik dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol dengan persentase pengaruh sebesar 5,2%. Dengan demikian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa ada pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran TAI terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa kelas X pada mata pelajaran Gambar Teknik Otomotif di SMK Negeri 1 Padang.

Abstract

Abstract: At the Al-Qur'an-based PAUDQ An Najah, they are required to innovate in learning activities during the pandemic. The learning media used in PAUDQ An Najah still uses paper media, so teachers have difficulty providing material during the pandemic. Researchers feel the need to develop android-based interactive learning media to improve the quality of learning during the Covid19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is to develop interactive learning media for the introduction of android-based Arabic vocabulary to assist teachers in the teaching process and to assist the role of parents in providing learning guidance to their children. The method used is Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC), which has concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing and distribution stages. This research produces interactive learning media applications that can be operated on parents' smartphones to support online learning. The conclusion of this study is that android-based interactive learning media is feasible to be applied to PAUDQ An Najah.Keywords: Interactive Learning Media, MDLC, Android, PAUDAbstrak: Pada PAUDQ An Najah yang berbasiskan Al-Qur’an dituntut untuk berinovasi dalam kegiatan belajar pada masa pandemic. Media pembelajaran yang digunakan pada PAUDQ An Najah masih menggunakan media kertas, sehinga guru kesulitan memberikan materi pada masa pandemic. Peneliti merasa perlu mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis android untuk meningkatkan kualitas belajar selama masa pandemi Covid19. Tujuan penelitian ini mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif pengenalan kosa kata bahasa arab berbasis android guna membantu guru dalam proses mengajar serta membantu peranan orang tua dalam memberikan bimbingan belajar kepada anaknya. Metode yang digunakan Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC), memiliki tahapan concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing dan distribution. Penelitian ini menghasilakan aplikasi media pembelajaran interaktif yang dapat operasikan pada smartphone orang tua untuk mendukung pembelajaran daring. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to develop interactive learning modules that can help students in independent learning and are valid, practical, and effective. This research was carried out using the Research and Development (RD) development research method with a 4D (four-D) development model. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire used to measure validity and practicality. Meanwhile, to measure the effectiveness of using a test instrument in the form of multiple choice questions. The results showed that the interactive learning module was declared valid with a validity value of 0.88 based on the validation of three media validators and in terms of material validity it was declared valid with a value of 0.89 from two teachers who taught object oriented programming (OOP). The interactive learning module is stated to be very practical based on the responses of teachers and students. This shows that the interactive learning module is declared to be effectively used as one of the teaching materials in learning in improving student learning outcomes.Keywords: interactive learning module, object oriented programming, research and development. Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan modul pembelajaran interaktif yang bisa membantu siswa dalam belajar mandiri serta valid, praktis, dan efektif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangan Research and Development (RD) dengan model pengembangan 4D (four-D). Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berupa angket yang digunakan untuk mengukur validitas dan praktikalitas. Sedangkan untuk mengukur efektifitas menggunakan instrumen tes berupa soal pilihan ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa modul pembelajaran interaktif dinyatakan valid dengan nilai kevalidan 0,88 berdasarkan validasi dari tiga orang validator media dan dari segi kevalidan materi dinyatakan valid dengan nilai 0,89 dari dua orang guru yang mengajar object oriented programming (OOP). Modul pembelajaran interaktif dinyatakan sangat praktis berdasarkan respon guru dan siswa. Abstract

Abstract: Blended learning is a learning approach that combines online educational materials with traditional classroom-based methods. The traditional learning model requires the physical presence of lecturers and students, especially those trying to take further education with the employee class program, because they have to manage their time between study, work and even family. This study evaluates how the effect of using the blended learning model on the student's motivation to learn in the employee class. The study uses quantitative method with quasi-experimental design. The design which utilizes one-group pretest-posttest with control group design, namely a research design that contains a pretest, before blended learning is carried out, and posttest after blended learning is carried out. The results of the study show that there is significant effectiveness of using the blended learning model compared to traditional towards the motivation of the employee class students.Keywords: blended learning, learning motivation, employee class students. Abstrak: Model pembelajaran campuran adalah pendekatan pembelajaran yang menggabungkan materi pendidikan daring dengan metode kelas berbasis tradisional. Model pembelajaran tradisional membutuhkan kehadiran fisik dosen dan mahasiswa, terutama mahasiswa yang khusus mengambil pendidikan lanjutan dengan program kelas karyawan, karena harus membagi waktu antara kuliah, kerja dan bahkan keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana efek penggunaan model pembelajaran campuran terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa kelas karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan quasi desain eksperimen. Desain dalam penelitian ini menggunakan one-group pretest-posttest dengan desain control group, yaitu penelitian desain yang berisi pretest yaitu sebelum dilakukan pembelajaran campuran dan posttest setelah dilakukan pembelajaran itu. Hasil studi menunjukkan adanya pengaruh efektivitas yang signikan pada penggunaan model pembelajaran campuran terhadap motivasi mahasiswa yang mengambil kelas karyawan.Kata kunci: pembelajaran campuran, motivasi belajar, mahasiswa kelas karyawan. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/jpmipa/v22i2.pp226-234

Abstract

Global competition that are becoming increasingly intensive and this caused that learning models improvement are needed in various areas which includes the welding workshop training which educate the students to improve their welding skills and technique to comply with the industry requirements. The students’ performance is important factor which link the student’s ability to survive with the current work forces by implementing their expertise and the current condition of the industry. However, the learning models such as work based learning and experiential learning become very important role to achieve the students intended performance, therefore, after scrutiny research in the training premise, it appears that there is a hypothetical formula which led that work based and experiential learning models may have significant influence on the students’ performance. Work based learning and experiential learning are learning methods or models which bring the students to the condition and environment closer to the actual environment of workplace or the industry. Based on that hypothesis, a method of analysis was performed in this research and the linear regression analysis was used, and from the results it becomes apparent that work based learning and experiential learning models have positive impact and significant on the students’ performance.

Abstract

Pandemi covid-19 memberikan pengaruh yang besar terhadap dunia pendidikan, sehingga menyebabkan terjadinya beberapa perubahan terutama pada metode pembelajaran. Kementerian pendidikan dan kebudayaan memberikan peraturan bahwa metode pembelajaran yang digunakan pada masa pandemi yaitu metode pembelajaran daring. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui analisis  efektivias pembelajaran pada pendidikan vokasi dengan metode asynchronous dan metode synchronous. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan model penelitian desain eksperimen (quasi-experiment) dengan non-equivalent control group design. Subjek penelitian adalah SMK N 2 Padang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI RPL yang berjumlah 68 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Uji Normalitas – Gain (N-Gain) dan Uji-T untuk kedua kelompok sampel. Nilai N-gain pada pada kelas eksperimen sebesar 53,77%, sedangkan kelas kontrol nilai N-gain sebesar 59,30%. Berdasarkan hasil uji-T terdapat perbedaan yang disignifikan antara hasil belajar peserta didik dengan metode pembelajaran asynchronous dan metode pembelajaran synchronous. Tingkat keefektivan terjadi pada metode synchronous dengan menggunakan video conference, sehingga penerapan metode synchronous dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan menganalisis kebutuhan basis data toko online Haransaf menggunakan konseptual data warehouse. Analisis kebutuhan basis data ini mengambil subjek penelitian toko haransaf yang bergerak di penjualan barang berupa baju khusus wanita. Owner toko dalam wawancara kesulitan dalam pembukuan barang pembelian stock dan pembukuan penjualan barang. Buku catatan dan file excel pembukuan yang sering tercampur dengan file lain sehingga sulit mencari data transaksi yang telah berlalu, oleh karna itu dibutuhkanlah sebuah sistem pengelolaan yang dapat medata transaksi yang ada di toko Haransaf mengenai pembelian dan penjualan barang. Langkah perancangan sistem manajemen toko ini melalui analisis perancangan basis data Melalui manajemen sitem tersebut pengguna khususnya owner toko dapat memperoleh kemudahan dalam mencari informasi, menyimpan informasi dan membuang informasi. Dalam perancangan database ini menggunakan model konseptual data warehouse yang menghasilkan star schema. atribut tabel yang didapat diperlukan pengkodean khusus untuk id owner, id karyawan, id produk, id costumer dan id supplier serta terdapat perbedaan antara skema star pembelian dan penjualan dalam hasil analisis. Perancangan basis data warehouse dapat dihasilkan data yang terstruktur dan terintegrasi sehingga bisa menjadi masukan bagi pemilik toko dalam proses pengambilan keputusan
