Abstract

This research is entitled "The Effect of Career Development and Compensation on Performance Through Employee Work Discipline at PT. Panasonic Gobel Eco Solutions Manufacturing Indonesia". The purpose of this research is to describe performance, work discipline, career development, and employee compensation in the company, as well as to know and analyze the effect of career development and compensation for employee performance both directly and through work discipline. This research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this research were all employees of PT. PESGMFID totaling138 employees. The number of samples taken was 62 employees using the proportional stratified random sampling technique. Data analysis used was Path Analysis and Sobel Test to test indirect effects. The results showed that career development and compensation affect work discipline; career development, compensation, and work discipline affect performance; Career development and compensation affect performance through work discipline.Keywords: performance, work discipline, career development, compensation

Abstract

This study aims to identify and explain the role of the principal to improve the quality of teachers at SMK Ibnu Khaldun Balikpapan. Qualitative methods are used to identify and explain these objectives. The results of the research show that the quality of teachers can improve the quality of schools and be able to prosper the teachers. The role of the principal of the Ibnu Khaldun Balikpapan Vocational School in improving teacher human resources can be seen from the increase in teacher work discipline, getting support from structural leaders, foundations, supervisors, committees and teachers. From improving teacher discipline, in the learning process teachers must be on time and teach first before learning hours begin.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the Surabaya Lantamal V Fasharkan Weapons Workshop which has a strategic function in an effort to support the maintenance and repair of weapons in the Navy. The type of research used is a descriptive approach and this research approach is a qualitative approach. The location of the study was Surabaya's Lantamal V Fasharkan Weapon Workshop. Data analysis techniques are qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques. Internal factors in the application of Samapta rumeksa's work culture include the limited number of personnel and the number of experts, limited spare parts. External factors include limited SOPs and manuals, limited list of personnel, limited facilities and infrastructure, limited personnel training, limited budgets, limited repairs. Then as an internal supporting factor which includes the level of formal education of members and members of the Weapons Workshop, the souls of officers, service experience, motivation of superiors, skills and training, as well as good cooperation and the availability of modern equipment. External supporting factors are site preparation, provision of facilities and infrastructure, provision of SOP and manual books. Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the influence of organizational culture and motivation. Job satisfaction and employee performance. Variables used in this research are organizational culture, motivation as independent variable, employee performance as dependent variables, job satisfaction as intervening variable. The analytical unit is an employee of Bank BJB Surabaya branch in Surabaya. The population in this study amounted to 115 employees with a sample of 100 respondents. Technical analysis used is SEM (Structure Equation Model) analysis. The result of the research is organizational culture have positive effect to the motivation, organizational culture have positive effect to job satisfaction, motivation are positive influence to job satisfaction, organizational culture have positive influence to performance, motivation have positive influence to performance, job satisfaction have a positive effect on performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the organizational communication climate and work culture have on the teaching performance of the Balikpapan Pertiwi SMKS teachers. This study uses a quantitative research method with a survey design using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. Based on data analysis, the results of the study found that the Organizational Communication Climate and Work Culture had a very high influence on the performance of the Balikpapan Pertiwi Senior High School teachers, which indicated that the teacher already had a sense of responsibility and commitment in carrying out work. Simultaneously, the school climate and work motivation affect the teaching performance of the Balikpapan Pertiwi Senior High School teachers in the low category (27.1%). The conclusion of this study is that the teaching performance level of the Balikpapan Pertiwi Senior High School teachers is influenced by the school climate variable and work motivation by 27.1% simultaneously. Meanwhile, the other 72.9% are influenced by other variables.

Abstract

ABSTRACT National education aims to develop the ability and build the character and civilization of the nation, which is dignified in order to educate the life of the nation. The performance of a teacher is said good if the teacher has done the elements of professionalism that include a high commitment to teaching tasks, mastering and developing learning materials, discipline in teaching and other tasks as well as the need to develop themselves by improving the spirit of entrepreneurship through the development of creativity in the implementation of teaching, cooperation and communication with all the school member, the leadership of teachers who become role models of students, good personality, honest, and objective in guiding students, and responsibility for the task. The teacher performance cannot be separated from learning outcomes, because the teacher's performance is crucial to the success of an effective and efficient learning process. The goal of education can be achieved and materialized from student learning outcomes that ultimately quality graduates. The variables of professionalism and entrepreneurship together significantly affect the performance of teachers, the two independent variables can be used to estimate or predict teacher performance variables. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to determine the level of service expected by customers from PT Yamasa Tour & Travel Umrah and Haji Surabaya and the reality of customer service from PT Yamasa Tour & Travel Umrah and Hajj Surabaya. Samples in the study amounted to 100 people of PT Yamasa Tour & Umroh and Hajj Travel Surabaya. Data Analysis in this study uses the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and testing using the Importance Performance Analysist (IPA) method. The results of the study: 1) Through the calculation of the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), the value of CSI PT Yamasa Tour & Travel Umrah & Haji Surabaya was 80.8%which indicates that the customer satisfaction index of PT Yamasa Tour & Travel Umrah & Hajj Surabaya on Very Satisfied criteria, 2) The results of the Peformance Analysis Importance calculation indicate that the attribute the main priority agenda for performance improvement is the dimension of Empathy, that is, employees establish good relationships with the congregation and on the Responsiveness dimension, which provides quick and precise information. Abstract

This research aims to find out competence, and training of teacher performance with motivation as an intervening variable in the Nahdlatul Ulama Vocational School Modern Islamic Boarding School Foundation Al-Muttaqien. This research is a quantitative study, using multiple linear regression analysis. The number of research samples is the same as the research population of 30 teachers. This research was conducted from April 2020 - May 2020. The results of this study are the competency variables have a positive and significant influence on teacher motivation. With good competence in accordance with the workload, it can increase teacher motivation and get better. Competency variables, training variables, and motivation variables together have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. The competency and training variables together have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance with motivation as an intervening variable. The training variable has a positive but not significant effect on teacher motivation.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of each variable, DER (debt to equity ratio), ROE (Return On Equity), EPS (Earning Per Share ), ROA (Return On Asset), PBV (Price to Book Value), and PER (Price Earning Ratio) to Share Price entered in LQ 45.Population in this research is all shares of company that entered in LQ 45 period 2014 - 2016 as many as 55 company. While the sample selection technique in this study using purposive sampling method so that obtained 36 research samples of the company. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis found that simultaneously DER, ROE, EPS, ROA, PBV and PER positive and significant to stock price, the result is known through Test F. While partially DER, EPS, ROA, and PBV have positive and significant influence to stock price while ROE have negative and significant effect to stock price but PER variable have positive but not significant stock price. Adjusted R square number of 0.989 indicates that 98.9% share price can be explained by the six independent variables used in the regression equation, while the remaining 1.1% is explained by other variables beyond the six variables used in this study. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of organizational communication, leadership style, and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction through employee performance as intervening variable. The sample of this research is employees of PT Wilmar Nabati Indonesia amounted to 150 respondents. Data analysis technique used is analysis with path analysis method with the help of software SPSS version 19. The result of research shows that there is influence between communication variable to employee performance. Leadership style variables have a significant effect on employee performance. organizational culture variables have a significant effect on employee performance. Employee performance variable has a significant effect on job satisfaction. variable Organizational communication has no significant effect on job satisfaction. The leadership style has a significant effect on job satisfaction, and organizational culture has no significant effect on job satisfaction.
