Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the application of three-dimensional media to improve learning outcomes, to determine the results of learning mathematics using the application of three-dimensional media learning, to determine the supporting factors and inhibiting factors in the application of three-dimensional media. The research method used is to describe data as words, pictures, and not as numbers. The data collection technique used is the method of observation, interviews and documentation with data analysis used in the analytic descriptive analysis method in the form of words and not pictures. The results of the study found that the use of three-dimensional learning media helped improve mathematics learning, where student learning outcomes which were initially 60% experienced an increase of 13%, namely 73%. This increase can be seen through the learning method using three-dimensional media which can make it easier for students to know examples of geometric objects directly, this makes students' mindsets faster in understanding geometric material.

Abstract

Komunikasi dalam kehidupan manusia sangatlah penting. Bagi anak usia dini cara komunikasi adalah sebuah tantangan untuk menjalani kehidupannya, sehingga anak usia dini harus belajar cara berkomunikasi, terutama komunikasi yang efektif baik dalam lingkungan keluarga maupun sosial, sebab sudah banyak anak yang masih berusia dini cara komunikasinya kurang efektif karena dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yang ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menambah pengetahuan untuk para orang dewasa atau orang tua bagaimana cara berkomunikasi dengan anak usia dini secara efektif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah para orang dewasa yang akan menerapkan komunikasi efektif untuk anak usia dini. Dalam penelitian kami menggunakan studi kepustakaan (Library Research). Penelitian kepustakaan adalah kegiatan mengumpulkan bahan-bahan yang berhubungan dengan penelitian dari jurnal ilmiah, literature dan penulis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam lingkungan keluarga cara berkomunikasi dengan anak usia dini yaitu dengan cara menghargai satu sama lain, saling memahami, menyesuaikan gaya berkomunikasi dan membimbing anak dalam hal berkomunikasi yang baik. Sedangkan dalam pendidikan anak usia dini guru harus menjadi komunikator yang baik, memahami karakteristik siswa, memberikan suasana yang nyaman dan aman serta guru harus mampu membentuk hubungan yang dekat dengan siswa agar dapat memudahkan siswa untuk berkomunikasi dengan guru sehingga dapat membangun komunikasi yang efektif. Dengan menerapkan komunikasi yang efektif sejak usia dini, anak akan mampu berinteraksi dengan lingkungan sosialnya, mampu mengekspresikan perasaannya serta anak akan mampu mengembangkan bahasanya saat berkomunikasi.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini berjutuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ucapan siswa melalui software text-to-specch ini dikembangkan di electrotechnical laboratiry, jepang pada tahun 1968. Penelitian inin menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Ini terdiri dari tiga langkah, yaitu pre-test, treatment, dan post-test. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas x sirojut thalibin senior high school. Tesnya adalah pengucapan kata yang terdiri dari 20 kata pre-test dan post-test. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa text-to-speech signifikan dalam meningkatkan pengucapan siswa. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan skor rata-rata sebelumnya adalah 49,33 dan skor rata-rata setelah diberikan perlakuan adalah 78,67. Presentase peningkatannya adalah 59.47%. Artinya ada peningkatan terhadap pengucapan siswa. Kata Kunci: Perangkat Lunak Text-To-Speech, Pengucapan, Diphtong   Abstract The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of the student's pronunciation using text-to-speech software. This software was developed in an electrotechnical laboratory in Japan in 1968. This study used quantitative research. It consisted of wooden stairs for pre-, treatment and post-testing. The subjects of this study were all x scattered students of Thalib High School. The test was a spoken word consisting of 20 words for a pretest and a posttest. The result of the study showed that the text-to-speech function is important to improve students' pronunciation. This was demonstrated by the mean score before treatment 9.33 and after treatment 78.67. The recovery rate was 59. 7%. This means that the student's pronunciation will improve. Abstract

Abstract: Tafsir Al-Mishbah by M. Quraish Shihab, is a contemporary interpretation written by an Indonesian commentator. Tafsir Al-Mishbah when viewed from the point of view of the target and order of the interpreted verses are compiled using the Tahlily method, in terms of the source of the interpretation, including the interpretation of bi al-Ra'yi (bi al-Dirayah bi al-Ma'qul), in terms of the way of explanation on the interpretation of the verses of the Qur'an, using the Muqorin (Comparative) method, in terms of the breadth of the explanation of the interpretation, then using the itnabi method. The style of Tafsir Al-Mishbah, namely the Lughawi/Adabi interpretation, is also Ijtima'i. Keywords: Quraish Shihab, Al-Mishbah, Tafsir, Methods, Patterns of interpretation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the distribution method, determine the weaknesses and deficiencies as well as the opportunities and threats in the sale of purebred chicken eggs used at the Berkah Abadi farm in Opo-opo Village. Based on the results of the study, the steps used in the marketing method of broiler eggs at Berkah Abadi Farm in Opo-opo Village are by using three sales patterns, namely the first. from breeders to wholesalers (poultry shop) after that it is distributed to middle traders, after that it goes to retailers, then it is distributed to consumers. The second pattern is from breeders, distributed to middle traders, after that retail traders, then distributed to consumers. And the third method is from breeders distributed to retail traders and then directly distributed to consumers. Another appropriate pattern that can be used in selling purebred chicken eggs is by using internal strength, in this way it can prevent external threats so that it will not have an excessively negative impact on egg marketing. Then by maintaining the quality of the eggs so that they remain quality eggs by keeping the chickens from getting sick and later this will also help make the farm sustainable. Abstract

Abstrak Pokok masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana potensi pasar tradisional dalam peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat. Pokok masalah tersebut selanjutnya di turunkan ke dalam beberapa submasalah atau pertanyaan penelitian, yaitu: 1) Apakah pasar Maron berpotensi dalam meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat?, 2) Bagaimana tinjauan ekonomi Islam terhadap perilaku ekonomi para pedagang pasar Maron dalam peningkatan ekonomi mereka? Jenis penelitian ini tergolong kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah: pendekatan sosiologis karena peneliti melakukan interaksi lingkungan sesuai dengan unit sosial, individu, kelompok, atau masyarkat. Selanjutnya, metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah survey pustaka, observasi dan wawancara. Lalu, teknik pengolahan dan analisa data dilakukan dengan melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu: pengumpulan data, penyajian data, dan tahap akhir adalah penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa pasar tradisional Maron berpotensi dalam meningkatkan ekonomi pedagang. Adapun potensi pasar Maron yaitu pertama, harga yang lebih murah. Kedua, produk yang lebih bervariasi, waktu dan lokasi yang strategis. selain itu, faktor lain yang mendukung adalah adanya perhatian pemerintah daerah yaitu pertama, adanya pengawasan harga. Kedua, mencegah penipuan di pasar seperti masalah kecurangan dalam timbangan dan ukuran. Ketiga, pencegah penjualan barang yang rusak, serta tindakan-tindakan yang merusak moral. Dengan memaksimalkan potensi yang ada di pasar tradisional Maron ini dapat meningkatkan pendapatan pedagang dan mendorong kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat Maron, mewujudkan kemandirian baik individu maupun masyarakat dengan melakukan kegiatan produktif. hal itu bertujuan agar tercapainya kesejahteraan umat dan tidak bergantung pada orang lain. Secara umum perilaku ekonomi pedagang baik dari segi barang dagangan yang dijual, alat timbang, riba dan gharar, harga, etika berbisnis pedagang pada pasar tradisional Maron tidak melanggar syari’at Islam akan tetapi dari segi kebersihan masih kurang diperhatikan. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah: 1) Aparat pemerintah setempat diharapkan dapat melindungi keberadaan pasar ini yang menjadi salah satu sumber perekonomian masyarakat, serta terus melakukan pembaharuan agar tercipta kenyamanan berbelanja bagi pembeli agar tercapai peningkatan pendapatan pedagang. 2) Pedagang diharapkan untuk tetap menjaga nilai-nilai islami yang ada dan dihimbau untuk selalu menjaga kebersihan barang dagangannya agar barang yang dijual terjaga kehalalannya. Kata Kunci: Pasar Tradisional, Potensi, dan Peningkatan Ekonomi Masyarakat Abstrack The main problem in this research is how the potential of traditional markets in improving the community's economy. The subject matter is then lowered into several sub-problems or research questions, namely: 1) Does the Maron market have the potential to improve the community's economy?, 2) What is the Islamic economic review of the economic behavior of Maron market traders in improving their economy? This type of research is classified as qualitative with the research approach used is: a sociological approach because researchers carry out environmental interactions according to social units, individuals, groups, or society. Furthermore, the data collection method used is a literature survey, observation and interviews. Then, data processing and analysis techniques are carried out through three stages, namely: data collection, data presentation, and the final stage is drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the Maron traditional market has the potential to improve the merchant's economy. The market potential for Maron is first, a lower price. Second, a more varied product, strategic time and location. In addition, another supporting factor is the attention of the local government, namely first, price monitoring. Second, preventing fraud in the market such as the problem of cheating in scales and sizes. Third, preventing the sale of damaged goods, as well as actions that damage morale. By maximizing the potential that exists in the Maron traditional market, it can increase the income of traders and encourage economic independence for the Maron community, realizing independence for both individuals and communities by carrying out productive activities. it aims to achieve the welfare of the people and not depend on others. In general, the economic behavior of traders, both in terms of merchandise sold, weighing equipment, usury and gharar, prices, business ethics of traders at the Maron traditional market, does not violate Islamic law, but in terms of cleanliness, it is still not given enough attention. The implications of this research are: 1) Local government officials are expected to be able to protect the existence of this market which is one of the sources of the community's economy, and continue to make updates to create shopping convenience for buyers in order to achieve an increase in traders' income. 2) Traders are expected to maintain existing Islamic values ​​and are encouraged to always maintain the cleanliness of their merchandise so that the goods sold are maintained Keywords: Traditional Markets, Potential, Community Economic Improvement

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan suatu lembaga yang sangat penting dalam menjamin kelangsungan kehidupan masyarakat madani, dalam lembaga pendidikan sumber daya manusia memerlukan manajemen yang efektif dan efisien agar lembaga tersebut dapat mencapai tujuannya, begitu pula dalam melaksanakan program sekolah mengemudi, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Implementasi Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia dan Implementasi Program Sekolah Penggerak di SDN Sukabumi 2 Kota Probolinggo. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa SDN Sukabumi 2 Kota Probolinggo telah melakukan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dengan baik meliputi perencanaan, rekrutmen yang meliputi psikotes, kesehatan dan wawancara, pengembangan, kompensasi dan pemutusan hubungan kerja.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectivity of PT. Safara Layanan Utama in providing services to increase congregation satisfaction, and to describe the supporting and inhibiting factors in the service at PT. Safara Layanan Utama. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques namely interviews, observations which aim to describe, display, and explain data regarding service quality at PT. Safara Layanan Utama. Researchers conducted interviews with 6 informants, namely the congregation and employees. The results showed that services at PT. Main Service Safara has been good in many ways. Such as  having professional employees, providing good facilities and infrastructure, being responsible for each congregation from registration, practicing umroh, and arrival, being able to serve appropriately, being able to communicate clearly, and being able to give trust to the congregation. Supporting Factors that described from the interviews a. Good Management. b. Quite strategic place. c. Good communication . d. Adequate Facilities. Inhibiting Factors: a. The number of employees is small. b. The office is a bit cramped, and never discriminate congregation. The guides were carried out patiently and painstakingly from the homeland until arriving at the holy land was carried out patiently and painstakingly so that the congregation felt satisfied.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine whether the implementation of the BUPIN (Interactive Learning Book) application can improve student learning outcomes. In this case, the researcher chose a comparative quantitative approach. The population selected by the researcher consists of all 62 students of MA Plus Taruna Islam Al-Kautsar in the academic year 2022/2023. The simple random sampling technique was used to determine the sample members, and the researcher selected 21 students from class X. The data collected by the researcher consisted of mid-term and final exam scores. The data were analyzed using one-way ANOVA, and the SPSS version 16.0 application was used to assist in data analysis. From the results of the analysis, the researcher obtained a significant value of less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of the BUPIN (Interactive Learning Book) application can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This paper aims to review the leadership and improvement of education quality in islamic boarding school. To realize the objectives of boarding school, a leader who has the ability to answer various challenges, have a vision to be come the excellent boarding school, and the effort to achieve it with high energy and commitment. Leaders who always try to influence their subordinates through direct communication by emphasizing the importance of values, assumptions, commitments, and beliefs and have a determination to achieve the goals. Leaders act in way to motivate and inspire subordinates through the giving of meaning and challange to the duties of subordinates. The meaning of the quality of education is the suitability of the needs in education which one means to improve the quality of human resouces as well as to produce changing of human to become a perfect human beings with the noble character and good personality.
