Abstract

The service sector is developing rapidly, one of such service sectors is internet provider. This study aims to determine the effect of personal selling and service quality on customer loyalty at PT. WanRiau IndoXP Pekanbaru. The samples of this study were 146 respondents who were customers of PT. WanRiau IndoXP. Data analysis used is multiple linear regression through t-test for testing the hypothesis. The conclusions that can be drawn from the results of research include: (1) Personal Selling has a significant effect on customer loyalty 2) Tangible has a significant influence on customer loyalty. The company must increase the number of facilities and provide employee training so that more leverage in working. (3) Reliability has a significant effect on customer loyalty (4) Responsiveness has a significant effect on customer loyalty (5) Emphaty has a significant influence on customer loyalty (6) Assurance based has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Customers feel comfortable when making transactions and interact in PT. Wanriau IndoXP (PERSERO) Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Consumer loyalty is very important for a company, because the rewards of loyalty are long-term and cumulative, which means that the longer the consumer loyalty the greater the profit that can be obtained by the company from a consumer. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Service Quality and Trust on Consumer Loyalty at PT. Henson Alfa Gros Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all consumers of PT. Henson Alfa Gros is on Pekanbaru and has made transactions more than 2 times. The number of respondents in this study was 100 businesses. The data collection technique that was used is the questionnaire method. Questionnaire is a way of collecting data through a list of questions that the author has prepared aimed at respondents who will be sampled, while for data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, F-test, t-test and coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that Trust has an effect on Consumer Loyalty and Service Quality has no effect on Consumer Loyalty at PT. Henson Alfa Gros Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Increasing number of population and limited employment causes a problem in Indonesia, namely unemployment. This has become the spotlight in various countries, as is the case with Indonesia. The aim of this research is for investigation the factors which have influence students’ interest at entrepreneurship. The models use planned behavior theory. Sampling was done by probability sampling technique with the simple random sampling. Data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires which are directly distributed to respondents. This research involves 100 students from STIE Pelita Indonesia. This research used regression with t- test and analysis model SPSS 19 computer program. The results show that attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavior control have influence and significant to intention entrepreneurship (at students of Pelita Indonesia).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, work motivation, organizational culture on job satisfaction and teacher performance at the Taruna Andalan School of the Kerinci Citra Kasih Foundation. The population of this study were all teachers at the Taruna Andalan School as many as 85 people. While the sample technique used is the saturated sample technique. Where this technique all members of the population are sampled. Based on the sampling technique, the sample of this study was set at 85 samples. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive analysis and PLS structural equation model (SEM) analysis. The results of this study indicate that leadership style, work motivation, organizational culture have a positive and significant impact on teacher job satisfaction. Leadership style, job satisfaction have a positive and significant impact on performance. Meanwhile, work motivation and organizational culture are not significant on performance. The results of the intervening research are very interesting to study further because the variables that have an influence tend to be related to the characteristics of the teachers at the Taruna Andalan School. Leadership style, work motivation and organizational culture have no significant effect on teacher performance. For further researchers, it is expected to replace other variables if they want to examine the same object.
