Abstract

Crossword puzzle is a game whose gameplay is to fill in the empty spaces in a box with letters to form a word that matches the instructions. This game is one of the best ways to develop student’s ability to multiply vocabulary and they would feel enthusiasm in participating in the teaching process. The elementary school students need some attractive and enjoyable things in their learning and teaching process. The materials presented in the vocabulary related to the materials presented by the teacher in the first to the third grade of the primary school. By using this game, the students are not limited to completing the questions only, but it can also sharpen the cognitive ability of the students. The development research adopted the modified Borg and Gall research model. The results of this research were applied to students in the third grade of Mambaul Ulum Islamic Elementary School at Malang. The result of this development is (1) an Arabic crossword puzzle game to teach the Arabic language and its evaluation consisting of the output page in which the login, the user guide, the developed team pictures, the pictures of the supervisor group as well as the experts. On the play page, there are spaces and questions and the result of the students and this programming is complemented by the dictionary and (2) the result investigation on this method shows that it is effective. Teka-teki silang merupakan permainan yang cara mainnya adalah dengan mengisi kolom yang  kosong dengan huruf-huruf agar membentuk kata yang sesuai dengan petunjuknya. Teka-teki silang adalah salah satu cara terbaik untuk mengembangkan kemampuan siswa dalam memperbanyak kosakata, dan dengan cara ini siswa merasa antusias untuk berpartisipasi dalam proses pengajaran. Alasan pemilihan metode ini karena siswa sekolah dasar masuk dalam  masa kanak-kanak dimana mereka membutuhkan hal-hal yang menarik dan menyenangkan dalam proses pembelajaran karena tidak mampu memusatkan fokusnya pada satu hal. Pengembangan teka-teki silang sebagai sarana pengajaran dan evaluasi bahasa Arab memberikan manfaat bagi guru dan siswa bahasa Arab. Materi yang disajikan dalam kosakata terkait dengan materi yang disampaikan oleh guru pada kelas satu sampai dengan kelas tiga sekolah dasar Dengan metode ini siswa tidak sebatas menyelesaikan soal saja, tetapi metode ini dapat mengasah kemampuan kognitif siswa. Penelitian pengembangan menganut model penelitian Borg and Gall yang telah dimodifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini diterapkan pada siswa kelas III MI Mambaul Ulum Pakis. Hasil dari pengembangan ini adalah (1) pengembangan teka-teki silang untuk pembelajaran dan evaluasi bahasa Arab terdiri dari halaman keluaran yang di dalamnya terdapat halaman login, petunjuk penggunaan, gambar tim pengembang media yang dikembangkan, gambar jajaran pembimbing serta validator media. Pada halaman bermain terdapat kotak-kotak kosong dan soal serta hasil belajar siswa, program ini dilengkapi dengan kamus dan (2) hasil penelitian terhadap metode ini menunjukkan bahwa metode ini efektif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan jenis citraan dan fungsi citraan pada novel fantasi Nataga the Little Dragon karya Ugi Agustono. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kajian teks dengan pendekatan hermeneutika. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya tujuh jenis citraan dan empat fungsi citraan. Jenis citraan tersebut meliputi (1) citraan penglihatan, (2) citraan pendengaran, (3) citraan penciuman, (4) citraan pencecapan, (5) citraan gerak, (6) citraan perabaan, (7) citraan intelektual. Fungsi citraan meliputi (1) memperjelas gambaran, (2) membuat hidup gambaran dalam pikiran dan penginderaan, (3) membangkitkan suasana khusus, dan (4) membangkitkan intelektualitas pembaca.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain a comprehensive view of academic procrastination carried out by students in terms of cognitive, affective, and behavior. This study used a survey research method. The population of this research is high school students in East Java and the research sample is 200 students spread over Malang, Blitar, Bangkalan, and Lamongan. The sampling technique used cluster random sampling and the data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor descriptions of students' academic procrastination were found. Counselors can use the findings of this study as the basis for developing BK services, especially in designing intervention strategies to reduce academic procrastination of high school students.

Abstract

Pada abad ke 21 guru perlu menantang dan mimiliki kompetensi Pengetahuan Konten Pedagogis Teknologi (TPACK). TPACK adalah pembaharuan yang dirancang, pedagogi, dan konten. Kompetensi TPACK sangat dibutuhkan oleh guru SOSHUM untuk membuat pembelajaran yang cerdas dan kreatif, diperoleh bidang studi SOSHUM lebih lanjut tentang bidang pengetahuan, fakta dan konsep-konsep yang menggunakan hafalan. Faktor jender dalam kompetensi TPACK guru SOSHUM perlu dioptimalkan. Jender diartikan sebagai perbedaan yang terlihat di antara laki-laki dan perempuan yang dapat dilihat dari segi nilai dan komunikasi. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kompetensi TPACK Guru SOSHUM berdasarkan jender.Melalui penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian komparatif, diperoleh hasil penelitian, ada perbedaan pada kompetensi, TPACK, guru SOSHUM berdasarkan jender.

Abstract

Abstrak: Bakti dan pengenalan candi Kalicilik Blitar bertujuan untuk mengenalkan situs sejarah kepada masyarakat sekitar yaitu siswa SD Candirejo 1 Ponggok Blitar. Pengenalan situs sejarah candi dimaksudkan untuk menambah pengetahuan khususnya masyarakat sekitar situs. Karena untuk melestarikan situs sejarah diawali dengan kegiatan mengenal mengenai situs candi Kalicilik. Data dan informasi diperoleh dengan metode kualitatif melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi berupa video kegiatan pengenalan situs candi Kalicilik. Bakti dan pengenalan candi dilakukan dengan membersihkan lingkungan sekitar situs candi dan mengenalkan situs kepada siswa SD 1 Candirejo mengenai sejarahnya.  Selama proses pengenalan berlangsung siswa antusias untuk mengikuti kegiatan, dan diakhiri dengan kegiatan evaluasi. Hasil bakti dan pengenalan situs candi menunjukkan bahwa beberapa siswa SD 1 candirejo sudah mengenal situs candi Kalicilik, mereka tahu jika candi kalicik merupakan peninggalan masa kerajaan Majapahit. Akan tetapi masih ada beberapa siswa yang belum pernah ke candi Kalicilik, jadi pengenalan situs candi Kalicilik perlu dilakukan untuk menambah wawasan pengetahuan warga setempat khususnya generasi muda agar peduli serta menjaga peninggalan-peninggalan penting yang ada di daerah sekitarnya.

Abstract

The design of QR Code handout teaching materials is the concept of combining the use of smartphones with teaching materials that contain material about the history of the mesolithic life of Lawa Sampung Cave. The purpose of designing this QR Code handout is to provide teaching materials as a companion book to make it easier for students to understand the material of Mesolithic Life in Lawa Cave. This is based on the finding that students do not understand the material of the mesolithic era and the limited learning resources used. The hypothesis of this study is that the design of QR Code handout teaching materials is effectively used to support the learning process. Researchers in conducting research using research and development designs. The instrument used to measure the research variables was a questionnaire given to class X students. Research respondents The instrument used was 40 students. The research was conducted at SMAN 1 Sampung Ponorogo, East Java. Data analysis techniques used qualitative and quantitative data. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that teaching materials that can be accessed via a smartphone are needed so that they can support student learning.

Abstract

During the Covid 19 Pandemic, the survival of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) was threatened with bankruptcy due to the decline in people's incomes, and the implementation of Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB). This study aims to (a) Identify the problems faced by SMEs in running their business during the Covid 19 Pandemic (b) Analyze the opportunities and challenges of SMEs in implementing digital marketing, and (c) develop digital marketing models to improve the performance of SMEs during the Covid 19 Pandemic. This research is a case study, which is a study that aims to help solve problems faced by the community including Small and Medium Enterprises. The subjects of this study were 12 SMEs in 3 cities and regencies in East Java which are engaged in retail, food and beverage and handicrafts. Research data collection was carried out using in-depth interviews, observation and documentation methods. Data analysis uses SWOT analysis to analyze digital marketing strategies during the Covid 19 pandemic. The results of the study show that the Covid 19 pandemic has greatly impacted the survival of SMEs. At the beginning of the Covid 19 pandemic, the sales turnover of retail and food and beverage SMEs decreased by 40%. But a few months later, SMEs began to rise and adjust to changes during the pandemic. By utilizing digital-based marketing strategies, retail and food and beverage SMEs are able to survive during the pandemic. However, for handicraft SMEs, there was a decline of up to 80%. In the new normal era such as today, marble handicraft SMEs have not recovered, some of them have even gone out of business because they are unable to bear operational costs. It is suggested that the local government should intervene to solve distribution problems to the export market. Keywords: digital marketing, Covid 19 pandemic, SMEs, SWOT

Abstract

Jaringan komputer merupakan salah satu subjek penting pada bidang Teknologi Informasi. Berbagai macam perangkat jaringan komputer terus berinovasi guna menyesuaikan dengan perkembangan teknologi. Mikrotik sebagai salah satu produk router yang banyak digunakan untuk mengimplementasikan sebuah sistem jaringan. Sebagai pendidik Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan khususnya pada jurusan Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan, guru dan siswa diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman di bidang jaringan komputer menggunakan mikrotik. Pelatihan mikrotik diberikan kepada guru dan siswa di SMK Negeri 10 Malang untuk dapat mengimplementasikan sistem jaringan dan dapat menjadi seorang trainer untuk dapat mengajarkan tentang mikrotik di sekolahnya. Pelatihan ini digunakan untuk mempersiapkan guru dan siswa dalam menghadapi sertifikasi mengenai sistem jaringan dasar atau Mikrotik Certified Network (MCTMA). Hasil kegiatan pelatihan secara garis besar mencakup beberapa komponen keberhasilan yaitu: 1) Keberhasilan pelatihan/peserta dalam pelatihan, 2) Ketercapaian tujuan penelitian yang sudah direncanakan,3) Ketercapaian target materi yang telah direncanakan.

Abstract

The making of embroidery and needlework motifs on art-wear that inspired from Sedap Malam (Sedap Malam) is the attempt to create an exclusive embroidery and needlework motifs as the identity of Pasuruan Regency, East Java. The creation of this motifs is the response from the need to develop, enrich, and design an embroidery and needlework motifs belongs to Pasuruan that would boost the sustainability of embroidery and needlework industry that is lately decreasing. Therefore, an experiment method in the form of innovative re-production is required to create an art-work with re-interpretation concept. The method in art creation used in this study is artistic research where the artist undergo several practices or creating process in the field study with emic approach, In this case, the process are developing the local potential in Pasuruan Regency (Sedap Malam) and identify what and how meaning inside it. The creation sages consist of data collection from various resources like field data and direct observation on Sedap Malam, literary study, and extensive interview with Tourism and Culture Department of Pasuruan Regency. The next stage is experimenting tuberose motif using reinterpretation concept. The motifs created during the experiment are stillation of Sedap Malam as the main motif, as well as complementary motifs generated from flora in the surrounding such as pandan leaves and rose balsam flower as the flower commodity in Pasuruan Regency. The inspiration in using Sedap Malam in creating embroidery and needlework motif on ready to wear results to ready to wear design with Sedap Malam motif that is made using embroidery and needlework technique, where Sedap Malam is presented as the main motif in the ready to wear.
