Abstract

Academic resilience is an individual's academic resilience in facing academic pressure. In fact, in the industry 5.0 era resilience is needed by individuals to face various challenges in the future. This study determined the prevalence of academic resilience of Social Science students in facing the industry 5.0 era. This research employed survey design. The sample was 116 students of Social Sciences who were selected using proportional stratified random sampling technique. The data collection used academic resilience questionnaire. It was tested for validity and reliability with a KMO and Bartlett's Test value of 0.741. The data was analyzed descriptively. Students' academic resilience was shown by having competence, self-confidence, character, commitment, interest, and self-control to overcome difficult situations at hand. Commitment is an important aspect for individuals to be tough in academic situations.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain a comprehensive view of academic procrastination carried out by students in terms of cognitive, affective, and behavior. This study used a survey research method. The population of this research is high school students in East Java and the research sample is 200 students spread over Malang, Blitar, Bangkalan, and Lamongan. The sampling technique used cluster random sampling and the data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor descriptions of students' academic procrastination were found. Counselors can use the findings of this study as the basis for developing BK services, especially in designing intervention strategies to reduce academic procrastination of high school students.

Abstract

Krisis moral tidak dapat dianggap sebagai sesuatu yang sepele karena tindakan tersebut menjurus pada tindakan kriminal. Menyikapi krisis moral yang cukup marak di lingkungan siswa akhir-akhir ini, maka dibutuhkan suatu intervensi untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui efektivitas konseling realitas untuk meningkatkan perilaku moral siswa sekolah menengah atas (SMA). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan one grup prestest and posttest design. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 10 Malang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistic descriptive uji wilcoxon signed rank test. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa setelah subjek diberi perlakuan berupa konseling realitas, terdapat peningkatan skor perilaku moral siswa pada ranah: (1) disiplin, (2) mengendalikan diri, (3) sopan santun, dan (4) kejujuran, hal ini berarti konseling realitas efektif untuk meningkatkan perilaku moral siswa.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims at examining the effectiveness of relaxation techniques to release students’stress and tension regarding academic within Senior High School Assádah in Gresik City. This study employed quasi-experiment design using one group pretest-posttest model. The data of this study were obtained through academic stress inventory to attain a depiction of stress level encountered by the subject. The subjects of this study were seven students of Tenth Graders in SMA Assaadah Bungah Gresik who experienced low to average stress regarding exam preparation. The data were, then, analyzed by using Wilcoxon Statistic Analysis. The result of the study indicated that relaxation technique could lower and release the level of students stress in exam preparation.Key Words: relaxation technique, student academic stress Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  menguji keefektifan teknik relaksasi untuk menurunkan stres akademik siswa SMA Ass’adah di Kota Gresik dengan menggunakan rancangan kuasi eksperimen dengan model “one group pretest posttest design. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan inventori stres akademik tujuannya untuk memperoleh gambaran tingkat stres akademik pada subjek penelitian. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa yang mengalami stres akademik sedang dan rendah  dalam menghadapi ujian berjumlah 7 orang siswa pada kelas X SMA Assaadah Bungah Gresik. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakanan analisis statistic Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya penurunan tingkat stres akademik menjelang ujian sesudah subjek mendapatkan layanan dengan teknik  relaksasi.Kata kunci: Teknik relaksasi, stres akademik siswa

Abstract

Keefektifan Refleksi dan Penstrukturan Ulang Kognitif pada Pengambilan Keputusan Karier Siswa SMAAbstract: This study aimed at examining the effectiveness of reflection and cognitive restructuring to improve high school students’ career decision making based on cognitive information processing (CIP) model. The experimental design with RCTs model was employed for this study where  40 stu-dents assigned to be the experimental group members and 40 students of others assigned to be the control group members. The developed career decision making sub-skills  were: self-knowledge, oc-cupation knowledge, communication, analysis, synthesis, valuing, execution, and executive proces-sing. The result of this study showed the reflection and cognitive restructuring were effective for im-proving the high school students’ career decision making. It was because after the treatment, there was a significant difference in students’ career decision making between those who were in the ex-perimental groups and in the control groups. The experimental group members had mean score high-er than the control group’s. The controlled trials information also supported  that reflection and cog-nitive restructuring were effective to improve the high school students’ career decision making.Key Words: career decision making, CIP model, reflection, cognitive restructuringAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji keefektifan  refleksi dan penstrukturan ulang kognitif guna meningkatkan pengambilan keputusan karier siswa SMA berdasarkan model PIK. Penelitian eksperimen ini menggunakan rancangan RCTs, dan subjek 40 orang siswa sebagai kelompok eksperi-men dan 40 sebagai kelompok kontrol. Sub-kemampuan pengambilan keputusan karier model PIK yang dikembangkan meliputi: memahami diri, memahami pilihan pekerjaan, komunikasi, analisis, sinte-sis, penilaian, pelaksanaan, dan proses pelaksanaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perbeda-an kemampuan pengambilan keputusan karier antara siswa kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kon-trol di mana kelompok eksperimen memiliki nilai rata-rata yang lebih tinggi. Informasi controlled trials menguatkan juga bahwa refleksi dan penstrukturan ulang kognitif  efektif untuk  meningkatkan kemampuan pengambilan keputusan karier siswa SMA. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to know the relation of emotional intelligence (X1) and psychological well-being (Y), the relation of self-esteem (X2) and psychological well-being (Y), as well as the relation of self-efficacy (X3) and psychological well-being (Y) of public senior high school in the entire Malang city. This study was a non-experimental study with causal relationship study plan. The result of this research showed that there was a positive significant correlation between X1 and Y, X2 and Y, X3 and Y; X1, X2, X3 had strong linear relation with Y; the influence of the three independent variables was 50.7%, while the rest was influenced by other variables; X2 was the most influencing variable towards Y, the second was X1, and the last was X3.Key Words: Emotional Intelligence, Self-esteem, Self-efficacy, Psychological Well Being, Senior High School Students Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kecerdasan emosi (X1) dan psychological well being (Y) , self esteem (X2) dan psychological well being (Y), self efficacy (X3) dan psychological well being (Y) siswa SMA Negeri se-kota Malang. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah non experimental research dengan jenis penelitian causal relationship study. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan positif signifikan antara X1 dan Y, X2 dan Y, X3 dan Y; X1, X2, X3 memiliki hubungan linear yang kuat dengan Y; pengaruh ketiga variabel independen sebesar 50,7%, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain; X2 vaktor yang berpengaruh terhadap Y, urutan kedua X1, dan urutan terakhir adalah X3.Kata kunci: Kecerdasan Emosi, Self esteem, Self Efficacy, Psychological Well Being, Siswa SMA

Abstract

Abstract: Selective mutism disorder is a condition in which children refuse to speak in certain social conditions but are able to speak smoothly in other situations. The focus of this research is to determine the characteristics of children who experience impaired mutism in children in TK Al Muhajirin Malang City. The research methods used are qualitative with a case study approach. The results showed that the characteristics of selective mutism disorder are: communicating using non-verbal language; Lack of eye contact when asked to communicate. The child is able to complete aspects of proficiency according to developmental stages that do not require verbal communication ability. The child will look anxious, afraid, excessive anxiety when in the new circled.Abstrak: Gangguan mutisme selektif merupakan kondisi dimana anak menolak untuk berbicara dalam kondisi sosial tertentu, tetapi mampu berbicara dengan lancar di situasi lain. Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik anak yang mengalami gangguan mutisme selektif pada anak di TK Al Muhajirin Kota Malang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik gangguan mutisme selektif, yaitu berkomunikasi menggunakan bahasa nonverbal; kurang adanya kontak mata saat diajak berkomunikasi; anak mampu menyelesaikan aspek kemampuan sesuai tahapan perkembangan yang tidak membutuhkan kemampuan berkomunikasi secara verbal; anak akan terlihat cemas, takut, kekhawatiran berlebihan ketika berada di lingkungan baru.

Abstract

Abstract: Early childhood needs to have prosocial behavior to socialize. Conventional learning causes low prosocial behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of project based learning on prosocial behavior of young children. This study uses a single subject research experimental design with three Group B kindergarten children as research subjects. Data collection using a rating scale prosocial behavior, showed an increase in prosocial behavior in all three subjects. The results of this study indicate that project based learning influences prosocial behavior of young children.Abstrak: Anak usia dini perlu memiliki perilaku prososial untuk bersosialisasi. Pembelajaran konvensional menyebabkan rendahnya perilaku prososial. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh project based learning terhadap perilaku prososial anak usia dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan eksperimen single subject research dengan tiga anak TK Kelompok B sebagai subjek penelitian. Pengumpulan data menggunakan rating scale perilaku prososial, menunjukkan peningkatan perilaku prososial pada ketiga subjek. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa project based learning berpengaruh terhadap perilaku prososial anak usia dini.

Abstract

Cognitive Restructuring Techniques to Reduce School Strikes in Middle School Students. This study aims to observe cognitive restructuring techniques in reducing junior high school strike students. This study uses an experimental method through six stages using a single subject design with A-B-A design. The baseline phase (A) was carried out for three sessions, the intervention phase (B) was carried out for six sessions, and the baseline phase (A ') was carried out for three sessions. The results showed that in the baseline phase (A) each subject was still in the same condition, the intervention phase (B) of each subject was in a stable condition, and the baseline phase (A ') of each subject had shown difference. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a difference from before being given an intervention to after being given an intervention using cognitive restructuring techniques to reduce school strikes of junior high school students with the category of reducing the level of school strike each subject is different.Keywords: Cognitive Restructuring Techniques, Strike, School

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of mind-mapping to enhance high school’s student career exploration in guidance group setting. This study use a single subject design with multiple baseline across subject models. The subjects of this study are eight (8) high school students in 10th grade. The data collection instruments in this study are the recording frequency of career exploration (sub components narrowing choices, specifies a vocational choice, and deciding an action implementation), career exploration skill instruments, and treatment instruments in the form of career guidance group guidebooks. The results shows that mind-mapping can be implemented to enhance the students career exploration skill, that is the all subjects’ first sub component exploration skills (narrowing choices) in group data shows average baseline 13.27 increased to 30.86; the second sub component (specifies a vocational choice) shows average baseline 9.67 increased to 22.18; and the third sub component (deciding an action implementation) shows average baseline 13.42 increased to 20.26. The results affirm that the use of mind-mapping is effective to enhance the exploration skills of high school students.
