Abstract

Perubahan kurikulum 2013 menjadi kurikulum belajar mandiri paling esensial yang terjadi pada tingkat sekolah dasar memerlukan pendekatan pembelajaran tematik integratif, dimana siswa diajak melihat, memperhatikan, dan mengamati lingkungan sekitar, serta tidak lagi berorientasi pada hafalan. Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam memahami penerapan kurikulum belajar mandiri dan meningkatkan kompetensi siswa dalam bidang pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Pelatihan ini dihadiri oleh kepala sekolah dan guru. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa sebelum pelatihan dan sesudah pelatihan guru dapat memahami materi yang diberikan dengan baik. Peserta pelatihan adalah kepala sekolah dan guru di Desa Wargasara, Kecamatan Tirtayasa, Kabupaten Serang, Provinsi Banten. Diharapkan pelatihan ini dapat dilaksanakan kepada seluruh guru dan kepala sekolah agar dapat memahami penerapan kurikulum merdeka belajar dan meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menerapkan kurikulum merdeka belajar sesuai kondisi sekolah masing-masing. The change of the 2013 curriculum to the most essential independent learning curriculum that occurs at the elementary school level requires an integrative thematic learning approach, where students are invited to see, pay attention, and observe the environment, and are no longer oriented to memorization. The purpose of this training is to improve teacher competence in understanding the implementation of the independent learning curriculum and to improve the competence of students in the fields of knowledge, and skills. This training was attended by the principal and teachers. The results of the training show that before training and after training teachers can understand the material provided well. The training participants were school principals and teachers in Wargasara Village, Tirtayasa District, Serang Regency, Banten Province. It is expected that this training will be carried out for all teachers and principals so that they can understand the implementation of the independent learning curriculum and improve the ability of teachers to implement the independent learning curriculum according to the conditions of their respective schools.
