Abstract

PT. XYZ is a company engaged in the chemistry sector. PT. XYZ which located in Cikarang industrial area currently has 200 people of employees with the increament in the production and income for the recent years. This situation means company require to improve management and supervision from the management in order to get the production and income increamentoptimized. Accordingly to this, the needs of company management based on integrated supply chain system becoming important.To date, although the current system mostly using computers, there are still different application in some of computers. Unintegrated system cause the double data input which make the process and output result ineffective and inefficient. The application of integrated system hope will support the service activity specially providing information with quick, precise,accurate, and controlled. Integrated information system here defined as a system consist of various component ofdata, application, and technology which related each other to support the information needs of the company. This research using literature, data collection, data analysis, data flow diagram, entity relationship management, specification process, application implementation, andapplication trial. The problem solving including this step: problem identification, objective formulation, inventoring, compile and analysis, and the design method of integrated supplychain information system.

Abstract

As petroleum construction company with working area spread in the whole world, PT. XYZ is required to always innovate both in terms of technology and in terms of management of management. XYZ Company considers that the period of time in the movement of materials, inventory and assets as well as cost control is the key of price and quality provided to consumers. This thesis try to give suggestions for improvement are made based on analysis of the current situation and seek a reduction in the delivery period through transportation andlogistics operational needs of the company. Study using stage 1). Mapping the condition of the delivery process by utilizing the concept of value stream mapping. 2). Identification of waste (waste) 3). Analyze waste using 5 why, 4) root cause analysis. 4). Eliminating nonvalue added time in the shipping process on logistics. 5). Formulate proposed implementation strategy to provide good quality service to consumers.

Abstract

Intisari— Kepuasan pelanggan salah satu faktor penting dalam business continuity di sebuah industry telekomunikasi. Kepuasan pelanggan khususnya layanan telekomunikasi, dipengaruhi banyak faktor baik faktor teknis maupun non teknis. Dengan data customer complain, survey pakar dan menggunakan sistem pemodelan akan diketahui faktor apa saja secara prioritas yang harus diperbaiki untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Pada penelitian ini, data customer complain dan pendapat pakar dimodelkan menggunakan Interpretive Structural Modelling (ISM) untuk menentukan urutan prioritas dan arah hubungan antar elemen serta pengaruh dari satu variable dengan variable lainnya. Dari penelitian ini dihasilkan peran kualitas layanan jaringan (Network Quality Index) prioritas yang harus dilakukan improvement (perbaikan) dan dijaga performance-nya untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan supaya tetap loyal tidak pindah menggunakan layanan telekomunikasi lainnya. Abstract— Customer satisfaction is an important factor in business continuity in the telecommunications industry. Customer satisfaction, especially telecommunication services, is influenced by many factors, both technical and non-technical factors. With customer complaint data, expert surveys, and using a modelling system, it will be known what factors are prioritized to improve to increase customer satisfaction. In this study, customer complaint data and expert opinion were modelled using Interpretive Structural Modelling (ISM) to determine the order of priority and direction of the relationship between elements and the influence of one variable with another. From this research, the role of network service quality (Network Quality Index) is a priority that must be improved and maintained in performance to increase customer satisfaction so that they remain loyal and do not move to use other telecommunications

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of collaboration, information sharing, and digitization strategies on logistics performance. This is mediated by the logistics function of companies operating in the supply chain industry. Researchers used primary data obtained from questionnaires that were included in the criteria for distributing questionnaires and designed to be answered by respondents which contained several statements. The sample size for this study is the index of each variable multiplied by 5. The number of indicators included in this survey is 5 times 26 indicators, the number of samples needed is 130 samples, and 135 responses are collected. Based on the results of the research, information sharing has a positive and significant impact on logistics capabilities, which is reflected by indicators explaining that information sharing has a positive impact on the organization both internally and externally. Logistics capability has a positive and significant influence on logistics performance which is reflected by various indicators in logistics capabilities which are supported by the quality of existing resources.

Abstract

This study of panel manufacturing firms examines lean supply chains, information technology, and socially-oriented sustainability. Just-in-time statistical process control and lead time reduction have three dimensions in this study of thin supply chains. Big data, cloud computing, and the internet of things focus on this study's information technology dimensions. Safety and health, employee well-being, and product responsibility are all socially-oriented sustainability variables that can be measured. The primary data used in this study comes from the distribution of questionnaires to 4-panel manufacturing company employees. The purposive sampling method was used to select the research sample, resulting in 185 models from four-panel manufacturing companies. It is used for hypothesis testing in the form of SEM using IBM AMOS 24 software and IBM SPPS 22. Research shows that lean supply chains positively impact social sustainability and operational effectiveness. Data shows that IT can directly affect social sustainability and operational performance. A positive correlation was found between operational efficiency and socially conscious sustainability. The results of this study provide information that applying a lean supply chain and information technology can improve socially oriented sustainability and the company's operating performance, which will later create sustainability performance that can benefit all parties, both within the company and the community around the company.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang diberikan oleh pengelolaan rantai pasok serta manajemen sumber daya manusia terhadap kemampuan untuk bersaing dan kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling terhadap karyawan perusahaan PGN Group yang bergerak pada pengelolaan gas bumi yang ada di Indonesia. Pengolahan data dan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan metode analisis SEM (Structural Equation Model) dengan menggunakan software AMOS 24. Sample yang terkumpul sebanyak 197 yang di dominasi oleh karyawan pada level manajerial. Dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa pengelolaan ranti pasok terhadap kemampuan untuk bersaing dan kinerja perusahaan dalam menjalankan organisasinya, namum hal itu tidak berdampak signifikan terhadap pengelolaan sumber daya manusia. Dengan menjalankan pengelolaan rantai pasok dengan baik, ini dapat memberikan dampak secara langsung terhadap kinerja perusahaan baik secara operasional maupun finansial.

Abstract

Saat ini Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s) telah disepakati untuk menjadi tujuan bersama di seluruh dunia. SDG’s ini dapat dicapai setelah seluruh bagian masyarakat dapat memahami dan mengimplementasikan langkah-langkah menuju SDG’s. Yayasan Bunga Melati Indonesia (YBMI) adalah yayasan yang bergerak di bidang sosial dengan beberapa mitra pesantren yang salah satunya adalah Pesantren Tahfidz Hummalul Qur’an di daerah Gunung Sindur, Kabupaten Bogor. Dalam pesantren tersebut banyak potensi berharga yang dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan hidup baik untuk para santri, pengurus pesantren, dan masyarakat sekitarnya. Namun di tengah potensi ini, sayangnya para santri belum mempunyai bekal yang cukup khususnya dalam pengenalan konsep sustainable development goals, membuat usaha yang sustainable, pendidikan yang holistik, kesehatan, maupun dalam kaitannya menjaga lingkungan. Oleh karena itu kegiatan Pengabdian kKepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini memberikan penyuluhan mengenai konsep SDG’s terutama tentang pemanfaatan teknologi masa kini, pendidikan yang holistik, konsep sustainable business, pelatihan bank sampah, serta konsep triangle health. Penyuluhan SDG’s ini dilakukan dengan pemberian materi dan pelatihan yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pesantren terkait SDG’s. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi pelaksanaan PkM, para peserta sangat antusias terhadap materi yang diberikan, pemberian materi dan pelatihan sangat cocok dengan kondisi pesantren, para santri menjadi lebih memahami tentang SDG’s, dan akan mengimplementasikan langkah-langkah untuk dapat mencapai kesejahteraan bersama.

Abstract

Tingginya gas rumah kaca berupa CO2 yang dikontribusi oleh industry transportasi. Pesatnya perkembangan industry transportasi tidak diiringi dengan praktik green logistic. Akibatnya proses pengurangan emisi gas rumah kaca berjalan lambat. Melihat permasalahan tersebut, perlu adanya dorongan dari pemangku kepentingan untuk meningkatkan performa logistik perkotaan dan mempercepat terjadinya praktik green logistic dan melihat pengaruhnya terhadap performa lingkungan dan performa perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dorongan pemangku kepentingan terhadap penerapan praktik keberlanjutan pada industry jasa pengiriman di kota Bogor, dan juga pengaruhnya terhadap performa logistik perkotaan. Sebuah survei kuesioner pada perusahaan logistik jasa pengiriman barang di kota Bogor dilakukan, dan 150 sampel dianalisis dengan menggunakan SEM-AMOS. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa praktik green logistic di lima perusahaan jasa pengiriman yang berada di kota Bogor belum teraplikasikan. Dorongan dari pemangku kepentingan berpengaruh positif terhadap performa logistik perkotaan, praktik green logistic dan performa lingkungan. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukan tidak ada hubungan positif antara performa logistik perkotaan terhadap performa perusahaan. Tidak ada hubungan positif antara praktik green logistic terhadap performa lingkungan dan performa perusahaan.

Abstract

The coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic is still a main concern for various levels of society. Changes in people's lifestyles have triggered companies to switch to the right new business strategies to control their businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic. The unemployment rate, which increased by 7.07 percent due to the pandemic, needs to be suppressed by opening new jobs. The Triple Layered Business Model Canvas (TLBMC) is a method that can be used by Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to collaborate with the surrounding community in improving their quality of life during the pandemic. This research was conducted to identify the development of the TLBMC method, which can be obtained from literature studies from 2016 to 2022. The method used in this study is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR). This study uses the Exponential Comparison Method (MPE) to minimize bias in assessing the quality of the selected literature. The results showed that from 27 pieces of literature, nine top-selected literature with total scores above 5019 points could support research on applying TLBMC in CSR. This study found the importance of CSR collaboration with the community in restoring the economic cycle in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic with the support of the TLBMC method.

Abstract

Intisari— PT ABC adalah perusahaan Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) yang memproduksi dan mendistribusikan empat kategori produk berupa produk kecantikan, makanan, home care, dan personal care. Terdapat dua channel customer yaitu modern trade (MT) dan distributive trade (DT). Permasalahan terjadi pada proses bisnis order fulfilment di customer MT yaitu adanya peningkatan lead time pembayaran sejak tahun 2019 hingga 2022. Proses bisnis order fulfilment terdiri dari delapan sub proses dimulai dari sub proses customer order hingga sub proses pembayaran customer, sehingga tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi faktor yang menimbulkan risiko pada proses bisnis order fulfilment, merancang model mitigasi risiko, dan menentukan prioritas langkah mitigasi risiko pada proses bisnis order fulfilment tersebut. Pemetaan kejadian dan sumber risiko dilakukan menggunakan metode House of Risk 1 (HOR 1) melalui proses Focus Group Discussion (FGD) bersama dua orang pakar, dilanjutkan penentuan langkah mitigasi risiko menggunakan metode HOR 2, dan penentuan prioritas langkah mitigasi risiko menggunakan Analytical Network Process dengan kriteria Benefit, Opportunity, Cost, dan Risk (ANP BOCR). Penelitian ini menghasilkan 16 sumber risiko dan 17 langkah mitigasi risiko yang dikelompokan ke dalam lima kluster yaitu prework, eksekusi, monitoring, regulasi, dan otomasi. Hasil ANP BOCR menunjukan bahwa kluster eksekusi menjadi prioritas utama pada implementasi langkah mitigasi dengan skor 38.57. Abstract— PT ABC is a Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company that produces and distributes products in four categories: beauty products, food, home care, and personal care. There are two customer channels, namely modern trade (MT) and distributive trade (DT). The issue arises in the order fulfilment process for MT customers, specifically an increase in payment lead time from 2019 to 2022. The order fulfilment process consists of eight subprocesses, starting from the customer order subprocess to the customer payment subprocess. Therefore, the objective of this research is to identify factors that cause risks in the order fulfilment process, design a risk mitigation model, and determine the priority steps for risk mitigation in the order fulfilment process. Mapping of events and risk sources is conducted using the House of Risk 1 (HOR 1) method through a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) involving two experts. This is followed by determining the risk mitigation steps using the HOR 2 method, and determining the priority steps for risk mitigation using the Analytical Network Process with the criteria of Benefit, Opportunity, Cost, and Risk (ANP BOCR). This study identifies 16 risk sources and 17 risk mitigation steps, which are grouped into five clusters: prework, execution, monitoring, regulation, and automation. The results of ANP BOCR show that the execution cluster is the top priority in implementing the risk mitigation steps, with a score of 38.57.
