Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted because study result of IPS is still low in fourth grader SD Negeri 163 Pekanbaru. The KKM was determined at the school were: 73 out of 39 students, who reached KKM is 18 students (46.15%), the total number of students who have not reached KKM 21 people (53,84%) with the average is 59,92. This study aims to improve the study result of IPS in IV class SD Negeri 163 Pekanbaru with the implementation of problem solving learning method. Activity of teachers on the first cycle of the first meeting is about 65% in a good category and the second meeting is 75% in a good category. In the cycle II teacher activities increased from cycle I in cycle II first meeting with percentage of 85% very good category, teacher activities increased from cycle I is about 95% percentage with very good category. Student activity on first cycle of first meeting percentage is 60% in less category, and at second meeting percentage is 70% in good category. In the second cycle of student activities was increased in the first meeting percentage of 85% in very well category, and at the second meeting was 90% percentage with very good category. The result of the research got the average base scor score is 59,92 increase in cycle I equal to 15,32% average class 69,10. In cycle II the average class was also increased by 25.16% with classical mastery 75.00.Keywords: Problem Solving, Study Result of IPS

Abstract

Abstract : This study was conducted because of the low reading comprehension on the subjects of Indonesian students in grade V SDN 004 Lobok Ogong Kecamatan Bandar Sei-Kijang. KKM set in schools, namely 75. Of the 20 students, who reached the KKM is just 8 students (40%), while students who have not reached the KKM is 12 students (60%) with an average grade of 60. The purpose of the study is to improve students' reading comprehension class V SDN 004 Lobok Ogong Kecamatan Bandar Sei-Kijang by implementing cooperative learning model of integrated reading and composition. The results obtained by the average value of the basic score of 60 in the first cycle increased by 15% to 69. In the second cycle the average value of students also increased by 35% to 81. Development of the group at the first meeting of the first cycle there are 4 groups of either category, and second there is one group of either three great groups, the first meeting of the second cycle was obtained 2 super group and the second group obtained a second meeting next great 4 super group. Analysis of the ability of individual students' reading comprehension at the first meeting I cycle there is a category of high 0, the medium category there are 7 students and 13 students lower category. Later in the second meeting of the first cycle are included in the high category 2 students, the moderate category 5 students and the low category, there were 13 students. The first meeting of the second cycle is increased in the high category there are 7 students, a category was 6 students while the lower category 7 students. The second meeting of the second cycle of high class 12 students and 8 students category were lower category 0. Activities of teachers at the first meeting of the first cycle percentage is 53.57% with the category Fairly. The second meeting increased to 71.42% in both categories. At the first meeting of the second cycle of teacher activity increased to 78.57% with the category very well. At the second meeting increased to 82.14% with the category very well. Activities of students at the first meeting of the first cycle percentage is 42.85% with less category. The second meeting increased to 50% by category, please. At the first meeting of the second cycle of student activity increased to 64.28% in both categories. Abstract

Abstract : The problem in this study is the low IPS student learning outcomes. Thepurpose of this research is to improve learning outcomes IPS Elementary Schoolfifth grade students 25 Tunggak River, the Application Model Type CooperativeStudent Teams Achievement Division (STAD). The hypothesis of this study is thatif applied STAD cooperative learning model, it can improve learning outcomesIPS Elementary School fifth grade students Tunggak River 025. The resultsshowed the activity of teachers in the first cycle showed 60% first meeting, asecond meeting of the first cycle of 70%, the second cycle of the third meeting86.66%, the fourth meeting of Cycle II 86.66%. Activity of teachers in this studyincreased. Student activity first cycle of 60% the first meeting, a second meetingof the first cycle 66.66%, the second cycle of the third meeting of 76.66%, thefourth meeting of Cycle II 83.33%. Activity of students in this study alsoincreased. The results of the initial data menunnjukkan social studies whocompleted only 12 percent of students with 40% who did not complete 18 percentof people with 60%. Students who earn a score above the basic standard minimumcompleteness criteria (KKM) in the first UH students who complete 21 or 70% thepercentage of incomplete 9 people with the percentage of 30%. In the second UHstudents who completed 28 or 93.33% percentage of incomplete 2 people or apercentage of 6.66%. Abstract

Abstract: Results of learning achieved by students for social studies in elementary school 20 Babussalam Saber Duri Bengkalis District of class IV, has not showed the maximum results can be concluded or class IV student learning outcomes in social studies is still low. Based on the experience of researchers lower student learning outcomes in social studies is caused by: 1. In the learning of students tend to get hung up on the teacher's explanations thus less interaction between students. 2. Students assume a social studies lesson boring as it only contains stories and memorizing and 3. Students are more quiet and less confident to ask or opinion. The subjects of this study are all fourth grade students totaling 28 students. In addition, researchers use the type of classroom action research conducted in two cycles during 4 meetings. Each cycle is carried out through four stages, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The average value of the basic score of students is rising 61.79 to 76.86 at the end of the cycle I. replay at end of cycle II replicates increased again to 81.86. Mastery learning in the first cycle and increased 71.43% in Cycle II with 89.29%. Key Words: Make a Match, learning outcomes IPS

Abstract

Abstract: This research was carried out because of the lowlearning outcomes of social studies of grade IV in SD Negeri 188 Pekanbaru, KKM (success criteria) assigned in school, that is 78. The class consist of 32 students, who reached the KKM is just 14 students (43.75%), whereas students who have not yet reached the KKM is 18 students (56.25%) with average rating of class 63.75. To solve these problems then the researchers implement scramble cooperative learning model. The purpose of this research is to improve the learning achievement of social studies of grade IV in SD Negeri 188 Pekanbaru with the implementation of the scramble cooperative learning model. The result of this research shows that the average value of basic score is 63.75 and increased in cycle I from 13.54% become 72.38. In cycle II, the average value of the students also increase 36.29% become 86.88. The development of group at the first meeting cycle I there are 2 groups get category of good, 3 groups get category of very good, and 1 group get special category. And on the next meeting there are 2 group get category of very good and4 groups get special category. On a basic score of students classical success criteria of social studies is 43.75% (not completely). After implementation of scramble cooperative learning model on cycle 1, number of success criteria of students classical learning increased become 59.38% (not completely). And on cycle II, success criteria of students classical learning increased by 87.50% (completely). Then, the activity of the teacher on the first meeting of the cycle 1 got was 58.33% by category is enough. The second meeting was increased become 75.00% with category of good. on the first meeting of the cycle II teacher activity increased become 83.33% by category of very good. At the second meeting increased become 91.66% with the very good category. The activity of the students at the first meeting of the cycle I got was 54.16% by category of enough. The second meeting was increased become 66.66% with category of good. At the first meeting of the cycle II activity of students increased become 75.00% with category of good. At the second meeting increased become 83.33% by very good category. From this research it can be concluded that by implementation of the scramble cooperative learning model can improve students learning outcomes of social studies of grade IV in SD Negeri 188 Pekanbaru.Keywords: Scramble Cooperative Type, Social Studies Outcomes
