Abstract

The essence and types of workplace adaptation as a choice of professional activities performed by vocational high school graduates are more closely related to the school learning system and employability skills. Researchers conducted a systematic literature review to investigate various sources of information on vocational high school graduates' workplace adaptation. A high degree of initial knowledge and skills, an interest in new organizations and professions, and, in the long run, possessing the appropriate character qualities and psychological qualities impact the effectiveness of workplace adaptation. The success of workplace adaptation is determined by a high level of initial knowledge and skills, an interest in new organizations and jobs, and, in the future, having the necessary character traits and psychological characteristics. Timely assistance from colleagues, supervisors, and managers, as well as the ability to anticipate difficulties and respond to situations promptly. The adaptation of the workplace for vocational high school graduates is strongly intertwined with the implementation of the stages and roles of student vocational career guidance. The authors focus on the creation of a framework that vocational high school graduates can use to prepare them for the workplace, beginning with the preparation, search, evaluation, negotiation, and ending with starting and improving jobs as a source of income. This framework is strengthened by increasing skills, specifically soft skills as the fundamental skills required by job seekers.

In Indonesia, the literacy level of students is still very low, especially in learning Sundanese. This research is motivated by seeing children nowadays who very rarely even forget about cultures, as well as the lack of literacy in Sundanese literary works, including short stories (known as Carpon or Carita Pondok). This research is descriptive quantitative. The research instrument carried out was in the form of a pre-test and post-test which was carried out by distributing questionnaires (google form) to students via whatsapp groups, the source of data in this study were students of junior high school. The results showed that the pre-test results were 61% of students who answered yes, and 39% of students who answered no and in the post-test 85% of students answered yes and 15% of students answered no. Abstract

Indonesia has almost 2 years in implementing distance learning to prevent an increase in the transmission of the Corona Virus. With the creation of the Thematic community service program, it is hoped that it can increase student interest in learning and help educators and parents of students to facilitate the implementation of online learning activities. This research was conducted in an elementary school in West Java. At the initial stage, the research was conducted to survey the number of students in grade 6 of the Elementary School. The number of students recorded was 60 students in grade 6. Then we distributed the 60 students with 47.60% (21 male students) and 52.40% (39 female students). Learning and teaching activities at Karanganyar State Elementary School 2 are carried out online. The learning media used are Zoom Meet, WhatsApp group, and Google Form for students. This method is a solution in implementing distance learning with interactive learning media. The results of the research show that the average post-test score of 84.0% is greater than the average pre-test score of 49.03%, so the difference is 1.95%. Therefore, we can increase interest, knowledge, and application in material related to financial literacy. This increase in understanding can be done by continuously teaching and giving examples of financial literacy to students through fun media, such as animated videos containing financial literacy.
