Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of skills and work environment simultaneously and partially on employee performance at PT. Wahyu Rintiyani Perkasa Bangkinang. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Wahyu Rintiyani Perkasa Bangkinang, totaling 52 employees. Determination of the sample in this study using the saturated census method so that the number of samples in this study were 52 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression models. Based on the results of the simultaneous test, the skill and work environment variables have a significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Wahyu Rintiyani Perkasa Bangkinang. Meanwhile, based on the partial test results, the skill and work environment variables have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Wahyu Rintiyani Perkasa Bangkinang. The close relationship that occurs between the skill and work environment variables on employee performance at PT. Wahyu Rintiyani Perkasa Bangkinang is very strong with a correlation coefficient (R) of 87.4%. Meanwhile, the contribution of skill and work environment variables to employee performance at PT. Wahyu Rintiyani Perkasa Bangkinang is 76.3% while the remaining 23.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in the study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the effect of work motivation and work discipline simultaneously and partially on the performance of employees of PT. Bio Cycle Indo in Tapung District. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with a sample of 80 employees. Based on the results of the study, there is a significant relationship between work motivation and work discipline, either simultaneously or partially on employee performance. Work motivation and work discipline have an effect on employee performance by 66.0%. While the remaining 32.0% is influenced or explained by other variables that are not included in this research model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, work culture and work facilities on the performance of craftsmen at the blacksmith center teratak rumbio jaya. Sampling was carried out using the census method as many as 57 employees. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression models. Based on the results of the simultaneous test, the variables of motivation, work culture, work facilities have a significant effect on the performance of the craftsmen of the Terrata Rumbio Jaya blacksmith center. Based on the partial test, the variables of motivation, work culture, work facilities have a significant effect on the performance of the blacksmith center at Teratak Rumbio Jaya. The contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable is 30.6% while the remaining 69.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the effect of capability and authority on the intellectual capital of employees at PKS PT. Nusantara Plantation VSei Fence. Intellectual Capital is a feature needed to find opportunities and manage threats in life. The analysis used in this research is a multiple linear analysis with a total of 121 respondents. Hypothesis testing was tried with the F test and t test. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that simultaneously and partially capability and authority affect the intellectual capital of employees. The closeness of the bond between the independent variable and the dependent variable is strong with the donation of the independent variable to the dependent variable of 68.0%, while the remaining 32.0% is determined by other variables not listed in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and discipline on employee performance at the Kampar District Transportation Agency. The sample in this study were all employees at the Kampar District Transportation Agency, totaling 37 employees. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and research files. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with a significant level (α) of 0.05. Simultaneously leadership and discipline have an effect on performance, based on the partial test results, discipline has an effect on performance, while leadership has no effect on employee performance. The closeness of the relationship of the independent variable to the dependent variable is very strong with the contribution of the independent variable to the fixed variable which is 95.7%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Hervenia Kampar Lestari Sungai Pinang Tambang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Hervenia Kampar Lestari Desa Sungai Pinang, Kecamatan Tambang. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik rumus Slovin sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 karyawan di PT. Hervenia Kampar Lestari Sungai Pinang Tambang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket dan file penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan taraf signifikan (α) 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keselamatan kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, dengan nilai signifikan lebih besar dari 0,05. Hasil analisis penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja, kesehatan kerja dan kesehatan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Hervenia Kampar Lestari Sungai Pinang Tambang. Terdapat hubungan yang sangat kuat antara variabel lingkungan kerja, keselamatan kerja dan kesehatan kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Hervenia Kampar Lestari Sungai Pinang Tambang. Kontribusi variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen sangat kuat.

Abstract

Research to determine the effect of workload and work stress on police performance with simulthan and partial at Laka Lantas Kampar Police. Types and sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, while data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires, file research, observation and interviews. The population in this research were all police at the Laka Lantas Kampar Police in 2020, amounting to 39 police and all police at Laka Lantas Kampar Police were sampled so that the sampling technique in this research used a saturated census technique. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression models. Based on the simulthan test results, the variable of workload and work stress have a significant effect with together on the police performance at Laka Lantas Kampar Police, while based on the partial test results, the variable of workload and work stress have a significant effect with individual on the police performance at Laka Lantas Kampar Police. The closeness of the relationship that occurs between the atractiveness of workload and work stress on the police performance at Laka Lantas Kampar Police is very strong with a correlation coefficient is R of 85,5%. While contribution of workload and work stress variables to the police performance variables is equual to 73,1% while the remaining 26,9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Based on the simulthan test results, the variable of compensation and work discipline have a significant effect with together on the employee performance at PMKS PT. Padasa Enam Utama Koto Kampar Hulu District, Kampar Regency. While based on the partial test results, the variable of compensation and work discipline have a significant effect with individual on the employee performance at PMKS PT. Padasa Enam Utama Koto Kampar Hulu District, Kampar Regency. The closeness of the relationship that occurs between the atractiveness of compensation and work discipline on the employee performance is very strong with a correlation coefficient R of 80,2%. While contribution of independent variables to the dependent variables is equual to 63,4% while the remaining 36,6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Realizing high-quality graduates requires good teacher performance. Therefore, it is necessary to know what factors influence the teacher's performance. This study only pays attention to the variables of commitment and competence, which are considered capable of influencing teacher performance. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of commitment and competence on teacher performance. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research data uses primary and secondary data obtained using interviews, questionnaires, observations, and research files. The population in this study was all teachers at SMA Negeri 02, Kubu Babussalam District, totaling 57 people, and all of them were used as samples, so the sampling technique was carried out using the census method. The data analysis tool was performed using a linear regression model. The results of this study concluded that, simultaneously and partially, commitment and competence have a significant effect on the performance of teachers at SMA Negeri 02, Kubu Babussalam District. This result explains that the more committed the teacher, the better his work or performance, and vice versa. Likewise with the competence of the teacher, the better the competency of the teacher, the better the performance of the teacher, and vice versa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the type of leadership and discipline on employee performance at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Kampar Regency. The population in this study were all employees at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Kampar Regency. The sample of this study used a saturated sampling technique (census), namely 31 employees at the Central Bureau of Statistics, Kampar Regency. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and research files. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with a significant level (α) of 0.05. The results of this study concluded that the type of leadership and discipline simultaneously had a significant influence on employee performance, with a significant value less than 0.05. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that discipline has a partially significant effect on employee performance at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Kampar Regency. The contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable is very strong.
