Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the impact of cooperative learning with the PAP and STAD methods and independence on young children's prosocial behavior. The research used an experimental method. The sample consisted of 48 children. Data were analyzed with the 2-factor ANOVA variants, followed by an interaction test between variables using the Tuckey test. The results show that there were differences in the prosocial behaviors between the group of children with high and low independence. Different method of cooperative learning used influenced young children’s prosocial behavior diffierently. There was also an interaction between cooperative learning and independence towards young children’s prosocial behavior. The implication of this research is that teachers as educators and counselors are required to carry out systematic and ongoing prosocial education as a form of example for children. Teachers wishing to teach with cooperative learning should choose a method appropriate to children’s characteristics. In addition, it is important to increase teachers’ motivation in teaching.

Abstract

This study specifically aims to analyze the contribution of need satisfaction for autonomy, need satisfaction for competence, and need satisfaction for relatedness that is associated with teacher teaching motivation. The participants of this study were 84 early childhood education programs teachers in Kediri Regency and Tulungagung Regency (100% women, Mage = 31.71 years; SD = 8.86). Data were collected using the Basic Need Satisfaction in General Scale and the Autonomous Motivation for Teaching Questionnaire presented in Indonesian language. Data analysis in this study used descriptive statistical techniques and Pearson correlation technique. The results shows that there is no significant correlation between need satisfaction for autonomy with teaching motivation (r= .043; p = .585), there is significant correlation between need satisfaction for relatedness with teaching motivation (r= .208; p = .008), and there is significant correlation between need satisfaction for competence with teaching motivation (r= .167; p = .031). Understanding teaching motivation based on self-determination may help teachers in disadvantaged areas to improve and recognize self-potential, so that teachers can develop themselves by optimizing need satisfaction as a factor that influences the teacher's activities in teaching.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which the process of learning in early childhood implement a holistic integrative process that consists of health, nutrition, education, protection and care of children. This research is qualitative research. This research was conducted in TK Negeri Pembina Grogol Kediri. Subjects were young children aged 4-5 years, amounting to 18 children. The process of collecting data in this study is a qualitative observation, qualitative interviews and documents qualitative. The data analized using an interactive model. The results of the study of holistic integrative learning analysis on TK Negeri Pembina Grogol, Kediri is generally good and meet the elements of a holistic integrative namely health, nutrition, stimulation of education, care and protection. The conclusion of this research is the analysis of integrative holistic learning meets the elements of a holistic integrative program in early childhood. Keywords: holistic, integrative, learning Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana proses pembelajaran pada anak usia dini mengimplementasikan proses holistik integratif yang terdiri dari kesehatan gizi, pendidikan, perlindungan dan pengasuhan pada anak. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di TK Negeri Pembina Grogol Kabupaten Kediri. Subjek penelitian adalah anak usia dini usia 4-5 tahun yang berjumlah 18 anak. Proses pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi kualitatif, wawancara kualitatif, dokumen-dokumen kualitatif. Teknik menganalisis data menggunakan model analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian analisis pembelajaran holistik integratif di TK Negeri Pembina Grogol, Kabupaten Kediri sudah baik dan memenuhi unsur dari holistik integratif yaitu kesehatan, gizi, rangsangan pendidikan, pengasuhan dan perlindungan. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah analisis pembelajaran holistik integratif sudah memenuhi unsur-unsur program holistik integratif di PAUD. Kata Kunci: holistik, integratif, pembelajaran

Abstract

ABSTRAK Meningkatkan Kemampuan Motorik Halus Melalui Kegiatan Montase pada Anak Kelompok B RA AL-HIDAYAH Nanggungan Kecamatan Prambon Kabupaten Nganjuk Tahun Pelajran 2015/2016, PG-PAUD, FKIP UN PGRI Kediri, 2016. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi hasil pengamatan dan pengalaman peneliti bahwa kemampuan motorik halus pada anak B RA AL-HIDAYAH Nanggungan tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 masih rendah.Dengan keterbatasan media yang ada di sekolah, kegiatan pembelajaran yang monoton, serta kurangnya stimulasi yang dilakukan karena lembaga lebih mengutamakan kegiatan calistung untuk peserta didiknya, kegiatan pengembangan motorik halus menjadi kurang maksimal.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan subyek penelitian anak kelompok B RA AL-HIDAYAH Nanggungan dengan jumlah siswa 30 anak terdiri dari 13 anak laki-laki dan 17 anak perempuan. Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus (RPPM), (RPPH), teknik pengumpulan data, teknik penilaian hasil karya anak, lembar observasi guru dan dokumentasi.Sedangkan untuk analisis data digunakan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini adalah penerapan kegiatan montase dalam pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus anak kelompok B RA AL-HIDAYAH Nanggungan Kecamatan Prambon Kabupaten Nganjuk tahun ajaran 2015/2016. Ini terbukti dari hasil nilai yang diperoleh anak dapat dilihat dari prosentase rata-rata kemampuan motorik halus melalui kegiatan montase yang terus mengalami peningkatan pada prasiklus sebesar 20%, siklus I sebesar 58,3% dan meningkat lagi pada siklus II sebesar 80%. Berdasarkan simpulan hasil penelitian ini, direkomendasikan :Tujuan pokok penerapan kegiatan montase adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus anak, oleh sebab itu bagi lembaga RA/TK lebih dapat menyediakan berbagai macam media yang lebih menarik untuk memfasilitasi pesertadidiknya dalam pengembangan motorik halus. Kata Kunci : motorik halus, kegiatan montase.

Abstract

Kenakalan remaja dilatar belakangi oleh faktor internal dan faktor eksternal, diantaranya adalah konsep diri. Konsep diri merupakan hal penting dalam membentuk tingkah laku, termasuk tingkah siswa. Pendidik semakin menyadari dampak konsep diri terhadap tingkah laku anak dalam kelas dan terhadap prestasinya. Selain faktor konsep diri, faktor internal penyebab kenakalan remaja diduga terkait kondisi ketegangan emosi dalam diri remaja akibat perubahan-perubahan fisik dan psikologis masa perkembangan remaja. Ketegangan emosi yang tinggi, dorongan emosi yang sangat kuat dan emosi yang tidak terkendali membuat remaja lebih mudah meledakkan emosi dan bertindak tidak rasional, sehingga tidak jarang keadaan emosi yang demikian membuat remaja berperilaku yang termasuk dalam kenakalan remaja. Menghadapi kehidupan emosi yang penuh gejolak dan ketegangan emosi yang meninggi, remaja membutuhkan kecerdasan emosi agar tidak terjerumus pada tindakan yang tidak rasional. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis : 1) hubungan antara konsep diri dengan kenakalan remaja,  2) hubungan antara kecerdasan emosi dengan kenakalan remaja, dan 3) hubungan antara konsep diri dan kecerdasan emosi dengan kenakalan remaja pada siswa MTsN Puncu Kab. Kediri. Dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 145 siswa MTSN Puncu Kab. Kediri diperoleh hasil bahwa : 1) secara statistik konsep diri berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kenakalan remaja, 2) kecerdasan emosi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kenakalan remaja, 3) konsep diri dan kecerdasan emosi  memiliki hubungan yang tidak signifikan terhadap kenakalan remaja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan pembelajaran tatap muka terbatas dan daring pada anak usia dini di masa new normal di Kabupaten Kediri. Pendekatan deskriptif analitis digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Teknik penentuan informan menggunakan teknik snowball sampling. Pengumpulan dan penggalian data menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara pada guru dan kepala sekolah Taman Kanak-kanak Dharma Wanita Klanderan II Kabupaten Kediri, serta mengkaji dokumen akademik sekolah.  Teknik analisis data menggunakan model analisis interaktif. Temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah penerapan pembelajaran tatap muka new normal masa pandemi covid-19 di Taman Kanak-kanak Dharma Wanita Klanderan II Kabupaten Kediri sesuai dengan protokol kesehatan yang telah di tetapkan oleh pemerintah, baik pemerintah pusat maupun pemerintah daerah. Sisi yang lain, untuk menunjang pembelajaran tatap muka secara langsung tersebut, Taman Kanak-kanak Dharma Wanita Klanderan II Kabupaten Kediri menerapkan pembelajaran daring atau belajar dari rumah dengan pelibatan orang tua anak didik yang sangat kooperatif.

Abstract

Cognitive ability to recognize the concept of numbers is very important to be introduced early on, so children are accustomed to easily solving simple problems related to numbers. The problem found by researchers is that children have difficulty when asked to numerate objects, numerically order numbers, and connect images of objects with numbers according to the amount. In an effort to address this problem, the educator introduces new media, namely the number egg media made from used materials and designed as attractive as possible so that students were motivated to learn. This study aims to determine whether there is cognitive development in recognizing the concept of numbers 1-10 in children aged 3-4 years in the Playgroup Al-hikmah Kweden Karangrejo Ngasem District Kediri Regency between before and after the action. The research method used is classroom action research conducted in three cycles. This research involved subjects of 3-4 years old children totaling 18 students. The analysis technique in this research is quantitative descriptive technique by comparing learning completeness between the time before and after the action. The results obtained in the first cycle of 50%, and in the second cycle of 63.8%, while in the third cycle of 81.9%. From the results of the study it can be concluded that through the egg media numbers can develop cognitive abilities in recognizing the concept of numbers 1-10 in children aged 3-4 years.

Abstract

Emotional regulation can be done with cognitive and behavioral approaches. The cognitive approach explains that the emotions felt by individuals are the result of an assessment of the situation they are facing. The research objective was to describe and explore the approach to cognitive-emotional regulation of teachers in dealing with the anti-social behavior of kindergarten children. This research method is a literature study with a qualitative approach. Basically, the literature study is related to theoretical studies and other references related to values, culture, and norms that develop in the situation under study. The role of cognitive-emotional regulation that teachers can do, includes: (1) teachers can teach children's emotional regulation by responding to emotions and teaching about emotions; (2) teachers can provide guidance in emotional competence by giving examples of positive and negative emotions, how to respond to children's emotions, and manifest emotions; (3) teachers can interact with children while identifying emotions that often arise in children

Abstract

This study provides an overview of the management of the implementation of music extracurricular activities in early childhood education (PAUD). The background is the constraints or problems in the management system. Therefore, the implementation of music extracurricular activities in PAUD must be managed seriously. Good and suitable management of extracurricular music implementation will have a positive effect on the quality of education in PAUD. This research method is literature study. Data collection is by collecting main and supporting reference data. The data analysis technique is content analysis. The results of the assessment on the management of the implementation of music extracurricular activities in early childhood education are carried out using 4 stages, namely: 1) planning needs analysis, types, the background, implementation objectives, materials, evaluation tools, outputs, sarpras, criteria for trainers (instructors), 2) organizing in division of tasks, authorities, and responsibilities for executing extra activities, 3) implementation of activities in accordance with the implementation plan and organizing process, and 4) evaluation of activities. Abstract

The urgency of parental involvement in assisting children's learning from home is to increase children's academic success. The purpose of this study was to analyze the motivational role of parental involvement in accompanying children during learning from home in terms of parenting style. This empirical information can be used as a basis for determining parenting styles and motivation for parental involvement in accompanying children during learning from home. The participants of this study were parents totaling 282 with details of 42 people or about 15% were fathers, and 240 people or about 85% were mothers (Mean=1.85; SD=0.357). The research data was taken using a questionnaire with parental involvement motivation instruments (Katz et al., 2011) and parenting style instruments (Robinson et al., 2001). The test of hypothesis used the Doubled Regression Analysis Technique (SPSS 22). The results of this study indicate that authoritative, authoritarian, and permissive parenting styles are simultaneously effective in determining parental involvement motivation (R Square = 0.45, p < 0.01).
