<![CDATA[The results of the Teacher Competency Examination (UKG) issued by the Ministry of Education and Culture for the City of Palembang, around 6224 teachers showed a score of 50.70 below the national average of 53.02 or below the minimum competency standard set of 55.00. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of pedagogical competence of Students 'Learning In Elementary School Teachers (PGSD) and the development of reflective actions to improve the quality of learning. The result is that all indicators of pedagogical competence are below the average set by the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud) and this study produces a supplementary book on pedagogical competency on the weakest indicator, which is to take reflective action to improve the quality of learning]]>

<![CDATA[The quality of learning carried out by an educator has not yet received serious attention. This has an impact on the low quality of graduates produced. The core research aims to develop and implement Technology Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) for participants of the Prajabatan Elementary Teacher Professional Program (PPG). The method used is a combined qualitative and quantitative approach with the R D method with a 4 D path modification, namely define, design, develop, and disseminate. The subjects in this study were 42 students of Prajabatan Elementary School PPG students who were divided into control and experimental classes. 21 students each. The results of this study are in the form of a literacy and high-level TPACK-based TPACK model and the results of the pretest and posttest scores with a significance value of 0.001 which can be concluded that the TPACK-based literacy model and high-level thinking abilities influence the learning quality of Prajabatan Elementary School students.Kualitas pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan seorang pendidik hingga saat ini belum mendapatkan perhatian yang serius. Hal ini berdampak pada rendahnya kualitas lulusan yang dihasilkan. Penelitian inti bertujuan untuk menyusun dan menerapkan Technology Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) bagi peserta Program Profesi Guru (PPG) SD Prajabatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan gabungan kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan metode R D dengan modifikasi alur 4 D, yakni define, design, develop, dan disseminate Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa PPG SD Prajabatan yang berjumlah 42 mahasiswa yang terbagi ke dalam kelas kontrol dan eksperimen yang masing-masing berjumlah 21 mahasiswa. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah berupa model TPACK berbasis literasi dan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi serta hasil perolehan nilai pretest dan postes dengan nilai signifikansi 0.001 yang dapat disimpulkan bahwa model TPACK berbasis literasi dan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pembelajaran mahasiswa PPG SD Prajabatan.]]>

<![CDATA[Quality of learning by teachers nowadays, have not became a serious focus of interest. As the result, the quality of the graduate student is at low rate. The purpose of this research is to develop and apply Technology Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) for the Injob Primary School Professional Educational Teacher Program (PPG dalam jabatan). The methods applied on the study were combination of qualitative and quantitative and R&D by 4D outline modification, they are; define, design, develop, and disseminate. The subjects of the study are 42 students of The Student of the Injob Teacher of Professional Educational Program which divided into two class of control and experiments each within 21 students. The result of the study is a TPACK model base on literacy and high order thinking skill with significance of the pretest and posttest achievement at 0.001, which indicates that literacy base TPACK model and high order thinking skill effects to the quality of the Injob Teacher Professional Educational Program learning as the student experience Literacy base TPACK model and high order thinking skill learning.]]>

<![CDATA[Covid-19 has become a global epidemic and has spread to many countries in the world, including Indonesia. The COVID-19 pandemic is one source of uncertainty that causes financial data to fluctuate and cause data to be volatile. This outbreak had an impact on financial data, not only on the Rupiah exchange rate but also on the Jakarta Composite Index (JCI). The uncertainty of the JCI makes it difficult for investors, data managers, and business people to predict data for the future. JCI is one indicator of the capital market (stock exchange). The uncertainty of the JCI data causes the need for predictions, so that investors, data managers, and business people can make the right decisions so that they can reduce risk and optimize profits when investing. One of the factors causing the JCI's decline was sentiment caused by investor panic over the rapid spread of COVID-19 in various cities in Indonesia. This research uses Backpropagation Neural Network (BPNN) in making predictions and continues with optimization of BPNN using ensemble techniques. Historical data from the JCI used were obtained from yahoo.finance. The ensemble technique used consists of two approaches, namely combining different architectures and initial weights with the same data and combining different architectures and weights. The results of network performance using ensemble technique optimization show good performance and can outperform the individual network performance of BPNN. <![CDATA[Primary Education of Universitas Terbuka students are students of Elementary School Teacher Education (PGSD) and Early Childhood Education (PGPAUD) study programs who have been teachers in schools for at least 1 (one) year of teaching. PGSD students in normal circumstances carry out direct learning through Face-to-Face Tutorials (TTM) but in the pandemic era, they adapt to the Webinar Tutorial (Tuweb) using the Microsoft team. Tuweb is synchronous learning. Adult learning styles (andragogy) in the aspect of self-concept (emotionally stable students, they are adults whose age, cognitive, and development are mature), the concept of experience (the requirement to become a student in the teaching field of at least one year of teaching, is proven with a Decree (SK) from the relevant agency, the concept of learning readiness, time perspective or learning orientation. <![CDATA[Berdasarkan hasil Ujian Kompetensi Guru (UKG) kepada 6224 guru SD di Kota Palembang, pada aspek pedagogik menunjukkan skor 50,70 di bawah rata-rata nasional yaitu 53,02 atau di bawah standar kompetensi minimal yang ditetapkan yakni 55,0. Tujuan penilitian ini adalah menghasilkan topik kompetensi pedagogik yang dapat dikembangkan menjadi program di Universitas Terbuka. Peneliti mengembangkan berdasarkan standar kompetensi Permendikbud No. 16 Tahun 2017. <![CDATA[Teacher is the party who is responsible for continuity of effective communication in learning so the teacher is urged to have a good communicative competence with students in order to obtain effective learning process. In this study teacher is students of primary school teacher education who has worked as a teacher (in-service training) or educator. This study is aimed to know how the competence of teacher in communicating effectively to the students. The research method used is mix research method (Survey and Thematic Qualitative). As a result, the level of effective communicative competence of students of primary school teacher education of UT who are also as teacher of primary school in Palembang is under the standard determined by The Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud). Hence, some ideas are formulated in Forum Group Discussion (FGD) namely the need of comprehensive training program and are continuously from the related institution, need of teacher’s supplementary book, and need of more action research on effective communication of teacher. Some indicators agreed for effective communication for teacher are (1) the importance of communication with students. (2) Competence and performance of teacher in communicating with the students. (3) Communication with the students in education. (4) Effective communication with the students. (5) Effective communication with students. (6) Obstacles in communication among the students in education. (7) Learning strategy that can build communication and cooperation among the students. (8) Communication with students in learning as educative interaction. The indicator will further be a reference in developing module for improvement of learning program in Universitas Terbuka.]]>

<![CDATA[College students who do online learning will certainly feel different from conventional learning experiences, especially at the beginning level college students. They have discussions every week and work on assignments. Current learning is risky with plagiarism. In addition, there are still college students who do not know how to take part in online learning properly. Based on simple observations, they do not pay attention to the rules of working on discussions or assignments so well that a guide is needed in conducting online learning through community service activities. Our community service program in the field of education is to create video Online Learning Guides. This video consists of a Brief Overview of Online Learning, Work on Assignments, Search for Reference Lecture Assignments, Writing Quotations and Bibliography, and Collecting Assignments. After this video has been completed, we will request comments from college students in the 2020 period based on good video media criteria. The selection of respondent samples will be conducted at UPBJJ Universitas Terbuka Jakarta, Palembang and Mataram. The results of this community service activity are an online learning guide that can guide them in conducting online learning when conducting discussions, doing assignments, through collecting discussions and assignments. This video can be used anytime according to college student needs through easily accessible media and and can help college students get better grades.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of the GESAMSU (Gedrik Saruk Indeed Seru) game-based environment on students' mathematical communication skills. This research was conducted by 3rd-grade students at an Integrated Islamic Elementary School (IT) Nurul Islam Paramarta in Seputih Banyak District in Central Lampung, with a sample of 62 students in this study. This research method used Experiment with Control Group Design research type, using a random purposive sampling technique. The research design used in this study was the Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. This study used an instrument in the form of an Essay test of mathematical communication skills. The results showed that the increase in students' mathematical communication skills who were taught by applying the Environmental-Based GESAMSU (Gedrik Saruk Indeed Seru) game was significantly higher than the increase in students' mathematical communication skills taught by conventional learning models. The average post-test score of the experimental class was higher than the post-test score of the control class, namely 85,96 and 60,63, both of which were in a different category.]]>

<![CDATA[Membaca adalah salah satu dari empat keterampilan dasar berbahasa yang perlu di miliki oleh masyarakat terutama bagi peserta didik, tidak hanya sebagai salah satu cara tersampaikannya informasi melainkan proses metakognitif yang bisa menjadi kebiasaan dan karakter individu. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah mendeskripsikan salah satu strategi pembelajaran membaca bagi siswa di sekolah dasar dalam rangka pengembangan pembuatan buku strategi membaca siswa sekolah dasar berbasis penguatan Pendidikan karakter. PQ4R (Preview, Question, Read, Reflect, Recite, Review) merupakan salah satu strategi membaca yang efektif digunakan oleh guru untuk proses pembelajaran di kelas dengan tujuan selain memahami isi bacaan, memberi kesempatan siswa berpikir kritis dan kreatif dengan membiasakan menemukan masalah dan solusi sendiri. Selain karakter pembelajar yang didapatkan oleh siswa pembiasaan belajar mandiri menjadi salah satu ciri dari strategi PQ4R. Penerapan PQ4R juga memberikan kesempatan kepada kita untuk mengingat informasi itu dalam jangka waktu yang lebih lama daripada membaca yang biasa kita lakukan. Dengan demikian, membaca dengan menggunakan model ini berarti menghemat waktu dan tenaga guna memahami informasi penting yang kita butuhkan.]]>
