Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of teacher competence on job satisfaction of junior high school teachers in Bombana Regency. Teacher job satisfaction on the performance of junior high school teachers in Bombana Regency. Teacher competence on the performance of junior high school teachers in Bombana Regency and teacher competence on teacher performance through job satisfaction for junior high school teachers in Bombana Regency.The results of this study indicate that teacher competence has a positive and significant effect on teacher satisfaction at Bombana Regency Junior High Schools. This means that the better the increase in competence, it will increase teacher job satisfaction. Teacher satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of junior high school teachers in Bombana Regency. This means that the better the increase in teacher job satisfaction, the better the teacher's performance. Teacher competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of junior high school teachers in Bombana Regency. This means that the better the increase in competence, the better the performance of teachers. Teacher competence has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance through the satisfaction of junior high school teachers in Bombana Regency. This means that teacher competence is able to improve teacher performance through mediation of teacher job satisfaction..

Abstract

This study aims to explain and examine: (1) the effect of the work environment, organizational commitment, and work motivation on teacher performance, (2) the effect of the work environment on teacher performance, (3) the effect of organizational commitment on teacher performance, and (4) the effect of work motivation on teacher performance. This research approach is survey with explanatory research design.  Data collection was carried out in a cross-sectional manner using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this study were all 53 teachers of SMA Negeri 1 Gu. The sampling technique is a saturated sample (census) where the entire population is used as the research sample. Data analysis techniques to answer the research hypothesis are descriptive and multiple linear regression. The results showed that: (1) work environment, organizational commitment, and work motivation simultaneously had a significant effect on teacher performance, (2) work environment had a significant effect on teacher performance, (3) organizational commitment had a significant effect on teacher performance, (4) work motivation has a significant effect on teacher performance. Keywords: Work Environment, Organizational Commitment, Work Motivation Teacher Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effects of variable brand image, price and product quality on purchasing decisions at Brownte Kendari Shop.This study uses a quantitative approach and is categorized as survey research, where the research instrument is a questionnaire. The object of this study is customers who buy Brownte products. The population in this study were all customers who bought unknown amount of Brownte products. The sample in this study was 80 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was to use accidental sampling, the method of collecting data in this study was using questionnaires and interviews. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS 16.0 program.  The results of this study use that Brand Image, Price and Product Quality Have Positive and Significant Effects on Purchase Decisions.Keywords: brand image, price, product quality, purchasing decision
