Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the effect of diversification, liquidity, size, and NPL on profitability in IDX listedbanking companies from 2018 to 2020. Secondary data is used and collected from the IDX websites. This researchimplemented purposive sampling (as technique sampling) and obtains 20 banks that fulfill the requirements from 46listed banks in IDX. The data were analyzed by using panel regression with Eviews 9. The results of this research aresize and NPL have effect on profitability while diversification and liquidity have no effect on profitability of bankingcompany. Abstract

The existence of the capital market in Indonesia has an important role in economic development. There are important factors that investors pay attention to, namely the condition of interest rates and stock returns, and these affect the value of the company. The research method is in the form of a literature study by reviewing various related studies recorded in Mendeley references and Google Schoolars both nationally and internationally. The results of this study were analyzed and used as material for discussion to determine answers to problems regarding the relationship between risk mitigation and rescue procedures in the people's credit system. All ideas from each study provide information about the methodologically desirable theory of the study being analyzed. The results explain that there is a positive relationship between interest rates and stock returns on firm value and it can influence investors to buy shares in the company. Abstract

This study explains the effect of work stress and remuneration packages on turnover intention, using job satisfaction as a mediator. The object of research is one of the companies engaged in the palm oil sector in Jakarta, PT Kruing Lestari Jaya. This study discusses the theory of the four research variables, namely work stress, remuneration packages, turnover intention, and job satisfaction. This study used quantitative methods through the distribution of questionnaires via Google Form to 48 respondents, which were then processed using the SPSS version 25.0 program using saturated sampling techniques for sampling data. The results showed that work stress has a significant effect on turnover intentions. Remuneration packages have a significant effect on turnover intention. Job satisfaction does not mediate work stress and turnover intention. Job satisfaction does not act as a buffer between the remuneration package and the turnover intention. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that direct influence has a greater value than indirect influence. The job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of the remuneration package on turnover intention at PT Kruing Lestari Jaya. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh antara beban kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Orientama Makmur Abadi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 pegawai PT. Orientama Makmur Abadi. Hasil uji hipotesis (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa variabel beban kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai t hitung sebesar 3,375> t tabel 1,984 yang lebih besar dari t tabel. Demikian juga, disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan dengan t hitung 4,855> t tabel 1,984 yang lebih besar dari t tabel. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa beban kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Beban Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Perusahaan akan melakukan berbagai kebijakan yang dapat mendukung perkembangan perusahaannya, salah satunya penerpaan kebijakan dividen. Kebijakan yang dapat menarik perhatian investor untuk berinvestasi pada perusahaan, karena adanya pembagian keuntungan yang dilakukan perusahaan pada pemegang saham. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak penerapan kebijakan dividen yang dilakukan perusahaan terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan dan akan berimbas pada nilai perusahaan yang baik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif berupa studi literature pada bidang menajemen keuangan dengan penerapan kebijakan dividen pada perusahaan. Metode penulisan artikel ilmiah ini adalah dengan metode kualitatif dan studi literature atau Library Research. Hasil analisis dan penelusuran literature menjelasakan bahwa penerapan kebijakan dividen yang dilakuan perusahaan berdampak positef pada kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Kinerja keuangan yang positif tersebut berdampak positif pada nilai perusahaan. Nilai perusahaan yang baik akan mempengaruhi pasar saham untuk menarik minat investor pada perusahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to estimate the role of tertiary apprenticeship performance in influencing Islamic finance industry satisfaction. By utilizing the results of interviews with 28 Islamic finance practitioners, this study conducted a qualitative analysis. This study found that expectations and disconfirmation factors play an important role in increasing the satisfaction of the Islamic finance industry. Academically, this study implies the expansion of knowledge about industrial satisfaction engineering. Practically, this study implies the importance of link and match between industry and higher education institutions in three ways (uniformity in apprenticeship program assessments, creation of MOUs, and collaboration in curriculum development).

Abstract

Saham perusahaan publik merupakan komoditas modal yang memiliki risiko tinggi karena rentan terhadap perubahan domestik dan internasional, seperti pergeseran kondisi politik dan ekonomi. Metode dalam artikel ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan studi literature atau Library Research. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah menganalisis teori-teori yang ada dengan melihat perbandiangannya pada teori-teori sebeumnya pada literature hasil penelitian. Hasil dari literature review adalah (1) Return On Equity (ROE) berpengaruh positif terhadap Return Saham (2) Net Profit Margin (NPM) berpengaruh positf terhadap Return Saham.

Abstract

An unexpected event that has the potential to cause turmoil and changes in an environment is referred to as a crisis. The emergence of a crisis in the organization can damage the image and reputation of the company. If a crisis arises in a company and is publicized, it can lead to a bad perception of the company, organization or individual. So that it is necessary to have a public relations role to formulate communication program planning procedures in solving crises. However, if a settlement between the worker and the company cannot be resolved, then a mediator is needed or called the Tripartite model. The purpose of this study was to determine the tripartite model in handling corporate communication crises in terms of the performance of Corporate Social Responsibility. The method used in this research is phenomenology, where the informant in this study is the company's public relations officer. The conclusion of this study shows that the involvement of third parties (tripartite model) is not carried out by companies that have done to the environment and the community through introduction to the environment so that they can determine the Corporate Social Responsibility program appropriately and handle crisis communication well.

Abstract

Digital content has been part in our life as we mostly spend time with our smartphone. Started from seeing recommendation to purchase something, to see latest news, to gain more information, and to expand their thought. Content Creator isn’t mere content anymore when they reach bigger audience and able to perform product promotion. This includes a fact that content creator can construct the reality around their audience. Deddy Corbuzier has this feat and capacity in his content making report and his capacity of inviting government leaders created new perception of intelligence. This means that the era of content can be as bold as academy.

Abstract

Usaha yang dilakukan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup diantaranya melakukan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peran bank syariah dan UMKM dalam meningkatkan perekonomian Indonesia. Metode dalam artikel ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan studi literature atau Library Research. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah menganalisis teori-teori yang ada dengan melihat perbandiangannya pada teori-teori sebelumnya pada literature hasil penelitian. Literature yang digunakan adalah literature dari hasil penelitian atau review yang terekan dalam dalam artikel ilmiah berupatasi nasional dan internasional yang bersesuaian dengan manajemen keuangan. Semua artikel yang digunakan adalah bersumber dari mesin elektronik pencarian data literasi Mendeley dan Google scholar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa dengan prinsip syariah Islam perbankan Syariah berperan penting dalam menggerakkan roda perekonomian Indonesia melalui pengembangan dan pemberdayaan UMKM.
