Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of non-performing loans on theResidual Income (SHU) of the Multipurpose Cooperative (KSU) Bina WargaBandung from 2014 to 2018. This study uses a descriptive and quantitativeapproach. Pearson Product Moment Correlation Analysis and coefficient ofdetermination are used in data analysis techniques. Data collection techniques usedin this research include literature study, field study, and documentation, while thepopulation is taken from financial reports and purposive sampling. Variables X andY have a very strong relationship, as indicated by the Pearson Product Momentcorrelation coefficient of -0.953, in accordance with the findings of this study. Nonperforming loans are 90.8 percent of income (SHU) at KSU Bina Warga Bandungaccording to the coefficient of determination, while the remaining 9.2 percent is dueto other factors not examined.

Abstract

The restrictions imposed to prevent the spread of the Corona virus have greatly impactedvarious types of businesses, both large-scale businesses and MSMEs and have indirectlyforced business owners to make digital marketing, especially marketing through socialmedia, one of the business solutions in marketing their business. This study aims todetermine the use of social media as a marketing medium for MSMEs in the midst ofvarious restrictions due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this study is aqualitative descriptive method. The subjects of this study were MSME actors under theguidance of the Cooperatives and SMEs Service, Bandung Regency, which were selected asmany as 23 MSMEs using purvosive sampling technique. The research data was collectedcombining desk analysis and direct observation to MSME actors, interviews with keyrespondents from the Bandung Regency Cooperatives and SMEs Service, and digitalmarketing practitioners. The results of the study show that MSME actors have made socialmedia a marketing method in this pandemic era. Marketing using social media is usedbecause it is able to increase brand awareness, facilitate product feedback and marketingstrategies, build networks with consumers, suppliers and competitors, but in a moreconvenient and cost effective manner.

Abstract

Keberadaan UMKM dapat menenciptakan lapangan kerja dan memberdayakan rumah tangga untuk mendapatkan pendapatan. UMKM memiliki peranan yang besar dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi, sebagai penyedia lapangan pekerjaan dan juga sebagai sumber pendapatan bagi masyarakat. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya pemberdayaan agar UMKM lebih berkembang dan mampu mendukung kestabilan perekonomian nasional. Di era teknologi sekarang ini, para pelaku UMKM hendaknya bisa memanfaatkan media digital sebagai salah satu upaya pemasaran produknya sehingga konsumen lebih mengenal produk yang dihasilkan oleh UMKM tersebut. UMKM yang memiliki akses online, terlibat di media sosial, dan mengembangkan kemampuan e-commerce-nya, biasanya akan menikmati keuntungan bisnis yang signifikan baik dari segi pendapatan, kesempatan kerja, inovasi, dan daya saing. UMKM Binangkit adalah kelompok usaha yang berada di Desa Jelegong kecamatan Kutawaringin Kabupaten Bandung, kelompok usaha ini terdiri dari 27 unit usaha. Unit usaha yang tergabung dalam UMKM Binangkit bergerak dalam produksi makanan ringan seperti sumpia, basreng, pisang aroma dan lain-lain. Selama ini pemasaran yang dilakukan hanya berupa menjualnya secara tradisional misalnya menjual lagsung kepada pembeli, menitipkannya di warung atau mengikuti pameran. Agar penjualan produk dari UMKM Binangkit ini meningkat, program studi Magister Manajemen Universitas Adhirajasa Reswara Sanjaya melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dengan merumuskan strategi melalui pemanfaatan digital marketing. Abstract

The impact of social media in assessing a product's brand strength can no longer be ignored. The purpose of this paper is to describe Sorai Steamboat n Grill's community service efforts. To make it easier for MSMEs to advertise their products, marketing kits in the shape of logos, business cards, posters, and other promotional media are created. A marketing kit is an effective instrument for initiating product promotion operations. The requirements research, planning, creation of marketing kits, and mentoring of MSMEs are all part of the community service stage.The marketing kit was created without a hitch owing to the proprietor of Sorai Steamboat n Grill's helpful cooperation. The number of Instagram followers grew, the brand was strengthened, and revenue increased as a result of this action.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to prove the effect of work discipline and work ethic on employee performance at the Bandung City Political and National Unity Agency. The National Unity and Political Body of Bandung City has the main task of carrying out supporting functions related to government affairs in the field of national unity and politics. The approach in this study uses quantitative methods in the form of associative (causal). The sample used is all employees, totaling 47 respondents with a non-probability sampling technique, namely a saturated sample, where the entire population is sampled. The data obtained by the researcher used a questionnaire which was distributed to all employees. The data analysis used by the researcher is inferential statistics (parametric) with data feasibility tests including validity and reliability tests, prerequisite tests or basic assumptions of regression, namely residual normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity. Meanwhile, for the hypothesis test, F test, t test, correlation analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and multiple regression equations were carried out. In this study, it was shown that the work discipline variable had a positive effect on performance with a value of 5.766 and a significant value less than 0.05. The work ethic variable shows a positive effect on performance as indicated by a value of 7.166 and a significant value less than 0.05. The variables of work ethic and work discipline both have a positive influence on employee performance with a value of 25.212 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of creativity and product innovation on competitive excellence Tory Catering in Bandung. The research uses quantitative research methods with observation data collection techniques, interviews, questionnaires, library studies, and library reviews. Data analysis techniques using SPSS 16 use are data Normalization Test Analysis, Pearson Product Moment Correlation, Determination Coefficient, Correlation Analysis, and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. From the results of the study conducted by the authors on CV Tory Catering to find out the influence between creativity and product innovation on competitive excellence, the authors conducted a survey of questionnaires distributed to consumers as many as 120 respondents with decent results use as many as 92 respondents. The results showed that multiple linear regression analyses showed a positive coefficient value of 0.655, indicating a positive influence between Creativity and Innovation on Competitive Excellence. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of entrepreneurship development on the development of micro and small enterprises. This research is quantitative research with explanatory research, with data collecting technique through questioner and interview and sample using saturated sample technique, with Quantitative analysis uses validity test, reliability test, simple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, significance test (t test). The results of this study indicate that the variables of entrepreneurship (X) have an effect on business development (Y) of 77.7%. Entrepreneurship development has a positive and significant influence on business development. Entrepreneurship development conducted by Lengkong Sub-district is to provide institutional guidance, human resource development, financing facility, introduction and development of technology application, production development, marketing and promotion facility and business protection, in the form of socialization, giving facility in the form of capital and non capital as well as various training and mentoring and product development.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction at RSUD Sumedang. The author uses a case study method with a quantitative descriptive approach through a questionnaire distributed to 50 respondents. The results showed that the services at RSUD Sumedang were good and according to the expectations of the patients, namely by simultaneously providing good services in various sectors. Patient satisfaction reaches 80% of the expectations they want, this shows that patients are satisfied with the quality of service at RSUD Sumedang. The spearman rank correlation calculation shows a strong correlation, namely 0.629 between indicators of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy with patient satisfaction. Patient satisfaction is influenced by the quality of service by 39.5% and the rest is influenced by other factors that the authors did not examine.

Abstract

Saffa Tjahya Lestari as an SME that produces snacks made from mushrooms has been affected by the pandemic, and is currently struggling to increase consumer buying interest again. Saffa Tjahya Lestari together with other MSMEs must rise and compete, among others, by carrying out halal labeling on products, improving product quality and determining competitive prices. Knowing the effect of halal labeling, product quality and price on purchasing decisions for SMEs Saffa Tjahya Lestari products is the goal of this study. Descriptive quantitative methods were used in this study, the overall results showed that the three labeling variables, namely halal, product quality and price, had an effect on the purchasing decision process for Saffa Tjahya Lestari products. This shows that for consumers of confectionary products made from mushrooms, UKM Saffa Tjahya Lestari, halal, quality and price of food products are very important for the convenience of consuming.
