Abstract

This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach to analyze the data which includes testing the validity, reliability, Spearman Rank correlation, and the coefficient of determination. Questionnaires, observations, and literature searches were used to collect data from 94 patients in the Outpatient Unit of the Bandung Eye Center Eye Hospital. The results of this study indicate that the quality of health services at RSM Eye Center Bandung is very good with a score of 85.5 percent. The satisfaction level of outpatients produces a value of 85%, which means that patient satisfaction is very good. The Spearman Rank correlation test is 0.631, which means it is strong at the interval 0.60 – 0.799 and is tested on the coefficient of determination giving a figure of 40%, meaning that 60% is still influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Digital marketing is currently the most effective approach to improve company marketing. To develop the business and improve marketing, training on making Marketing Kits was conducted using the CANVA application. With the Marketing Kit, digital information about businesses and products can be done more easily, practically and efficiently. Activities are divided into preparation, design and implementation and evaluation stages. The activity was carried out online using Zoom Meeting, for 4.5 hours with a combination of presentation methods, demos and hands-on practice of making logos, business cards, flyers, posters and brochures. The training for the Positive Young Community went smoothly and conducive, all participants were enthusiastic and eager to build their business better. In this all-digital era, in order to be able to compete, business actors including the Positive Young Community need to adapt quickly and be open to various changes and continue to study various opportunities and take advantage of changes. This instantaneous change must still be addressed with the principle of customer focus. This Marketing Kit Training activity is to improve marketing and fulfill customer satisfaction for various information about products and services quickly, creatively and innovatively. Marketing Kit training by utilizing the CANVA application is something new to answer the challenges of changes and developments in digital technology, because consumers no longer have time to read and store business cards, posters, brochures and flyers in physical form (hardfiles), but all now rely on access and storage on smartphones. Despite facing a number of challenges due to online training due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the participants' motivation to participate was maintained.

Abstract

UMKM sebagai sektor bisnis yang menopang perekonomian Indonesia harus merencanakan strategi bisnis dengan tepat untuk menghadapi kompetisi dan perubahan-perubahan yang terjadi, yang meliputi aspek pemasaran produk dan layanan sampai operasional. Riset ini bertujuan membantu UMKM merumuskan strategi yang efektif berdasarkan analisis yang mendalam terhadap kondisi internal dan lingkungan eksternal perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan studi kasus, dengan data primer dikumpulkan melalui depth interview, dan data sekunder diperoleh melalui obervasi dan studi literasi. Pemeriksaan kredibilitas dan narasi, triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode digunakan untuk memverifikasi keandalan data. Matriks IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) dan EFE (External Factor Evaluation) digunakan untuk melakukan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa IFE dan EFE berada pada sel V dan strategi yang disarankan adalah pengembangan produk,penetrasi pasar,dan pengembangan pasar.kebutuhan dan tuntutan.

Abstract

This study intends to explain the effect of work motivation on employee performance at PT. Telkom Prima Cipta Certifia. Respondents as many as 55 employees were taken as samples for data collection through questionnaires. The results of the analysis show that there is a strong and significant relationship between work motivation and employee performance, namely 55.9% of the employee performance variance is influenced by work motivation, and the remaining 44.1% is influenced by other factors outside the variables studied.

Abstract

This Community Service Program is carried out to support the efforts of Floating Net Cages (KJA) Farmers in Batulayang Village, Cililin District, West Bandung Regency to overcome the problems they face related to the declining yields of KJA fish farming which has become a life-sustaining business. The priority problems faced are: the low knowledge and skills of farmers regarding business management, entrepreneurship and marketing management. And also the low knowledge of farmers about fish farming which results in less than optimal results and also has a serious impact on environmental pollution, especially lake water pollution. The solution and method of this PKM activity is to provide education in the form of training and education to farmers, thereby increasing motivation, increasing the knowledge and skills of farmers in business management, marketing, as well as knowledge about fish farming as well as providing assistance so that what has been delivered becomes sustainable technology. thereby increasing the quality and quantity of fish thereby increasing the income of farmers.

Abstract

Pada era global masyarakat kita akan mengarah terhadap masyarakat digitalisasi, yaitu masyarakat yang menempatkan digital sebagai kekuatan untuk beraktivitas untuk menjalankan kegiatan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat dampak SOP terhadap pelayanan pelanggan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dan menggunakan jenis deskriptif-kualitatif, serta menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. selanjutnya, teknik pengolahan data, analisis data dilakukan dalam tiga tahap, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian peran customer service dalam memberikan pelayanan ada dua kategori, diantaranya adalah dasar service strategy yang meliputi karyawan yang bertugas pada bagian customer service harus ramah dan komunikatif. Sedangkan kualitas pelayanan utama meliputi efikasi diri, jujur, terpercaya, sosial, peduli lingkungan dan berinovasi.

Abstract

Clinic X in Denpasar City, Bali Province is the first level health facility in Bali that provides primary health services and a training center for health workers, requiring effective and efficient strategic tactics for the advancement and development of clinics so they can compete in this increasingly modern era. This research was conducted with the aim of conducting an analysis of the strategic plan for Clinic X in the city of Denpasar, Bali Province in dealing with competition in health services. The research method used is descriptive qualitative on primary data and secondary data. Research results are processed by SWOT analysis. The results showed that Clinic X had greater strengths than Weaknesses when viewed from the internal side. From the external side, Clinic X has a greater threat than opportunity. After analysis, X strong clinic has the opportunity to continue to progress and develop. Therefore it can be concluded that Clinic X can focus more on expanding cooperation with BPJS by increasing promotions to compete in the BPJS market and maintaining service quality by proposing monitoring and evaluation activities to be carried out regularly in accordance with indicators determined using a market penetration strategy. This strategy is translated into a more concrete strategy to be monitored and evaluated in assessing the achievement of the strategy.

Abstract The empowerment of women, especially in digital literature, has a very important role in the development of the nation's well-being, especially as a dynamizer, a window of information and supporting the family's economic resilience. Women have the same rights as men to develop and adapt to the developments of information technology, thus developing digital literacy insights and developing horizons and insights in building families, providing knowledge and information to families about all kinds of things such as education, health, economics, and economics as well as protecting families from information and negative influences. Abstract

Abstract The aim of this study is to find out how the quality of coffee beverage products affects customer satisfaction in coffee shops in order to improve the tourism sector in Garut district. Quantitative descriptive methods are used to gather data, with questionnaires distributed to 48 respondents who have been tested for validity and reliability. The results of the research showed that the quality of coffee beverage products had a positive influence on consumer satisfaction, as proven by a T count of 10,487 with a probability of 0,0000,05 and a strong correlation. The correlation value obtained was 0,840 with a determination coefficient of 0,705, which means the influence of the free variable on the bound variable is 69.9%. The recommendation that can be given to the managers of coffee shops in Garut District is to always maintain the quality standards of coffee seeds and coffee drink making processes, as well as to keep an eye on the quality aspects of coffee drink products such as the shape and appearance of coffee drinks that affect the satisfaction of consumers, so Garut County remains a tourist destination city that attracts tourists both locally, domestically, and internationally. Keywords: Coffee Shop, Customer satisfaction, Garut product quality Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kualitas produk minuman kopi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di kedai-kedai kopi (coffee shop) untuk meningkatkan sektor pariwisata di Kabupaten Garut. Metode deskriptif kuantitatif digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data, dengan kuesioner yang didistribusikan kepada 48 responden yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk minuman kopi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan konsumen dibuktikan dengan nilai T hitung sebesar 10,487 dengan probabilitas sebesar 0,000<0,05 dan dinyatakan berkorelasi kuat. Nilai korelasi yang didapat sebesar 0,840 dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,705 yang berarti pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat sebesar 69,9%. Rekomendasi yang bisa diberikan kepada pengelola kedai-kedai kopi di Kabupaten Garut adalah selalu menjaga standar kualitas biji kopi dan proses pembuatan minuman kopi, serta tetap memperhatikan aspek kualitas produk minuman kopi seperti bentuk dan penampilan minuman kopi yang mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen agar Kabupaten Garut tetap menjadi kota tujuan wisata yang menarik wisatawan baik lokal, domestik maupun internasional. Abstract

UKM Tamykalika sebagai produsen busana muslim, harus selalu dapat memenuhi keinginan masyarakat yang selalu berubah karena perubahan gaya hidup dan trend mode. Di masa pandemic Covid-19 ini, berbagai pembatasan diberlakukan oleh pemerintah untuk mencegah penyebaran virus Covid-19 yang pada akhirnya berdampak pada berbagai aktivitas ekonomi, termasuk UKM Tamykalika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bauran pemasaran terhadap keputusan pembelian, dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan alat pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 75 orang responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UKM Tamykalika beradaptasi dengan menerapkan online marketing dan melakukan promosi online melalui platform media sosial dan market place. Koefisien determinasi menunjukan bahwa pengaruh bauran promosi terhadap proses keputusan pembelian busana muslim di UKM Tamykalika adalah sebesar 74,91%, sedangkan sisanya 25,09% ditentukan oleh faktor-fakror lain diluar penelitian seperti tingkat pendapatan, trend dan pesaing.
