Abstract

Kegiatan perintisan desa wisata ini dilakukan di Desa Seloharjo, Kecamatan Pundong, Bantul Yogyakarta. Inisiasidilakukan di tiga dusun penyangga di Desa Seloharjo yaitu Dusun Poyahan, Ngreco dan Jelapan. Kegiatan dilakukandengan perintisan berdasarkan konsep 4 A dalam pengembangan wisata yaitu perencanaan atraksi, pengorganisasianpelaku (aktor), perencanaan sarana-prasarana (akomodasi) dan peningkatan daya dukung masyarakat (atmosfer).Pendekatan kegiatan dilakukan dengan survei potensi wisata, focus group discussion (FGD), studi banding wisata,sosialisasi (kampanye) dan lomba dusun dalam rangka wisata. Hasil inisiasi ini menunjukan bahwa awalnyamasyarakat belum tahu tentang konsep desa wisata, tetapi setelah memperoleh penjelasan, meraka sangatmendukung. Masyarakat telah berhasil mengindentifikasi potensi yang layak disajikan dalam desa wisata dariaspek potensi alam, kesenian dan kuliner. Masyarakat juga telah menginisiasi model pengorganisasian pengeloladesa wisata serta memiliki berbagai rencana terkait sarana dan prasarana. Dukungan masyarakat sangat tinggidalam wujud partisipasi dan besarnya harapan bahwa desa wisata dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakatsetempat.Kata Kunci : Perintisan, Desa Wisata, Alam, Budaya

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah: 1) Untuk melakukan pendampingan promosi yang sesuaidengan target konsumen; 2). Untuk membuat model pengembanagn distribusi yang menjaminkonsumenmudahmendapatkanproduk; 3). Untuk membuat model penentuanhargaproduk (Melin) yang sederhana. Adapun masalah yang dihadapi oleh mitra adalah: a) belum memiliki kemampuan menentukan harga jual yang kompetitif dan memberikan tingkat keuntungan yang layak, b). belum memiliki kemampuan mendesain program promosi yang sesuai dengan produk dan target pemasaran,serta c) belum memiliki kemampuan dalam mendesain jalur distribusi atas produk yang menjadi target pemasaran. Adapun metode pelaksanaan yang dipilih untuk menangani masalah adalah survey, penyuluhan, pengadaan dan pendampingan. Hasilnya, (1). Promosi di setiap masjid dan lembaga pendidikan yang ditetapkansebagaiberikut: Promosi Oral, Promosi Brosur, Promosi memberikan sampel, Promosi dengan membuka stand, Promosi layanan; (2).Distribusimelaluiwadahekonomi masjid atau ranting (KedaiAmanah); (3).model penetapan harga produk Melin yang direkomendasikan harga beli ranting ke cabang. Luaran dari program pendampingan ini adalah : 1). model penentuan harga jual produk yang memasukkan unsur biaya yang relevan , 2) model promosi yang modern dan sesuai dengan target konsumen , serta 3) model distribusi yang menjamin konsumen mudah mendapatkan produkKata Kunci:: Pemasaran, Produk Unggulan , Marketing Mix.

Abstract

Marketing of souvenir products in the form of snacks for tourism services is important. Without good marketing tourists will not know that souvenirs become an alternative for tourists visiting Yogyakarta. Souvenirs in the form of snacks made from cassava into alternative tourists who visit Yogyakarta other than gudeg, bakpia, geplak and soon. Nowdays, the marketing of souvenir products produced by micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) has not been done maximally, just merely dititipkan on certain stalls. The problem has been resolved with the existence of community service programs that have a commitment to fix the marketing of products. By going through the creation of a beautiful cake packaging product design processed products from Mrs. Diah Dharma Astuti and Mrs. Dwi Retnani can attract more buyers. Besides, by giving a sign on the house of both mothers will make it easier for buyers to visit the location. For prospective buyers who from outside the city also menyipakan interesting brochures that contain product specifications and prices. Management assistance activities have also been conducted regu-larly every week. The results of community service activities bring benefits to both MSMEs. By marketing through the website that provides comprehensive information about product specifications through www.jualcakejogja.com page for Dyah Dharma Astuti’s and www.jualkuekeringjogja.com page for Dwi Retnani’s can increase market share and simultaneously increase sales turnover. Marketing of souvenir products in the form of snacks for tourism services is important. Abstract

Kronggahan Hamlet Village Polengan District Srumbung Magelang is one of the producers of salak pondoh. How- ever, the problem in mobilizing the economic potential in the local village is the limited number of basket craftsmen to pack the salak harvest. The purpose of this activity is the guidance and assistance of basket making of salak among PKK Mothers with target area of  Kronggahan Hamlet. Methods of this activity include 1) conducting FGDs with local officials; 2) conducting counseling and short demonstration of bamboo shoot baskets; 3) training and mentoring; 4) equipment facilitation; and 5) monitoring and evaluation. The result of the activity is to provide knowledge and training of basket making; informing local officials that people in Srumbung, especially Kronggahan Hamlet need a tool or machine irat (bamboo). Problems in the implementation of basket making activities such as mentoring time is too short; the aid of tools is still limited to manual machines; and the community has not understood the making of baskets until the finishing level. Therefore, the local government needs to prioritize the bottom-up principle of all kinds of assistance as well as programs and continuous mentoring related to the making of baskets massively and intensively to the community. Keywords: PKK group, basket of salak.

Abstract

Tujuan program pengabdian ini (1) untuk mengubah mindset guru-guru PAI SD se KKG PAI kecamatan Kasihan Bantul agar terjadi revolusi mental guna meningkatkan kreativitas guru dalam memperbaiki karakter siswa, dan (2) untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran dan membuat media pembelajaran dengan pendekatan social emotional learning. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini meliputi seminar kreativitas untuk guru PAI, workshop metode dan media pembelajaran melalui pendekatan SEL, Bimbingan Teknis pembuatan RPP guru PAI pendekatan SEL, pendampingan praktik mengajar dengan pendekatan SEL. Kesimpulan hasil pengabdian ini adalah (1) Terdapat perubahan mindset dan mental pada guru-guru PAI-SD se-Kecamatan Kasihan sebesar 74%. Perubahan tersebut tampak dalam keberaniannya melakukan inovasi dalam mengajar yang kreatif.(2) Kemampuan guru PAI memahami konsep dan implementasi model pembelajaran SEL cukup baik yakni sebesar 68%. (3) Kemampuan inovatif guru PAI dalam membuat media pembelajaran dan memilih strategi pembelajaran berbasis kecerdasan emosi dan sosial terbukti mampu mempengaruhi perubahan mental siswa menjadi pribadi berkarakter. Kata Kunci: Revolusi mental, Social Emotional Learning, Pendidikan karakter

Abstract

Since the eruption of Merapi mountain in 2010 the condition of tourism in Sleman Regency has decreased drastically enough. Likewise it happens in the leading tourist destination of Kaliurang tourism area. Post-eruption of Merapi, Sleman Regency Government do image recovery tourism by holding activity “Sleman Bangkit” which bear enough sweet with start recovery condition of tourism as before. Since starting to recover in 2012 raises the idea for the youth in Kaliurang to create a tourist attraction in the form of jeep advanture that visited the attractions affected by the eruption of Merapi or which emerged after the eruption of Merapi. The activities of the jeep provision of the tour until now has been going pretty well but still encountered obstacles such as: the absence of a unified teamwork in providing services to tourists, not well understood about the service oriented to customer satisfaction and safety of tourists, skills in operational jeep tourism, and not optimal use of the internet as a media campaign. From these emerging problems, the community service program is designed to find solutions in the form of outbound training to cultivate solid teamwork, tourism service oriented to the satisfaction of tourists, safe driving training and provide protection to passengers, and interactive website creation to serve as media promotion and also for booking tour package adventure. Community service activities that have been done to produce outcomes include: attractive uniforms, brochures / leaflets, and website “Kaliurang Advanture”, and website “Yoes Advanture”. Similarly, outbound training activities have been conducted to increase togetherness and training in driving skills to create a sense of security for both drivers and tourists. After the community service program is completed then it can improve operator performance in providing services to tourists.Keywords: service, marketing, security, tour jeep.

Abstract

Specific objectives and targets to be achieved are the new business entrepreneurs in the field of manufacture of canoes (canoe) for water vehicles, especially in the river Winongo and generally in places of tourism in other areas. This new entrepreneur will be made in Kampung Pojok, Sinduadi Urban Village, Mlati Sub-district, Sleman Re-gency, DIY (Winongo west side bank). Canoe manufacturing starts from the design (design) of construction which in this case ask for help 4 students of Mechanical Engineering Department and Industrial Faculty of Engineering UGM. Based on the design drawings can be calculated the amount of aluminum alloy material in the form of a 2 thick plate and pipe ¾ inch for the construction of the amplifier. The cutting of the plate is carried out with the betel in accordance with the drawing (the initial stage) and smoothed with hand grinding prior to connection with the electric welding with aluminum alloy electrodes. Similarly, the reinforcing and buoying rods are sawn with a hand saw (initial stage) and connected with an electric weld. In the end the product is tested in the flow of Winongo River, near the canoe production place in the village of Pojok, Sinduadi, Mlati, Sleman. Canoe products are tested by students of the Yogyakarta Maritime Academy. Abstract

Masyarakat di Desa Karang Tengah selain menjadi petani mempunyai pekerjaan lain sebagai pengrajin olahan pangan (agroindustri pangan) dengan bahan baku dari daerah sekitarnya. Para pengrajin belum mempunyai wadah berkelompok guna membahas permasalahan yang dihadapi. Sebagian besar pengrajin belum menerapkan sistem administrasi keuangan dan jaminan terhadap produk olahannya masih terbatas. Tujuan pemberdayaan masyarakat ini yaitu 1) mengidentifikasi peran kelompok agroindustri olahan pangan, 2) mengaplikasikan sistem administrasi keuangan yang sesuai kebutuhan, 3) meningkatkan jaminan mutu produk olahan pangan sesuai standar Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM). Metode pendekatan yang digunakan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, diperlukan sosialisasi dan pendampingan pembentukan kelompok, pendampingan dan fasilitasi terkait pengelolaan administrasi keuangan, penjaminan mutu produk yang meliputi proses sertifikasi mutu produk dan pengemasan. Hasil pendampingan menunjukkan, bahwa peran kelompok pengrajian olahan pangan Karang Rejek sebagai wahana belajar, kerjasama maupun unit produksi masih terbatas. Sebanyak 6 pengrajin menerapkan sistem administrasi keuangan sederhana sesuai standar UKM. Produk olahan pangan yang sudah memperoleh sertifikat P-IRT ada 3 produk, yaitu Bakpia Sri Lestari, Ceriping Pisang Wulandari dan Keripik Telo Anisa. Sebanyak 8 pengrajin melakukan pengemasan produk sesuai standar UKM. Guna mengembangkan agroindustri pangan lokal di Desa Karang Tengah, pendampingan terhadap pengrajian perlu dilakukan terus-menerus dengan melibatkan institusi terkait.Kata Kunci: agroindustri, sistem administrasi keuangan, P-IRT, kemasan

Abstract

As well as micro, small, and medium-scale business in general, business groups engaged in the food processed milkfish also face the problems, especially on the limitations of product quality and marketing. Two businesswomen who pursue food business of milkfish, namely Mrs. Eko with Pindang Bandeng “Warisan” and Mrs. Erni with presto milkfish “Prima”. In production aspects, both businesses are still limited because it only meets the society needs and sell at certain moments like, Sunday morning recitation and tiban market. From the results of the pre-survey and interviews can be identified several problems, such as: unavailability of equipment to produce high quality products, unavailability of attractive packaging to enter broader market, unavailability aspect of legality of P-IRT from Health Office for micro food business, lack of entrepreneurship, and the need for more intensive management assistance to enter the wider market.These issues have been assisted by the completion of the following activities: improvement of equipment, package and nameplate, P-IRT certification, training to cultivate entrepreneurship, promotion, and marketing management assistance. Dedication program with IbM scheme has been implemented and produced the output, such as in the form of packaged the processed of milkfish, brochures, business name-plate of Pindang Bandeng and presto milkfish with brand “Warisan” and “Prima”, and P-IRT certificates for both partners.Keyword: product, marketing, processed milkfish

Abstract

Untuk meningkatkan daya tarik desa sebagai tujuan wisata perlu upaya kreatif agar berbeda dengan yang lain dan lebih kompetitif, yakni perlu diarahkan menjadi Desa Belajar Berbasis Potensi Alam dan Pertanian. Tujuan pemberdayaan masyarakat ini yakni inisiasi pembangunan Desa Belajar Berbasis Potensi Alam dan Pertanian di Desa Polengan. Metode yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan yang ditetapkan, meliputi ceramah, diskusi, pelatihan dan praktik dengan pendekatan permasalahan dan solusi berbasis masyarakat (Participatory Rural Appraisal/ PRA). Metode PRA merupakan suatu teknik untuk menyusun dan mengembangkan program yang operasional dalam pembangunan tingkat desa. Metode PRA diterapkan dengan tujuan mampu mengungkap secara jelas keinginan masyarakat, memobilisasi sumberdaya lokal guna peningkatan produktivitas, pendapatan masyarakat, stabilisasi dan pelestarian sumberdaya lokal (Daniel, dkk, 2008). Proses pengungkapan potensi dan keinginan dilakukan melalui forum diskusi baik individual maupun kelompok atau Focus Group Discussion/FGD.Hasil yang dicapai program pemberdayaan masyarakat yang telah dilakukan di Desa Polengan, Kecamatan Srumbung, Kabupaten Magelang diapresiasi dengan baik oleh masyarakat melalui “Inisiasi Desa Belajar Alam dan Pertanian”. Keberlanjutan pembangunan Desa Belajar Alam dan Pertanian diperlukan pendampingan intensif pada program pemberdayaan masyarakat lanjutan.Kata Kunci: Desa, Wisata Belajar, Potensi Alam, Pertanian, Polengan
