Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of satisfaction, motivation, and work climate on the effectiveness of private high school teachers in the Air Putih sub-district, Batu Bara district, and was carried out from June 2022 to August 2022. The results show that there is an effect of satisfaction on teacher work effectiveness. The magnitude of the influence is shown by the coefficient of determination R2 (R square) = 26.4, which means that satisfaction affects the efficacy of teacher work by 26.4%. The remainder, 73.6, shows the regression equation Ŷ = 27,096 + .708X1, which means that an increase will follow every rise of one value of job satisfaction in the effectiveness value of 0.708. The results also show that there is an influence of motivation on work effectiveness. The influence is indicated by the coefficient of determination R2 (R square) = 95.9, which means that work motivation's effect on teacher work's effectiveness is 95.9%, and other factors determine the remaining 4.1%. The results of the regression equation Ŷ = 27,096 + 1,152X2, which means that an increase will follow everyone's increase in the value of work motivation in the teacher's work effectiveness value of 1,152. The influence of the work climate on the effectiveness of the work of teachers. The magnitude of the influence is indicated by the coefficient of determination R2 (R square) = 94.8, which means that the working climate influences effectiveness by 94.8%, and other factors determine the remaining 5.2%. The results of a simple regression analysis show the regression equation Ŷ =:27.096+1.025X3, which means that an increase will follow every rise in the work climate value in the effectiveness value of 1.578. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and infrastructure on the work motivation of teachers, either partially or simultaneously. This research is a quantitative research with survey method and descriptive approach and has a sample of 55 respondents. Determination of the sample using probability sampling technique with simple random sampling method. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviewing, documenting and distributing questionnaires to respondents. While the data processing technique is done by testing the validity, reliability test, data analysis prerequisite test which includes normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, and heteroscedasticity test, while the data analysis technique is done by correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing is done by t test (partial), f test (simultaneous), and the coefficient of determination test. The results showed that: 1) the results of the t-test (partial) of the work environment variable obtained the value of tcount (3.063) > ttable (1.675) and Sig 0.000 <0.05. This shows that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on teacher work motivation; 2) the results of the t-test (partial) of the infrastructure variable obtained the value of tcount (3.550) > ttable (1.675) and Sig 0.000 <0.05. This shows that infrastructure has a positive and significant effect on teacher work motivation; 3) the results of the F test (simultaneous) obtained the value of Fcount (102.659) > Ftable (3.18) and Sig 0.000 <0.05. This shows that the work environment and infrastructure together have a positive and significant effect on teacher work motivation. Through the coefficient of determination test, the coefficient of determination is 0.798. This shows that the effect of the work environment and infrastructure together on the work motivation of teachers is 79.8% and the remaining 20.2% is influenced by other factors not included in this study. keyword: infrastructure, motivation, work environment

Abstract

This study aims to describe the internal quality assurance process by universities to improve sustainable quality through the one-cycle MSS-PT model, which includes: Setting standards; implementation; monitoring; self-evaluation; internal quality audits; formulation of corrections; and quality improvement. The study results found that the SPMI AKBID Repsati Sumedang cycle consisted of seven steps or stages: Standard Setting, Implementation, Monitoring, SelfEval uation, Internal Quality Audit, Formulation of Corrections, and Quality Improvement for stakeholder satisfaction. Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing and describing the influence of principals' leadership and school culture on teacher performance, either partially or simultaneously. To perform these tests, this research uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires and documentation, and the data obtained were analyzed through multiple regression tests which first tested the normality distribution of the data, symptoms of heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity. The results obtained from the research conducted stated that the data were normally distributed, there were no symptoms of heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity so that the test was continued with parametric statistical analysis. So it can be concluded that the principal's leadership partially has a significant influence on teacher performance. Likewise, school culture has a significant influence on teacher performance in partial testing. In simultaneous testing, it was stated that the principal's leadership and school culture had a significant influence on the performance of kindergarten teachers in the Banyuasin III sub-district, Banyuasin Regency. Abstract

This study aimed to obtain comprehensive information regarding the management of the Adiwiyata school at SMP Negeri 5 Prabumulih. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Information in this study was obtained from sources of school principals, teachers, and students. Data collection procedures were carried out by observation, structured and in-depth interviews, and documentation. Checking the validity of the findings is carried out by carrying out reference adequacy and triangulation. Data analysis used is qualitative analysis, namely by describing and interpreting the data. The results of this study are that the process of planning, implementing, and evaluating the Adiwiyata school at SMP Negeri 5 Prabumulih has gone well. In conclusion, the fundamental difference from this study lies in the object of research related to the Adiwiyata program, especially at the junior high school (SMP) level. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of principal leadership and the independent curriculum on teachers' performance in SMA Negeri Program Mobilization Schools in Kayuagung District. This research was conducted at Kayuagung 1 Public High School, Kayuagung 2 Public High School, and Kayuagung 3 Public High School. This research is a type of quantitative research. The research design used in this study is correlational. Data collection methods in this study used questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The total population in this study amounted to 137 people. Based on the calculation of the number of samples in this study, there were 58 people. Data analysis techniques use data normality tests, data linearity tests, data multicollinearity tests, t-tests, F tests, and the Coefficient of Determination. The results of this study show a positive influence of the leadership of the principal and the independent curriculum together on the performance of teachers at the State High School Program Mobilization in the Kayuagung District. This can be seen from the results of the Fcount>Ftable test. The effect is also seen from the tcount> table test results, which means that Ha3 is accepted and Ho3 is rejected. In conclusion, there is an influence of the leadership of the principal and the independent curriculum on the performance of the teachers of the State High School Program Mobilization Schools in Kayuagung District. Abstract

This study aims to determine teacher work motivation, school climate and the contribution of school climate to the performance of Payakumbuh Vocational High School teachers. This type of research uses a quantitative description method using a correlation research design. The population in this study amounted to 164 people with a sample of 52 teachers using a stratified proportional random sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale model which was validated first. The results showed that the school climate in Payakumbuh City Vocational High School was classified as sufficient, teacher performance motivation was in the good category and there was a significant contribution from school climate to teacher work motivation in Payakumbuh City Vocational School. In conclusion, the school climate contributes to the work motivation of Payakumbuh Vocational High School teachers. Keywords: Motivation, School Climate, Teacher Performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze leadership management in supporting female students' enthusiasm for learning in class at the Nurul Faizah Islamic Boarding School as well as knowing the female students' views on this matter. This research is qualitative. Data collection was carried out using interviews, observation, and documentation. Interviews were conducted only with a few informants who fully understood the mechanisms applied to the Islamic boarding school, such as caregivers, the head of the boarding school, the head of each class, and one of the female students at the boarding school. This research shows that the Nurul Faizah Islamic boarding school has carried out learning activities adequately and systematically, and the existence of competent Ustadz/Ustadzah in their field is expected to positively influence female students to be enthusiastic about learning. However, the drawback is controlling the presence of students who still need to improve. In conclusion, the policy taken by a boarding school leader is expected to increase the enthusiasm or enthusiasm for learning for female students, especially learning in class at Islamic boarding schools. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the sources of funds, planning, planning and evaluation carried out by SMK Dhuafa Yayasan Bina Nusantara. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research conducted at SMK Dhuafa Yayasan Bina Nusantara. The results of the research include sources of school funding coming from the government, related parties through infaq and sadakah institutions and foundations as permanent donors. Planning activities refer to the RABPY which is made before the learning activities take place. Funding expenditures include payment of honorariums for teachers and teaching staff, maintenance of buildings and facilities and infrastructure that support student learning activities, then evaluation is carried out by the foundation together with the school principal by making activity accountability reports. In conclusion, the Dhuafa Vocational School of the Bina Nusantara Foundation in running the free school program has been implemented well without collecting a penny of funding from students. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aimed to determine the school principal's Alaskan system in improving teacher performance. This study uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods. This research was conducted at elementary school principals in Lubuklinggau City. The subjects in this study were all people seen by researchers as able to provide data about the elementary school principal's Alaskan system in improving teacher performance. The research subjects included school principals, teacher boards, and staff. Data collection techniques include; observation, interview, and documentation. In contrast, the data analysis technique used is the data analysis method, according to Miles & Huberman, namely interactive model analysis. Data analysis took place simultaneously, which was carried out simultaneously with the data collection process with a flow of stages: data collection (data collection), data reduction (data reduction), data presentation (data display), and conclusions or verification (conclusion drawing & verifying). The study results show the Alaskan system for leaders in knowing the condition of their subordinates do not have to do blusukan every day because they remember that leaders must carry out other tasks in carrying out their duties. Blusukan can also be carried out suddenly to find out the condition of their subordinates at work, and then also, in the era of the advancement of information technology era leaders can utilize information technology tools to support the activities of carrying out blusukans such as the use of CCTV media to monitor the conditions of their subordinates at work.
