Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe teacher competencies, namely pedagogic competence, personality competence, social competence, and professional competence in elementary school teachers in West Nusa Tenggara Province. The research method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The number of informants used in this study were 5 elementary school teachers in Central Lombok district. The data were collected in this study by structured interviews with informants. The results of this study indicate that teachers have 4 competencies, namely pedagogic competence, personality competence, social competence, and professional competence. The four teacher competencies support each other in helping students to obtain effective learning and as an effort to manage the abilities of students in schools, so that national education goals are achieved. Keywords: Kompetensi Pedagogik, Kompetensi Kepribadian, Kompetensi Sosial, dan Kompetensi Profesionalisme Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kompetensi guru yaitu kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi sosial, dan kompetensi professional pada guru sekolah dasar di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Jumlah informan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu 5 oarang guru sekolah dasar di kabupaten Lombok Tengah, pengambilan data penelitian ini dengan wawancara terstruktur kepada informan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjjukkan bahwa guru memiliki 4 kompetensi yaitu kompetensi paedagogik, kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi sosial, dan kompetensi professional. Adapun keempat kompetensi guru tersebut saling menunjang dalam membantu peserta didik untuk memperoleh pembelajaran yang efektif dan sebagai upaya mengelola kemampuan peserta didik di sekolah, sehingga tercapainya tujuan pendidikan nasional. Abstract

ABSTRACT The National Assessment is a program to assess the quality of each school, madrasah, and equality program at the primary and secondary levels. Research with qualitative descriptive type that describes or describes a phenomenon, using the CIPP evaluation method (Context, Input, Process and product). The data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques through the methods: 1) Interview, 2) Observation, 3) documentation. The results of this study are (1) the implementation of the National Assessment at SMA Negeri 4 Rejang Lebong needs to be evaluated because through this evaluation the school can correct deficiencies and overcome obstacles encountered during implementation. (2) Condition of infrastructure facilities and infrastructure at SMA Negeri 4 Rejang Lebong in fulfilling the requirements to support the implementation of the 2021 National Assessment has referred to the technical guidelines (juknis) for the 2021 ANBK implementation set by the Central Level Executor; (3) The implementation of AKM at SMA Negeri 4 Rejang Lebong runs according to schedule, for 2 days, namely on 27-28 September 2021, it is appropriate and follows the Standard Operating Procedures (POS) of the National Assessment in 2021. (4) Obstacles that occur in the implementation of the assessment the minimum competencies at SMA Negeri 4 Rejang Lebong are the absence of several students during the simulation, the lack of knowledge of teachers and students about the functions and objectives of the national assessment; (5) Several solutions were carried out to overcome obstacles in the implementation of the minimum competency assessment at SMA Negeri 4 Rejang Lebong, namely participating in the National Assessment workshop, utilizing the guru.Id account in learning, besides that all school elements strive to improve the education system through achievement indicators. Education report card for SMA Negeri 4 Rejang Lebong to serve as a forum for remedial measures for the implementation of AKM in 2021 and as a reference for preparation for AKM in 2022Keywords: National Assessment, quality, evaluation ABSTRAK Asesmen Nasional adalah program penilaian terhadap mutu setiap sekolah, madrasah, dan program kesetaraan pada jenjang dasar dan menengah. Penelitian dengan jenis deskriptif kualitatif yang mendeskripsikan atau menggambarkan suatu fenomena, dengan menggunakan metode evaluasi CIPP ( Konteks, Input, Proses dan produk ). Sumber data yang digunakan adalah sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Tehnik pengumpulan data melaui metode : 1) Wawancara, 2) Observasi, 3) dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Pelaksanaan Asesmen Nasional di SMA Negeri 4 Rejang Lebong perlu di evaluasi karena melalui evaluasi tersebut sekolah dapat memperbaiki kekurangan dan mengatasi hambatan yang ditemui pada saat pelaksanaan.(2) Kondisi sarana dan prasarana infra struktur pada SMA Negeri 4 Rejang Lebong dalam memenuhi persyaratan untuk mendukung pelaksanaan Asesmen Nasional tahun 2021 sudah mengacu pada petunjuk teknis (juknis) pelaksanaan ANBK tahun 2021 yang ditetapkan oleh Pelaksana Tingkat Pusat; (3) Pelaksanaan AKM di SMA Negeri 4 Rejang Lebong berjalan sesuai jadwal, selama 2 hari yaitu pada tanggal 27-28 september 2021 sudah sesuai dan mengikuti Prosedur Operasional Standar (POS) Asesmen Nasional tahun 2021. (4) Hambatan yang terjadi dalam pelaksanaan asesmen kompetensi minimum di SMA Negeri 4 Rejang Lebong yaitu ketidakhadiran beberapa siswa pada saat simulasi , minimnya pengetahuan guru dan siswa terhadap fungsi dan tujuan Asesmen nasional; (5) Beberapa solusi yang di lakukan untuk mengatasi kendala dalam pelaksanaan asesmen kompetensi minimum di SMA Negeri 4 Rejang Lebong yaitu mengikuti kegiatan workshop Asesmen Nasional,pemanfaatan akun guru.Id dalam pembelajaran, selain itu semua elemen sekolah berupaya untuk memperbaiki sistem pendidikan melalui indikator capaian Rapor Pendidikan SMA Negeri 4 Rejang Lebong guna menjadi wadah remidi terhadap pelaksanaan AKM tahun 2021 dan menjadi acuan persiapan menghadapi AKM tahun 2022 Kata Kunci: Asesmen Nasional, mutu, evaluasi

Abstract

Pembelajaran berbasis e-learning merupakan metode yang sangat potensial untuk kepentingan pendidikan. Dalam lingkungan pembelajaran ini, yang dapat terjadi adalah pengelolaan manajemen yang tersistem dan tidak tersistem. Pengelolaan yang tersistem adalah sistem manajemen pembelajaran berbasis e-learning yang terencana, terarah dan terukur, yang salah satunya adalah melalui LMS (learning management system). LMS merupakan sistem untuk mengelola catatan pelatihan dan pendidikan melalui internet dengan fitur untuk kolaborasi secara online. Dalam analisis jurnal ini, akan dijelaskan bagaimana LMS diterapkan di berbagai lembaga pendidikan, efektivitas dan implikasinya serta hasil-hasil riset yang dilakukan sehubungan dengan penggunaan LMS ini. Studi kasus mengenai efektivitas dari LMS dilakukan di Universitas terbuka di Malaysia (OUM), kampus Kota Bharu dan pengaplikasian LMS untuk pembelajaran yang dipersonalisasi untuk murid-murid sekolah dasar. Dalam jurnal yang lain, dikemukakan penemuan mengenai penelitian yang dilaksanakan di enam universitas yang berbeda di Amerika tentang kemampuan analisa pembelajaran (LA) dalam LMS. Ditelaah juga mengenai penguatan pembelajaran antar disiplin ilmu dengan menggunakan LMS. Disamping itu terdapat pula penjelasan mengenai penggunaan LMS sebagai jaringan virtual untuk beasiswa dalam pengajaran dan pembelajaran (SoTL) pada departemen akademis. Ada pula penelitian mengenai perluasan model penerimaan teknologi (TAM) untuk menguji penggunaan LMS pada institusi pendidikan tinggi. Hasil-hasil riset yang dilakukan menunjukkan penemuan-penemuan mengenai adanya koneksi antara pembelajaran yang dipersonalisasi dengan LMS dan pembelajaran di kelas. Data-data juga menunjukkan efektivitas LMS pada berbagai institusi pendidikan dan adanya pergerakan menuju analisa akademik. Semua penelitian ini juga mengacu pada implikasi-implikasi dari penemuan-penemuan ini untuk para peneliti dan praktisi lain, serta untuk keperluan penelitian lebih lanjut. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya fungsi gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru Bahasa Inggris Sekolah Menengah Atas Al-Ikhlas Kota Lubuklinggausecara terpisah maupun simultan. Populasi subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru Bahasa Inggris Sekolah Menengah Atas Al-Ikhlas Kota Lubuklinggau yang berjumlah 12 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan ex-post facto. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan dianalisis regresi dan korelasi. Hasil analisis ditemukan: (1) terdapat kontribusi yang positif dan signifikan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru (Freg =22,644, p < 0,05), (2) terdapat kontribusi yang positif dan signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru (Freg = 20,662, p < 0,05), (3) terdapat kontribusi yang positif terhadap kinerja guru (Freg = 65,552, p < 0,05), motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru (Freg = 28,487, p < 0,05). Berdasarkan hasil temuan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi yang positif dan signifikan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru Bahasa Inggris Sekolah Menengah Atas Al-Ikhlas Kota Lubuklinggau secara terpisah maupun simultan. Kata kunci: gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja guru, kinerja guru.

Abstract

Absrak: This study aims to determine the influence of the importance of workshops and teaching planning on teacher performance both partially and simultaneously. The research approach uses a quantitative approach, with 50 sample respondents from 50 Sukoharjo MAN teachers as a population. They are processing data using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that there is a positive influence on workshops and teaching planning both partially and simultaneously, which is evidenced by the results of t counts of 6.572X1 and 3.794X2, which are positive. There is a significant influence on teacher performance, as evidenced by the results of a determination coefficient of 0.929, so there is an influence of another variable of 0.071. In conclusion, the higher and better the workshops and teaching planning are given, the higher the teacher's performance shown to the madrasah. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership on work motivation in the view of the new public management. This study uses a quantitative paradigm and uses a saturated sample technique, with a total sample of fourteen employees. The data collection method used in this study was a questionnaire which was then analyzed using frequency analysis and simple linear regression analysis. The study results show that transformational leadership positively and significantly affects employee motivation. Work motivation possessed by employees can fulfill what is expected in the view of the new public management, including fast and adaptive service to change. In conclusion, there is a significant influence between transformational leadership and work motivation in the view of the new public management. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of professional competence, work This study aims to determine the effect of professional competence, work motivation, and academic optimism on the effectiveness of teacher performance at SMK Negeri Batu Bara Regency. This research was conducted at Batu Bara District Vocational Schools, spread throughout the Batu Bara District, North Sumatra Province, with a total sample of 127 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis techniques, namely validity, reliability, t-test, and F-test. The results showed that there was an influence of professional competence (X1), work motivation (X2), and academic optimism (X3) together on the effectiveness of teacher performance where the calculated F value is 69,692 and a significance (Sig.) 0.000. The magnitude of the influence is indicated by the coefficient of determination R2 (R square) = 63.0, which means that Professional Competence (X1), Work Motivation (X2), and Academic Optimism (X3) jointly influence the Effectiveness of Teacher Performance by 630%. The remainder, 37.0%, is determined by other factors. In conclusion, there is a significant influence between professional competence, work motivation, and academic optimism on teacher effectiveness. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of academic ability and workload on the work discipline of teachers. This research is quantitative with a survey method and has a sample of 54 respondents. Determination of the sample using probability sampling technique with simple random sampling method. Data collection techniques were carried out using interview techniques, documentation, and the distribution of questionnaires to respondents. Testing validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests are carried out in data processing techniques. Data analysis techniques were carried out by multiple linear regression and correlation coefficient analyses. Hypothesis testing is done by t-test (partial), f-test (simultaneous), and test the coefficient of determination. The results showed that: the results of the t-test (partial) for the academic ability variable obtained t-count (4.031) > t-table (1.675) and Sig 0.000 <0.05. This shows that academic ability has a positive and significant effect on the work discipline of teachers; the results of the t (partial) workload variable test obtained t-count (4.225) > t-table (1.675) and Sig 0.000 <0.05. This shows that workload has a positive and significant effect on teacher work discipline; f test results (simultaneous) obtained f - count (317.740) > f - table (3.18) and sig 0.000 <0.05. This shows that academic ability and workload positively and significantly affect teacher work discipline. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of empowerment and work professionalism on motivation and its impact on the performance of State Vocational High School teachers in the Batu Bara district. This study uses a quantitative approach research design with a sample size of 217 people and data collection techniques using questionnaires and path analysis techniques. The study results show a direct and positive effect of empowerment on the teacher work motivation of 0.962 and an immediate effect of empowerment on teacher performance of 0.071. There is an indirect effect of empowerment on teacher performance of 0.0317. There is a direct effect of work professionalism on the motivation of 0.664 and an immediate effect of professionalism on teacher performance of 0.067. There is an indirect effect (impact) of work professionalism on teacher performance through work motivation of 0.044. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of communication effectiveness and work motivation on teachers' understanding of the independent curriculum and the effect of communication effectiveness and work motivation on teachers' knowledge of the independent curriculum. This type of research is a survey in the form of a questionnaire for educators at SMPN Babelan. The target population is SMPN Babelan educators, as many as 206 people, a sample of 136 educators based on the Slovin formula with random sampling. They are collecting data using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis used validity and reliability tests, normality tests, classical assumption tests (data normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation), multiple linear regression tests, hypothesis tests (t-test, F-test), and determination tests. The results showed that the classical test showed the data were normally distributed Sig. = 0.800 > 0.05, there were no symptoms of multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity occurred, and there was no autocorrelation (dw value lies between 2 and (4-du)) in the regression model used. Communication effectiveness is the variable that influences teachers' understanding of the independent curriculum because the regression coefficient value is 0.464, more significant than work motivation (0.374). The value of F = 42.056 is obtained, and the importance of Sig. = 0.000 <0.05 means that hypothesis H0 is rejected, and hypothesis Ha is accepted because the significance probability value is 0.000 <0.05. Communication effectiveness and work motivation affect teachers' understanding of the independent curriculum by 38.7%. The remaining 61.3% is influenced by other variables not included in this research model. In conclusion, there is a positive and significant influence between communication and work motivation on teachers' understanding of the independent curriculum.
