Abstract

This research is an observational analytic study with a cross-sectional study design. This research was conducted in Sukoharjo Regency in November 2020. A total of 246 research subjects were obtained using simple random sampling. The dependent variable in this study was the use of masks. The independent variables in this study were age, education, knowledge, attitudes, and perceived threat. The data was obtained using an online questionnaire via google form. Biavariate analysis with Chi-Square. The results of this study obtained the prevalence of behavior using masks 226 people (91.87%). Factors that influence the behavior of using masks high knowledge (OR= 7.44; p<0.001), positive attitude (OR= 3.71; p= 0.005), and high threat perception. (OR= 2.68; p=0.031).

Abstract

Background : In adolescence, women begin with biological changes, one of which is menstruation. Every woman has a different menstrual cycle. This cycle difference is determined by several factors, one of which is stress, which is the cause of menstrual disorders. Stress is a physical or psychological reaction to demands that cause tension and disrupt the stability of everyday life. This condition results in feelings of anxiety, anger, and frustration. Purpose : to determine the relationship between stress levels and the menstrual cycle in Islamic boarding school students Krapyak Yogyakarta. Methods : This research is a type of quantitative research. The research design used a cross sectional design. The total population in this study was 320 people. The sample taken in this study using accidental sampling technique, based on this technique found a sample of 76 people. Result : It is known that most of the Santriwati Pondok Pesantren Krapyak Yogyakarta experience very heavy stress, namely 24 people (31.6%). As well as irregular menstrual cycles, as many as 49 people (64.5%). Based on the results of the calculation of the Wilcoxon signed ranks test, the Z value obtained is -6,999 with a p value (Asymp. Sig 2-tailed) of 0,000 which is less than 0.1 which means there is a relationship between stress levels and the menstrual cycle. Conclusion : Based on the results of research at the Krapyak Yogyakarta Islamic boarding school, it can be concluded that most of the santriwati experienced severe stress and most of them had irregular menstrual cycles. After a statistical test was carried out using the Wilcoxon test, it was found that there was a relationship between stress levels and the menstrual cycle among students of the Krapyak Yogyakarta Islamic boarding school.

Abstract

Acute respiratory infection ( tract is the major cause of morbidity and mortalitas an infectious disease in the world .Almost four million people were killed in tract every year , 98 % his caused by respiratory infections bottom . Broad house temperature and moisture lighting not qualified health will affect health home residents , this is because the process of exchange the flow of air from the outside in the house do not smoothly , so bacteria disease-causing ispa who were in the house cannot be out. The goal is to know the conditioning environmental physical home ( temperature , moisture and lighting ) with the genesis tract in toddlers in the puskesmas kalasan sleman. Methods used in research this is the method quantitative with the approach case control study the relationship between environmental conditions a house with the incident trac. Sig significance ( 2-tailed ) paired test sample t-test 0,045 between the temperature of the house with the genesis ispa , sig significance ( 2-tailed ) paired test sample t-test 0,301 between lighting a house with ispa scene in toddlers at puskesmas kalasan . Sig significance ( 2-tailed ) paired test sample t-test 0,301 between lighting a house with ispa scene in toddlers at puskesmas kalasan. There an effect the temperature with the incident ispa and it the weight is irrelevant lighting and moisture a house with occurrences of a disease ispa .The community will further develop the clean and healthy living behavior in creating of a healthy house .

Abstract

The work environment can be said to be good or appropriate if the people in it can carry out activities optimally, healthy and comfortable. A safe and healthy work environment is proven to have an effect on work productivity. This study uses a quantitative analytical descriptive type with a cross sectional. The population in this study is all employees who work at Kambang General Hospital. In 2021 as many as 77 people. On 20 on 27 August 2021. The sample as 55 respondents. The sampling method is total sampling. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between Physiological Factors (p-value = 0.006), Psychosocial Factors (p-Value = 0.007) on employee performance at Kambang General Hospital, Jambi City in 2021. With the results of the Chi-Square statistical test, the value obtained was p-value < 0.05. Efforts can be made to improve performance by, as well as providing a reward system in the form of material or appreciation of work results to increase motivation for workers and create more active communication between management and workers.

Abstract

Based on preliminary observation at RSD Kolonel Abundjani Bangko in early August 2020, the submission of claim file was implemented well. In submission of BPJS claims file Inpatient health has been delayed due to limited coding officers and sometimes incomplete files. The purpose of this study was to find out the description of submission of BPJS claim inpatient health file at RSD Kolonel Abundjani Bangko.The research was conducted in RSD Kolonel Abundjani Bangko by using descriptive method. Technique of collecting data by observation and intervie. From the results of the study showed that the claim file originated from the place of admission to the hospital which later to the treatment room. When the patient comes home, the file is taken directly to the medical record to be coded, grouper and in-input. Then in submission of claims file to BPJS Health must be accompanied by the news event files and txt-shaped files.The conclusion of this research is the procedure of submission of BPJS claims file of inpatient health starting from the place of admission to the ward or the treatment room, after the patient returns the file directly taken to the medical record for dicoding, gruper, and input. Then the file is submitted to the BPJS Hospital health section to be verified by using file event files and txt-shaped files. Officers who receive BPJS health care claim file are medical record-keeping officers Standard time in submission of BPJS claims file Inpatient health in RSD Kolonel Abundjani Bangko is 2 x 24 hours since patient leave hospital.

Abstract

Currently, people with hypertension are not only experienced by someone who is elderly, but teenagers in particular have been diagnosed with hypertension. Data from the Jambi City Health Office in 2020 shows that the Paal Merah II Health Center is a health center that has the highest prevalence of hypertension, which is 7.54%. The purpose of the study was to determine the factors associated with the prevention of hypertension in adolescents. The study used a cross sectional approach. The study was conducted in the working area of the Paal Merah II Public Health Center, Jambi City, from June to July 2021. The research sample was teenagers aged 15-19 years as many as 59 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed by univariate and bivariate using chi square test. A total of 49.2% of respondents had poor hypertension prevention behavior, 44.1% of respondents had poor knowledge, 45.8% of respondents had poor attitudes, 47.5% of respondents had poor self-efficacy, 40.7% of respondents had poor self-efficacy. social media is not good and 47.5% of respondents have less good peers. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that there was a relationship between knowledge (p-value = 0.013), attitudes (p-value = 0.027), self-efficacy (p-value = 0.000), social media (p-value = 0.050) and peers (p-value = 0.050). value=0.013) with hypertension prevention in the work area of Paal Merah II Health Center. It is expected that adolescents can prevent hypertension well such as doing physical activity (exercise) regularly 2-3 times a week for 30 minutes, not smoking, not consuming fast food and being able to control emotions when there is a problem so as to reduce the risk of hypertension.

Abstract

Hypertension is a serious medical condition that significantly increases the risk of heart illness, kidney disease, etc. The prevalence of non-communicable disease, including hypertension, has increased year by year and became the spotlight for policy makers. Hypertension requires long and continuous treatment which causes high cost of illness. The high economic burden of hypertension is also causes y several factors such as gender, length of stay, severity, comorbid and payment method. This study used descriptive method that aimed to perceive the cost of illness of hypertension inpatients in RSD Balung Kabupaten Jember. The result showed that the average direct cost was IDR 2,171,919, the average of indirect cost was IDR 478,118, and total average cost of illness for patient with hypertension in this study was IDR 2,650,037. Total average cost of illness for hypertensive patients could be said to be quite large considering that the patient’s income were lower than City’s Minimum Salary in Kabupaten Jember, IDR 2,355,662.90.

Abstract

Welders are at risk of eye fatigue due to exposure to ultraviolet radiation. The district that has the highest number of welding workshops is Kota Baru District, which is 38 welding workshops with 132 workers. The results of the initial survey showed that the most common eye complaints were eye pain, blurred vision, itchy/dry eyes, difficulty in focusing, and decreased eye acuity. The purpose of the study was to determine the factors associated with subjective eye fatigue in welding workshop workers in Jambi City District. The research design used was cross sectional. The sample in this study was a welding workshop worker in Kota Baru District as many as 56 people. This research was conducted in June 2021 at a welding workshop in Kota Baru District. The research instrument is a questionnaire. Data were analyzed by univariate and bivariate using Chi Square test. A total of 64.9% of respondents experienced eye fatigue, 12.3% of respondents did not use Personal Protective Equipment, 70.2% of respondents had a risky working period and 84.2% of respondents had a long risky exposure. Bivariate results show that there is a relationship between the use of Personal Protective Equipment (p-value=0.045), working period (p-value=0.000) and length of exposure (p-value=0.001) with subjective eye complaints in welding workshop workers in Kota Baru Tahun District. 2021. It is expected that workers always use eye protection equipment, namely googles/welding shields during the welding process. Taking short but frequent breaks of 5 minutes 4 times throughout the work time to reduce eye fatigue complaints.

Abstract

Background: Mycobacterium tuberculosis is a bacteria that causes pulmonary tuberculosis. TB disease can affect anyone, from adults to children. Purpose: To review the literature from various journals to explain the factors associated with the incidence of TB in children. The method used was literature review using three databases, namely Google Scholar, PubMed and Science Direct. The inclusion criteria used included the dependent variable was the incidence of child tuberculosis, the articles used were full text, ISSN journals indexed in Sinta and Scimago, and cross sectional research design. Meanwhile, the exclusion criteria used were articles that had been published for more than 10 years. Results: A total of 5 journals that have been analyzed explained that there was a significant relationship between nutritional status, close contact, and HIV status with the incidence of child tuberculosis. Conclusion: It is necessary to make efforts to eradicate tuberculosis in children, such as providing adequate nutrition and carrying out contact investigations in groups of close contact with adult TB patients.

Abstract

Pada masa pandemi saat ini banyak sekali masyarakat khususnya remaja terbiasa tidur hingga larut malam atau yang lebih dikenal dengan begadang. Di masa pandemi seperti saat ini Anda butuh tidur yang cukup agar daya tahan tubuh terjaga. Tidur yang cukup harus memenuhi syarat kuantitas dan kualitas yang baik. Begadang sangat berdampak negatif pada kesehatan seperti, berdampak pada kesehatan mental, begadang dapat mengakibatkan tubuh mudah terserang penyakit serius bahkan sampai meningkatkan risiko kematian. Jika Anda tidur dengan cukup sangat berdampak positif bagi kesehatan seperti, meningkatkan sistem kekebalan tubuh, mempertajam ingatan dan dapat memperpanjang usia. Tidak sedikit masyarakat yang melakukan kebiasaan buruk ini. Padahal susah tidur atau kebiasaan begadang bisa diatasi jika ada kemauan pada diri kita terlebih dahulu. Terdapat beberapa cara agar Anda meninggalkan kebiasaan begadang yaitu dengan berkomitmen pada diri sendiri untuk hidup teratur, merelaksasikan tubuh serta pikiran, kurangi asupan kafein jika mendekati waktu tidur, matikan dan jauhkan semua alat elektronik seperti hand phone, rutin berolahraga juga bisa membuat Anda tidur lebih cepat dan cukup. Pada penelitian ini digunakan pendekatan yang dikenal dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pada penelitian ini terdapat jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu studi literatur. Dengan cara mengumpulkan data - data dan membandingkan dari beberapa sumber yang sudah didapat. Sumber data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu, sumber data sekunder. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan permasalahan ini masih terus meningkat karena kurangnya pemahaman mengenai dampak dari begadang dikalangan masyarakat sehingga masyarakat masih sangat mengabaikan kebiasaan buruk ini. Pada permasalahan ini diharapkan keluarga berperan dalam mengatur pola tidur yang baik.
