Abstract

Keberhasilan organisasi dalam mencapai tujuan sangat ditentukan oleh kinerja organisasi yang sangat dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi karyawan dan peningkatan kinerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk menganalisis dan mengkaji Kompetensi Karyawan Terhadap Peningkatan Kinerja Pada PT. Taspen (Persero) KCU Makassar. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah interview dan koesiener. Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 51 responden. Analisis statistik digunakan untuk membantu peneliti mengenai makna hubungan antar variable. Analisis statistic inferensial digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Adapun analisis statistik inferensial yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dan regresi ganda model linear. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi karyawan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan adanya kompetensi pada karyawan maka kinerja pada PT. Taspen (Persero) KCU Makassar akan meningkat.

Abstract

The level of development of the competitive environment in marketing today is increasingly aligned with the era of the digital industry that is a marketing or promotional activity or product or brand by using digital media or the internet or it can be said that digital marketing is an institution that can attract consumers or potential customers quickly and can reach all potential areas. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand loyalty on brand equity, the effect of brand equity on behavioral loyalty, and the effect of brand equity on attitudinal loyalty. The research method used is hypothesis testing. The study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The determination of the population in this study was the strata 1 students of the Management Program of STIE Nobel Indonesia Makassar and the samples of this study were 100 respondents. The results showed that brand loyalty has a significant and positive influence on brand equity. Brand equity has a significant and positive direct effect on behavioral loyalty. Brand equity has a significant and positive direct effect on aititudinal loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the optimization of working capital in increasing the profitability of Limited Company Telkomsel. The research method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach using financial statement data sources for the three years 2017 to 2019. This research uses observation data collection techniques, questionnaires and documentation. Descriptive analysis method and inferential statistical analysis with financial ratio analysis by comparing the current ratio with the ratio in the previous year. From the analysis and discussion results indicate that Limited Company Telkomsel, experienced that the overall working capital management was not optimal from 2017 to 2019. Working capital management could not run optimally because of the working capital turnover that occurred at Limited Company Telkomsel only reached the highest number of 4.42 times, while looking at the lowest cash turnover in 2019 which reached 2.61 times. Turnover of working capital at Limited Company. Although it is considered that Telkomsel has a fairly optimal cash and receivable turnover rate, this has not been able to significantly increase the company's profitability compared to previous years.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and price on product purchase decisions at the Sewing House of Akhwat Makassar. This research is categorized as a type of quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were all consumers who purchased products at the Makassar Sewing House in July 2019 as many as 101 consumers. Sampling was done by means of purposive sampling of 50 consumers. The method of data collection was done by using interview, questionnaire and documentation techniques. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 16.0 software. The results showed that the variables of brand image and price partially had a positive and significant effect on product purchasing decisions at the Sewing House for Women in Makassar. Simultaneously, there is a positive and significant influence between brand image and price variables on product purchasing decisions at the Sewing House for Women in Makassar.

Abstract

Pentingnya modal sosial pada UMKM merupakan salah satu faktor non finansial  dalam pengembangan UMKM yang lebih sustainablity. Premis yang diajukan dalam penggunaan modal sosial adalah semakin besar modal sosial yang dimiliki oleh UMKM maka tingkat keberhasilan sekaligus keberlangsungan usaha tersebut lebih besar dibandingkan dengan yang tidak memiliki atau modal sosialnya tidak besar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah ingin melihat 1) bagaimana pengaruh modal sosial yang terdiri dari: dimensi kognitif, dimensi relational dan dimensi struktural secara parsial terhadap Kinerja UMKM kuliner kota Tentena Kabupaten Poso dan 2) bagaimana pengaruh modal sosial yang terdiri dari: dimensi kognitif, dimensi relational dan dimensi struktural secara simultan terhadap Kinerja UMKM kuliner kota Tentena Kabupaten Poso. Hasil penelitian menyatakan permasalahan utama yang dihadapi UKM adalah sumberdaya manusia. Hasil analisis Stastical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) menyatakan modal sosial memiliki pengaruh positif namun kurang signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the consumptive behavior of adolescents at the Matahari Mall. This type of research is qualitative research. The technique of collecting observations, interviews and documentation data with the number of informants was 10 people who were determined intentionally, with the criteria of mall sun visitor informants aged between 14 to 18 years. With descriptive qualitative data analysis techniques through stages of reduction, display and conclusion, the technique of validating data is data triangulation. The conclusions of the study are as follows: the city in Palopo emphasizes tertiary needs rather than primary needs. b. The existence of the Mall has had an influence on adolescents, especially in changing patterns of behavior and changing the lifestyle of adolescents and society. c. factors that influence adolescent consumptive behavior are cultural factors, economic factors, social status factors, product factors, lifestyle factors and personal factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction of the Makassar City Regional Public Drinking Water Company in Tallo District. This type of research is a descriptive study with a quantitative research design. The data collection technique is done through observation, questionnaire (questionnaire) and documentation. The data analysis technique used consists of descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. In this study, researchers tried to determine how much influence service quality has on customer satisfaction. This study used a survey method, data collection was carried out by observation, questionnaires and documentation and analyzed using SPSS assistance. From the results of data processing for service quality variables obtained a value of 85 percent, So it can be concluded that the service quality of Perumda Drinking Water in Makassar City in Tallo District is in the good category. The results of data processing for the variable customer satisfaction obtained a value of 82 percent, it can be concluded that customer satisfaction of Perumda Air Drinking City of Makassar in Tallo District is in the high / strong level category. From the results of the correlation coefficient analysis, the correlation coefficient is = 0.425, so it can be concluded that the quality of service is correlated with a high level of correlation with customer satisfaction of the Regional Public Drinking Water Company in Makassar City in Tallo District. Abstract

Motivation to develop a new business is required not only by self-confidence in its ability to succeed, but also by its ability to access information about entrepreneurial opportunities. This study aims to determine how the motivation to entrepreneurship street vendors in Seruni Beach, Bantaeng Regency. Data collection used through observation, interview and documentation techniques. Informants in the study were seven informants with the type of research and the approach used was a qualitative description. Data collection used through observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results showed that the motivation of the street vendors on Seruni Beach, Bantaeng Regency in terms of each indicator, starting from the entrepreneurial spirit indicator displayed by the street vendors, the results showed that there was indeed enthusiasm in a trader, an indicator of creativity whose results showed the traders had creativity, an innovative indicator whose results show that traders have innovative, risk-taking indicators of courage, the results show that traders are brave enough to take all kinds of risks in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is an investment for companies for the company's growth and sustainability (sustainability) and is no longer seen from the cost center but as a profit center. The purpose of this study was to determine the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in Timika Papua. This study uses a quantitative approach. Research data sources are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used were documentation, questionnaire and observation. The population and research sample used were 100 respondents. Analysis of the data used is by using multiple linear analysis. The results showed that Corporate Social Responsibility in the fields of education, health and social capital had a positive and significant effect on Timika Papua. In the field of education PTFI provides assistance such as scholarships, construction of educational facilities and infrastructure, teacher assistance and education campaigns. In the health sector PTFI provides health services for the community and conducts community health programs. In the field of social capital, PTFI conducts infrastructure development and provides facilities for places of worship.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research) yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar ekonomi melalui model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching Learning (CTL), pada kompetensi dasar Kegiatan Ekonomi Dalam Memanfaatkan Sumber Daya Alam semester genap tahun pelajaran 2019/2020 dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 25 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan observasi pada saat berlangsungnya proses pembelajaran dan tes yang diberikan pada awal dan akhir siklus. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan diperoleh skor rata-rata untuk siklus I ialah 1305 sedangkan ketuntasan klasikalnya mencapai 20 persen. Dan pada siklus II di peroleh skor rata-rata 1542,5 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 80 persen. Meningkatnya hasil belajar ekonomi peserta didik dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching Learning (CTL) ditandai dengan semakin meningkatnya persentase kategori dari kategori rendah pada siklus I menjadi kategori tinggi pada siklus II. Data hasil observasi menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik dalam belajar ekonomi pada saat pembelajaran. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching Learning (CTL) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar ekonomi di SMAN 2 Camba-Maros
