PenelitianÂ ini bertujuanÂ untukÂ meningkatkan kemampuanÂ mengenal geometri melalui media benda alam pada anak Kelompok B2 PAUD Nosarara Palu. Metode Penelitian mencakup jenis penilitian, kehadiran peneliti, proses penelitian, lokasi penelitian, desain penelitian, tekhnik pengumpulan data, instrumen pengumpulan data, tekhnik analisis data, dan pengecekan keabsahan data. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas kolaboratif. Subjek penelitian ini adalahÂ 15 anak Kelompok B Nosarara Palu, yang terdiri dari 8 laki-laki dan 7 perempuan. Objek penelitian adalah kemampuan anak dalam mengenal Geometri dengan mempergunakan media benda alam yangÂ Â dianggap menarik dan bentuknya bervariasi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi kemampuan berhitung dan menulis angka diudara, tes lisan kemampuan mengenal Geometri dan tes tertulis kemampuan menebalkan angka dan menulis Geometri.Teknik analisis data yang digunakanya itu teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Adapun indikator keberhasilan PTK dari keseluruhan jumlah nilai anak memperoleh nilai rata-rata â‰¥7,0 (skala 0-10) sehingga dapat dikatakan baik. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa kemampuan mengenal Geometri dalam tinjaun pendidikan Islam pada hakikatnya Allah swt telah menyebutkan Geometri dalam al-Qurâ€™an namun sifatnya masih bersifat umum jika dipahami ayat tersebut secara komprenhensif. Di samping itu, pada Pratindakan kemampuan anak mengenal Geometri adalah 5,94 termasuk dalam kriteria kurang. Pada tindakan I nilai rata-ratanya meningkat menjadi 6,42 termasuk dalam kriteria cukup. Pada tindakan II rata-rata nilai anak meningkat menjadi 7,02 termasuk dalam kriteria baik. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa bermain sambil belajar dengan menggunakan media benda-benda alam lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal GeometriÂ sebagai lambang banyaknyaÂ bendaÂ padaÂ anak PAUD.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji Pengaruh Keadilan Sistem Kompensasi dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Turnover Intention pada Karyawan Hypermart Plaza Mulia Samarinda. sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 59 responden. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode porpusive sampling. Tekhnik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Keadilan Sistem Kompensasi dan Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention pada karyawan Hypermart Plaza Mulia SamarindaThis research aim to analyze the influence compensation system fairness and organizational commitment against employees turnover intention on Hypermart Plaza Mulia. The research sample consisted of 59 respondents. Sampling is performed using the method of sampling porpusive. Engineering data analysis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this research suggest that Compensation System Fairness and organizational commitment have significant negative effect on employees turnover intention in Hypermart Plaza Mulia Samarinda.

This paper discusses an interview with Sudhamek AWS, a well-known Buddhist businessman in Indonesia. Through this interview, the author of this article confidently examines how Sudhamek negotiated the practices of Buddhism and business. The author has conducted a structured interview with Sudhamek directly. Having conducting an interview, the author argues that as a businessman, Sudhamek is not just a businessperson but he is a Buddhist who tries to put his understanding of religion into practice especially related to his way of life. Vocational High School (SMK) as part of formal schools organized to prepare workforces that will compete and can fulfill job market demand. To achieve these goals it is necessary to innovate in learning process in order to create quality output. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze: The type of learning innovation, the planning, the implementation, the evaluation, the constraints and solutions of learning innovation as an effort to achieve the quality of graduate in SMK Negeri 1 Kuningan. The method used in this research was descriptive qualitative. The data acquisition was done by in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document study. The research result showed as follows: 1) The types of learning innovation arein the form of student-cantered learning, learning factory, learning using internet media, discovery and inquiry, problem based learning. 2) The planning of learning innovation includes making lesson plan, annual programs, semester programs, MGMP.3) The implementation of learning innovation includes initial activities, core activities, closing activities, 4) The evaluation of learning innovation includes process and result evaluation, 5) The constraints and solutions in innovating learning is some teachers have not fully master curriculum 2013, he solution that is carried out is by involving teachers in various trainings. The research result showed as follows: 1) The type of learning innovation among learning factory, student centered, Using peer tutors, cooperative learning, story telling, Discovery and inquiry learning, problem based learning. 2) The planning of learning innovation is at the beginning of the academic year by conducting various trainings such as, MGMP, In house Training, preparing learning tools, lesson plan, annual program, semester program. 3) The implementation of learning innovation by refer to the lesson plan that correspond to curriculum 2013. 4) Evaluation / assessment of learning process includes three aspects, there are: aspects of knowledge, skills and attitudes. 5) The constraints and solutions in innovating learning among some teachers who have not to understand how to implement the learning process by using curriculum 2013. The solution that has been done by the school is to follow the teachers in various training.

STUDI PEMBUATAN DODOL KELAPA (Cocos nucifera) Yulianti, Yulianti

Kelapa merupakan salah satu tanaman yang banyak di Indonesia khususnya di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir, mengandung nilai gizi yang tinggi dan dapat diolah menjadi berbagai produk makanan. Pada penelitian ini telah dipelajari proses pembuatan Dodol dengan beberapa variasi formasi tepung beras ketan dan gula putih untuk mengetahui formasi terbaik dalam membuat dodol kelapa. Pengujian yang dilakukan yaitu uji  kadar air dan uji organoleptik  dengan parameter warna, rasa, aroma dan tekstur yang ditetapkan melalui uji skor dengan 15 jumlah panelis semi terlatih. Data yang diperoleh diolah dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan tiga kali ulangan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa nilai kadar air tertinggi terdapat pada F1 sebesar 12,17% dan terendah pada perlakuan F3 yaitu 10, 47% dan uji organoleptik menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan yang nyata antar variasi namun perlakuan F3 adalah formulasi yang paling disukai panelis. Disimpulkan bahwa perlakuan F3 yaitu penambahan 50% tepung beras ketan dan 50% gula putih adalah formulasi terbaik untuk pembuatan Dodol daging buah kelapa.

This study aims to know the concentration the most of panelists preferredÂ when organoleptik test, knowing the water content and vitamin C content on jelly candy. This research is a quantitative research (experiment) with Completely Randomized Design (RAL) one factor with 3 treatments conducted as many as 3 times replications. The analytical technique used in this study is the analysis of variance analyzed using SPSS version 22. The results showed that for the color, texture, aroma and taste most preferred by the panelist that is on the treatment of A with concentration fruit sari of tomato 200g, the best of treatment at content of water with addition of fruit sari 200gÂ and vitamin C content with the addition of 300g.

Aktivitas Antibakteri Ekstrak Alga Merah dari Pantai Luk, Sumbawa terhadap Salmonella thypi dan Staphylococcus aureus Yulianti, Yulianti; Baso Manguntungi, Asmawati Yunianti

Indonesia termasuk negara maritim yang memiliki sumber kekayaan alam laut yang melimpah. Salah satunya yaitu alga yang persebarannya hampir di seluruh perairan Indonesia termasuk di kawasan laut Luk, Sumbawa. Jenis alga potensial yang memiliki paling banyak kandungan senyawa metabolit primer dan sekunder adalah alga merah. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas antibakteri ekstrak kasar alga merah dari pantai Luk. Penelitian ini meliputi pengidentifikasian alga merah berdasarkan ciri morfologi, dilanjutkan dengan mengekstraksi alga merah menggunakan metode maserasi dengan pelarut akuades yang sebelumnya dilakukan tiga preparasi sampel yaitu pengeringan (27 Â°C), pemanasan (70-80 Â°C) dan pendinginan (-10 Â°C), masing-masing diuji dengan konsentrasi 20%, 40%, 60%, 80% dan 100% kemudian diuji secara in vitro terhadap Salmonella thypi dan Staphylococcus aureus. Hasil identifikasi dari tiga spesies alga merah yang didapatkan dari pantai Luk yaitu Gracilaria salicornia, Galaxaura sp, dan Halymenia sp. Pengujian antibakteri alga merah menunjukkanÂ zona hambat yang berbeda pada setiap spesies terhadap kedua bakteri patogen. Masing-masing ekstrak kasar alga merah memiliki metode preparasi ekstrak optimal yang berbeda. Zona hambat terbesar dari ekstrak Gracilaria salicornia terhadap S. thypi pada metode pengeringan dengan konsentrasi 100% dan terhadap S. aureus pada metode pendinginan dengan konsentrasi 60%. Ekstrak Galaxaura sp terhadap S. thypi pada metode pendinginan (100%), terhadap S. aureus pada metode pengeringan (80%). Ekstrak Halymenia sp terhadap S. thypi pada metode pemanasan (40%), terhadap S. aureus pada metode pemanasan (80%).

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan pengaruh size, net profit margin, pertumbuhan penjualan, struktur aktiva, pertumbuhan aset, dan time interest earned secara parsial terhadap struktur modal pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia untuk periode 2010-2012. Populasi penelitian meliputi semua perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2010-2012.Teknik pemilihan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa size, net profit margin, pertumbuhan penjualan, struktur aktiva dan time interest earned berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap struktur modal. Pertumbuhan aset berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap struktur modal.Kata Kunci: Struktur modal, size, net profit margin, pertumbuhan penjualan, struktur aktiva, pertumbuhan aset, time interest earned.

Many students feel difficult to memorize the vocabularies   given by the teacher. Students in my school like to act like learning while playing. In fact, the teacher almost never used media in   teaching and learning process.The objective of the study is to find out the effectiveness of scrabble and word search games on teaching vocabulary.The researcher applied quantitative and qualitative methods to collect the data. Quantitatively, the data were gathered through vocabulary test and questionnaire sheet. Vocabulary test was used to examine students? vocabulary achievement in the form of multiple choice and cloze test items. Questionnaire was given to the students in order to know the students? interest. Qualitatively, the observation checklist used to know level of vocabulary competence before using games.Then, I analysed the data from questionnaire and vocabulary test using t-test and ANOVA.The resultsshowed that Scrabble and wordsearch games were more effective to students. Mean score of  wordsearch strategy was higher than scrabble in vocabulary to high and low interest students. The last results indicated that there was no significant interaction among the teaching techniques (scrabble and word search games), interest, and students? vocabulary achievement.It can be concluded that taught by using scrabble or wordsearch was effective to high and low students. Mean score of the experimental and control class increased. There  were significant both of games .

Many theories are references to changes in health behavior, but here researchers are interested in using Case To Action Theory. This theory explains how external events can motivate someone to act. The study aims to determine the relationship of a case to action theory to the exclusive breastfeeding in the work area Community Health Area Kassi-Kassi. This type of research was observational analytic with a cross-sectional study approach.Sampling technique is purposive sampling, 140 babies from all 238 infants aged 6-11 months. Retrieval of data using a questionnaire and analyzed by chi-square test using Yates correction formula which is processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) Program. The results of this study indicate that husband/family support has a significant relationship to exclusive breastfeeding with a Pvalue=0,001 < Î±= 0,05. Support of health workers has a significant relationship to exclusive breastfeeding with a Pvalue=0,000 < Î±= 0,05. Whereas media exposure has a significant relationship to exclusive breastfeeding with a Pvalue=0,000 < Î±= 0,05 From this study it was concluded that overall there was a significant relationship between case to action towards exclusive breastfeeding.
