Abstract

ABSTRACTThe study aims to measure the effectiveness of direct learning on makeup Sikatri material in improving learning outcames. The study was conducted on seventh grade vocational high school students with a total of twenty seven students. The classroom action research technique is applied throughout the information retrieval method. Analysis is distributed on management knowledge and learning outcomes instruments. Control data are going to be calculated by percentage and cross tabulation testing to determine the link between variables. Significance on basic cognitive goals that a procedure for planning and decoding easy strategies of makeup Sikatri by using video. Observation of students' learning activities is applied throughout the cycle and basic skills to broader and authentic reasoning associated with makeup Sikatri are determined through the applying of direct learning. Important variations were obtained with an average increase of 60%. The findings show not only are more students a lot of conscious of using direct instruction but also when asked to design a broader scientific assessment, several students learn how to construct basic information from direct instructions. Additionally, some students were ready to notice their own learning technique after watching a video. These results indicate that the applying of the direct learning through classroom action research is exactly ready to catch up on learning outcomes have been dominated by the discovery approach within the teaching and learning method.                                                                                                 Keywords: direct instruction, sikatri makeup, learning outcomes, classroom  action research.

Abstract

ABSTRAKHadirnya revolusi industri 4.0 telah menggeser beberapa aktifitas manusia, otomasi teknologi hampir di semua bidang pekerjaan berdampak pada keterampilan yang dibutuhkan industri. Politeknik sebagai pendidikan vokasi perlu menyiapkan langkah strategis untuk menyiapkan lulusannya agar mampu menghadapi tantangan pada era tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji revitalisasi Politeknik Negeri Balikpapan di era industri 4.0.  Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui observasi, wawancara, dan fokus grup diskusi (FGD). Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan dapat simpulkan terdapat 7 indikator revitalisasi Politeknik untuk menjawab tantangan revolusi industri 4.0 yaitu (1) Relevansi kurikulum, (2)  Dual system 3-2-1, (3) Penyiapan dosen industry, (4) Teaching factory, (5) Sertifikasi dosen dan retooling, (5) TUK dan LSP, dan (7) Sertifikasi lulusan.  Revitalisasi Politeknik Negeri Balikpapan perlu dilakukan dengan harapan kelak pada gilirannya dapat menghasilkan lulusan yang siap menghadapi dan memiliki peluang memenangkan tantangan kehidupan yang semakin kompleks di abad 21 hususnya untuk menghadapi gempuran revolusi industry 4.0.                                                                                                                 Kata Kunci: dual system, industri 4.0, pendidikan vokasi,revitalisasi politeknik, teaching factory. ABSTRACTThe industrial revolution 4.0 has shifted some human activities, technology automation in almost of all work fields that has impacts with the skills which are needed by industry. Polytechnic as higher vocational education needs to prepare strategic steps  in creating creditabel graduates in order to  face the challenges in that era. The aims of this study is to examine the revitalization of Balikpapan State Polytechnic in industrial era 4.0. The collecting the data  were done through observation, interviews, and focus group discussions (FGD). The data obtained were analyzed with descriptively qualitative. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that there are 7 indicators of Polytechnic revitalization to answer the challenges of the industrial revolution 4.0, such as : (1) Relevance of  curriculum, (2) Dual system 3-2-1, (3) Preparation of industrial lecturers, (4) Teaching factory, (5) Lecturer certification and retooling, (6) TUK and LSP, and (7) Graduate certification. Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan suatu modul alat Automotive Meter, yang layak untuk diterapkan pada praktikum di Labolatorium Perpindahan Panas  dan membuktikan bahwa dengan modul alat Automotive Meter dapat meningkatkan keefektifan proses pembelajaran khususnya praktikum. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan jenis pengembangan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima fase, yaitu analysis (analisis), design (desain), development (pengembangan), implementation (implementasi atau penerapan), dan evaluation (evaluasi).Modul yang disusun akan divalidasi, dan diujicoba pada kelas terbatas dengan subyek pengembangan yaitu mahasiswa prodi Pendidikan Teknik Mesin dan pengampu matakuliah praktikum. Data yang diperoleh dianalisa secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menujukkan  (1) Respon mahasiswa terhadap modul diperoleh bahwa dari seluruh responden yang berjumlah 20 orang mendapatkan nilai presentase yang masuk dalam kategori baik dan lolos uji validitas. (2) Berdasarkan hasil validasi yang telah dilakukan ke 3  ahli, diketahui bahwa modul layak digunakan dengan presentase kelayakan oleh ahli bahasa sebesar 88,5%, ahli media sebesar 70,0 %, dan ahli materi sebesar 73,3%.                                                                                                                 Kata Kunci: Automotive Meter, Pengembangan Modul, Respon Mahasiswa, ABSTRACTThis research aims to develop an Automotive Meter tool module, which is feasible to be applied to practicum in heat transfer Laboratorium and proves that with the Automotive Meter tool module can improve the effectiveness of the process Learning in particular practicum.This type of research is a type of development of ADDIE model consisting of five phases, namely analysis (analysis), design, development, implementation, implementation, and evaluation. The structured modules will be validated, and tested on limited classes with the development subjects of the Technical Education Depertement and Practicum. The result of this study 1 students responses to the module are known from all respondents who think 20 people get a percentage that is included in the good category and passed the validity test. Based on the resuts of the validation that has been done to several experts, it is known that the module is feasible to use with the presentage of eligibility by linguists at 88,5% with media at 70,0% and material experts at 73,3%.                                                                                                 Keywords: Automotive meter, Module development, Students response.

Abstract

ABSTRAKModul  merupakan  salah  satu  faktor  penunjang  tercapainya tujuan  pembelajaran, belum adanya fasilitas tentang modul injector cleaner di laboratotium motor berdampak pada kurang percayaan diri teknisi dalam membantu dosen dalam mengajar, serta rendahnya motivasi mahasiswa dalam belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berupa modul, dan mengetahui tingkat kelayakan modul tersebut. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan jenis pengembangan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima fase, yaitu analysis (analisis), design (desain), development (pengembangan), implementation (implementasi atau penerapan), dan evaluation (evaluasi).Modul yang disusun akan divalidasi, dan diujicoba pada kelas terbatas dengan subyek pengembangan yaitu mahasiswa prodi Pendidikan Teknik Mesin dan pengmapu matakuliah praktikum. Data yang diperoleh dianalisa secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Respon seluruh mahasiswa terhadap modul injector cleanaer mendapatkan nilai 85 % dan masuk dalam kategori modul layak digunakan, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa modul injector cleaner membantu mahasiswa dalam kegiatan praktikum. Dalam uji validitas modul oleh ahli bahasa, ahli media , dan ahli materi, modul lulus dalam uji validitas dan masuk kategori modul injector cleaner layak untuk digunakan dalam praktikum.                                                                                                                 Kata Kunci: Pengembangan modul, Injector cleaner,laboratorium sepeda motor, respon mahasiswa. ABSTRACTModules are one of the supporting factors for the achievement of learning objectives, there are no facilities about injector cleaner modules in the laboratory of motor evaluation on the lack of confidence of technicians in helping lecturers in teaching, as well as the low motivation of students to learn in learning. This study aims to develop instructional media in the form of modules, and study the feasibility of the module. This type of research is a type of ADDIE model development consisting of phase five, namely analysis (analysis), design (design), development (development), implementation (implementation or implementation), and evaluation (evaluation). The modules compiled will be validated, and tested in limited classes with development subjects, namely Mechanical Engineering Education study students and practicum subjects. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively. The results of this study are the responses of all students to the injector cleanaer module, get a value of 85% and are included in the category of modules feasible to use, so it can be used to improve the injector module, helping students in practical activities. Abstract

ABSTRAK     Jenis penelitian ini adalah classroom research dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif  tipe STAD pada mata kuliah pangkas rambut dasar. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Ob-servasi, tes tertulis dan performance assessment. Hasil refleksi dan evaluasi pada siklus I,  perlu dilakukan    perubahan pada rencana tindakan pada siklus 2. Hasil refleksi dan evaluasi pada siklus 2 adalah observasi aktifitas dosen atau keterlaksanaan pembelajaran memperoleh rata-rata penilaian sangat baik (3,80) dari kedua observer, jadi dapat dikatakan memenuhi kriteria keberhasilan. Hasil belajar pengetahuan 77,78% tuntas. Hasil belajar keterampilan 77,78% tuntas, Berdasarkan hasil pada siklus 2 diperoleh peningkatan hasil dari siklus I. Jadi, penggunaan metode pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan ketuntasan belajar mahasiswa Prodi S1 Pendidikan Tata Rias dan direkomndasikan untuk dapat digunakan untuk mata kuliah yang lain..                                                                                                                 Kata Kunci: model pembelajaran, STAD, Pangkas rambut, hasil belajar. ABSTRACTThis type of research is classroom action research with STAD type cooperative learning model on the women hairs cut course. The research instrument used in this study was observation, written test and performance assessment. The results of reflection and evaluation in cycle I, need to be made changes to the action plan in cycle 2.)) of two observers, so that it can be said to meet the criteria for success. 77.78% knowledge learning outcomes are complete. The results of 77.78% learning skills are complete, based on the results in cycle 2, obtained in the results of cycle I. Abstract

ABSTRAKProgram Studi (Prodi) S1 Teknik Mesin adalah salah satu prodi di Jurusan Teknik Mesin Universitas Negeri Surabaya (Unesa) yang memiliki bidang penjurusan otomotif dan produksi. Dalam memenuhi tugas tri dharma perguruan tinggi seorang dosen harus melakukan tugas pokok, dua diantaranya adalah penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat.  Dari data hasil laporan borang akreditasi S1 Pendidikan Teknik Mesin pada tahun 2011, data dosen terbanyak melakukan penelitian adalah dengan sumber pembiayaan yang berasal dari depdiknas yaitu TS-2 sebanyak 12 orang, TS-1 sebanyak 14 orang, dan TS mengalami penurunan sehingga jumlahnya menjadi 2 orang. Hasil maksimal terdapat pada dosen yang melakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan pembiayaan yang berasal dari Depdiknas, yaitu 10 dosen pada TS-2, 7 dosen pada TS-1, dan 9 dosen pada TS. Pada penelitian ini kajian yang menyangkut kinerja dosen dibidang penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa pelacakan terhadap kinerja 11 dosen dalam tiga tahun ajaran terakhir, yang dimulai pada tahun 2012/2013. Kajian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data jumlah penelitian dan pembiayaan didapatkan dari Unit Penjaminan Mutu, sedangkan data pendukung didapatkan dengan melakukan survei acak terhadap mahasiswa dan terhadap lima belas dosen di Jurusan Teknik Mesin. Berdasarkan hasil yang dicapai penelitian dosen-dosen selama tiga tahun ajaran mengalami penurunan dari beberapa segi pembiayaan, namun mengalami peningkatan pada pembiayaan oleh universitas di tahun ajaran 2013/2014 dan menurun pada tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Pada pengabdian kepada masyarakat mengalami peningkatan dari variasi pembiayaan dimana pada tahun ajaran pertama hanya dibiayai Depdiknas namun pada tahun ajaran kedua dan ketiga sudah ada pembiayaan oleh perguruan tinggi. Kegiatan penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan pembiayaan sendiri masih belum ada. Berdasarkan hasil angket kepada mahasiswa, sebagian besar memiliki keinginan dilibatkan dalam kegiatan penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat yaitu sebesar 54%.  Berdasarkan angket terhadap dosen menunjukkan minat yang tinggi terhadap kegiatan penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat sebesar 87%.                                                                                                                 Kata Kunci: akreditasi, deskriptif kuantitatif, penelitian, pengabdian kepada masyarakat, variasi pembiayaan.  ABSTRACTThe Mechanical Engineering Study Program (S1) is one of the study programs in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Surabaya State University (Unesa), which has automotive and production majors. In fulfilling the tri dharma task of a tertiary institution, a lecturer must perform basic tasks, two of which are research and community service. From the results of the accreditation forms report S1 Mechanical Engineering Education in 2011, the most lecturer data conducted research was with funding sources from the Ministry of National Education, namely TS-2 as many as 14 people, TS-1 as many as 14 people, and TS decreased so that the number became 2 person. Maximum results are found in lecturers who do community service with funding from the Ministry of National Education, namely 10 lecturers at TS-2, 7 lecturers at TS-1, and 9 lecturers at TS. This study was involving the performance of lecturers in the field of research and community service in the form of tracking the performance of 11 lecturers in the last three academic years, which began in 2012/2013. The study uses descriptive methods with a quantitative approach. Data on the amount of research and financing was obtained from the Quality Assurance Unit, while supporting data was obtained by conducting a random survey of students and fifteen lecturers in the Department of Mechanical Engineering. Based on the results achieved by the research of the lecturers during the three academic years, there was a decrease in several aspects of funding, but an increase in funding by the university in the 2013/2014 academic year and decreased in the 2014/2015 school year. In community service, there has been an increase in the variation of funding where in the first academic year it was only funded by the Ministry of National Education, but in the second and third academic years there was already funding by universities. Research and community service activities with self-funding are still lacking. Based on the results of the questionnaire to students, most of them had the desire to be involved in research and community service activities in the amount of 54%. Based on the questionnaire towards the lecturers, it showed a high interest in research and community service activities by 87%.                                                                                                 Keywords: accreditation, quantitative descriptive, research, community service, financing variations.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPraktik kerja industri (Prakerin) merupakan model yang diterapkan oleh Teknik Informatika, sebagai salah satu program studi di Unesa, untuk memberikan kecakapan tertentu kepada mahasiswa. Prakerin adalah pola penyelenggaraan diklat yang dikelola bersama-sama antara Prodi dengan industri/asosiasi profesi sebagai institusi pasangan, mulai dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan hingga evaluasi dan sertifikasi. Prakerin dilaksanakan selama 1-3 bulan di dunia usaha/dunia industri. Selama ini, kegiatan Prakerin tidak pernah dimanfaatkan untuk menganalisis softskill yang dimiliki mahasiswa setelah melakukan Prakerin. Padahal, softskill sangat dibutuhkan oleh mahasiswa setelah lulus. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan mensintesis dampak praktik kerja industri terhadap karakter mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Informatika yang sesuai dengan motto Unesa œgrowing with character. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert untuk mengumpulkan data. Kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil pengolahan data diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Informatika melakukan Prakerin dengan baik dan karakter mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Informatika menjadi lebih baik setelah melakukan Prakerin dibandingkan sebelum melakukan Prakerin dalam hal disiplin dalam beribadah, mandiri, jujur, peduli, dan tangguh.                                                                                                                 Kata Kunci: karakter, pendidikan vokasi, praktik kerja industry. ABSTRACTIndustrial work practice is a model applied by Informatics Department, as one of the study programs at Unesa, to provide certain skills for students. Industrial work practice work training that is managed jointly between Study Programs and industry / professional associations as a partner, starting from planning, implementation to evaluation and certification. Internship is carried out for 1-3 months in the business / industrial world. During this time, internship activities have never been used to analyze the soft skills required by students after internship. In fact, soft skills are really needed by students after graduation. The purpose of this study is to analyze and synthesize industrial work practices on the character of Informatics Engineering students in accordance with Unesa's motto "developing with character". This type of research is a quantitative study using a Likert scale questionnaire to collect data. Then the data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Results shown that students of the Department of Informatics performed the internship well and their characters improved in terms of discipline in worship, independent, honest, caring, and tough.                                                                                                 Keywords: character, industrial work practice, vocational education.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian adalah: (1) Mengembangkan instrument uji kompetensi teknisi motor bensin khusus tentang pengapian. (2) Mengembangkan perangkat instrument  uji kompetensi teknisi motor bensin untuk operasional uji kompensi yang meliputi: a) Kriteria penilaian; b) Prosedur penilaian; c) Kriteria penguji; dan d) Manual instrument.  (3) Mengembangkan kompetensi yang diperlukan oleh teknisi motor bensin untuk dapat mengatasi permasalah otomotif  yang ada di lapangan. (4) Menemukan validitas isi dan konstruk (5) Menemukan reliabilitas empiris instrumen uji kompetensi motor bensin untuk mengukur kompetensi teknisi pada mahasiswa program diploma 3 jurusan teknik mesin  otomotif. Hasil analisis faktor untuk butir sub-sub faktor  yang dimaksud diperoleh angka ukuran ketepatan  KMO sebesar  0,704  yang berarti memiliki ketepatan ukur yang middling (cukup).                                                                                                                 Kata Kunci: Kompetensi, Pengapaian, Teknisi Motor Bensin. ABSTRACTThe research objectives are: (1) Developing a competency test instrument for specialized gasoline motorbike technicians regarding treatment. (2) Developing a competency test instrument for gasoline motorbike technicians for operational competency testing which includes: a) Assessment criteria; b) Assessment procedures; c) Test criteria; and d) Instrument manuals. (3) Developing the competencies needed by gasoline motorcycle technicians to be able to overcome automotive problems in the field. (4) Finding content and construct validity (5) Finding empirical reliability of gasoline motor competency test instruments to measure the competency of technicians in diploma 3 students majoring in automotive mechanical engineering. Abstract

ABSTRAKPerkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi khususnya berbasis internet mengalami kemajuan yang cepat. Salah satu perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi adalah perangkat lunak berbasis web. Pengembangan web telah banyak diaplikasikan pada berbagai bidang. Pada bidang pendidikan, telah banyak institusi/lembaga pendidikan menggunakan web untuk pengembangan institusi/lembaganya. Hal ini dilakukan dengan berbagai tujuan diantaranya sebagai media informasi, komunikasi, promosi, transaksi elektronik, publikasi dan lain sebagainya. Selama ini jurusan teknik mesin belum mempunyai web sebagai media informasi dan komunikasi prodi S1 Pendidikan Teknik Mesin. Berdasarkan fakta tersebut, tidak berlebihan kiranya akan dilakukan penelitian pengembangan web sebagai media informasi dan promosi program studi S1 pendidikan teknik mesin jurusan teknik mesin. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut di atas, maka metode yang digunakan melalui beberapa tahapan meliputi: planning (perancangan web), designing (mendesain web), dan testing (pengujian web). Berdasarkan hasil penilaian responden terhadap website yang dikembangkan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa 80% responden menilai baik sedangkan 20% responden menjawab kurang. Pengembangan website tidak berhenti pada penelitian ini karena akan terus dikembangkan dalam menunjang visi misi Jurusan Teknik Mesin sebagai media informasi, promosi dan silaturahmi Jurusan Teknik Mesin khususnya prodi S1 PTM. Kata Kunci: pengembangan website, media informasi, promosi. ABSTRACTThe development of internet-based special information and communication technology is growing rapidly. One of the developments in information and communication technology is web-based software. Web development has been widely applied in various fields. In the field of education, many educational institutions / institutions have used the web to develop their institutions/institutions. This is done with various purposes as a medium of information, communication, promotion, electronic transactions, publications and so forth. During this time the department of mechanical engineering does not have a web as a medium of information and communication in S1 Mechanical Engineering Education. Based on these facts, it would not be excessive to do web development research as an information media and a promotion program for S1 engineering education majoring in mechanical engineering. To achieve the above objectives, the method used through several stages includes: planning (web design), designing (web designing), and testing (web testing). Based on the results of respondents' responses to the developed website it can be denied 80% of respondents received both when 20% of respondents answered less. Website development does not stop at this research because it will continue to be developed in supporting the vision and mission of Mechanical Engineering as a media of information, promotion and friendship of the Department of Mechanical Engineering specifically for the PTM S1 study program. Abstract

ABSTRAKPerkembangan teknologi peralatan berbagai proses produksi di dunia industri mengalami kemajuan yang pesat, terutama mesin-mesin maupun peralatan-peralatan yang menggunakan teknologi pneumatik dan hidraulik. Hal ini akan memberikan konsekuensi, bahwa tenaga kerja yang mengoperasikan (operator)  dan memelihara (maintenance)  peralatan di industri harus kompeten dan memahami secara detail tentang mesin dan peralatan yang digunakan agar produksi berjalan optimal dan kesalahan (error) dapat diminimalkan. Untuk menjawab tantangan seperti ini, maka dibutuhkan tenaga kerja yang mempunyai pemahaman dan ketrampilan (kompetensi) dalam mengoperasikan serta merawat berbagai mesin yang bekerja berdasarkan sistem pneumatik maupun hidraulik. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu tersusunnya perangkat pembelajaran Pneumatik dan Hidraulik berbasis masalah berupa modul ajar dan trainer kit yang berorientasi ketrampilan siap kerja. Dalam praktik pembelajaran nantinya mahasiswa diberikan modul yang didukung dengan trainer. Selanjutnya berdasarkan petunjuk pelaksana di lembar kerja mahasiswa melakukan kegiatan menggambar rangkaian sistem penumatik dan hidraulik dengan software FluidSIM-P3 kemudian dipraktikan pada papan trainer. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mengacu pada pengembangan model 4-D yang terdiri dari tahap pendefinisian (define), tahap perancangan (design), tahap pengembangan (develop) dan tahap penyebaran (desseminate). Pada penelitian tahun pertama ini diperoleh perangkat pembelajaran pneumatik dan hidraulik berbasis masalah yang berorientasi keterampilan siap kerja berupa modul dan trainer pneumatik yang sudah di validasi dan diujicoba secara terbatas di Jurusan Teknik Mesin FT UNESA. Berdasarkan hasil validasi, modul yang dikembangkan termasuk kategori baik (3,21). Berdasarkan hasil uji coba secara terbatas didapatkan rata-rata hasil tes belajar produk (kognitif), ketuntasan klasikal mengalami peningkatan dari 5,56% menjadi 100%. Selain itu, rata-rata hasil tes belajar proses (psikomotor) diperoleh 100% ketuntasan klasikal. Berdasarkan angket respon, secara keseluruhan perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan 100% mahasiswa menjawab menarik dan sebagai media pendukung dalam perkuliahan sehingga mampu memotivasi mahasiswa mengikuti perkuliahan (96%). Kata Kunci: perangkat pembelajaran. pneunatik, hidraulik, pembelajaran berbasis masalah ABSTRACTThe development of equipment technology for various production processes in the industrialized world has progressed rapidly, especially machines and equipment that use pneumatic and hydraulic technology. This will have a consequence, that the workforce who operates (operators) and maintains (maintenance) equipment in the industry must be competent and understand in detail about the machines and equipment used so that production runs optimally and errors can be minimized. To answer challenges like this, it requires a workforce who has understanding and skills (competence) in operating and maintaining various machines that work based on pneumatic and hydraulic systems. The purpose of this research is the preparation of problem-based Pneumatic and Hydraulics learning tools in the form of teaching modules and trainer kits oriented to work-ready skills. In the learning practice, students will be given modules that are supported by trainers. Furthermore, based on the implementing instructions on the worksheet the students carried out the activity of drawing a series of pneumatic and hydraulic systems with the FluidSIM-P3 software then practiced on the trainer board. The research method used in this study refers to the development of the 4-D model which consists of the define stage, the design stage, the develop stage and the deseminate stage. In this first year research, problem-based pneumatic and hydraulic learning devices that are oriented towards work-ready skills were obtained in the form of modules and pneumatic trainers that have been validated and tested on a limited basis in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, FT UNESA. Based on the results of the validation, the developed module was in a good category (3.21). Based on the results of limited trials, it was found that the average result of the product learning test (cognitive), classical completeness increased from 5.56% to 100%. In addition, the average results of the process learning test (psychomotor) obtained 100% classical completeness. Based on the response questionnaire, as a whole the learning tools developed by 100% of students answered interestingly and as supporting media in lectures so that they were able to motivate students to attend lectures (96%).
