Abstract

The research objectives are (1) to determine the level and (2) differences in average activities and student learning outcomes in classes that apply the project-based learning model and classes that do not apply project-based learning. This type of research is experimental. Using a quantitative approach,. The research objects are students and class teachers. The research methodology is observation tests and interviews, where the frequency of students in the experimental class is more dominant in getting category C pretest scores, namely 22 people out of a total of 29 people in the entire experimental class. Then the frequency of students in the control class also dominantly got grades in category C, namely 18 people out of a total of 29 students. The results of the research are (1) There is a difference in the average value of student learning outcomes between classes that apply project-based learning methods (experiment) and classes that do not receive treatment (control). This is reinforced by the description of the average score of experimental class students as 86.89, higher than the control class, namely 68.67. (2) There is a difference in the average student learning activity between classes that apply project-based learning methods (experiment) and classes that do not receive treatment (control). This is reinforced by the description of the average activity of experimental class students as 76.83, higher than the control class, namely 65.52. The research results indicate that implementing a project-based learning model can help increase student activities and grades in the network system administration subject at SMK N 1 Papalang. Suggestions are (1) Teachers can maximize the quality of learning through implementing the project-based learning model, (2) Through the project-based learning model, they can improve students' critical attitudes and learning activities, (3) Teachers should study the project-based learning model more deeply to broaden their knowledge. teachers regarding project-based learning models

Abstract

This study aims to examine and reveal the influence of laboratory facilities and practical job sheets on students’ learning achievement in Motorbcycle Chassis Maintenance subjects at SMKN 1 Poso Pesisir. The study is in the form of quantitative research, which aims to examine the influence of laboratory facilities and practical job sheets on students’ learning achievement in grade XI and XII of Motorcycle Engineering and Business. The research samples were 59 students of Motorcycle Engineering and Business. Data collection was conducted by using documentation, report cards, and questionnaires. The results of the study reveal that (1) the laboratory facilities are dominantly in very high category at 46%, (2) the practical job sheets are dominantly in very high category at 34%, (3) the students’ learning achievement in Motorcycle Chassis Maintenance subject obtain a fairly high score which is 64% in average, (4) there is a significant positive influence between the laboratory facility variable (X1) on learning achievement, (5) there is a significant negative influence between the practice job sheet variable (X2) on learning achievement, and (6) there is a significant positive influence between the laboratory facilities variable (X1) and practical job sheets (X2) collectively on students’ learning achievement in Motorcycle Chassis Maintenance subject at SMKN 1 Poso Pesisir.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh keterampilan kebekerjaan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMK Negeri 2 Gowa; (2) pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMK Negeri 2 Gowa; (3) pengaruh keterampilan kebekerjaan dan efikasi diri secara bersama-sama terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMK Negeri 2 Gowa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode Ex-post Facto. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 184 siswa kelas XII. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik angket dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif, uji prasyarat analisis, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; (1) terdapat pengaruh keterampilan kebekerjaan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa Negeri 2 Gowa; (2) terdapat pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMK Negeri 2 Gowa; (3) terdapat pengaruh keterampilan kebekerjaan dan efikasi diri secara bersama-sama terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMK Negeri 2 Gowa.

Abstract

This study aims to discover: 1) the results of the development of Smartphone-based interactive e-module in Fabric Decorating Techniques Courses to improve the learning outcomes in PKK Department FT UNM, 2) whether the feasibility of the smartphone-based interactive e-module learning media developed meets valid criteria, 3) whether the feasibility of smartphone-based interactive e-module learning media developed meets practical criteria, 4) whether the feasibility of the smartphone-based interactive e-module learning media developed meets effective criteria. The method used in this study is Research and Development (R&D). The research subjects were 32 students and 2 lecturers in PKK Department FT UNM. Data collection techniques used were tests, questionnaires, and e-module validation. The module development process employed the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) e-development model. The analysis phase includes an analysis of the needs for learning resources, curriculum, and materials. The design stage includes creating the e-module framework, determining the layout and reference book, and preparing the e-module assessment instrument. The development stage includes e-module development, expert validation and e-module revision. The implementation stage is the trial stage of the e-module, which had been validated and revised for students. The evaluation stage is the stage of analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of the e-module that had been tested. The quality of the module is determined by three criteria: validity, practicality, and effectiveness. This e-module is declared as valid based on an assessment from the material expert with an average of 87% (very valid) and an assessment from the media expert with an average of 91% (very valid). Moreover, the e-module is declared as practical for use by students based on the results of the students’ response questionnaire with an average of 83% (Very practical). Furthermore, based on the test results before and after using the e-module, it is declared as effective for use by students based on the results of the pretest and posttest with an average score of 71% (effective).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Hasil pengembangan media interaktif berbasis model pembelajaran guided inquiry pada mata pelajaran simulasi digital; (2) keefektifan penggunaan media interaktif berbasis model pembelajaran guided inquiry untuk menumbuhkan minat dan aktivitas belajar siswa; (3) Kepraktisan penggunaan media interaktif berbasis model pembelajaran guided inquiry pada mata pelajaran simulasi digital. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari beberapa tahap, yaitu analisis, perancangan, pengembangan, implementasi dan evaluasi sistem. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Subjek uji coba produk penelitian ini adalah 2 orang ahli media pembelajaran, 1 orang ahli materi,  3 orang guru dan 35 siswa SMK Nasional Kota Makassar. Sementara itu, objek uji coba yang diteliti adalah kevalidan, kepraktisan dan keefektifan media interaktif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi dan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan media interaktif berbasis model pembelajaran quided inquiry  dapat memotivasi siswa untuk belajar mandiri, kreatif, efektif dan efisien dengan penilaian pada unsur kevalidan yang diberikan oleh ahli media yakni rata-rata 4,74. Kemudian ahli materi memberikan rata-rata penilaian 4,81, rata-rata pada setiap hasil tersebut nilainya lebih besar dari median skala likert. Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan media pembelajaran berbasis model pembelajaran quided inquiry sangat layak untuk digunakan. kemudian pada unsur keefektifan yang diberikan oleh 3 orang guru pada uji coba lapangan yakni rata-rata 4,69 dan untuk uji coba skala besar terhadap 35 siswa mendapat rata-rata 4,70. Rata-rata pada setiap hasil tersebut lebih besar dari median skala likert. Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan media pembelajaran berbasis model pembelajaran quided inquiry sangat efektif. Kemudian pada unsur kepraktisan yang diberikan oleh 3 orang guru pada uji coba lapangan yakni rata-rata 4,76 dan untuk uji coba skala besar terhadap 35 siswa mendapat rata-rata 4,81. Rata-rata pada setiap hasil tersebut lebih besar dari median skala likert. Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan media pembelajaran berbasis model pembelajaran quided inquiry sangat praktis. Kata Kunci : Media Interaktif, Simulasi Digital, Adobe Flash CS6, Guided Inquiry

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk; (1) mengetahui hasil pengembangan bahan ajar e-modul interaktif berbasis Flip PDF Corporate Edition pada mata kuliah konstruksi busana wanita untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa di Jurusan PKK FT UNM; (2) menghasilkan bahan ajar e-modul berbasis Flip PDF Corporate Edition yang valid digunakan sebagai bahan ajar pada mata kuliah konstruksi busana wanita di Jurusan PKK FT UNM; (3) menghasilkan bahan ajar e-modul berbasis Flip PDF Corporate Edition yang praktis digunakan sebagai bahan ajar pada mata kuliah konstruksi busana wanita di Jurusan PKK FT UNM; (4) menghasilkan bahan ajar e-modul berbasis Flip PDF Corporate Edition yang efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar pada mata kuliah konstruksi busana wanita di Jurusan PKK FT UNM. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 30 orang mahasiswa dan 1 orang dosen Jurusan PKK FT UNM. Pengumpulan data melalui metode wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan angket yang dianalisis dengan teknik statistik deksriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Hasil pengembangan bahan ajar e-modul interaktif berbasis Flip PDF Corporate Edition pada mata kuliah konstruksi busana wanita untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa di Jurusan PKK FT UNM melalui tahapan Analisis (Analysis), Perancangan (Design), Pengembangan (Development), Implementasi (Implementation) dan Evaluasi (Evaluation). (2) E-modul valid digunakan berdasarkan nilai dari ahli media sebesar 89,58 dengan kategori Sangat Valid dan ahli materi sebesar 88,65 dengan kategori Sangat Valid; (3) E-modul praktis digunakan dengan nilai dari dosen sebesar 95 dengan kategori Sangat Praktis, mahasiswa sebesar 94,31 dengan kategori Sangat Praktis, dan observer sebesar 94, 44 dengan kategori Sangat Praktis, serta (4) Nilai N-Gain hasil Pre-test dan Post-test adalah 0,80 dengan kategori Tinggi sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa e-modul berbasis flip pdf corporate efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah konstruksi busana wanita di jurusan PKK FT UNM

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of education level on the performance of educator-certified teachers in Makassar City; (2) the influence of work motivation on the performance of educator-certified teachers in Makassar City; (3) the effect of teaching experience on the performance of educator-certified teachers in Makassar City (4) the effect of education level, work motivation and teaching experience on the performance of educator-certified teachers in Makassar City. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. The sample in this study were 134 certified educator teachers in Makassar City. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis, analysis prerequisite test, and hypothesis testing. The research results show that; (1) there is an effect of education level on the performance of educator-certified teachers in Makassar City; (2) there is an effect of work motivation on the performance of educator-certified teachers in Makassar City; (3) there is an effect of teaching experience on the performance of educator-certified teachers in Makassar City (4) there is an influence of education level, work motivation and teaching experience on the performance of educator-certified teachers in Makassar City.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the increase in learning outcomes and student activity and interest in the Electrical Power Installation (ITL) subject through the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model for class XI TITL-1 at SMK Negeri 5 Makassar. This research is classroom action research with a model developed by Kemmis and Mc Taggart. The subjects of this research were students in class XI TITL 1, even semester, 2021/2021 academic year, with a total of 29 students. This research consisted of two cycles with two meetings in each cycle. Data collection techniques in this research used observation, learning outcomes tests, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis.The results of the research show that the application of the Project Based Learning (PBL) learning model in ITL subjects can improve learning outcomes, interest and activeness of class XI TITL 1 students at SMK Negeri 5 Makassar. This can be seen based on the results of observations at each meeting, in cycle I it was 73.54%. In cycle II it increased to 81.3%. The average student learning activity per cycle increased from 83% in cycle I to 90.17% in cycle II, where during the Pre-Test the percentage of interest based on the questionnaire given to students was only 67.45% and activeness was only 66.5%. %. Based on the results of the post test and practice in cycle I and cycle II, the student learning outcomes in cycle I showed a class average of 76.38 and 92.75.
