Authors who intend to submit a manuscript for publication in JPPI obliged to understand correctly the instructions and the ins and outs of the provisions on this journal. For authors who have never published the article on this journal, we recommend reading all of the term and conditions are listed in the journal. Authors are requested to prepare a manuscript in accordance with the Instructions for preparation of manuscript and then to follow the Author Guidelines for submission. Before the manuscript is submitted to the editorial team, please make sure that your paper is prepared using the journal paper template. The authors must refer to JPPI for writing format and style (Please download and use as a template for the initial manuscript submission). This will ensure fast processing and publication. Any papers not fulfilling the requirements based on the guidelines to authors or focus and scope, with great regret will not be processed and automatically rejected. The author who will submit the manuscript after deadline of submission as long as meet the requirement for publication in this journal will be process for next issue. The paper submission and reviewing procedures in JPPI will be processed with the web-based system via the Open Journal System (OJS) by Public Knowledge Project (PKP). We strongly prefer to receive manuscripts via our online submission system. With using our OJS system, authors can upload manuscript files (text, figures, and supplementary information) directly to our office and check on the status of Reviews their manuscripts during the review process.

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan dan menganalisis peningkatan prestasi belajar Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan melalui pemanfaatan media pembelajaran RUKAPE berbasis YouTube bagi siswa kelas VIIA SMP Negeri 1 Panjalu pada tahun pelajaran 2022-2023. Jenis penelitian menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan mengembangkan model dari Stephen Kemmis & Robin Mc Taggart berupa siklus perencanaan tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian sejumlah 32 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis stattistik deskriptif dengan mencari nilai rerata, persentase keberhasilan belajar. Kriteria keberhasilan tindakan untuk prestasi belajar adalah dengan batas tuntas 75 (KKM = 75) dan ketuntasan kelas sebesar 85%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan prestasi belajar PPKn pada kondisi awal, siklus I, dan II. Pada nilai tes kemampuan awal rata-rata kelas 62,5 dengan ketuntasan kelas sebesar 15,6% dan siswa yang memperoleh nilai = 75 berjumlah 5 siswa. Pada siklus I mengalami peningkatan sebesar 34,3%. Selanjutnya pada siklus II juga mengalami peningkatan sebesar 37,5% dan siswa yang memperoleh nilai = 75 berjumlah 28 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemanfatan media pembelajaran RUKAPE berbasis YouTube dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar PPKn pada siswa kelas VII A SMP Negeri 1 Panjalu Tahun Pelajaran 2022-2023.]]>

<![CDATA[The study involved 300 MSME customers of PT BSM in North Sumatra, aiming to investigate the impact of learning and memory on financing decisions, with brand equity as a mediating variable. The study also incorporates the Maqasid Shariah perspective. This research adopts a quantitative descriptive approach, employing quota sampling techniques for sample selection and utilizing primary data collected through questionnaires distributed directly to respondents. Respondents' perceptions are measured using Likert scales. The research method utilizes the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach, with a significance level of 5%. Data processing is conducted using Smart PLS 3.0 software, and references are managed through the Mendeley 7th edition program. The findings reveal that customer motivation affects financing decisions in PT BSM's micro-financing. Customer perception does not affect financing decisions in PT BSM's micro-financing. Customer learning does not affect financing decisions in PT BSM's micro-financing. Customer memory does not affect financing decisions in PT BSM's micro-financing. Customer motivation does not affect brand equity. Customer perception affects brand equity. Customer learning affects brand equity. Customer memory affects brand equity. PT BSM's brand equity influences microfinance decisions. Brand equity mediates the influence between customer psychology on microfinance decisions at PT BSM in North Sumatra. <![CDATA[The implementation of learning short story writing skills is still oriented towards completing tasks designed by the teacher. Also, it seems conventional, so developing students' short story writing skills takes time and effort. Through this research, the authors review the effect of the project-based learning model on learning outcomes for students with high and low achievement motivation; and the interaction between the project-based learning model and achievement motivation. This research belongs to the quantitative research that applies the experimental method, involving two sample classes: class X hospitality 2 as the experimental class and class X clothing 4 as the control class. The results of the data analysis provide conclusions. First, the project-based learning model influences student learning outcomes. Second, the project-based learning model influences students' learning outcomes with high achievement motivation. Third, project-based learning model influences the learning outcomes of students with low achievement motivation. The project-based learning learning model can be used as an effective alternative learning model in improving students' short story writing skills.]]>

<![CDATA[Adiwiyata School is an award from the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Environment and Forestry for schools that cultivate pro-environmental behaviour. The cultivation of such behaviour requires the support of related facilities and infrastructures. This study aimed at determining the obstacles and expectations of Adiwiyata Schools in cultivating pro-environmental culture. It is a descriptive qualitative study the research subjects of which were six people from three Adiwiyata Schools in Palembang. Their positions at their respective schools included Principal, Vice-Principal and Adiwiyata Implementation representatives. The data were collected through interviews, observations and documentations and were analyzed using data reduction, data verification, and conclusions. The results showed that the obstacles included unavailable funds for the provision and maintenance of infrastructure and facilities, inadequate integration of environmental care toward schools’ subjects, diverse students’ perception toward Adiwiyata schools, and insufficient training in implementing the 3 R's (reduce, reuse, recycle). Furthermore, the expectations included better funding for the provision and maintenance, and more comprehensive technical skills guidance of the 3 Rs from the Adiwiyata school evaluator team.]]>

<![CDATA[Tabut in Bengkulu and Tabuik in Pariaman are two traditions that have the same socio-historical background, namely the Karbala incident in 61 AH. However, regarding the figure who originated this tradition at that time, until now there has been no clarity. This research aims to describe and analyze Syech Burhanudin and Kadar Ali in Bengkulu and Pariaman and their relationship to the Tabut Tradition. This research was conducted as a qualitative type of research. Data collection was carried out through interviews, a literature study, documentation, and observation. Data analysis was carried out using the Milles and Huberman interactive model. The results of the research show that Syech Burhanuddin (I, II, and III), who is known in West Sumatra, has no connection with Syech Burhanuddin in Bengkulu and also has no connection with the Tabut tradition in Bengkulu and Pariaman; Kadar Ali from Pariaman and Kader Ali from Bengkulu are suspected to be the same person in two possible schemes. Kadar Ali originally came from Bengkulu, migrated to Pariaman, and developed the Tabut tradition, but then returned to Bengkulu and died in Bengkulu. Second, Kader Ali is a native of Pariaman who married, then brought his wife to Pariaman and developed Tabut.]]>

<![CDATA[Loan interest rates play a pivotal role in the borrowing and lending process. They impact the affordability of loans for borrowers, the profitability and risk management for lenders, and are influenced by economic conditions and regulations. Before taking out any loan, it's important to carefully consider the interest rate and its implications for financial situation.This research aims to look at the effect of credit interest rates and credit guarantees on credit-making decisions on financing companies in Batam. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with the distribution of questionnaires to respondents who apply for credit at finance companies at random with a total of 96 responden. From the results of the study, it was obtained that credit rates have a significant effect on credit decision-making, credit guarantees have a significant effect on credit decisions, lifestyle has an insignificant effect on credit-making decisions,and credit interest rates, credit guarantees. and lifestyle simultaneously have a significant effect on credit-making decisions. This research is expected to contribute to the community to be more thorough about the advantages and disadvantages of buying goods on credit. The conclusion is that interest rates and credit guarantees significantly influence credit, and business actors can take even better policies related to interest rates and credit guarantees.]]>

<![CDATA[Courier companies face environmental challenges influenced by the development of e-commerce businesses, demanding high service quality and reliability in meeting consumer demand. Courier companies demand toimmediately adjust company strategies to be able to survive in competitive market conditions, the only way is to continue to keep dynamic on internal capability. This study develops and tests a model of the relationship between dynamic logistic capabilities, environmental turbulence, and business performance. As quantitative research, a survey was used to collect data. A sample of 70 valid answers from courier company members of the Association of Indonesian Express Delivery, Postal, and Logistics Services Companies(ASPERINDO) was treated through the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The research results show a full mediation relationship between dynamic logistics capability and business performance, given the proportion of the impact of dynamic logistics capabilities on business performance (72.7%) identified in this study. As a result, the main result points out that the positive correlation between dynamic logistics capabilities and business performance strengthens the relationship evidence in the literature that dynamic logistics capabilities contribute to business performance, that is, sales growth, delivery reliability and security.]]>

<![CDATA[Dalam realitanya pembangunan kepariwisataan di Indonesia pada umumnya masih belum mampu mewujudkan pariwisata yang ekowisata (ecotourist). Dalam pengembangan ekowisata, terdapat beberapa instansi yang memiliki wewenang dalam pengelolaan dan membuat kebijakan dan perundang-undangan tentang ekowisata termasuk didalamnya yaitu universitas, publik, industri, dan pemerintah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis implementasi quadruple helix dalam kebijakan pengembangan ecowisata berbasis komunitas di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis data model interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak hanya sebatas keterlibatan masyarakat dalam suatu kegiatan tetapi lebih lanjut peran serta juga mengandung pengertian bahwa masyarakat terlibat dalam setiap tahap dari suatu kegiatan sampai dengan menilai apakah pembangunan sudah sesuai dengan rencana dan dapat meningkatkan ekonominya. Universitas sebagai institusi pendidikan telah berkontribusi dalam kepariwisataan melalui kajian ilmiah terkait desa wisata dan program wisata, melalui pendampingan pembentukan desa wisata di beberapa obyek wisata. Peran industri dalam ekowisata yaitu berperan dalam peningkatan roda perekonomian daerah malalui pemanfaatan objek wisata untuk memperoleh benefit yang maksimal serta peran pemerintah dan masyarakat dalam objek wisata agar tetap berkelanjutan.]]>

<![CDATA[Based on the setting for determining criminal policies that are in accordance with the values of people's lives, the setting for determining criminal policies is contained in the Criminal Code as general provisions and in the special criminal provisions of Law No. 35 of 2009 as a special crime that regulates narcotics. Based on this, the problem that will be discussed is how the monodualistic principle in eradicating criminal acts of narcotics abuse committed by children is contrary to the law related to Law No. 35 of 2009 and Law No. 11 of 2012. This research is normative juridical research, namely research conducted by examining library materials or secondary data. In terms of implementing the diversion, there are several things that make it impossible. <![CDATA[Perangkat desa berupaya untuk tetap berkomitmen dalam memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal bagi masyarakat di tengah situasi yang tidak menentu dan berubah drastis sebagai dampak pandemi Covid-19. Pelatihan mindfulness adalah pelatihan yang menempatkan kesadaran penuh pada sesuatu yang terjadi di momen saat ini dengan keterbukaan dan penerimaan. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah mengetahui efektivitas pelatihan mindfulness dalam meningkatkan komitmen pelayanan pada perangkat desa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif eksperimental yang didukung oleh pendekatan kualitatif. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah 36 orang perangkat desa yang bekerja di Kabupaten Sigi, Sulawesi Tengah, yang terbagi dalam kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Partisipan telah mengisi skala komitmen pelayanan sebelum dan sesudah pemberian pelatihan mindfulness. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Paired-Samples T Test dengan bantuan software IBM® SPSS® Statistics. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa setelah pemberian pelatihan mindfulness pada kelompok eksperimen, diketahui bahwa terdapat peningkatan skor komitmen pelayanan pada perangkat desa, sedangkan kelompok kontrol tidak mengalami peningkatan skor komitmen pelayanan. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan mindfulness merupakan salah satu teknik yang efektif untuk meningkatkan komitmen pelayanan pada perangkat desa. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah komitmen pelayanan pada perangkat desa dapat dikembangkan dengan cara mempraktikkan teknik mindfulness. Materi dalam pelatihan teknik mindfulness yang telah dipelajari oleh para perangkat desa dapat ditindaklanjuti dengan latihan informal mindfulness secara rutin dan teratur, baik dalam lingkup pekerjaan, maupun kehidupan sehari-hari.]]>
