Abstract

Kahayan’s watershed have a potential area of green space as the first steplarge enough to maintain the sustainability of green space. This watershed is animportant part to absorb global warming and structuring integrated area Palangkaraya in Central Kalimantan province. The presence of green space will be needed in an integrated region planning Palangkaraya to compensate for the density of buildings. Various forms of green space activities in general are as shade from the warm environment, and as receptacles for the city of Palangkaraya community to socialize and interact with nature. Fulfillment of green areas in the city of Palangkaraya is an initial effort to grow awareness of the environment in terms of aligning the media downturn availability of clean air and healthy due to natural degradation in Palangkaraya. The concept of integrated area planning Palangkaraya by relying on the potential of green space Kahayan’s watershed is expected to balance between vegetation and the presence of alignment with the ecological environment constructionof city infrastructure, so that will achieve the purpose of applying the concept ofsustainable development and is also able to overcome the problem of global warming are felt at this time.Keywords: Potential, Kahayan’s watershed, Integrated Area Green Space,Palangkaraya

Abstract

This research aim to (1) perform of educational infrastructure; (2) predictiveindex calculation and efficiency of educational infrastructures; (3) Necessity,sufficiency and lack of educational infrastructure to support developmentprogramme. The research method is quantitative descriptive The research method isquantitative descriptive. primary data research from academic, administrativedocuments, building infrastructure, and renstra. secondary data is a standardregulatory space, and the situation of the Department. The technique of datacollection is by the study of documents, field observations, and interviews with theleaders of departments and units. The results showed that the average of theoriesclass space of Engineering Faculty is 73,13%, workshop and Laboratory room, lessthan 100%. The level of sufficiency of lecturer and head of deparment was the resultless than 50%. Whenever was calculated with space of lecturer on Laboratory ofLPTK, the result is 79.18%. in the future, The development of the space of a lectureron each other.Keyword: Educational, infrastructure

Abstract

ABSTRACTResearch Bambang et al. (2015) on the manufacture of high strength concrete (BMT) without additive materials and admixture showed the strength f'c = 42.69 MPa, categorize as BMT with f'c 40 MPa (Yuswanto, SP Pramudiyanto, 2015: 97). Recent research by Bambang et al. on a beam without opening showed the ductility of displacement of mD 3.5. The displacement ductility was categorized as limited ductility. Due to space limitations utility (architectural demand), it requires the use of the space efficiently. This lead to the use of opening on a beam as the electrical, water, air conditioner installations. Thus, this study will be performed on BMT with the opening. Several studies have been conducted on a beam with opening subjected by a concentrated load at midspan. This study will perform on BMT beam with two openings in the body and subjected to two concentrated loads between the two joint support-rollers. Beam are designed as a beam bending at under reinforced condition, i.e. beam bending without opening (BLU) and beam bending with opening (BLB). This study aims to obtain the ductility, crack pattern and failure of BMT beam with the opening. Based on the result, it showed that the failure of test object BLU and BLB are caused by the collapse of flexural bending, while the displacement ductility of all specimens achieved the limited ductility of mD 3.5. Keywords: chemical, structural elements, ductile, high strength concrete, two openings.  ABSTRAKPenelitian Bambang dkk. (2015) dalam pembuatan beton mutu tinggi (BMT) tanpa menggunakan bahan tambahan berupa bahan additive dan admixture (semuanya bahan kimia) mampu mencapai f’c=42,69 MPa, kuat tekan ini masuk dalam kategori BMT, karena f’c 40 MPa (Yuswanto, S.P. Pramudiyanto, 2015:97). Bambang dkk. juga menerapkannya pada balok utuh (tanpa lubang), hasil penelitiannya mencapai daktilitas displacement mD3,5. Daktilitas displacement tersebut masuk dalam katergori daktilitas terbatas. Saat ini karena keterbatasan ruang utilitas (tuntutan arsitektur) menuntut pemakaian ruang yang efisien. Hal ini menyebabkan balok dibuat berlubang dengan maksud untuk dimanfaatkan sebagai tempat pemasangan instalasi listrik, instalasi air, dan instalasi air conditioner. Untuk itu penelitian akan melakukan eksperimen balok BMT berpenampang berlubang. Beberapa penelitian telah dilakukan pada balok berlubang dengan satu beban terpusat di tengah bentang, maka penelitian ini akan melakukan penelitian pada balok BMT dengan dua bukaan di badan dan diberi dua beban terpusat diantara dua tumpuan sendi-rol. Balok direncanakan sebagai balok lentur under reinforced yaitu balok lentur utuh (BLU) dan balok lentur berlubang (BLB).  Penelitian ini bertujuan mendapatkan nilai daktilitas balok BMT berlubang, retakan dan keruntuhannya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa benda uji BLU maupun BLB, keruntuhannya disebabkan oleh runtuh lentur dan ketercapaian daktilitas displacement semua benda uji mencapai daktilitas terbatas mD3,5. Kata kunci: bahan kimia, beton mutu tinggi, daktail, dua bukaan, elemen struktur.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Indonesia is an area with high earthquake risk, where earthquake-resistant design is required, in critical category IV buildings such as hospitals and educational buildings must be designed to remain operation during and after the earthquake design, without significant damage. owners have the ability to establish and know the performance levels of structures designed with performance-based design methods that impact on development costs, repair costs and reduce casualties due to earthquakes. there are two performance based design methods namely pushover and nonlinear history of time (NLTHA). with ductility values of μ 3 or R 4.8 and Ie 1.5, the structures are designed to have an opertional (O) performance during the earthquake design (DBE) and immediate occupancy (IO) during a maximum earthquake (MCE). using acceptance according to the capacity spectrum method, element acceptance limit and drift according to FEMA 356.Keyword: operational, ductility, performance based design ABSTRAK Indonesia merupakan daerah dengan resiko gempa tinggi, dimana dibutuhkan perencanaan tahan gempa, pada bangunan penting kategori IV  seperti rumah sakit dan gedung pendidikan harus didesain  tetap beroperasi saat dan setelah terjadinya gempa rencana, tanpa mengalami kerusakan yang signifikan. Pemilik memiliki kemampuan untuk menetapkan dan mengetahui level kinerja dari struktur yang didesain dengan metode performance based design yang berdampak pada biaya pembangunan, biaya perbaikan dan mengurangi korban jiwa akibat gempa. Dimana terdapat dua metode performance based design yaitu pushover dan nonlinier riwayat waktu (NLTHA). Dari penggunaan nilai daktilitas sebesar μ 3 atau R 4.8 dan Ie 1.5, struktur yang didesain memiliki kinerja opertional (O) saat terjadinya gempa rencana (DBE) dan immediate occupancy (IO) saat terjadi gempa besar (MCE). Dengan menggunakan penerimaan menurut capacity spectrum method, batas penerimaan elemen dan drift menurut FEMA 356. Kata Kunci: operasional, ductility, performance based design

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe echo sounding measurement is a method that can be used to know thechange of dam volume directly on the field. This research aims to: (1) know therest of the economic age of the Panglima Besar Jendral Sudirman (PBJS) Dambased on measurement and calculation the echo sounding data, and (2)give more detail view of the changes of the PBJS Dam condition viewed fromsedimentation problem.The research activities were conducted in the PBJS Dam located onKabupaten Banjarnegara, Jawa Tengah. The research utilized secondary datacollected using documentation technique, consists of: (1) sediment volume/year,(2) dam effective volume, (3) dam volume, and total sediment volume year/year. The data were the best mathematic curve interpretationsupported by the Microsoft Excel software. The mathematic curve is indicatedby the variance value coefficient (R) value fromthe various existing trend curve alternatives.The research results show that based on various mathematic curves beingused, since 1999 the rest of operation age of the PBJS Dam lies between 17.37to 20.71 years. This conclusion is a simple prediction without considering thefuture erosion control changes. The rest of the dam age assumps thatthe natural condition especially the sedimentation rate occuring in the dam doesnot change significantly compared to what happened on the previous years andit is not affected by the existing sand mining on the upstream of the dam.Keywords: dam age, echo sounding

Abstract

ABSTRACTCommunity-based ecotourism is one of the efforts of rural development through the tourism sector, which not only presents natural tourism resources, but also contributes to environmental conservation, and the community as the main controller in its development. Rejowinangun Tourism Village is a village with a lot of potential and began to be developed as an ecotourism area, but still has many problems, both from the environmental aspects, management aspects, to aspects of human resources, so that tourism activities in the region have not developed. Therefore, a study is needed to analyze the potentials of community-based ecotourism development in Rejowinangun Tourism Village, and to achieve these objectives, an analysis is conducted on all aspects, namely analysis on aspects of tourist objects and attractions,social aspects, management aspects, up to aspects of organizing community empowerment. In collecting data, the method used is community participatory. In this method the community is the central focus and the ultimate goal of the activity, citizen participation will increase citizens' self-esteem and the ability to be able to participate in the mission concerning the community and village. Citizen participation will foster an environment that is conducive to increasing environmental potential and community growth. Keywords: Community-Based Ecotourism, Ecotourism, Rejowinangun Tourism Village  ABSTRAKEkowisata berbasis masyarakat merupakan salah satu upaya pengembangan pedesaan melalui sektor pariwisata,  yang  tidak  hanya menyuguhkan sumber  daya  wisata  yang  masih  alami,  namun  juga  berkontibusi terhadap konservasi lingkungan, dan masyarakat  sebagai pengendali utama dalam pengembangannya. Kampung Wisata Rejowinangun  merupakan  kampung dengan banyak potensi  dan mulai  dikembangkan  sebagai  kawasan  ekowisata,  namun  masih  memiliki  banyak  permasalahan,  baik  dari aspek  lingkungan,  aspek  pengelolaan,  hingga  aspek  sumberdaya  manusia,  sehingga  aktivitas  wisata  di kawasan tersebut belum berkembang. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu kajian untuk menganalisis potensi-potensi pengembangan ekowisata berbasis masyarakat  di Kampung Wisata Rejowinangun, dan untuk  mencapai tujuan tersebut,  dilakukan  analisis  pada  semua  aspek,  yaitu  analisis  pada  aspek  objek  dan  daya  tarik  wisata,  aspek kemasyarakatan,  aspek  pengelolaan,  hingga  aspek  penyelenggaraan  pemberdayaan  masyarakat.  Dalam pengumpulan data, metode  yang  digunakan  adalah  partisipatoris masyarakat. Di dalam metode ini masyarakat adalah fokus sentral dan tujuan terakhir kegiatan, partisipasi warga akan meningkatkan harga diri warga dan kemampuan untuk dapat turut serta dalam keutusan yang menyangkut masyarakat dan kampung. Partisipasi warga dapat menumbuhkan lingkungan yang kondusif bagi peningkatan potensi lingkungan dan pertumbuhan masyarakat.Kata kunci: Ekowisata Berbasis Masyarakat, Ekowisata, Kampung Wisata Rejowinangun

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research is aimed to identify the typology of form, structure and functionof the Watchman Station Patrol building as masterpiece of architecturevernacular. Sample of research amount of 10 buildings of watchman station,taken by snowball in region Sleman and its surroundings. To analyze thevariation of form growth, structure and function of the Watchman station Patrolbuilding, a fundamental approach model of typology and also continuity andchange is applied.Result of research indicates that geometry of space of the WatchmanStation Patrol building showing the remain uniform, that is the square geometry.Typology of structure of the Watchman Station Patrol building shows theconventional uniform; that is; system structure mark with lines with the wall atone blow as burden taker, open wall is mostly arranged in watchman station,especially at shares fagade. Watchman station also Shows a manifest Functionfor rendezvous as well as keep the warehouse places. Locus of watchmanstation determined by road axis of the orchard collector and center of the localcountryside governance. The latent function could be changed overtime dependon the society need; it supports the social and economic function of society.However, the core elements are remain, those are geometry of space, superstructure and setting of locus of the Watchman station Patrol building.Keywords: vernacular, form, structure, function

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pengembangan fly ash berbasis geopolimer sangat cocok untuk memperluas aplikasi pracetak khususnya panel dinding pada lingkungan asam sulfat. Panel berbahan abu terbang ini dapat dijadikan pertimbangan karena memiliki keunggulan diantaranya kekerasan tinggi, ramah lingkungan, tidak menghasilkan gas karbon (CO2), tahan pada temperatur panas antara 600-800° C, tahan lingkungan asam, dan tidak memerlukan perawatan panas. Untuk pembuatan struktur panel pracetak menggunakan bahan pengisi berupa mortar berbahan geopolimer dengan komposisi NaOH 14 M, rasio NaOH/Na2SiO3 sebesar 1 :2, rasio alkaline : fly ash sebesar 35%, dan menggunakan variasi wiremesh sebagai perkuatan, dengan ukuran benda uji panel 800x400x40 mm. Hasil yang didapat kuat tekan umur 1 hari sebesar 11.27 MPa umur 28 hari 60,84 MPa, dengan nilai modulus 28 hari sebesar 13808 MPa. Pengujian kuat tarik 1 hari sebesar 1.02 MPa dan 28 hari sebesar 2,95 MPa Pengujian kuat lentur didapatkan 3,52 MPa tanpa perkuatan dan 4,52 dengan perkuatan. Kata kunci: Geopolymer, panel, wiremesh  ABSTRACT Geopolymer-based fly ash development is perfect for expanding precast applications especially wall panels in sulfuric acid environments. Panels made of fly ash can be considered because it has the advantage of high hardness, environmentally friendly, does not produce carbon gas (CO2), resistant to heat temperature between 600-800 ° C, resistant to acidic environment, and not require hot maintenance.To create the structure of precast panels using mortar filling material with geopolymer with composition NaOH 14 M, ratio of NaOH/Na2SiO3 is 1:2, ratio alkaline ratio: fly ash 35%, and use wiremesh variation, size of panel 800x400x40 mm. Results obtained compressive strength of 1 day 11.27 MPa, age 28 Days 60.84 MPa, modulus elasticity 28-day 13808 MPa. Result tensile strength 1-day 1.02 MPa and 28 days 2.95 MPa, frexural strength panel 3.52 MPa without wiremesh and 4.52 with wiremesh. Keywords: Geopolymer, panels, wiremesh

Abstract

The aim ofthis research is to observe the transformation ofK225 concrete cube strengthafter combusted on temperatures of300, 600 and 900 degree ofCelcius. The test was conductedon the concrete age of35 days and the mix design was added by superplasticizer to slow downthe concrete formation. The additional superplasticizer will slow down the transformation ofCalciumhydroxide (Ca(OH)) into Calciumoxyde (CaD), so it will lessen the reduction ofconcretecube strength due to combustion.
