Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the: (1) what are the factors that encourage the occurrence of conflict between the drivers of online motorcycle taxi with conventional motorcycle taxi in the city of Surakarta; (2) the efforts of the government of the city of Surakarta in resolving the conflict between the drivers of online motorcycle taxi with conventional motorcycle taxi in the city of Surakarta; and (3) the impact of the existence of a conflict between the drivers of online motorcycle taxi with conventional motorcycle taxi in the city of Surakarta. The research method used descriptive research method with a qualitative research approach. Research subject retrieval technique using a purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The technique of data collection by observation, interviews and study of documents. Test the validity of the data using triangulation of data and methods. Data analysis techniques using interactive data analysis that has stages, namely: (1) data collection; (2) the reduction of data; (3) the presentation of data and (4) the verification or conclusion. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that: (1) factors that encourage the occurrence of conflict between the drivers of online motorcycle taxi with conventional motorcycle taxi in the city of Surakarta namely the absence of regulation which regulates clearly about the existence of online-based transport as well as the existence of economic interests in the form of competition in getting passengers and fulfillment needs is hampered.; (2) the efforts made the Government city of Surakarta in resolving the conflict between the drivers of online motorcycle taxi with conventional motorcycle taxi in the city of Surakarta, namely by doing mediation. In the mediation efforts achieved a mutual agreement that is the existence of a red-zone assignment in some places contained conventional taxi bases, such as in the Solo Balapan Station, Purwosari Station and Tirtonadi Terminal. At this point in the red zone, online motorcycle taxi drivers prohibited doing pick up passengers up to a predetermined distance.; and (3) the impact caused by the conflict between the drivers of online motorcycle taxi with conventional motorcycle taxi in the city of Surakarta, namely increasing solidarity in-group on the online motorcycle taxi drivers, there arose the inherent shakiness and cracks in the unity of the group of conventional motorcycle taxi drivers, the fall of human sacrifice on online motorcycle taxi drivers, the dominance of online motorcycle taxi drivers resulted in adherence to conventional motorcycle taxi drivers, as well as the existence of a sense of fear in the community and surrounding areas of Surakarta.   Full Paper

Abstract

Abstract This community service aims to provide knowledge about Islamic cooperatives and to provide assistance and economic empowerment for Sabilussalam Islamic boarding school through the establishment of Islamic Saving–Loan and Financing Cooperatives. Besides, this community service is also one of the Jakarta State Polytechnic (PNJ) real contributions initiated by the Islamic Finance and Banking study program. Islamic Saving–Loan and Financing Cooperatives (KSPPS) is one of the microfinance institutions (LKM) that can serve the needs of the community of micro and small businesses. This institution is able not only to realize the establishment of good systems, methods, techniques and outputs but also to ensure the economic equilibrium within the community. Simultaneously, KSPPS has also become a forum for community synergy and the creation of local wisdom. The local wisdom in question is how to prepare a development infrastructure based on local community participation which has no permanent dependency on aid both from the government and others. The implementation of KSPPS is carried out based on the existing sharia and cooperative rules which do not contradict the sharia law. The power of this spiritual and social values from KSPPS has become a strength for sharia-based cooperatives compared to conventional savings and loan cooperatives. This community service program will be carried out using a method approach as follows; preparation, learning and the establishment of Islamic Saving–Loan and Financing Cooperatives. This community service has greatly assisted Sabilussalam Islamic boarding school in the establishment of Islamic Saving–Loan and Financing Cooperative (KSPPS) which can help the economic independence of the boarding school administrators and the surrounding community.   Keywords –mentoring, counseling, establishment, Islamic saving-loan and financing cooperatives, KSPPS   Abstrak Pengabdian masyarakat ini  bertujuan memberikan wawasan tentang koperasi syariah  bagi  pondok pesantren Sabilussalam, serta memberikan pendampingan dan pemberdayaan ekonomi melalui pendirian Koperasi Simpan Pinjam dan Pembiayaan Syariah. Disisi lain pengabdian masyarakat ini  sebagai kontribusi nyata Politeknik Negeri Jakarta dalam hal ini program studi Keuangan dan Perbankan Syariah. Koperasi Simpan Pinjam dan Pembiayaan Syariah (KSPPS) yang merupakan lembaga keuangan mikro (LKM) yang mampu melayani kebutuhan masyarakat pelaku usaha mikro dan kecil. Lembaga ini mampu mewujudkan terbangunnya sistem, metode, teknik dan output yang baik dan perimbangan kekayaan yang tidak hanya berada pada segolongan masyarakat. Secara simultan, KSPPS juga menjadi wadah sinergi masyarakat dan manciptakan kearifan lokal. Kearifan lokal yang dimaksud adalah bagaimana menyiapkan infrastruktur pembangunan berbasis partisipasi masyarakat lokal, yang tidak memiliki ketergantungan permanen pada bantuan, baik dari pemerintah maupun yang lain. Pelaksanaan KSPPS dilakukan dengan bersandar kepada aturan syariah dan aturan koperasi yang ada selama tidak bertentangan dengan hukum syariah. Kekuatan nilai-nilai spiritual dan sosial dari KSPPS ini menjadi kelebihan koperasi berbasis syariah dengan koperasi simpan pinjam konvensional. Dalam menjalankan program pengabdian ini akan dilakukan dengan melakukan pendekatan metode; persiapan, pembelajaran, dan pendirian koperasi simpan pinjam dan pembiayaan syariah. Pengabdian masyarakat ini sangat membantu pondok pesantren Sabilussalam dalam pendirian Koperasi Simpan Pinjam dan Pembiayaan Syariah (KSPPS) yang dapat membantu kemandirian ekonomi pengurus pesantren dan masyarakat sekitar.   Kata kunci –pendampingan, penyuluhan, pendirian, koperasi simpan pinjam dan pembiayaan syariah, KSPPS

Abstract

Pendidikan Islam merupakan salah satu disiplin ilmu keislaman yang membahas objek-objek di seputar kependidikan Islam. Pemahaman hakikat Pendidikan Islam sebenarnya tercantum di dalam sejarah dan falsafah Islam sendiri, sebab setiap proses pendidikan tidak terlepas dari objek-objek keislaman. Filsafat pendidikan Islam adalah konsep berfikir tentang kependidikan yang bersumber atau berlandaskan pada ajaran Islam tentang kemampuan manusia untuk dapat dibina dan dikembangkan serta dibimbing menjadi manusia muslim yang seluruh pribadinya dijiwai oleh ajaran Islam. Kajian filosofis yang digunakan filsafat pendidikan Islam mengandung arti bahwa filsafat pendidikan Islam itu merupakan pemikiran yang mendalam, sistematik, radikal, dan universal dalam rangka mencari kebenaran, inti hakikat pendidikan Islam. Filsafat pendidikan Islam berdasarkan wahyu, tidak semata berpijak humanistik, tidak mengenal kebenaran terbatas, tapi universal. Berusaha mengembangkan pandangan yang integral dan mengintergralkan pandangan antara dunia dan akhirat sekaligus. Filsafat pendidikan Islam mengembangkan semua aspek kepribadian, mulai akal, intuisi, akal budi dan inderawi. Ide-ide filsafat pendidikan Islam selain bersifat teoritik juga realistik yang dapat diwujudkan dalam tingkah laku, dan mudah transformasikan dalam kehidupan. Padahal ini akan ada penjelasan yang menjelaskan seputar definisi, maca-m macam metode, prinsip dan tujuan pembelajaran yang ditinjau dari filsafat pendidikan agama islam selain itu juga banyak para ahli yang berpendapat terutama tentang definisi atau pengertian metode pembelajaran dan juga mengemukakan berbagai macam metode-metode pembelajaran yang akan dibahas disini.

Abstract

AbstractEnglish as a Foreign Language (EFL) has been introduced inseparably from its culture, either source culture, target culture, or international target culture. The integration of cultural contents in ELT (English Language Teaching) materials is strongly related to the current status of English. Being a global and common language, many recent theories suggest that the cultural contents of English materials should not be limited to native English speaking countries and should include local cultural contents. To this end, this research is intended at investigating the existence of cultural contents in an English textbook used by Senior High School students grade X in MAN 1 (Model) Lubuklinggau, entitled Talk Active. To this purpose, the media of cultural presentation, aspects of culture, categories of culture, and implications for language teaching were investigated. The method used in this study was content analysis. Some underlyingmodels proposed by Cortazzi and Jin (1999), Moran (2001), Yuen (2011), and Xiao (2011) were used as the main framework for analyzing the textbook. The investigation revealed that: (1) cultural contents were mostly presented through reading texts and pictures (56.5%) and (88.2%), (2) the dominant aspect of culture was products (33%), (3) the presented culture were mostly about source culture (30%), and (4) there were some strategies that can be applied that related to implications for language teaching. In summary, the exposures of visible cultural aspects of Indonesian culture which were presented through reading texts and pictures dominated the exposures of culture in Talk Active. Based on the findings, it is a need for textbook developers and teachers to provide a more balanced proportion of cultural contents in terms of the dimensions (products, persons, practices, perspectives) and categories of culture (source, target, and international target cultures) to help learners develop their intercultural understanding.Keywords: Language and Culture, Cultural Contents, English Textbook.

Abstract

Jumlah penduduk di Indonesia berdasarkan harian Kompas.com edisi 23 September 2014 yaitu penduduk perempuan berjumlah 50.88 persen dan penduduk laki-laki yaitu 49.12 persen. Berdasarkan sumber tersebut pertumbuhan populasi perempuan di Indonesia sudah baik, namun jika mengacu pada data yang peneliti dapat dari Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Riau pada Tahun 2007 hingga 2012 pertumbuhan populasi perempuan di Provinsi Riau lebih rendah dari pada laki laki. Pertumbuhan populasi perempuan merupakan hal penting yang harus diamati, mengingat peran perempuan yang salah satunya adalah menentukan perkembangan populasi manusia di masa depan, karena tanpa peranan perempuan populasi tersebut tidak akan dapat berkembang. Hal ini mendorong peneliti untuk memprediksi jumlah dan laju pertumbuhan populasi perempuan di Provinsi Riau pada Tahun 2017. Matriks Leslie merupakan suatu matriks yang digunakan untuk meramalkan jumlah dan laju pertumbuhan suatu populasi. Dengan mengaplikasikan matriks Leslie untuk memprediksi jumlah dan laju pertumbuhan perempuan di Provinsi Riau pada Tahun 2017 dapat disimpulkan bahwa jumlah populasi perempuan di Provinsi Riau pada Tahun 2017 cenderung mengalami peningkatan.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to improve communication skills and learning outcomes through the implementation of the Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) type cooperatif model in biology science learning for class VIII.2 students of SMP Negeri 34 Pekanbaru. This research was conducted from February to March 2020. The sample of this study was 36 students. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is carried out for 2 cycles each cycle with 3 meetings and I time UH. The instruments used are learning tools and data collection instruments. The parameters observed were written communication skills, oral communication skills, learning outcomes in the form of absorption, learning completeness, group rewards, and attitudes. The results of this study indicate that the average value of students’ written communication skills in the first cycle is 78,80 in the sufficient category and the second cycle increases to 87,45 in the good category. The average value of the absorption of students in the first cycle was 78,27 in the sufficient category and increased in the second cycle to 84 in the good category. Completeness of learning outcomes in the first cycle were 27 (75%) students who completed and in the second cycle increased by 34 (94,44%) students who completed. The average value of the attitude in the first cycle was 80,85 in the sufficient category and increased in the second cycle to 86,27 in the good category. The average value of oral communication skills in the first cycle was 79,19 in the sufficient category and increased in the second cycle to 86,56 in the category. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) type cooperatif model can impove communication skills and student learning outcomes in the Biology science subject class VIII.2 SMP Negeri 34 Pekanbaru in the 2019/2020 school year.Key Words: TSTS type cooperatif learning, Communication Skils, Leraning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to develop of based Lectora Inspire learning media on atomic structure and periodic system of the element for ten class of senior high school / islamic senior high school. The objects of this research is Lectora Inspire learning media designed in accordance with the KTSP curriculum competences. Lectora Inspire learning media consist of teaching materials and test materials in the form of sample questions and exercises which are equipped with feedback and evaluation with scoring Method of this research which is used by the researcher is Research and Development (RnD) with its development process using a model of ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation dan Evaluation). ADDIE model development research is conducted only up to the development phase, for the purpose of this research was limited to develop and produce a valid learning media to be implemented based on an assessment of validator. The research has been conducted for 5 months including lesson and learning media analysis phase, the design phase, the development phase which consists of product development and product validation. The instruments of this research are validity questioners for lesson and media expert which includes the designing aspect, pedagogical aspects, aspects of content and aspects of the ease of use that was given to 10 validators that is 3 lesson expert and 7 media expert matter experts. At the development phase is condusted 2 times validity phase. The result of this research shows that validity obtained percentage scoring average of 87.20% with a valid category. Based on the result and discussion can be concluded that Lectora Inspire learning media which are developed on atomic structure and periodic system are valid for use in chemistry learning for ten class of senior high school / islamic senior high school.Keywords : Computer Based Learning, Lectora Inspire, Atomic Structure and Periodic System of The Element

Abstract

The objective of community service that is held in Kedung Rukem Village, Gresik Regency is empowerment for community that produce opak jepit for enhancing their production capacity. In addition, it is also directed to give training for mitra to perfome both income and expense records in order to enable to count their cost of good manufactured and gained profits. The methodology applied in this community service was training and mentoring. The target participants are  womens who produce opak jepit and promote their products which are under nine micro small medium enterprises (MSMEs). The materials given in the training covers community empowerment through Community Partnership Program (PKM), implementation of appropriate technology (TTG) to enhance both production capacity and product quality, improvement of entrepreneurial spirit, and easy way to determine cost of good manufactured and peforming financial recording. Meanwhile, mentoring was done by visiting one by one of MSMEs and delivering guidance in operating machine, how to pack an interesting product and assisting to make income and expense records (cash flow) so that it can be known the profit gained by business womens of opak jepit. The result of this community service is improvement of sales because of product capacity improvement, product quality improvement in terms of packaging and skill in compiling income and expense records.   Keywords : TTG,  production capacity,  product quality, simple-financial-reportingÂ
