Abstract

Penerapan teknologi dalam bisnis peternakan kambing memberikan dampak signifikan pada peningkatan efisiensi operasional, produktivitas, dan kesejahteraan hewan. Studi ini mengeksplorasi berbagai teknologi yang telah diterapkan dalam peternakan kambing, seperti sistem manajemen ternak berbasis digital, pemantauan kesehatan menggunakan sensor, dan sistem pakan otomatis. Selain itu, studi ini juga menggarisbawahi pentingnya pelatihan dan edukasi bagi peternak untuk memastikan penggunaan teknologi yang optimal. Hasil implementasi teknologi di beberapa studi kasus di Indonesia menunjukkan peningkatan produktivitas, pengelolaan kesehatan yang lebih baik, dan efisiensi produksi. Rekomendasi untuk implementasi lebih lanjut mencakup pengembangan teknologi berkelanjutan, pelatihan rutin, dukungan teknis, dan kolaborasi dengan peneliti.

Abstract

Abstract- The low level of financial satisfaction of Generation Z will make them stressed about their future. This study aims to improve the financial satisfaction of Generation Z with Multiple Linear Regression and Regression Models with interaction supply chain strategies. Samples were used as many as 246 respondents from 263 questionnaires distributed in Pekanbaru City using convenience and purposive sampling methods, namely the Generation Z age criteria. The results showed that in the first model there was a significant influence of Financial Behavior and Financial Knowledge partially on Financial Satisfaction. While the insignificant influence is partially affected by Financial Attitude and Financial Literacy on Financial Satisfaction. While the second research model shows that there is a significant influence on Financial Knowledge and Financial Literacy partially on Financial Satisfaction, while the insignificant influence is on the influence of Financial Attitude and Financial Behavior partially on Financial Satisfaction. The second model also uses supply chain strategies where Financial Knowledge is used as a moderator. The results show there is a significant influence of Financial Literacy on Financial Satisfaction but there is no significant effect of Financial Attitude and Financial Behavior partially on Financial Satisfaction. The first research model provides a better explanation than the second model. Both models show the significant influence of Financial Knowledge. Increasing Financial Knowledge and Financial Literacy through education will be very beneficial for Generation Z for their Financial Satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aimed to look into the effects of corporate social responsibility and good corporate governance on corporate value. In this study, which looked at three independent variables on corporate value, researchers used financial performance as a moderating variable. Secondary data sources for this study have been gathered from the IDX (Indonesian Stock Exchange) for the period 2018-2022, with manufacturing enterprises serving as the sample. This research was carried out utilizing WarpPLS, a data analysis method that employs partial least squares. Corporate social responsibility and good corporate governance boost the value of a corporation. The influence of corporate social responsibility and good corporate governance on corporate value can be moderated by financial performance. Corporations may enhance the way they perform to provide better value and raise stock returns. The study's findings can be used by investors to make informed investment decisions. Corporate social responsibility and good corporate governance policies are one approach for the company to provide a favorable signal to stakeholders and the market about its future survival prospects. Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of green intellectual capital on financial performance. Researchers employ good corporate governance as a moderating element in studies that examine the impact of green intellectual capital on financial performance. Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) that participated in the PROPER assessment for the 2019-2022 term are the secondary data sources for this research. This study was carried out with WarpPLS, which employs the partial least squares data analysis method. Green intellectual capital improves financial performance. The impact of green intellectual capital on financial performance can be moderated by good corporate governance. Many investors and stakeholders are currently excited about the prospects of green intellectual capital and good corporate governance. Investors can pay attention to companies that reveal more information than is required by law as a prerequisite, allowing them to receive as much information as they need to decide whether to continue investing or start investing in lucrative companies or not. The government can conduct a thorough examination of the influence of green intellectual capital on corporate performance and assist in the development of new green intellectual capital rules.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of world gold price, world oil price, rupiah–dollar exchange rate, dow Jones index, and inflation in predicting the composite stock price index for 2017 – 2021. The analytical methods used are SPSS software and SmartPLS software. The result of this study showed that the dow Jones Index significantly affects the composite stock price index. World gold price, world oil price, rupiah–dollar exchange rate, and inflation were insignificant in explaining the composite stock price index. The coefficient of determination is 64,7%. It shows that 64,7% variation of the dependent variable can be explained by the variation of five independent variables in this research, while the rest of 32,6% explained by the other variables that are not scrutinized in this study. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga emas dunia, harga minyak dunia, nilai tukar rupiah – dollar, indeks dow jones, dan inflasi dalam memprediksi indeks harga saham gabungan periode 2017 – 2021. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah aplikasi SPSS dan aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa indeks dow jones berpengaruh signifikan terhadap indeks harga saham gabungan. Harga emas dunia, harga minyak dunia, nilai tukar rupiah – dollar, dan inflasi tidak signifikan dalam menjelaskan indeks harga saham gabungan. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 64,7%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa 64,7% variasi variabel dependen dapat dijelaskan oleh variasi kelima variabel independen dalam penelitian ini, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 32,6% dijelaskan oleh variabel – variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology gave birth to digital banking, better known as digital banking. How to prepare Islamic banks to take opportunities and challenges in the digital era. Sharia banking in the city of Pekanbaru is experiencing a period of digitalization. This study uses a qualitative method as a phenomenological approach to identify opportunities and challenges for Islamic banks in the digital banking era. Information is aggregated through monitoring, debriefing, and voting. The results of this research create opportunities and challenges experienced by Islamic banks in the digital era, namely; 1) the relief experienced after the emergence of digital banking began as a relief for doing business without having to attend the bank directly. 2) Digital banking is a Sharia design based on the Islamic religion which is far from usury. 3) Accelerate the activities of Islamic banks in Malay, the customers. The challenges experienced by Islamic banks in the digital banking era were due to the high level of competition as conventional banks and the slow internet network which was always neglected. Perkembangan teknologi yang pesat melahirkan perbankan digital atau lebih dikenal dengan digital banking. Bagaimana mempersiapkan bank syariah dalam mengambil peluang dan tantangan di era digital. Perbankan syariah di kota Pekanbaru sedang mengalami masa digitalisasi. Penelitian ini memakai tata cara kualitatif sebagai pendekatan fenomenologis untuk mengenali kesempatan serta tantangan bank syariah di masa perbankan digital. Informasi digabungkan lewat pemantauan, tanya jawab, serta pemilihan. Hasil riset ini menciptakan kesempatan serta tantangan yang dialami bank syariah di masa digital, ialah; 1) keringanan yang dialami sesudah timbulnya digital banking dimulai sebagai keringanan berbisnis tanpa wajib menghadiri bank langsung. 2) Perbankan digital ialah rancangan syariah bersumber pada anutan agama Islam yang jauh dari riba. 3) Memesatkan aktivitas bank syariah di Melayu ini nasabahnya. Tantangan yang dirasakan bank syariah di masa perbankan digital ini diakibatkan tingginya tingkatan kompetisi sebagai bank konvensional serta lambatnya jaringan internet yang senantiasa terabaikan.

Abstract

This study aims to partially and simultaneously analyze the effect of customer satisfaction, product quality, and price on customer loyalty at CV Riau Bangunan Pekanbaru. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 21 application, with a sample of 100 customers at CV Riau Bangunan Pekanbaru. The results of the research overall variable customer satisfaction and product quality affect customer loyalty at CV Riau Bangunan Pekanbaru. At the same time, price has a negative effect on customer loyalty at CV Riau Bangunan Pekanbaru. Customer satisfaction, product quality, and price have contributed 81.7% to the customer loyalty variable, although there is still an 18.3% influence on other factors not included in the study.

Abstract

In today's dynamic business environment, the accuracy and efficiency of financial data processing are paramount for organizational success. Accounting Information Systems (AIS) have emerged as critical tools that integrate traditional accounting practices with advanced information technology, offering businesses a structured mechanism for collecting, processing, and reporting financial information. This study examines the significance of AIS by reviewing existing literature and employing a mixed-methods approach, including surveys, interviews, and case studies, to assess its effectiveness. The findings indicate that while AIS significantly improves financial reporting accuracy, efficiency, and decision-making, its successful implementation depends on overcoming challenges such as high initial costs, employee resistance, and the need for continuous training. The study concludes by offering practical recommendations for optimizing AIS implementation and suggests areas for ongoing system evaluation and improvement.

Abstract

The main aim of the research is to detail the relationship between digital technology adoption and corporate performance indicators, paying particular attention to the way digital culture plays a key moderating role in this process. This research was conducted qualitatively through surveys and interviews. The informants used in this research were 3 informants. Survey and interview results show a large variety of answers from informants. From the results of the interviews, the dimensions and indicators forming the variables of digital technology, digital culture, and digital performance were obtained. A deep understanding of the complex relationship between digital technology, company performance, and digital culture is a key foundation for developing effective strategies. Digital technology influences digital performance, digital culture influences digital performance, and digital culture moderates the influence of digital technology on digital performance, respectively qualitatively. Companies are recommended to provide in-depth education and training to employees on the use of digital technology and its impact on company culture. Encourage employee acceptance and active involvement in digital transformation.

Abstract

Audit reputation is a vital component of the financial reporting ecosystem, significantly influencing stakeholder trust and confidence in audited financial statements. This qualitative study explores the multifaceted nature of audit reputation, examining how it is shaped by factors such as audit quality, ethical behavior, auditor independence, crisis management, and firm size. Through a case study approach involving in-depth interviews with key stakeholders and document analysis, the research provides insights into how audit reputation is perceived and managed within the industry. The findings highlight the critical importance of maintaining a strong audit reputation for the success and sustainability of audit firms. The study concludes with practical recommendations for audit firms to enhance their reputation, ensuring continued stakeholder trust and confidence.
