Abstract

Madrasah as one educational institution has a role in implementing character-based education. In order for the education to be carried out later to meet the expectations that have been proclaimed, it must be formulated early on how management or management should be done. For that reason, in this paper will be discussed specifically about the management of madrasah in organizing character-based education. Character-based madrasah management is the management of madrasah that always prioritizes the principles of fairness, integrity, honesty, dignity, service, quality, and growth in every component of its management.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan e-book biologi berbasis konstruktivistik untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa SMA kelas XI. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan model ADDIE. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa SMAN 3 makassar kelas XI dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 22 orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Agustus 2019. Instrumen yang dikembangkan berupa instrumen validitas e-book biologi berbasis konstruktivistik, Instrumen motivasi belajar siswa, Instrumen respon guru dan siswa. E-book biologi dikembangkan berdasarkan prinsip konstruktivistik : (1) learning personalization, (2) reflective thinking, (3) problem solving and investigation, (4) relevance to daily-life, (5) collaborative learning, (6) discussion, dan (7) teacher scaffolding. E-book yang dikembangkan menggunakan software flipcreator dengan menambahkan media berupa gambar, video dan animasi. E-book yang dikembangkan kemudian diuji validitas hingga dinyatakan valid oleh validator lalu diimplementasikan untuk mengetahui respon siswa dan guru serta efektifitas dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-book biologi konstruktivistik yang dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria kevalidan (4,3), kepraktisan (66,67 %) dan efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa hal ini ditandai dengan meningkatnya aspek perhatian, relevansi, keyakinan dan kepuasan sebagai faktor persepsional motivasi.

Abstract

Aceh is an area in Indonesia which is rich in classical and modern arttreasures, in the form of literary arts, music, dance, and fine arts. Thisresearch specifically aims to uncover, study, and analyze holistically thevalues of guidance in applied arts in Aceh in the form of Rumoh Acehsemiotic analysis. This research method is qualitative-descriptive using anethnographic approach with semiotic analysis techniques. The data of thisstudy were collected through primary sources (in the form of rumoh Aceharchitecture) and secondary, in the form of literature related to thediscussion of this study. The results of the study show: First, rumoh Aceh isan applied art of applied Acehnese society that has practical, aesthetic, andethical uses. Second, rumoh Aceh is an object of applied art that is loadedwith guidance values based on local wisdom in the life of the people ofAceh. Third, the guidance values found in the rumoh Aceh, namelyenvironmentally friendly, disaster mitigation, family resilience,spirituality, and harmony.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal, study, and analyze holistically the values of guidance in Hadih Madja. This research method is qualitative with content analysis techniques. The data of this study were collected through primary sources (a collection of hadih madja) and secondary, namely the literature related to the discussion of this study. The results showed: First, Hadih Madja is an oral literature that contains advice, lessons, wisdom, and moral values in the life of the people of Aceh, including law, religion, social, customs, education, counseling, political guidance, and heroism. Secondly, the values of guidance in Hadih Madja are values that can be a reference, reference, and moral source for modern Acehnese society. Third, there are some guidance values in Hadih Madja, namely, the value of religiosity, never giving up, courage, trust, altruism, patience, and love for the motherland.

Abstract

Aceh merupakan satu wilayah di Indonesia yang kaya dengan khazanah kesenian baik klasik maupun modern, berupa seni sastra, seni musik, seni tari, dan seni rupa. Penelitian ini secara spesifik bertujuan untuk mengungkap, mengkaji, dan menganalisa secara holistik nilai-nilai bimbingan pada seni rupa terapan Aceh berupa analisis semiotika rumoh Aceh. Metode penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif-deskriptif menggunakan pendekatan etnografi dengan teknik analisis semiotika (semiotic analysis). Data-data penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui sumber primer (berupa arsitektur rumoh Aceh) dan sekunder, berupa literatur yang terkait dengan pembahasan penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: Pertama, rumoh Aceh merupakan satu seni rupa terapan (applied art) masyarakat Aceh yang memiliki kegunaan praktis, estetis, dan etis. Kedua, rumoh Aceh merupakan objek seni rupa terapan yang sarat dengan nilai-nilai bimbingan (guidance of values) berbasis kearifan lokal (local wisdom) dalam kehidupan masyarakat Aceh. Ketiga, nilai-nilai bimbingan yang terdapat pada rumoh Aceh, yaitu ramah lingkungan, mitigasi bencana, ketahanan keluarga, spiritualitas, dan guyub.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang pengatur kecepatan motor DC dengan menggunakan sensor infra merah, dan untuk menguji hasil perancangan dengan meggunakan metode pengujian langsung. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode perancangan. Metode perancangan bertujuan untuk membuat desain perancangan. Kemudian metode penelitian dilakukan melalui studi pustaka dan studi literatur. Setelah melakukan perancangan perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak maka langkah berikutnya adalah melakukan uji coba alat menggunakan Remote Infra merah sebagai pengatur kecepatan motor DC, dimana LCD akan menampilkan status motor DC. Dari hasil perancangan serta pembuatan prototype pengatur kecepatan motor DC dapat di simpulkan bahwa alat ini dapat menjadi sarana dalam menerapkan ilmu yang telah diperoleh selama kuliah untuk mengembangkan IPTEK, dan juga merupakan proses belajar secara nyata. Dan dapat diterapkan dalam dunia perindustrian untuk mempermudah dalam penggunaan alat-alat industri yang menggunakan motor DC.

Abstract

Ice breaking merupakan suatu kegiatan yang sederhana, ringan, dan ringkas yang berfungsi mengubah suasana kebekuan, kekakuan, rasa bosan atau mengantuk dalam pembelajaran. Dengan adanya ice breaking dapat membangun suasana belajar menjadi  semangat, santai dan antusias. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ice breaking terhadap hasil belajar pada pembelajaran tematik siswa kelas IV SDN 1 Simpang Ulim Aceh Timur. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif, jenis penelitian True Eksperimen dan bentuk desainnya Posttest Only Control Design. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes kognitif. Analisis data menggunakan uji hipotesis uji-t. Berdasarkan hasil rata-rata tes akhir siswa kelas eksperimen yaitu 80,1 lebih tinggi daripada nilai rata-rata kelas kontrol yaitu 73,75. Hasil belajar kelas eksperimen lebih baik dibandingkan dengan hasil belajar kelas kontrol. Secara perhitungan pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji-t berdasarkan pada taraf signifikan α = 0,05 dengan daftar distribusi t dengan 𝑡(1−𝛼)(𝑑𝑘) = 𝑡(1−0,05)(46) = 𝑡(0,95)(46)= 1,67 sedangkan 𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑡𝑢𝑛𝑔 = 1,80 jadi, 𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑡𝑢𝑛𝑔 > 𝑡𝑡𝑎𝑏𝑒𝑙 . Maka 𝐻0 ditolak dan 𝐻1 diterima dengan demikian hipoesis dalam penelitian ini menyatakan “terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan ice breaking terhadap hasil belajar pada pembelajaran tematik siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 1 Simpang Ulim”, dapat diterima. Oleh karena itu disarankan kepada setiap guru untuk melaksanakan ice breaking dalam pembelajaran sebagai salah satu strategi dalam pembelajaran aktif.

Abstract

Abstract.  This Research and Development (R and D) concerns on learning media development that can be used as an alternative learning source of booklet on the subject of animal world sub chapter arthropoda. The R and D’s model used Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate (ADDIE). Validity test obtained from two expert validators and Practicality test obtained from the using of media by teacher and students. The Develop stage of this study conducted by validating e-magazine for further be implemented on SMAN 5 Jeneponto, Class of X MIA3. The number of subjects comprised of 35 students. Data collected from interview, observation and questionnaire. The result of validity test showed the average of media feasibility percentage is  85%. While the subject matter feasibility gained 86%. Both of these result showed very decent category which was meant that the media is feasible to be used. The average of teacher and students respond gained 91% and 89,2 % respectively toward positive respond. From the point of feasibility which had been evaluated by validity and practical test, this study can be conclude that booklet is valid and practice learning media to be implemented in learning process. Abstract

Abstract. Teaching materials for electronic blood circulation systems based on electronic books were developed based on the lack of learning resources and media available in schools. This product development will make students learn independently and use learning resources that can be used anytime and anywhere. This study aims to produce products in the form of teaching materials for electronic bookbased circulatory systems in which there are media in the form of text, images, videos, virtual labs that are done through e-learning media (bioedukasi.com) and are valid. Electronic book-based teaching material developed using the Kvisoft application so that the display of teaching materials is like a printed book in general. The fundamental differences in teaching materials developed have a variety of media in the form of videos that can be played directly in teaching materials. The development research model conducted refers to the four D (4D) model initiated by Thiagarajan. Model four D (4D) consists of the defining stage (define), the design phase (design), the stage of development (develop) and the stage of deployment (disseminate). Based on the research results obtained that the product in the form of teaching materials based on electronic books and e-learning media (bioedukasi.com) is valid. The valid value of the teaching material obtained is 4.36 while the valid value of e-learning is 4.43. The two products produced are valid so it is feasible to use. Abstract

Abstract.The research model used is Research and Development (R & D) which aims to produce flipbook-based electronic teaching materials that are integrated with valid curriculum and content standards. The subjects of this study were 2 persons biology teacher, and thirty-one students in class XI SMA 3 Makassar. This research was carried out by using the modification of the ADDIE development model which consisted of the stages of Analyze, Design, Dvevelopment, Implementation, and Evaluation. The data collected is data on the results of the flipbook-based electronic teaching material validation obtained from media and material expert validation questionnaires, the practicality obtained from the questionnaire tested through students and teachers, and the results of effectiveness obtained from the metacognitive awareness questionnaire and test results filled by students of class XI MIA 1 SMA Negeri 3 Makassar. Data obtained from the results of the study were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis. Flipbook-based electronic teaching materials. developed has several components such as learning material, animation and learning videos, pictures, practice questions, and evaluation questions. The results of the study show that the average value of the total validity of flipbook-based electronic teaching materials as a whole is in the very valid category (4.59). The overall student response is in a very practical category (4.14). Teacher response is in a very practical category (4.28). The overall metacognition awareness of students is in the good category (3.97). Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the flipbook-based electronic teaching material for class XI high school studied has a high level of validity.Keywords:learning materials, e-books, metacognitive, development.
