Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Provinsi Aceh dengan tujuan membahas peran perguruan tinggi swasta dalam keikutsertaan membangun perekonomian negara melalui sosialisasi social distancing dalam mendukung pemerintah di masa new normal pandemi Covid 19. Data penelitian diperoleh dari informasi media masa, internet, laporan tim percepatan pemulihan covid 19 dan wawancara langsung dengan berbagai sumber yang berkompeten. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis SWOT sebagai pertimbangan dalam mengambil keputusan. Dari hasil penelusuran yang telah dilakukan oleh perguruan tinggi swasta terhadap social distancing, tindakan percepatan yang tepat dilakukan oleh perguruan tinggi dalam menekan naiknya angka terjangkit pandemi Covid 19 terhadap masyarakat pelajar adalah dengan menambah jam mengajar dosen mengisi kegiatan tambahan bagi mahasiswa berupa pendidikan secara daring tentang bahaya pandemi Covid 19. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini dalam mendukung pemerintah untuk mempercepat penanganan pemutusan mata rantai pandemi Covid 19, perguruan tinggi swasta di Provinsi Aceh mengambil langkah serentak untuk menghentikan seluruh kegiatan mahasiswa di kampus dan menggantikannya dengan kuliah dalam jaringan atau secara online baik menggunakan aplikasi zoom sebagai ganti tatap muka dan berbantu aplikasi media pembelajaran jarak jauh. Untuk itu pemerintah wajib memberi subsidi bahaya pandemi Covid 19 kepada perguruan tinggi swasta dalam mempertahankan eksistensinya di dunia pendidikan selama era new normal

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk melatih para guru dalam  peningkatan hasil belajar  Pelatihan Kewirausahaan Produksi Obat  Anti Infeksi Kuku melalui Pemanfaatan Bahan Tradisional Berkearifan Lokal Sebagai Literasi Budaya di Sekolah Dasar.  Adapun tahap dalam pengolahan obat tradisional anti infeksi kuku mengukuti proses meliputi tahap pertama,  dilakukan pencarian bahan di sekitar tempat tinggal.   Bahan yang digunakan dapat berupa tumbuhan sering ditemui di pinggir jalan.    Tumbuhan tersebut mengandung khasiat yang tidak diduga dapat menyembuhkan penyakit kulit infeksi kuku.  Pada tahap kedua,  dilakukan pencucian dan pengeringan.   Tumbuhan yang diambil dari luar harus dicuci terlebih dahulu karena tumbuh di lingkungan sekitar tanpa ada pemuliaan tanaman.   Sehingga jika tidak dicuci,  dikhawatirkan masih ada bakteri lain yang menepel pada tumbuhan tersebut yang tidak diketahui spesifikasinya bakal dapat membahayakan.   Pada tahap ketiga, dilakukan penumbukan. Pada tahap ini semua bahan dimasukkan kedalam lesung untuk dilakukan pengahalusan ukuran bahan dari wujud semula menjadi potongan kecil yang bercampur semua bahan.          Pada tahap keempat,  bahan yang telah mengalami percampuran dalam satu gumpalan masih perlu dihaluskan lagi dengan batu giling.   Semua gumpalan diletakkan diposisi awal dan diakhir dari penggiringan digeser ke depan supaya tidak tercampur lagi antara masukan dan luaran.   Pada tahap kelima dilakukan proses pembentukan wujud akhir.  Produksi obat tradisional dianggap sudah berhasil bila telah mencapai proses ini dan sudah bisa dipakai langsung apa bila kebelulan ada pasien yang berada di sampingnya.  Namun jika ingin dipakai di waktu yang berbeda, maka diperlukan tahap selanjutnya yaitu proses pengeringan.           tahap keenam,  para pelaku dapat melakukan pembentukan dengan menambah tepung beras putih pada adonan untuk dibuat bentuk sesuai dengan kreasi.              Pada tahap ketujuh dapat dilakukan proses pengeringan.  Pada saat matahari terbit, dapat dilakukan proses penjemuran di halaman sekolah.  Hasil yang didapat dalam pengabdian ini adalah obat tradisional anti infeksi kuku yang dapat digunakan kapan saja diperlukan dengan melarutkan terlebih dahulu kedalam air hangat yang kemudian dapat ditempel pada bagian yang terkena infeksi kuku lalu dibalut dengan kain perban steril.

Abstract

Penciptaan produk kewirausahaan yang menggunakan bahan dasar dari lingkungan sekitar dan perlakuan tradisional terhadap produksi barang merupakan usaha yang dapat dikatakan literasi budaya. Kegiatan ini sangat baik dipraktekkan kepada peserta didik sekolah dasar dalam menanamkan jiwa kecintaan terhadap leluhur dan tradisi budaya daerah. Kegiatan ini dilakukan oleh SDN Geu Gajah dalam mendidik anak untuk melestarikan budaya bangsa. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan literasi budaya dan menanamkan jiwa cinta kepada leluhur melalui produk kewirausahaan berbasis bahan dasar tumbuhan yang tumbuh di perkarangan. Bahan yang digunakan adalah beras putih, daun jeruk purut, bunga kenanga, kencur, kunyit, air. Peralatan yang digunakan adalah lesung lengkap dengan tongkat penumbuk dan batu giling lengkap dengan penggiling tradisional. Adapun tahap dalam pengolahan meliputi pertama, identifikasi tumbuhan lingkungan sekitar yang dapat digunakan sebagai bahan baku tradisional bedak dingin. Tahap kedua, melakukan pencucian seluruh bahan baku yang akan dipakai dalam produksi. Tahap ketiga, melakukan proses produksi meliputi penumbukan kasar dan penghalusan bahan. Tahap keempat, melakukan pembentukan wujud bedak dingin, Tahap kelima melakukan pengeringan. Hasil didapat dalam pengabdian ini adalah sebuah padatan bedak dingin yang dapat dipakai setiap saat dengan merubah wujud dari padat menjadi cair untuk dioleskan merata pada bagian tubuh.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis perbandingan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di SDN 2 Tijue dengan SDN 2 Teubeng, dampak implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka terhadap mutu sekolah di SDN 2 Tijue dan SDN 2 Teubeng serta kendala implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di SDN 2 Tijue dan SDN 2 Teubeng. Metode penelitian bersifat kualitatif dengan jenis deskripsi. Informan kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, wakil kurikulum, guru dan guru penggerak. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Perbandingan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka terlihat pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran dimana SDN 2 Tijue selain pelaksaan P5 yang sudah dilakukan dalam berbagai bidang, juga menjalankan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, Sedangkan di SDN 2 Teubeng implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka masih terlihat minim dan lebih memfokuskan pada penerapan. Dampak implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka terhadap mutu sekolah ialah meningkatkan prestasi dan kompetensi kinerja elemen sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a statistically significant difference between students who get social science field instruction using ICT and those who receive science natural field instruction without using ICT. Quantitative research is used in the conduct of this study. This study's methodology is a quasi-experiment. This design treats the experimental group while doing nothing for the control group. The purpose of this treatment is to test the effects of a certain treatment. The pupils at SD Negeri Keune in fifth grade during the academic year 2022–2023 make up the population of this study. There are 48 students in total, divided into the courses V1 and V2, which total 48. Since there were only two fifth grade classes, those pupils were used as the sample for this study, with class V2 students serving as the experiment group and class V1 children serving as the control group. Each cohort included 24 pupils. The Mann-Whitney test was used to examine the obtained data. The Mann-Whitney test result reveals that the Mann-Whitney U test's Sig. (2-tailed) value is 0.000. It indicates that using ICT to teach social science to SD Negeri Pucok Pulu fifth graders has been successful in enhancing the students' capacity to master the subject.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the validity of the entrepreneurship module integrated spatial culture based project best learning. The research was carried out in Banda Aceh City and Greater Aceh District. This research is developmental research. As far as the stages undertaken in this research include the collection of information, data collection, preparation of teaching modules, small-scale trial tests, material development, module preparation, first field trial, revision of the first module, second field test, second module revision, finalisation of the module. This study concluded that the validation from a linguist indicates an excellent level of validation. The validation of a material expert indicates a very good level of validation. The level of practicality of this module could have been tested by two users where the results showed very practical for implementation. The recommendation of this research is the need to implement existing material on the teaching module to cultivate entrepreneurial interest in creating new edupreneurs.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of supervision of school principals on the quality of learning in Cluster 23 Lambheu, Darul Imarah District, Aceh Besar. The research used used a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this research consist of interviews, questionnaires (questionnaires), observations (observations). The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis conducted using the help of the SPSS program version 20. The results of the study proved that the academic supervision of the principal had a significant influence on the quality of teacher learning in Cluster 23 Lambheu Darul Imarah Aceh Besar by 24.5%. Teacher performance has a significant influence on the quality of teacher learning services in Cluster 23 Lambheu Darul Imarah Aceh Besar by 20.4%. The academic supervision of the principal and teacher performance together have a significant influence on the quality of teacher learning by 39.9%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of based management and analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the principal's strategy towards the implementation of school-based management. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative. Data were collected through observation and interviews. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis with stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research results show that the SWOT analysis can be understood; Strength at State Junior High School 1 Darul Imarah, each member of the school has their own advantages, as the main capital for the school. Meanwhile, Darul Imarah State Junior High School 2 can collaborate, build communication, and share with each other. Weaknesses at State Junior High School 1 Darul principal in implementing School Based Management are still not optimal, because there are still many things that need to be considered, various learning media have not been fulfilled because there are still many other needs that must be prioritized. Opportunities for State Junior High School 1 Darul Imarah are the level of success in producing a quality generation and being able to compete to enter well-known schools. State Junior High School 2 Darul Imarah provided a positive response from every school member, information, and outreach regarding educational programs. Threats of Darul Imarah State Junior High School 1 still have many programs that have not been achieved. Meanwhile, at State Junior High School 2 Darul Imarah there are still several school members who raise pros and cons regarding the rules that have been set

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the example of the principal, teacher discipline and the principal's contribution in improving teacher discipline at SD Keci Aneuk Bate. This research method uses qualitative methods. Data collection through direct observation and interviews with resource persons. Data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that the principal's attendance at SD Aneuk Bate followed the rules of timely arrival and on time to leave even though it was outside the applicable time. SD Aneuk Bate is very wise in action, able to solve problems in school, confident in practicing, simple in character, but respected by his subordinates. The Principal of SD Aneuk Bate is very concerned about the problems faced by teachers and teaching staff and the Principal of SD Aneuk Bate is also very dedicated and responsible as a leader in carrying out his duties. The discipline of teachers at SD Aneuk Bate is well carried out in terms of compliance with laws and regulations, punctuality, and firm character. This is demonstrated by compliance and enforcement of regulations that can make farmers eligible. The principal's example in improving teacher discipline is well carried out so that he can be an example for his subordinates

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of academic supervision and managerial leadership of school principals on the work motivation of elementary school teachers in Kuta Cot Glie District, Aceh Besar Regency. This research uses survey research methods. Hypothesis testing uses simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis (R), determination analysis (R2), and combined regression coefficient test (F test). The results of the research are that there is a significant influence between academic supervision on teacher work motivation in Kuta Cot Glie District, Aceh Besar Regency; there is a significant influence between the managerial leadership of school principals on teacher work motivation in Kuta Cot Glie District, Aceh Besar Regency; there is a significant influence between the principal's academic supervision and managerial leadership on teacher work motivation at the State Elementary School, Indrapuri District, Aceh Besar Regency; The contribution of academic supervision to teacher work motivation was 38.8%; the contribution of the principal's managerial influence to teacher work motivation was 51.3%; The contribution of the influence of Principal Leadership and School Teacher Work Motivation on Student Learning Achievement is 57.8%
