Abstract

This study aimed to measure the effect of work-family conflict and social support (supervisor, peer, and family support) on the work performance of the female employees of two private companies in Indonesia. Data collection was done by simple random sampling of 145 population of female employees. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 123 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that work-family conflict have a (negative) significant effect on work performance, peer support and supervisor support have a (positive) significant effect on work performance. Meanwhile, family support has not a significant effect on work performance. This new research proposed a model for building work performance among the private company employees in Indonesia through enhancing social support and manage work-family conflict.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship of transformational leadership, motivation, and self-efficacy to the Head of homeschooling performance. This research method is quantitative with data processing tools using SPSS software. Data were obtained through the distribution of online questionnaires to 212 homeschooling teachers in Tangerang who were selected using the simple random sampling method. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that transformational leadership has a positive effect on the head of homeschooling performance, motivation has a positive effect on the head of homeschooling performance, self-efficacy has a positive effect on the head of homeschooling performance and transformational leadership, motivation, and self-efficacy simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the head of homeschooling performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between transformational leadership, competency, and self-efficacy on the performance of elementary school teachers. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of information technology adoption on knowledge sharing intention by involving the leadership style variable as a mediator. The sample of this research was taken from 102 lecturers of a private university in Indonesia using a simple random sampling technique and using SEM (Structural Equation Model) with SmartPLS version 3.0 software as a statistical tool. The results of this study indicate that information technology adoption has a positive and significant effect on knowledge sharing intention, either directly or through leadership style mediation. Therefore, leadership style can be a variable mediator that strengthens the influence of information technology adoption on knowledge sharing intention.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of brand leadership (consisting of the dimensions of quality, value, innovation, and popularity) perceived by consumers of an e-commerce website on customer satisfaction among private college students. The sample of this research was taken from 1026 students using a simple random sampling technique and using SEM (Structural Equation Model) with SmartPLS software version 3.0 as a statistical tool. The results of this study indicate that all dimensions of brand leadership have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The quality dimension has the most influence to drive customer satisfaction on e-commerce sites. Then followed by the dimensions of value, innovation, and popularity. The study notes that consumers have logical opinions on leading brands even when they are not yet popular. Online reviews and word-of-mouth reviews can be used to increase brand popularity based on the best product quality.

Abstract

The results of this study indicate that all dimensions of brand leadership have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Likewise, the customer satisfaction variable has a positive and very significant effect on repurchase intention among respondent students. The quality dimension has the greatest influence on increasing customer satisfaction on e-commerce sites. Then followed by the dimensions of value, innovation, and popularity dimensions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, teaching factory program (TEFA) & the competence of creative products and vocational school entrepreneurship. Respondents in this study were 453 students of the Vocational school program. Data was collected using primary data, namely a questionnaire about the teaching factory program, interest in entrepreneurship which was distributed to respondents online using social media. Data analysis used path analysis with SPSS software data processing tools. The results of the path analysis of the teaching factory program have a direct positive effect on the competence of creative and entrepreneurial products. The teaching factory program has a direct effect on students' interest in entrepreneurship. Creative product competence and entrepreneurship have a direct positive effect on entrepreneurial interest. With this research, schools should further improve the existing teaching factory program so that it can improve student competence and can also increase students' interest in entrepreneurship.
