Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of supervision, discipline and work environment on employee work productivity at VIT Furniture, partially and simultaneously. The results of observations shown that most of the employees often arrive late, often permit during work hours and the work environment is uncomfortable. The research approach used a quantitative descriptive approach, the research sampling technique used a saturated sample, with 40 respondents and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The conclusion of this study is that there is a partial influence between supervision, discipline and work environment on work productivity. And there is a significant effect simultaneously between supervision, discipline, and work environment on work productivity.

Abstract

Tujuan riset ini mengelompokkan persediaan produk santapan hewan yang dijual memakai metode ABC, yang berikutnya memastikan besar Safety Stock serta reorder poin, untuk produk yang masuk kelas A. Toko Queen berupaya meminimalkan tiap biaya yang hendak dikeluarkan, semacam item Cost, Ordering Cost serta Stockout Cost. Riset ini dilatar belakangi oleh hasil observasi dari periset, bahwa pengendalian persediaan santapan hewan pada Toko Queen belum dikelola dengan efisien. Perihal ini kerap terjadi keterlambatan pengiriman barang serta kehabisan stok barang. Hasil dari riset ini menampilkan produk santapan hewan yang masuk dalam klasifikasi kelas A sebanyak 26 produk, kelas B sebanyak 15 produk serta kelas C sebanyak 14 produk, serta Safety Stock produk kelas A yang sangat besar merupakan produk Bolt Tuna 1, 2 kilogram dan terendah pada produk Cat Dry Cat Food Meo Salmon Segar Pack 7 kilogram. Reorder Point produk kelas A, paling tinggi pada produk Bolt Tuna 1. 2kg serta terendah pada produk Ori Cat 2kg.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan konsumen Hotel Lotus Garden dan Resort, ditinjau dari prediktor harga, fasilitas dan pelayanan. Tingkat kepuasan diukur dengan membandingkan nilai harapan dan nilai kepuasan yang diterima konsumen, selanjutnya dianalisis kedudukannya pada diagram scatter. Pendekatan riset menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif, dan tata cara mengumpulkan data memakai angket, sedangkan teknik analisis data dengan Important Performace Analysis. Besaran sampel dalam penelitian sebesar 80 responden, dengan metode pengambilan sampel dengan memakai metode probability sampling. Temuan penelitian menyatakan bahwa harga masih perlu ditingkatkan oleh manajemen hotel terutama untuk keterjangkauan harga dan daya saing harga, dan mempertahankan posisi kesesuaian harga dengan jasa hotel. Fasilitas hotel perlu ditingkatkan, untuk tata cahaya dan warna, sedangkan perlengkapan dapat dipertahankan. Pelayanan hotel perlu dipertahankan untuk keandalan dan daya tanggap karyawan

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the signification of taste, store atmosphere and price affects the consumer satisfaction of Rumah Makan "Soto Dok Lamongan" Nganjuk, either partially or simultaneously. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach, and the procedure of collecting information using polls, while data analysis techniques with multiple regression analysis methods. The size of the sample in the research was 80 respondents, with the method of sampling using accidental sampling procedures. The results found that Taste and store atmosphere had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Price does not have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction. And taste. store atmosphere, and prices simultaneously affect consumer satisfaction. These results show that the management of "Soto Dok Lamongan" Nganjuk restaurant, need to maintain taste, improve store atmosphere, and improve prices.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan analisis secara persial dan silmultan dari variabelpotongan harga, paket bonus dan pelayanan terhadap kecenderungan impulse buying. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah ataupun sedang melakukan pembelian di swalayan Prima. Penentuanjumlah sampel yang representative adalah tergantungpada jumlah indikator dikali 5 sampai 10 sehinggajumlah sampel minimum adalah 5 kali jumlah indikatoratau sebanyak 5x19=95 responden dan sampelmaksimum adalah 200. Hasil penelitian uji tmenunjukkan bahwa variabel potongan harga, paket bonus dan pelayanan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kecenderungan impulse buying di Swalayan Prima dan hasil uji F diketahui bahwa variabel potongan harga, paket bonus dan pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh positif dansignifikan terhadap kecenderungan impulse buying di Swalayan Prima. Hasil adjusted R Square menunjukkan nilai sebesar 89,1% sedangkan sisanya yaitu sebesar 10,9% diterangkan faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Perhitungan analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan persamaan regresi diperoleh Y = 0,747 + 0,708 X1 + 0,223 X2 + 0,229 X3 + e

Abstract

. This analysis aims to find out how much difference and influence the Cost of T-shirt production issued by Azka Convection each production using the Full Costing method. The elements contained in this study are The Cost of Production and The Cost of Goods Sold. This study uses primary and secondary data. Our primary data is obtained by conducting a survey directly to the owner's place of business in order to obtain the correct and correct data. While the secondary data we get from the owner's document archive about sales and production reports. Quantitative descriptive techniques became the approach we used in this study. This research has several problems that must be analyzed, namely (1) How Azka Convection and Sablon determine the Cost of Production so far (2) Whether the determination of the Cost of Production carried out by Azka Convection and Sablon is good in accordance with management science (3) How the calculation of the cost of production is effective and can produce optimal profit Conclusion of the results of this analysis is (1) The owner has not included some costs included in the kat egori overhead to the cost of production (2) The owner in determining the Cost of Production has not shown a reasonable Cost of Production and has not been in accordance with the management principles commonly used (3) Preparation of the Cost of Production that should be done is to use the full coasting method.

Abstract

Consumer buying interest assessment is required by employers to know the development of consumers to the advantages and disadvantages that exist to the selection of the intended product. In order for the business to be achieved consumer buying interest, the entrepreneur must look at the factors of product quality, place, and service that affect the consumer's buying interest in this culinary business. This research uses quantitative approach with Survey method. sampling is used with nonprobability sampling and sampling techniques by Accidental sampling, research samples as many as 40 respondents. instruments in the study are questionnaires (questionnaires), data analysis using linear regression. The results of the study found that the quality of products, places, and services partially influenced the consumer buying interest Resto Salesa Trenggalek, and the quality of products, places, and services simultaneously significantly influenced the buying interest of consumers Resto Salesa Trenggalek.

Abstract

The existence of a phenomenon in the secretariat office of the Nganjuk Regency government service found that there were some employees who still seemed to have low work motivation, there was a gap between employees and a lack of synergy between leaders and employees. The researcher aims to analyze the effect of motivation, work culture, and leadership on employee productivity at the Nganjuk Regency Government Service. The research method used by the researcher is quantitative with comparative causal technique. Samples were taken using probability sampling technique, obtained a sample of 58 respondents from a population of 139 employees of the Nganjuk government office secretariat. The research instrument used a closed questionnaire. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the prerequisite test for normality. The results showed that, partially proven there is a significant influence of motivation and leadership on employee productivity. While work culture is not partially proven to have a significant effect on employee productivity. The results of the simultaneous test of motivation, work culture, and leadership have a significant effect on the productivity of the Nganjuk Regency Government employees.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the variables that affect employee performance with independent variables, discipline and non-physical work environment through satisfaction with Prime Bank Government Services. government. The technique of determining the sample is the Slovin purpose sampling method with the number of respondents being 58 people. The data collection method used a questionnaire with a Likert scale that met the validity and reliability requirements. The data analysis technique used is a quantitative descriptive analysis technique that uses path analysis. The results of the study show that it does not partially prove that discipline affects the performance of Nganjuk district government employees. It is proven that partially or simultaneously job satisfaction and non-physical work environment affect employee performance. So that job satisfaction is able to mediate the increasing influence of discipline variables and non-physical work environment on the performance of service employees.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the idea of ​​a culinary business (Coffee Shop). This business idea is currently experiencing very rapid development. In addition to its rapid development, of course, the competition is also quite tight. Thus the coffee shop business must be innovative and smart in making its marketing strategy. This study aims to analyze product quality, product prices and product promotions that are carried out partially and simultaneously which affect consumer loyalty at Promise Jiwa Coffee Nganjuk. In this study, a quantitative approach was applied by collecting primary data obtained through a questionnaire. In this study, the population used was Kopi Promise Jiwa customers by taking data samples of 40 respondents. Sampling using non-probability techniques and accidental sampling techniques as an approach and using multiple regression analysis performed using SPSS software. The conclusion obtained from this study is that there is a good influence between quality, price and seller promotion partially on consumer loyalty who consumes Promise Jiwa Coffee in the Nganjuk area.
