Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa baik kemampuan Kecerdasan Emosi Kepala Sekolah di (SMK) Negeri Kota Padang dari aspek kesadaran dirinya, lalu pengaturan dirinya, motivasi dirinya, empatinya dan keterampilan sosialnya yang dinilai oleh guru. Penelitian ini berjenis deskriptif. Seluruh guru sekolah menengah kejuruan di kota padang dengan jumlah 343 orang menjadi populasi untuk penelitian ini. Stratified proportional random sampling dengan rumus cocrhan dengan tingkat kesalahan sampel 10% adalah teknik yang digunakan, yang mendapatkan sampel sebanyak 81 orang. Angket dengan model skala linkert merupakan insrtumen yang digunakan. Sebelum angket digunakan sudah diuji validitas dan reliabelitasnya. Penelitian Tentang Kecerdasan Emosi Kepala Sekolah di (SMK) Negeri Kota Padang yang di nilai guru menunjukan hasil dari aspek kesadaran diri berkategori baik, dengan rata-rata perolehan skornya 4,12. Pengaturan diri berkategori baik juga, yang rata-rata perolehan skornya 3,68. Motivasi diri kategorinya baik juga, yang capaian rata-rata skornya 3,82. Sedangkan empati berkategori cukup, yang rata-rata perolehan skornya 3,51. Keterampilan sosial juga berkategori baik, dengan rata-rata perolehan skornya 3,86. Maka dapat disimpulkan Persepsi Guru Tentang Kecerdasan Emosi Kepala Sekolah di (SMK) Negeri Kota Padang berkategori baik, dengan rata-rata perolehan skornya 3,80

Abstract

Department of Culture and Tourism Bangka Belitung province is implementing elements of the government in the field of culture and tourism, handle by a Head Department . One of the units of work that there is a personnel department that handles staffing issues. At this time the data is processing system employee who applied the Department of Culture and Tourism Bangka Belitung province is already using a computer, using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel are stored in the folder, not to use a database (database) or not use the Database Management System (DBMS) as a place to save the data was related administrative personnel, so that the data is still standing on their own without the relationship between the data with others. So that why , in the preparation of reports and personnel administration the data takes a long time to search, because of it must be checked one by one every document was ouput. In order to find the data and preparing reports relating to personnel administration can be done quickly, a computerized information system needs to be applied to all issues relating to personnel administration can be resolved. So it takes the analysis and design of informationsystems personnel administration, which is in this case using object-oriented methodologies usesDiagram Unified Modelling Language (UML).

Abstract

The background of the research because there is poor performance of teachers. And the purpose of this research iss to see the relationship between non material incentive and work commitment with teacher performance. This research is a correlational quantitative research. The result of data analysis showes 1) The performance of teachers is in good category with achievement level 78,5%; 2) Non material incentive is in good category with achievement level 75,6%, 3) Commitment work is in good category with achievement level 72%, 4) There is significant relation between giving non material incentive and work commitment with teacher performance. Based on the calculation results of correlation test between non-material incentive variable with teacher performance is obtained count equal to 0.248 while table is 0,235. Variable of non material incentive with work commitment variable is obtained count equal to 0,426 while table is 0,235. Work commitment variable with teacher performance is obtained count equal to 0,314 while table is 0,235. And the relation of giving non-material incentive and work commitment with teacher performance is obtained count  0.338 while table is 0,235.  So that, there is relation  between giving non material incentive and work commitment with teacher performance.

Abstract

Handphone adalah salah satu produk dari teknologi yang telah mengubah perilaku komunikasi manusia dengan menembus ruang dan waktu. Meluasnya produk handphone akan menyebabkan pesatnya persaingan antara pasar handphone, sehingga penting bagi perusahaan handphone untuk mengetahui berapa jumlah produk yang akan terjual pada masa mendatang. Suatu perusahaan dapat meminimalkan resiko ketidaktersediaan stok produk dan mencegah pelanggan lari ke perusahaan lain dengan mengoptimalkan pemasaran dan penjualan untuk mendapatkan keuntungan yang maksimal. Untuk mencari strategi pemasaran dan penjualan yang optimal maka penelitian ini menerapkan metode Fuzzy Time Series (FTS) yang sangat berguna untuk proses pengambilan keputusan dengan menggabungkan antara analisis ilmu dalam bidang Komputer dan Statistik yang bisa digunakan dalam meramalkan hasil penjualan. Adapun hasil dari penerapan fuzzy time series diharapkan perusahaan dapat memperoleh informasi atas peramalan penjualan hasil produksinya untuk dijadikan sebagai bahan acuan. Setelah dilakukan pencocokan hasil simulasi dengan real di lapangan dapat diketahui bahwa metode fuzzy time series cheng pada peramalan hasil penjualan handphone dari Indophone Pamekasan menggunakan 60 data penjualan bulanan mulai Januari 2014 sampai Desember 2018 dengan merk Samsung memberikan hasil 686.29 dan diperoleh nilai MAPE = 13.152542 %, dengan merk Oppo memberikan hasil 479.43 dan diperoleh nilai MAPE = 7.237288 %.

Abstract

SMK N 1 Kelapa adalah salah satu sekolah menengah kejuruan di daerah Kelapa, Kab Bangka Barat  yang begerak dibidang pendidikan. Dari tahun ke tahun calon siswa baru selalu mengalami peningkatan. Untuk saat ini, proses seleksi Penerimaan  siswa baru masih menggunakan sistem manual dengan melakukan pendaftaran langsung ke sekolah. Di era yang semakin berkembang saat ini, proses pendaftaran sebenarnya bisa dilakukan tanpa harus datang langsung ke sekolah, sehingga dapat memudahkan orang tua atau calon siswa untuk melakukan pendaftaran siswa baru dengan lebih cepat dan efektif. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, dilakukanlah perancangan sistem informasi registrasi secara online untuk penerimaan siswa baru berbasis web. Untuk tahapan analisis dan perancangan menggunakan metodologi berorientasi objek dengan menggunakan alat bantu Diagram UML. Untuk tahapan analisis menggunakan diagram activity dan use case diagram, untuk tahapan perancangan menggunakan class diagram. Dengan adanya perancangan sistem tersebut dapat mempermudah saat proses pendaftaran siswa baru, penyimpanan data yang berkaitan dengan penerimaan siswa baru bisa disimpan secara rapi dengan menggunakan database, dan informasi yang berkaitan dengan penerimaan siswa baru bisa diperoleh secara tepat dan akurat sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam pengambilan sebuah keputusan.

Abstract

This study aims to uncover and explain and know: (1) the effect of social simulation learning strategies on children's social intelligence in Raudhatul Athfal Jamiyatushalihin Medan, (2) the effect of social simulation learning strategies on children's speaking in Raudhatul Athfal Jamiyatushalihin Medan, and (3) the influence of social simulation learning strategies on social intelligence and children's talking together at Raudhatul Athfal Jamiyatushalihin Medan. The research method used is quantitative with an experimental approach. The research sample consisted of two classes each one experimental class and one control class. The instrument used in the study was observation and documentation. The analysis technique used is analysis of variance The research findings show: (1) the influence of social simulation learning strategies on children's social intelligence in Raudhatul Athfal Jamiyatushalihin Medan, (2) there is an influence of social simulation learning strategies on children's speaking in Raudhatul Athfal Jamiyatushalihin Medan, and (3) there is an influence on simulation learning strategies social towards social intelligence and talking to children together in Raudhatul Athfal Jamiyatushalihin Medan.

Abstract

This community-empowerment activity was conducted in Blender Village, a cattle rancher village. The community makes a living from raising cattle and selling cow milk. The cow milk is only sold in the surrounding area, and therefore is insufficient to sustain the livelihood of the villagers who are low in economic status. The aim of this community-empowerment activity in the production process of Kefir Milk Soap in the Blender Women's Livestock Group (WLG) was to help the Blender village community able to produce kefir soap, which can later give them additional income. Kefir soap is a kind of soap made from high-quality pure cow milk that is fermented beforehand in its process. Fermentation is done by mixing the milk with kefir seeds and leave it alone for 2-4 days until two parts of viscosity separation of fermented milk are formed. The thick part is selected and mixed with other ingredients (using the hot heating/cooking) method or cold method). Next, it is put into soap moulds and is left for 1-2 weeks before being used. The community-empowerment activity helped the WLG in producing kefir soap and it is hoped that they can train other residents. By being able to make kefir soap, it is hoped that the residents of Blender Village can have additional income and improve their livelihood.

Abstract

Pesantren is a form of the normal process of development of the national education system and contains the meaning of authenticity (indigenius) of Indonesia. Along with the times, pesantren have experienced various changes from time to time. Currently the pesantren is in a dilemma position. On the one hand it must preserve its characteristics, on the other hand pesantren have a great responsibility in carrying out the mandate of Islamic da'wah which is always faced with the conditions of the times which are always changing. From time to time pesantren with its elements have experienced many changes to address the various demands that occur in the midst of society. Islamic boarding schools which were originally known as traditional education are now able to survive as an alternative educational institution that educates and continues to exist today and in the future. This writing aims to find and describe the five basic elements of the pesantren and its development, as well as its fundamental values. A qualitative approach with descriptive analysis is an important point to be used as a tool and writing technique. The results show that pesantren always try to respond to the flow of modernization that occurs outside of themselves by taking positive things by developing five basic elements of pesantren without leaving identity as traditional pesantren. At least there are at least five fundamental values ​​that can be taken from the pesantren educational institution, then it can be used as an alternative education that can educate students or students. Includes aspects of tarbiyah / education implementation of lifelong education, ubudiyah / spirituality commitment tafaqquh fi ad-din, khuluqiyah / morality moral service center, ijtima'iyah / pesantren society is a small society and riyadhiyah / entrepreneurship business skills development.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the effectiveness of the training and the work environment Against Organizational Commitment And its impact on the performance of Employees At PT Jasa Raharja branch of Jambi, objects in this study are all the employees at PT Jasa Raharja branch of Jambi. Method of data collection that is using a questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive analysis and verifikatif using path analysis. The results of this research will explain there is influence both directly and indirectly from the major variables examined, i.e. the variable effectiveness of the training and employment environment variables as variables independent of the two the dependent variable i.e. organizational commitment and performance.Key words: effectiveness of training, work environment, organizational commitment, performance
