The role of people and society is very important in children's growth, because with the education provided by parents and the community to instill value education and civic education. This paper is a qualitative research using literature review method, the data is then analyzed and studied inductively. The results of this study indicate that the role of people as first educators in the family environment has an influence on children's personality development and supports children's education. Meanwhile, the role of the community in value education and civic education is its role as the organizer and implementation of quality education in everyday life in society. However, an obstacle is an obstacle in instilling value education and citizenship education both in the family or community environment that does not support the formation of a value. The efforts of parents and society in instilling value education and civic education properly for children by realizing a culture of mutual cooperation, not littering, and reprimanding children for taking bad actions.

Poligami adalah perkawinan seorang suami dengan lebih dari seorang istri dalam waktu yang bersamaan. Lawan dari poligami adalah monogami. Dalam perspektif hukum Islam, poligami dibatasi sampai maksimal empat orang isteri. Ada dua ayat pokok yang dapat dijadikan acuan dilakukannya poligami, yakni QS. al-Nisa’ (4): 3 dan QS. al-Nisa’ (4): 129. Poligami sudah berjalan seiring perjalanan sejarah umat manusia, sehingga poligami bukanlah suatu trend baru yang muncul tiba-tiba saja. Para ulama berbeda pendapat mengenai ketentuan dan hukum poligami. Di antara mereka ada yang menyetujui poligami dengan persyaratan yang agak longgar dan ada yang mempersyaratkannya dengan ketat. Di antara mereka juga ada yang melarang poligami, kecuali karena terpaksa (sebagai rukhshah) dalam kondisi-kondisi tertentu. Yang pasti hukum Islam tidak melarang poligami secara mutlak (haram) dan juga tidak menganjurkan secara mutlak (wajib). Hukum Islam mengatur masalah poligami bagi orang-orang yang memang memenuhi syarat untuk melakukannya. Pelaksanaan poligami, menurut hukum Islam, harus didasari oleh terpenuhinya keadilan dan kemaslahatan di antara pihak-pihak yang terlibat di dalamnya. Namun, kenyataannya banyak praktik poligami yang tidak mengindahkan ketentuan hukum Islam tersebut, sehingga masih jauh dari yang diharapkan.

The research aims to study the thought of Rabindranath Tagore and Ki Hajar Dewantara with the ideal education related in formation of students character. This research is a literature review using content analysis approach. Sources of data in the form of primary data and secondary data on thought of two leaders in education. Data were analyzed qualitatively with the inductive approach. The results showed that 1) Rabindranath Tagore saw education based on freedom and love. Learning approach undertaken by Rabindranath Tagore in the education system is experiential learning; 2) Ki Hajar Dewantara developed a Among system in education which is an effort to advance the development of morality (inner strength), mind (intellect), and physical students; and 3) there is a link between thought of Rabindranath Tagore and thought of Ki Hajar Dewantara on looking at the education and development of ideal education system.

Gender is a characteristic used as the basis for identifying the differences between men and women in terms of social and cultural conditions, values and behavior, mentality, emotions, and other non biological factors. To understand and resolve the issue of gender, we can stucfy various theories of gender. Gender theories adopted many of the theories of sociology and prychology;e.g. the stntcturalfunctional theory, social-corflict theory, theory of libera!feminism, theory of Marxistsocialist feminism, theory of radical feminism, ecofeminism theory, and theory of psychoanalysis.

This is a content analysis research that examines the contents of the books of fiqh that have the potential existence of gender violence; especially a book entitled Vqud al-Lujjain fi alBayani Huquq al-Zaujain; a work of Muhammad ibn Umar al-Nawawi al-Banteni; in gender equality and justice perspective. This study shows that gender violence among the Muslim community,particularly in Indonesia, was much influenced by the circulation of the books of fiqh that have the potential gender bias and have an impact on religious thought and behavior. Among of causalfactors is the influence cfinterpretations of the scholars whose interpretations are characterized by a partial, not comprehensive, literal (textual), not contextual, and heavily itifluenced by local culture. As a result, the understanding is less consistent with the principles of al-Qurran that stressed equality,justice, and .freedom. The eJfortneed to be done is reconstruction and reformulation of the books offiqh.

This study aims to analyze students' information literacy ability enhancement using android (gejog lesung) based e-learning media on the 1945 constitution. The method used in this study was a quasi-experimental method. This research used 35 students as subjects. The test used in this study aims to collect data consisting of pretest and posttest information literacy questions with HOTs criteria for information literacy skills and consisting of ten multiple-choice questions according to high order thinking skills criteria then checked for the Content Validity Index. Data analysis is using a t-test. The result of this study is gejog lesung it is able to improve students’ information literacy ability on the 1945 constitution of 1,4 in the high category. So, it can be concluded that engaging students’ ability of information literacy on the 1945 constitution toward android (gejog lesung) based e-learning media has a great influence on improving students’ information literacy ability.

Utilization of The Dewantara Kirti Griya Museum as a Learning Resource for Civic Education to Cultivate Creative Thinking Skills Ambar Sari; Marzuki Marzuki

This study aims to reveal, first, the use of Dewantara Kirti Griya Museum as a learning resource for Civic Education to encourage creative thinking; second, the obstacles encountered in using it as a learning resource for Civic Education to encourage creative thinking; and the third, efforts made to overcome these obstacles. In this study using a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Determination of research subjects using a purposive technique, for collection data is done by observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by interactive analysis, namely data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion. The results show that, first, Dewantara Kirti Griya Museum can be used as a learning resource for Civic Education through collections, buildings and activities held at the Dewantara Kirti Griya Museum. Second, the obstacles encountered are the lack of museum educators and the insufficient area of the museum building for a large number of visitors. Third, efforts to overcome these obstacles are by utilizing technology, namely providing barcodes in museum collections and using the Grand Hall for activities that invite many participants.

Character is always a problem in human life that must be overcome immediately. One of the alternatives offered to build human character is through character education in non-formal schools. The school has an application that is able to help the character education process which is named the online equivalent application. This application is a learning system designed by the Ministry of Education and Culture Republic Indonesia. This research is in the form of a qualitative description and the purpose of this study is to describe the function of Setara daring applications in fostering the character of learning citizens. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The data collection instruments used were observation sheets, interview guidelines and document review. The data analysis technique used in this study is interactive model of analysis. The results of the application of the Setara Daring application turned out to have a major impact on the character education of learning citizens especially on the character of discipline, responsibility, independence, and caring for others.

This study aims to analyze the use of online-based Wondershare Quiz Creator evaluation media. This study used an experimental method consisting of two groups: the Pre-test and Post-test t groups. The population of this study amounted to 40 students. The sample was selected using a cluster random sampling technique. The data collection method in this research is the test. The technique used to analyze the data is inferential statistics. Data analysis showed a significant difference between the results of the Pre-test and Post-test t. the mean value of the Post-test was higher than the mean value of the Pre-test of the experimental group. The research results in the field prove that there is an effect of using online-based evaluations with online-based Wondershare Quiz Creator evaluation media. The use of online-based Wondershare Quiz Creator is more practical for creative fans that can increase student enthusiasm and learning outcomes. Therefore, the use of online-based Wondershare Quiz Creator evaluation media can be a solution to improving student learning outcomes. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai pendidikan bela negara yang dapat membentuk atau memperkuat nilai patriotik bagi siswa atau generasi muda dalam menghadapi perkembangan zaman dan globalisasi agar jati diri mereka sebagai bangsa Indonesia tetap terjaga dalam jiwa dan raga. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data didapatkan melalui proses wawancara, dan observasi pada guru dan siswa SMA Negeri Titian Teras H. Abdurrahaman Sayoeti Jambi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan bela negara yang diterapkan melalui kurikulum khusus di SMA Negeri Titian Teras H. Abdurrahman Sayoeti Jambi memiliki fungsi dalam menumbuhkan dan memperkuat nilai-nilai patrotik dalam diri peserta didik. Pendidikan bela negara mengajarkan mengenai kecintaan pada tanah air, semangat perjuangan, nasionalisme, patriotisme dan ketahanan fisik yang prima. Materi yang diberikan antara lain yakni wawasan kebangsan, baris berbaris, disiplin waktu, long march dan kepemimpinan. Dengan demikian pendidikan bela negara mempunyai kontribusi positif dalam membentuk siswa yang memiliki semangat patriotik sejak dini.
