Abstract

This study aims to determine the achievements of the Integrated Education Program implemented by the Department of Education in Aceh Besar. The implementation of this program is motivated by various conditions that occur in Aceh Besar, such as there are still many cases related to community morals, both at the level of children and adults, so that shaping the character of the community through schools is crucial. Among the efforts made by the Department of Education in Aceh Besar is to implement Integrated Education at schools. The results of the research found that the implementation of the Integrated Education Program had taken place in accordance with the stages and standards that had been set. Furthermore, it is hoped that an integrated education system process will be carried out in each target school and there will be an increase in the quality of education to create the students with Islamic characteristics. This program is expected to be a model that can be adopted by other local governments, in order to achieve national education goals, both local and national levels.

Abstract

Education will work well if supported by all aspects of education that includes family, community and school. All three are aspects that can not be mutually interconnected with each other. Parents are the first most responsible parties in developing talents and interests of children, then the children's education will be directed through professionals who are in the school environment, and in the community.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the thought of how to develop an academic culture in the Islamic boarding school, because the Islamic boarding school is the first and oldest educational institutions for Muslims in Aceh. In the long history Dayah has tried to adapt so that it can exist up to now by maintaining traditional culture in accordance with the local culture, Islamic boarding school continues to grow and has produced many Islamic scholars and generations. But in this era of globalization existence dayah began to decrease, causing the decreasing interest of young people to study at Islamic boarding school, then one way to maintain it is to develop an academic culture in the Islamic boarding school that can still exist in education and teaching, and not eliminated with the development of globalization now, one way is to develop the academic culture., the academic culture that needs to be developed in the Islamic boarding school is like writing culture, culture of giving an opinion, developing a culture of scientific and cultural development of the organization so it can maintain its traditional dayah although in the era of globalization. The development of academic culture is an effort to build the values ​​and norms which featured academic atmosphere, the atmosphere appropriate values ​​and scientific principles in an effort to acquire and develop knowledge and seek the truth.

Abstract

The curriculum is used as a tool to achieve educational goals, curriculum that is both systematic curriculum, flexible and according to the needs of society, especially in the era of globalization, the formulation must be adapted to the pace of development of science and technology and the development of society, then in the formulation required a clear conceptual in order to achieve the desired expectations by all parties. Kurikulum digunakan sebagai alat untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan, kurikulum yang baik adalah kurikulum yang sistematis, fleksibel dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat ter-utama di era globalisasi, penyusunannya harus disesuaikan dengan laju perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan tehnologi serta perkembangan masyarakat, maka dalam penyusunannya diperlu-kan sebuah konseptual yang jelas supaya tercapainya harapan yang diinginkan oleh semua pihak. Abstract

Abstrak: Artikel ini mengkaji budaya akademik dalam sistem pendidikan dayah Salafiyah di Aceh. Secara historis, dayah dikenal telah melahirkan banyak ulama dari berbagai disiplin ilmu, sehingga akan menarik untuk mengkaji perkembangan budaya akademik pada sistem pendidikan dayah yang melahirkannya. Artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif, dan menemukan bahwa budaya akademik di dayah Salafiyah masih belum berkembang. Kondisi ini lebih disebabkan oleh empat faktor, yakni budaya akademik di dayah telah berkembang secara turun temurun, masih menggunakan kurikulum dan metodologi pengajaran yang masih  tradisional, serta organisasinya belum dikelola dengan manajemen yang sistematis. Keempatnya berpengaruh pada budaya akademik dalam sistem pendidikan dayah yang meliputi budaya belajar, memberi pendapat, pengembangan keilmuan, dan berorganisasi.Abstract: Academic Culture of Dayah Salafiyah Education System in Aceh. As a center of education, propagation, and religious development, Dayah (traditional Islamic boarding school) has produced a large number of ulama from various fields of disciplines. This article attempts to study academic culture of Dayah Salafiyah education system in Aceh. This articles utilizes qualitative approach, and found that academic culture of Dayah Salafiyah has not yet developed. It is argued that there are at least four aspects that underpins the condition, namely, academic culture, the use of traditional curriculum, methology as well as organization. In reality, however, the academic culture of Dayah has not shown an open and inclusive culture. As such, the existence of Dayah has been put under a big question mark. Although the number of Dayah has been significantly increasing in Aceh Besar, its teaching and learning quality has been declining, and its roles in government and community system have also been weakening.Kata Kunci: budaya akademik, dayah, Salafiyah, sistem pendidikan

Abstract

Hubungan antara pendidikan dan akhlak mempunyai hubungan yang sangat erat karena Manusia yang paling sempurna adalah manusia yang paling bagus Akhlaknya, Iman al-Ghazali mengatakan bukanlah pengetahuan (ma'rifah) tentang baik dan jahat maupun kodrat (qudrah) untuk baik dan buruk, bukan pula pengamalan (fi'il), yang baik dan jelek, melainkan suatu keadaan jiwa yang mantap (hay'a rasikha fi-n-nafs). Menurutnya akhlak merupakan suatu kemantapan jiwa yang menghasilkan perbuatan atau pengamalan dengan mudah, tanpa harus direnungkan dan disengaja. Jika kemantapan itu sudah melekat kuat maka akan  menghasilkan amal-amal yang baik, dan melahirkian insan Kamil.Katakunci: Pendidikan, Akhlak, keluarga , Al-Ghazali

Abstract

In this era of globalization, Islamic education especially with regard to internalization of moral education face a number of problems. Many factors cause this problem, among others is the lack of the role of parents in shaping the morals of children from an early age. This paper will present about the urgency of the establishment of the morals of children from an early age. This study found that a child will be able to display a noble morals while the good educators, parents, able to understand child psychology began to teach and familiarize children with noble morals since childhood so that the role of the family in the menanankan moral values to children is a very important thing.

Abstract

The teacher is a learning component that plays an important and main role, because the success of the teaching and learning process is largely determined by the teacher factor. The teaching and learning process of teachers at MAS Muta'allimin Meulayo Blang Bintang generally still uses the lecture method and only uses blackboard media in teaching, so students get bored easily and some fall asleep. This study aims to determine student responses to the use of audio-visual media in Akidah Akhlak learning in class X MAS Muta'allimin Meulayo-Blang Bintang and to determine students' motivation to learn by using audio-visual media in learning Akidah Akhlak in class X MAS Muta'allimin Meulayo. -Blang Bintang. The method used in this research is classroom action research or commonly abbreviated as CAR. Classroom action research (CAR) is action research conducted with the aim of improving the quality of classroom learning practices. The results of the research on student responses to the use of audio-visual media in the first cycle with a percentage of 77, 88% included in the category of good criteria. While in the second cycle with a percentage of 82, 69% and belongs to the very good category. Student learning motivation in the first cycle with a percentage of 80.6% is in the good category, and in the second cycle has increased with a percentage of 98.8% and is classified into the very good category. The use of audio-visual media in Aqidah Morals lessons can increase students' learning motivation.

Abstract

Said Nursi's first effort was to make people aware of the importance of education, where Islam is "education for the people." An awareness of the unity and cohesiveness of modern religion and science accompanies this effort. This is where Said Nursi's position emerges as a reformer who wants to make improvements to "save faith and Islam." Said Nursi, in the practice of Islamic Education has the character of religious humanism thinking, which is a spiritual concept that places man by the purpose of his creation by the Creator, as well as efforts to teach sciences while still being based on faith, understanding of the Qur'an, the last day and scientific synergy. This concept is an attempt to unite religious values with humanity. Religion is not only a belief system but also a humanitarian-oriented deal. Thus, Islamic education based on religious humanists in the perspective of Bediuzzaman Said Nursi is a concept that can develop human potential, both worldly and ukhrowi aspects, to create a balanced person about fellow beings (hablun minannas) and with the Creator (hablun minallah).
