Abstract

Abstract In studying the concept of biology is not only enough to memorize it but it is necessary to have a direct learning experience by linking between the subject matter obtained with real life everyday. Lecturers no longer act as a learning resource that always convey materials to the students and make presentations, but acts as a mentor and facilitate for students willing and able to learn. Students are not regarded as a learning object that can be restricted and organized according to the lecturers' wishes, but students are placed as subjects who can learn according to their talents, interests, and abilities. Lecturers are required to be creative and innovative in developing also apply learning tools in accordance with the learning style and characteristics of the students. Where lecturers should be able to determine the appropriate learning model in teaching, so that there is an active interaction between students, lecturers with students, and students with the environment. Learning Cooperative learning can make it easier for students to learn. Students will describe the digestive system, so that the learning experience that students get through the activities during the learning will improve students' understanding. The method used in the research using experimental method with the design of One Group Pratest-Postest Design. From the analysis of the development of pretest and posttest values, in this study showed an increased posttest score, student response analysis of the Cooperative Learning Type Pair Chekk show students are motivated to follow the learning. Abstract

ABSTRAK Proses belajar mengajar, guru sering menghadapi masalah umum di mana prestasi siswa tidak sebaik yang mereka inginkan. Di SMP Bandarkedungmulyo, para siswa termotivasi untuk aktif bertanya dan menjawab pertanyaan, tetapi kenyataannya kebanyakan dari mereka kurang berpartisipasi dan tidak memperhatikan pelajaran, hanya sedikit dari mereka yang aktif di kelas. Secara umum, tes dilakukan untuk memotivasi siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur skor siswa, untuk mengetahui efektivitas proses belajar mengajar, perbedaan skor sebelum dan sesudah melakukan kuis, dan juga untuk mengetahui tanggapan siswa tentang kuis yang diberikan dalam materi terakhir terutama tentang mengelola lingkungan bagaimana menanggulangi kerusakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain One-Group Pretest-Posttest. Prosedur penelitian dalam dua siklus, yaitu persiapan termasuk observasi, analisis kurikulum, analisis materi, dan instrumen persiapan. Siklus kedua adalah implementasi Cooperative Learning Tipe Student Teams Achievement Division dengan memberikan kuis pada materi terakhir. Pretest dilakukan sebelum proses belajar mengajar, sedangkan posttest dilakukan setelahnya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa skor siswa meningkat setelah melakukan tes 34 siswa (89,47%) berhasil dengan tuntas sedangkan 4 siswa tidak. Tanggapan para siswa baik sekali karena mereka antusias dalam proses belajar mengajar setelah diberikan tes pada materi terakhir. KATA KUNCI: Pengaruh kuis, prestasi belajar, pembelajaran kooperatif, hasil belajar ABSTRACT In teaching learning process, teachers often face common problem where the students achievements are not as well as they want. In Bandarkedungmulyo junior high school, the students are motivated to be active in asking and aswering questions, but the fact is most of them are less participation and don’t pay attention to the lesson, just little of them being active in class. Generally, test is done to motivate students. This research aims to measure the students’ score, to know the effectiveness of teaching learning process, the differenciation of score before and after doing quiz, and also to know the students’ responses about the quiz given in the last material especially about envirenment management to solve environmental damage. This research uses experimental method by One-Group Pretest-Posttest design. The research procedurel are in two cycles, that are preparation including observation, curriculum analysis, material analysis, and preparing instrument. The second cycle is the implementation of Cooperative Learning Tipe Student Teams Achievement Division by given quiz in the last material. Pretest is done before the teaching learning process, while posttest is done after. The result of this research shows that the students’ score are increasing after doing test 34 students (89,47%) are thorough successfully while 4 students are not. The students’ responses is good enaugh because they are enthusiastic in the teaching learning process after being given test in the last material. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) that aims to determine the effect of the application of the Discovery Learning learning model to the improvement of creative thinking abilities and learning outcomes of class X MIA students on biodiversity material. Because in class X MIA has not fully implemented a learning model that invites students to think creatively so that student learning outcomes have not yet reached indicators of achievement. This research was conducted in 2 cycles, each stage of the cycle consisting of four stages namely planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. From the results of this study it can be seen the percentage of mastery of creative thinking and student learning outcomes from cycle I and cycle II. In the first cycle, students' creative thinking ability increased reaching 52.4%. Furthermore, in the second cycle, students' creative thinking skills increased, reaching 82.3%. While learning outcomes in the first cycle the average value of students increased by 19.5 from 41.2 in the pre-test increased to 60.7 in the post-test. Then in cycle II the average value of students increased by 30 from 49.41 in the pre-test to 79.41 in the post-test. From these explanations it can be said that the application of discovery learning learning models to improve creative thinking abilities and student learning outcomes in biodiversity material is said to be successful because it can exceed the predetermined achievement indicator targets ie average grade value ≥ 75. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning terhadap peningkatan kemampuan berfikir kreatif dan hasil belajar siswa kelas X MIA materi keanekaragaman hayati. Karena di kelas X MIA belum sepenuhnya menerapkan model pembelajaran yang mengajak siswa untuk berpikir kreatif sehingga hasil belajar siswa belum mencapai indikator pencapaian. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus, tiap tahapan siklusnya terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui persentase ketuntasan berfikir kreatif dan hasil belajar siswa dari siklus I dan siklus II. Pada siklus I, kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa meningkat mencapai 52,4%. Selanjutnya, pada siklus II kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa semakin meningkat mencapai 82,3%. Sedangkan hasil belajar pada siklus I nilai rata-rata siswa meningkat sebesar 19,5 dari semula 41,2 pada pre-test meningkat menjadi 60,7 pada post-test. Kemudian pada siklus II nilai rata-rata siswa meningkat sebesar 30 dari 49,41 pada pre-test menjadi 79,41 pada post-test. Dari penjelasan tersebut dapat dikatakan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran discovery learning untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berfikir kreatif dan hasil belajar siswa materi keanekaragaman hayati dikatakan berhasil karena dapat melampaui target indikator ketercapaian yang ditetapkan sebelumnya yaitu rata-rata nilai kelas ≥ 75. Abstract

ABSTRACT General Biology course learning material on the basics of Genetics in the Biology Education Study Program, University of KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah, where the learning process is still just to remember and understand so that it is focused on memorizing the material, then the learning process has not maximally utilized the information technology and multimedia use that integrates STEM learning models, and the learning process has not reflected the empowerment of critical thinking skills in students, and also the low average student learning outcomes in the previous material. So the solution to the finding of the problem is to apply the PjBL model based on the STEM Design Thinking Process. The research method uses Pre-Experimental Design, One Group Pretest Postest Design research design, then analyzes data including validity test, reliability test, learning outcome value, hypothesis testing through normality test, homogeneity test and paired t-test it was found that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. So there is the effect of project based learning based on STEM design thinking process to improve student learning outcomes in biology education. A. Wahab Hasbullah, dimana dalam proses pembelajaran masih sekedar mengingat dan memahami sehingga terfokus pada hafalan materinya saja, kemudian proses pembelajaran belum memanfaatkan secara maksimal adanya teknologi informasi dan penggunaan multimedia yang mengintegrasikan model pembelajaran STEM, dan proses pembelajaran belum mencerminkan pemberdayaan keterampilan berpikir kritis pada mahasiswa, dan juga rendahnya rerata hasil belajar mahasiswa pada materi sebelumnya. Sehingga solusi atas temuan masalah tersebut adalah menerapkan model PJBL berbasis STEM Design Thinking Process. Metode penelitian menggunakan Pre-Experimental Design, desain penelitian One Group Pretest Postest Design, kemudian menganalisis data antara lain uji validitas, uji reabilitas, nilai hasil belajar, uji hipotesis melalui uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji statistik paired t-test (t berpasangan) yang diperoleh bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Jadi terdapat pengaruh project based learning berbasis STEM design thinking process untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa pendidikan biologi. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the implementation of biology learning practicum for class XI IPA MA AL IHSAN Tembelang Jombang. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, with the research sample being students of class XI IPA randomly sampling with a total sample size of 15 students. The data collection technique was carried out by using an observation questionnaire on the activities of students in the practicum then the data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that the results of the questionnaire for the implementation of the learning practicum with the criteria applied properly were 74.75, the results of the psychomotor assessment instruments in the group were 74.8 with good criteria, while the results of interviews with informants obtained some information that the planning of biology practicum activities was not in accordance with the existing curriculum because some obstacles. Keyword : Analysis, Practical work biology, psikomotor evalution ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan praktikum pembelajaran biologi peserta didik kelas XI IPA MA AL IHSAN Tembelang Jombang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dengan sampel penelitian merupakan peserta didik kelas XI IPA secara random sampling dengan jumlah sampel secara keseluruhan yaitu 15 peserta didik. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket pengamatan terhadap aktivitas peserta didik dalam praktikum kemudian data dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil Angket pelaksanaan praktikum pembelajaran dengan kriteria diterapkan dengan baik yaitu sebesar 74.75, hasil instrumen penilaian psikomotorik dalam kelompok sebesar 74,8 dengan kriteria baik, sedangkan hasil wawancara kepada informan diperoleh beberapa informasi bahwasanya perencanaan kegiatan praktikum biologi belum sesuai dengan kurikulum yang ada dikarenakan beberapa kendala. Abstract

ABSTRACT The results of observations made in class X-MIPA 2 at SMAN Bandarkedungmulyo Jombang, the schedule of Biology subjects in class X-MIPA 2 in the afternoon and was carried out after Health Physical Education subjects (Physical education). This affects students' motivation to learn. This study aims to determine the effect of Problem Based Learning (PBL) models on students' cognitive learning outcomes on Eubacteria material in class X students. The type of research used is quantitative research. The design of this study used the Pre Experimental Design type One Group Pretest-Posttest. The results of the pretest and posttest had increased by 31.33%, with an average pretest score of 50,00 with criteria for the value of E and posttest score for 81.33 with criteria for the value of A. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan Pre Experimental Design tipe One Group Pretest-Posttest. Hasil pretest dan posttest mengalami peningkatan 31,33%, dengan rata-rata nilai pretest 50,00 dengan kriteria nilai E dan nilai posttest 81,33 dengan kriteria nilai A. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to: 1) determine cognitive learning outcomes by applying video-based media viral replication material in class X MAN 1 Jombang. This research is an experimental, research design used by Pre-Experimental Design with the One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design design model. The subject in this study were all 35 students of grade X MIPA 1. Sampling is done by simple random sampling technique. The variables of this study are the Application of Video-Based Media (independent variable) and Student Cognitive Learning Outcomes (Bound Variable). The instruments and data collection techniques used were tests to observe cognitive learning outcomes. Data collection methods used are tests, while data are analyzed by looking at the average learning outcomes of the pretest and posttest. The results of this study look at the increase in the average of the results of the pretest and posttest shows that the students of the study sample increased by 7,514 with an average pretest of 76.2 to 83,714 on the average posttest. The conclusion of this study is the application of video-based media on virus replication material can improve student cognitive learning outcomes. KEYWORDS: Video-Based Media on Virus Replication Material, Cognitive Learning Outcomes, MAN 1 Jombang ABSTRAK Proses pembelajaran biologi seringkali dirasakan oleh siswa kurang menarik dikarenakan guru kurang kreatif dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran sehingga dibutuhkan peran serta guru dalam meningkatkan interaksi dalam pembelajaran, salah satunya menggunakan media berbasis video, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar kognitif dengan menerapkan media berbasis vidio materi replikasi virus pada siswa kelas X MAN 1 Jombang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen, desain penelitian yang digunakan Pre-Experimental Design dengan model desain One-Group Pretest Posttest Design. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X MIPA 1 sejumlah 35 siswa. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen dan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes hasil belajar materi replikasi virus. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu tes, sedangkan data dianalisis dengan melihat rata-rata hasil belajar dari pretest dan posttest. Hasil penelitian ini terlihat pada peningkatan rata-rata dari hasil pretest dan posttest menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik mengalami peningkatan dengan rata-rata pretest 76,20 menjadi 83,71 pada rata-rata posttest. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah media berbasis vidio pada materi replikasi virus dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif siswa. Abstract

ABSTRACT The Covid-19 pandemic has made the lack of readiness of teaching staff for online learning, many obstacles faced by educators, lack of means of delivering material and worksheets, so here researchers conduct research on flipped learning-based e-LKS, so that they can be accessed whenever and wherever students are. The purpose of this research is to develop an e-LKS product based on Flipped Learning. The development method used is to use a research and development model, then validate the Respiratory System e-LKS product to media experts, the results are 88% that the media is very feasible to be developed and used as another reference. Keywords: e-LKS; study room; flipped learning. ABSTRAK Pandemi covid-19 telah membuat kurangnya kesiapan dari tenaga pengajar terhadap adanya pembelajaran daring banyak sekali permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh pendidik, kurangnya sarana penyampaian materi maupun Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik maka disini peneliti melakukan penelitian mengenai e-LKS yang berbasis ruang belajar flipped learning, sehingga dapat diakses kapan pun dan dimana pun peserta didik berada. Tujuan penelitian ini mengembangkan produk e-LKS berbasis ruang belajar Flipped Learning. Adapun metode pengembangan yang dilakukan yaitu menggunakan model penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development), kemudian validasi produk e-LKS Sistem Pernapasan kepada ahli media, diperoleh hasil 94% bahwa media sangat layak dikembangkan dan dipergunakan sebagai referensi lain. Abstract

ABSTRACT This e-module was developed during the covid-19 pandemic to make it easier for students to learn material that can be accessed via the link provided, this research is a development research that aims to develop a STEM-based e-Module on respiratory system material for high school students. Top by knowing the feasibility of the media for the developed e-module. The research method used in this study is a 4-D development model, namely define, design, develop and disseminate with research instruments and data collection from situation analysis questionnaires and media expert validation questionnaires. The results of this development indicate the feasibility of the media validation percentage of the media, namely validator I of 72.30% with appropriate criteria, and the percentage of validation II of 78.46% with proper criteria. So that the development of STEM-based e-modules is feasible to be developed and can be used as a medium in learning. Keywords: Development, e-Module, STEM, Respiratory System ABSTRAK E-modul ini dikembangkan di masa pandemi covid-19 untuk memudahkan peserta didik mempelajari materi yang dapat di akses melalui link yang diberikan, penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan e-Modul yang berbasis STEM pada materi sistem pernapasan bagi peserta didik Sekolah Menengah Atas dengan mengetahui kelayakan media terhadap e-modul yang dikembangkan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model pengembangan 4-D yaitu define, design, develop dan disseminate dengan instrument penelitian dan pengumpulan data berasal dari lembar angket analisis situasi dan angket validasi ahli media. Hasil pengembangan ini menunjukkan kelayakan media presentase validasi media yaitu validator I sebesar 72.30 % dengan kriteria layak, dan presentase validasi II sebesar 78.46 % dengan kriteria layak. Sehingga pengembangan e-modul berbasis STEM ini layak untuk dikembangkan dan dapat dipergunakan sebagai media dalam pembelajaran. Kata kunci : Pengembangan, e-Modul, STEM, Sistem Pernapasan

Abstract

ABSTRACT Problems in the field regarding ongoing learning are still not conducive at As-Saidyah 1 pesantren, especially at the level of understanding and discussion forums for rear-row audiences are difficult to ask questions. The difficulty of understanding in the field of menstruation, especially on the problem of calculation, which requires formulas that must be studied. So this study developed a STEM-based Screencast e-module on reproductive system material with the aim of finding out the feasibility of media and material from developing e-modules which can then be applied in the pesantren with the contents of the e-module in the form of material, e-lks based on the method of calculating the period of menstruation, by using the ADDIE development model and getting the results of 80% media eligibility with proper criteria and material feasibility with a percentage of 84% very feasible criteria. So it can be concluded that the media can be developed and implemented in Pesantren As-Saidyah 1. KEYWORDS: e-module, Screencast, STEM ABSTRAK Permasalahan dilapang mengenai pembelajaran berjalan masih kurang kondusif di pesantren As-Saidyah 1, terutama pada tingkat pemahaman dan forum diskusi tanya jawab audien barisan belakang sulit untuk bertanya. Sulitnya pemahaman di bidang menstruasi terutama pada masalah perhitungan, yang mana membutuhkan rumus-rumus yang harus dikaji. Maka penelitian ini mengembangkan e-modul Screencast berbasis STEM pada materi sistem reproduksi dengan tujuan menetahui kelayakan media dan materi dari pengembangan e-modul kemudian dapat diterapkan di pesantren tersebut dengan isi e-modul berupa materi, e-lks yang berbasis cara perhitungan masa mentruasi, dengan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE dan mendapatkan hasil kelayakan media 80 % dengan kriteria layak dan kelayakan materi dengan prosentase 84 % kriteria sangat layak. Sehingga dapat simpulkan bahwa media dapat dikembangkan dan di implementasikan di Pesantren As-Saidyah 1. KATA KUNCI: E-modul, Screencast, STEM
